In the XX century, tourism has become one of those economic sectors that are developing at an accelerated pace. According to the World Trade Organization, in 2022 the revenue from international tourist travel will be 1.9 billion, which is 4 times higher than in 2015. Statistical indicators of the impact of tourism on the economy of foreign countries demonstrate the importance of developing the tourism industry in the global economy and Ukraine particularly. However, it should be noted that despite the coronavirus pandemic, the global tourism industry by the end of 2020 may be short of $210,000,000,000 in revenues. This is the data of a study published by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC). The development of innovative ways to overcome the crisis created by the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the tourism industry is seen by us as a more detailed study of the organization of tourism services in the planning system of tourism enterprises. The above-mentioned aspect demonstrates the relevance of the topic and indicates the need for a detailed study of this issue. The study of theoretical and methodical aspects concerning the process of organization of tourist services in the planning of tourist enterprises has been carried out in the article. In particular it is noted that tourism occupies a special place in the system of branches of national economy and sphere of services. The concept of “tourist service” is analyzed and its key components are outlined. It is established that the formation of tourist services is significantly influenced by different components of the tourism industry. The definition of the notion of “tourism industry component” is given and the categorical factors that is forming tourist services are highlighted. The interdependence of economic relations and the sequence of technological operations on the basis of which the process of planning of tourist enterprise activity has to be realized have been determined. It has been specified that all subsystems of a tourist enterprise should correspond in their quantitative and qualitative composition to the needs of a certain territory in providing the necessary assortment and volume of tourist services. It is noticed that in the process of organization and realization of tourist services considerable attention should be paid to the quality criterion.

Purposes.The article aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the situation in the world and Ukraine during the pandemic, as well as to develop practical measures to rehabilitate the tourism sector from the effects of the economic crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The authors suggest that the reduction of the negative effects of COVID-19 on the tourism industry is possible through the support of state institutions of the tourism industry and the development of the domestic tourism and recreation sector with elements of rehabilitation measures after coronavirus. Design/methodology/approach. To achieve the goals, objectives in the article the authors used a set of scientific methods that ensured the conceptual integrity of the study, in particular: methods of statistical and comparative analysis, which allowed to objectively assess the level and dynamics of the impact of quarantine measures on the world economy; tabular method - to illustrate the results of empirical research to study negative trends. Comparative research methods were also used to study the world experience of eliminating the effects of Covid-19 on the tourism industry; abstract-logical and system-structural - during the proof of the hypothesis. Conclusions. Tourism is a sector of the economy that is highly profitable and has made a significant contribution to filling local budgets and increasing annual GDP in general. It should also be noted that the tourism industry is closely intertwined with various industries and the negative impact of quarantine restrictions, as well as negatively reflected on them. The statistics analyzed in the paper indicate that this industry has suffered the most due to the introduction of quarantine measures, which has prompted the tourism company to quickly join the new conditions and reorient its activities. So, to support the tourism and related sectors of the economy, expanding pandemics and reducing its effects, the authors, first of all, propose to develop an internal tourism and recreation market, create conditions for the formation of a new innovative rehabilitation direction in the recreation complex and psycho-emotional state after coronavirus disease, which is carried out with important consequences. Originality/value. The authors have put forward a benefit and now need an idea for the rehabilitation of patients after coronavirus, as a result of which the consequences of the disease are sometimes important and require an appropriate rehabilitation period. The articles substantiate the need for support from state institutions of the tourism industry during pandemics and the authors propose to compile a tourist and recreational area of responsibility for the organization of rehabilitation conditions after treatment of coronavirus. Practical implications. The fact that the issue addressed by the article is necessary and adaptation in quarantine is important for every enterprise, especially for tourism enterprises, and the problem is not fully explored. Thus, the research and analysis conducted in the articles are relevant and requires detailed study and formation of new areas of tourism development, the formation of complex aspects of improvement and adaptation of tourism in a pandemic. Responsibly important support from government agencies in the tourism industry will promote the intensive development of the domestic tourism and recreation sector with elements of rehabilitation measures after coronavirus disease.

