Going to the advanced countries for higher education has been in vogue for long. There is a considerable rise in the number of international students in USA universities. This paper explores how Shamsie portrays interaction among international students. It is delimited to the analysis of Shamsies two novels: Salt and Saffron, and Kartoghraphy applying textual analysis as a research method. The insight gained through this research about friendship among international students is in keeping with the findings of the psychological research about three predictable patterns of friendship: friendship with the students of ones own country, friendship with other foreign students and friendship with students of the host country. In Kartoghraphy all three patterns of friendship are found while in Salt and Saffron only a strong bond of friendship between a Pakistani international student and her American counterpart is portrayed. Shamsie presents easy assimilation of Pakistani diaspora students.

The paper attempts to project Bhim Rao Ambedkar as one of the foremost liberal feminists who advocated for Hindu women’s legal rights through the constitutional provisions listed in the Hindu Code Bill. He proposed four major stipulations, “one change is that, the widow, the daughter, the widow of predeceased-son. All are given the same rank as the son in the matter of inheritance. In addition to that, the daughter is also given a share in her father’s property: her share is prescribed as half of that of the son.”[1] To contemplate the predicament and marginalized position of Indian women, Ambedkar posited that caste and gender are intertwined. The imposition of endogamy was made compulsory by Brahaminical hierarchy which eulogized by Hindu religious scriptures to ensure sustained subjectivity of women, which eventually depreciated the egalitarian position of women. The focal point of the research paper remains a close textual analysis of Ambedkarite canon with archival study and genealogical examination contouring the discourse. The paper also encompasses potent reasons to establish the differences between the marginalization of upper-caste women and Dalit women. Difference between them is maintained by the ‘graded inequality.’ After having observed such differences, the paper intends to extend the idea that Ambedkar worked as a socio-political champion for Dalit women and Indian women concomitantly. To guarantee the freedom, equality, and individuality of Indian women, Ambedkar resorted to legalized mechanism and constitutional provisions. Key Words: Ambedkar, Hindu Code Bill, Manusmriti, Indian Women, Dalit Women, Indian Feminism, Caste, Patriarchy

This study applied a content analysis methodology in two ways to evaluate first-year students’ research topics: a rubric to examine proposed topics in terms of scope, development, and the “researchability” of the topic, as well as textual analysis, using ATLAS.ti, to provide an overview of the types of subjects students select for a persuasive research essay. Results indicated that students struggle with defining an appropriate and feasible focus for their topics and that they often select topics related to education, health, and the environment. These findings were used to implement a new information literacy instruction model that better supports student topic development.

This paper provides an Extended Client Based Technique (ECBT) that performs classification on emails using the Bayessian classifier that attain in-depth defense by performing textual analysis on email messages and attachment extensions to detect and flag snooping emails. The technique was implemented using python 3.6 in a jupyter notebook. An experimental research method on a personal computer was used to validate the developed technique using different metrics. The validation results produced a high acceptable percentage rate based on the four calculated validation metrics indicating that the technique was valid. The cosine of similarity showed a high percentage rate of similarity between the validation labels indicating that there is a high rate of similarity between the known and output message labels. The direction for further study on this paper is to conduct a replica experiments, which enhances the classification and flagging of the snooped emails using an advanced classification method.

The book “Riyadhus Sholihin” is a monumental work written by one of the great scholars who has a high reputation among the Muslims, namely Imam Nawawi. Although the main topic of the book is about encouragement and warningsand also purification of the self, the book also includes themes of faith and oneness of Allah conceptualized by the author in separate chapters accompanied by the arguments from the Qur’an and hadiths, including the Chapters Talqin “al-Muhtadhar” LaaIlaahaIllallah. Then, how is the correlation of the hadiths that he presented with this chapter and with the tawhid uluhiyyah ‘oneness of worship’? This qualitative research paper attempts to answer these questions using the library research method with a content analysis approach. The discussion of this paper is divided into several sub-sections: introduction, brief biography of Imam Nawawi, the meaning of tawhid uluhiyyah, the chapter Talqin and the correlation of the chapter and its arguments with tauhid uluhiyyah, and conclusions, including the following conclusions: (1) Riyadhus Sholihin is not a mere hadith book that discusses the themes of encouragement and warnings and purification of the self, but also contains theme on faith, (2) Imam Nawawi’s foresight in conceptualizing the chapters of the book and selecting related arguments withinthem, (3) The correlation between chapter Talqin "al-Muhtadhar" Laa Ilaaha Illallah and tawhid uluhiyyah is obvious, because LaaIlaahaIllallah is a tawhid propositionwhich content is the obligation to give worship only to Allah, that is the essence of tawhid uluhiyyah, (4) The correlation of two hadiths which arestated in the chapter Talqin "alh-Muhtadhar" Laa Ilaaha Illallah with tawhid uluhiyyahis very firm and clear.

This article focuses on the discussion about the positions of the human mind and prophetic revelations in Islamic research. In the usual Social Science research, only the human mind serves as the basis for proofs and theory of knowledge (epistemology). The research would reject prophetic revelations. In Islam, however, there is a consensus that prophetic revelations must be placed as better proofs and theory of knowledge over the the human mind. As such, what are the positions of prophetic revelations and the human mind in Islamic research? To answer this question, logic is used as reference. Logic is the study of arguments based on human reasoning, as defined in Islam. Logic also serves as a method of determining the validity of proofs which can be used in an argument. The questions which arise then, are: What is the position of the human mind in Islamic research? What is the order of priority between the human mind and prophetic revelations in an Islamic research? To answer these questions, this paperwork will use literary research and textual analysis to analyse the positions of prophetic revelations and the human mind according to logic. This article will study the definitions of the human mind and prophetic revelation in Islam. Then the positions of the human mind and prophetic revelations will be analysed in a logical discussion, to serve as a method to be used in Islamic research. The use of logic is observed as having cleared the confusion in determining the positions of the human mind and prophetic revelations in Islamic research. How the prophetic revelations are used in Islamic research in accordance to the Islamic research method is also discussed. The results of this research found that logic approves of both the “naqli” and “aqli” proofs. The human mind is actually recognised as a legitimate instrument for proofs in Islam but it cannot take precedence over prophetic revelations. Instead, prophetic revelations serve an important role in Islamic research. However, certain methods must be followed when using the prophetic revelations in Islamic research in order for them to be valid.

This research paper examines the training hours, physical appearances, and on-screen personalities as potential factors of success in today’s K-pop industry in an attempt to understand such global success. The top 10 most popular male K-pop groups were chosen as this paper’s samples based on the criteria of album sales and music video views. The research method of content analysis was employed to measure certain aspects of each factor; the total training hours, average facial scores based on rules of symmetry, and frequencies of introverted or extroverted behaviors were collected for each group. For the majority, groups that went through extensive training periods, had high facial symmetry scores, and leaned more toward introverted personalities on average were found to be among the most popular and successful. It is important to note, however, that the last outcome may have been due to South Korea’s societal expectations and culture.