With the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the tourism industry faced a crisis that could be the worst in history. In recent years, the tourism industry has been one of the fastest-growing industries, sometimes faster than the world economy as a whole. 2019 has brought unprecedented changes to the world order, affecting all socio-ecological and economic ties. What are the consequences of and will have global tourism in connection with the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, which countries and regions of the world will suffer the greatest losses, what threatens and what are the benefits of the tourism crisis that will bring a "new order" to the tourism industry, what innovative management anti-crisis measures should be applied by world governments and non-governmental organizations to overcome the unprecedented tourism crisis - all these issues remain acute and have identified the research topic. The paper examines the methodological developments and recommendations for overcoming the tourism crisis in Europe caused by the pandemic virus COVID-19, namely, the article identifies the basics and consequences of the pandemic impact on market capital on the example of tourism in Europe and the world, shows that the global tourism industry is one of the main factors in the formation of market capital, studied market capital as a component of intellectual capital on the example of tourism in the EU, outlined the prospects for global tourism, developed a system of measures to overcome the global crisis through tourism SWOT-analysis. Namely: enhanced multilateral cooperation and strong support are important for the resumption of tourism; the speed of adaptation of governments at all levels and the private sector involved in the tourism sector and the ability to respond quickly and adapt to the crisis; providing targeted and affordable government support as quickly and efficiently as possible for vulnerable tourism enterprises, workers and tourists; ensuring policy clarity and taking measures to limit uncertainty; invention and development of more sustainable and sustainable (socio-ecological-economic) models of tourism; development of tourism education and legislation.

Today the acute problems are pollution oceans, global warming, lack of resources, the increasing number of war and terrorist groups. All of this have adversely effects on the world environment and causes many problems in relations between countries. The issues of the impact of ecology on the world economy were revealed in their works economists such as K. Sitnik, M. Budiko, M. Reimer and many others. The main porpoise is to analyze the impact of ecology on the formation of economies in Europe and Ukraine, effects and suggest ways to solve problems. One of the main principles of domestic and foreign policy of any country is the preservation of the environment and its components. The main objectives of the article are to identify and analyze the main environmental problems of the world; to analyze the consequences of economic dangers and their impact on international economic relations; to analyze the consequences of energy consumption and propose alternative solutions for Ukraine; to investigate the problems and prospects of waste recycling in the world by proposing ways to solve the problem for Ukraine based on the experience of foreign countries; to identify the negative impact of solid waste recycling and suggest ways to solve the problem. Thus, there is a need to identify and study the main problems that stand in the way of building international economic relations in Ukraine and the world as a whole and to identify the main ways to solve these problems. The article analyzes the level of ecology worldwide. The basic environmental problems that have a negative impact in terms of all sectors of society. The main factors that cause negative impact on the environment are considered. Methods of pollution control at the level of the European Union and Ukraine are researched and offered. Ukraine's prospects for improving the environmental situation, which will help reach a new level in the world rankings, have also been identified.

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit the world hard, costing more than three and half million lives. Governments around the globe are not in a consensus position on the most appropriate response to the pandemic. This study utilizes an economic model to assess choices and compare outcome of public health policies using China as a case study. A lax policy could have costed the country up to 97% of inbound tourism revenue; reduced real gross domestic product by 11% and decreased employment by 15%. Analysis shows that the appropriate prevention and control policy of the Chinese Government have mitigated the impact of COVID-19 significantly for both tourism and non-tourism sectors. Importantly, the article highlights that the substantial negative impact on investment in tourism will slow down the sector’s recovery. The article calls for strong tourism-focused response policies for a speedy recovery.

In the context of global quarantine and uncertainty, an important aspect is the development of the economic spheres of the post-pandemic world and its new standards. The measures taken to combat the spread of COVID-19 have a particular impact on the tourism industry, which has become one of the most affected during this period. The study focuses on the prospects and emergence of new standards of living and doing business in countries with a significant weight of tourism in their GDP and the impact of post-pandemic features on countries that are beginning to develop in the tourism industry. During the preparation of the article, the dependence of the service sector on the stable situation in the world and the challenges posed by this pandemic to this branch of the tertiary sector of the economy were analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the study of the interaction of social and economic factors that affect the development of the tourism industry in the context of globalization. The relevance of the article lies in the need to predict ways to adapt countries to global change based on the experience of governments in combating the negative impact of coronavirus on the tourism industry. The purpose of the study is to reveal the impact of new norms of the post-pandemic world on the development of tourism. Methodology and scientific approaches: analysis of scientific works in the fields of economics, finance, sociology and medicine. An analysis of statistics for the COVID-19 pandemic, collected by global health and safety structures; reports of government agencies and analysis of the impact of quarantine restrictions on the state of their economy. The ability and pace of adaptation of the post-pandemic world to global changes and in particular to the tourism industry have been predicted. The result of the research is to reveal the scale of the pandemic effect on the world economy and forecast the vectors of tourism business development in the new realities. The practical significance of the article is determined in the analysis of the necessary transformation of the world in order to overcome further economic crises. The social consequences of compulsory vaccinations and non-violation of existing quarantine restrictions are positive in terms of improving the world economy.

The world economy is facing an unprecedented crisis. The COVID-19 pandemic demonstrated the real scale of the imminent crisis of neoliberal model, accelerating its development and aggravating its consequences. The situation in the global economy had a negative impact on the Cuban economy, especially since it coincided with tightening of economic embargo by Donald Trump Administration against Cuba launched more than 60 years ago. This article provides a preliminary assessment of the consequences of the crisis bearing in mind that the damage will depend upon duration and intensity of the pandemic around the world. Given the open nature of the Cuban economy, the estimates are based on the projected dynamics of the global economy. In the first part of the article the author, relying on extensive statistics, analyzes international context in which the economic situation in Cuba is developing, as well as the key obstacles to the country’s economic development. Further on, the author examines in detail the course of COVID-19 pandemic development in the country, assessing key peculiarities of the government program to combat the virus. The author also makes a detailed analysis of the government program for economic recovery and development, paying specific attention to the peculiarities of the monetary regime in force in Cuba. In the final part of the article the author provides an analysis of the main priorities of the government at the present stage, namely, increasing foreign exchange earnings, food production and improving the efficiency of capital investments, especially foreign direct investments. The author concludes that the key factor for Cuba development will be the effectiveness of application of the economic policy approved by the government and promptness of the reforms that are required to overcome existing obstacles.

The country is classified as a newly industrialized country, one of the G-20 major economies, a member of BRICS and a developing economy with an average growth rate of approximately 7 percent over the last two decades. India’s economy became the world fastest growing major economy in the last quarter of 2014, surpassing the People’s Republic of China. The long-term growth perspective of the Indian economy is positive due its young population, corresponding low dependency ratio, healthy saving and investment rates, and increasing integration into the global economy. This paper deals with the impact of Narendra Modi’s Government on various socio economic sectors of Indian economy. This study is trying to analyse the progressively changes in various economic variables through implementing various welfare programmes in present Indian economy and after the Modi came into power. </em></p></div>

The purpose of this research is to analyze and assess trends of the tourism industry in the world, and in Europe in particular and study the impact of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 virus on the functioning of tourism and hospitality agencies and firms. The materials of official statistical data of Eurostat, OECD countries, UNWTO, reports of the Tourism and Resorts State Agency of Ukraine and State Border Guard Service of Ukraine were used. During the research it was found that globalization challenges, opportunities and threats associated with it are changing the way businesses operate, especially those working in the tourism, hotel and restaurant business. The instability of the world social and political situation, economic crises and slow recovery affect the distribution, production of goods and services, access to the necessary resources. Global development of the tourism sector during 2010-2019 and its impact on GDP of some countries is presented in the article. The characteristic of the tendency of change of the share of GDP formed in the field of tourism in the world from 2000 to 2019 and the list of the countries with the largest share of tourist incomes in GDP in 2019 are given in the article. An analysis of the tourism business at the beginning of 2020 and the impact of the COVID-19 coronavirus on its functioning are presented. It was found that in the first quarter of 2020 there was a decrease in international world tourist flows by 22%, the number of tourist flows in March of 2020 decreased by 57%. This has led to a loss of about $ 80 billion in tourism. The tourism industry has faced an unprecedented conflict of threats: on the one hand - fear for human health and life, and on the other - economic losses from quarantine measures, which lead to the impoverishment of individuals and entire nations. The situation is complicated by the fact that investment problems of leading industries have to be solved in a crisis conditions, when the freezing of funds for specific projects has a very negative impact on the efficiency of the entire economic system and, consequently, nation`s welfare. Proposals for anti-crisis management of tourist infrastructure facilities are given.

The article deals the analysis of trends in the development of the tourism sector in modern conditions, taking into account statistical information and the impact of coronavirus on the tourism industry. It is determined that the tourism industry is important for the development of the state. The article identifies trends, threats, problems, challenges, risks and subjects as the main factors in the development of tourism in Ukraine. It is noted that the further development of tourism will ensure the realization of the socio-economic potential of the state in the short and strategic perspective. Also the effective development of the tourist complex depends on the availability of modern accounting systems, statistical observation, a systematic approach to the organization of which allows meeting the needs of authorities, specialists and society as a whole in sufficient and reliable information in the field of tourism. In addition, statistical indicators are needed to develop macroeconomic indicators: consumption, spending, investment, income, employment. Over the past 70 years, tourism has become a powerful sector of the global economy. Influencing key sectors of the economy, tourism is increasingly becoming one of the most important indicators of socio-economic development of both individual regions and the country as a whole. But with the spread of the coronavirus, the travel industry is at risk. Analyzed statistical data on the number and cost of sold tour packages, the number of served tourists, and so on. It should be noted that during the pandemic, it was tourism that suffered more than other industries, including due to border closures, air travel bans, quarantine measures, and the like. At the same time, UNWTO underlines the historical resilience of tourism and the ability to create jobs in the aftermath of crises, while also highlighting the importance of international cooperation and ensuring that this sector becomes a central part of recovery efforts. Practical proposals for overcoming the crisis are presented, the implementation of which will reduce the level of negative impact of the consequences of the pandemic on the economy of the tourism industry in Ukraine and the main directions for improving the statistical accounting system.

The article is devoted to the principles of functioning and development of economic security in the tourism industry in Ukraine. The urgency of creating an effective system of economic security in tourism is considered and the necessity of applying a multi-element system of economic security in the tourism industry of Ukraine is substantiated. Economic security is considered as one of the priority areas for the development of the tourism industry, which has a significant impact on the development of the country's economy. The purpose of the article is to determine the essence of economic security of the enterprises of the tourist industry, taking into account the specifics of their activity and the peculiarities of development in modern conditions. In this study, one of the key aspects of the development of the national tourism industry is the analysis of the basic elements of economic security and the assessment of their impact on the development of tourism enterprises. Economic security of the tourism industry is a universal category, showing the level of security of the subjects of socio-economic relations at all levels, which combines a complex system of means that ensure the economic stability of tourism industry. The economic security of each enterprise of the tourism industry is individual, its completeness and effectiveness depend on many factors, namely, an important influence is exercised by the state regulatory and legislative framework; the total amount of logistical and financial resources allocated by the heads of enterprises; understanding of the importance of guaranteeing economic security for each of the employees, as well as the practical experience of the heads of enterprise security services. Effective economic security of the tourism industry is possible only through a comprehensive and systematic approach to its organization. Economic security provides an opportunity to evaluate the prospects of the enterprise, to develop a tactical and strategic system of development, to reduce the effects of financial crises and the negative impact of possible new threats and dangers. The practical significance of this article is that the results obtained can be used to develop scientific and practical approaches to the organization of an effective economic security system in the tourism industry, as well as conclusions and recommendations can be the basis for the formation of state strategic directions for the rational management of tourism enterprises, which will help to solve economic and social problems and ensure a functional work in the tourism industry.
