Abstract The aim of the study: To assess the main performance indicators of the Interdistrict Hospital of the Urdzhar district of the East Kazakhstan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan and determine the ways of developing the organization of strategic management. Methods: Within the framework of this work, the external and internal environment was assessed based on the main indicators of the Interdistrict Hospital of the Urdzhar district. Also, the management strategy of a medical organization was investigated, the methods of PEST and SWOT-analyzes were used in the work of the organization management leadership. Results: In the course of the study, it was revealed that the Interdistrict hospital of the Urdzhar region» of the East Kazakhstan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan, during the existence and implementation of the components of strategic management, has achieved development in some of the main indicators of the development of a medical institution. This development dynamics can be seen in the way in the interdistrict hospital of the Urdzhar district of the East Kazakhstan region, work is being carried out to achieve the set goals, which is associated with the tasks and mission, as well as the transformation of the organizational structure of the medical organization Conclusions. In the case of monitoring the implementation of strategies, the tasks acquire a very definite specificity, due to the fact that strategic control is aimed at finding out to what extent the implementation of strategies leads to the achievement of the goals of the hospital at the district level. The article gives reasons for the necessity of new approaches to the personnel management system, implemented with the help of corporate training in the context of the transition to a new stage of strategic management, from the «serf» to the «network» model of organization management. The article considers the process of corporate training, offers the concept of key competence as a system of two portfolios of the organization. The analysis of the needs for corporate training has been developed. New approaches to the selection, development, encouragement and evaluation of employees in connection with changes in strategic management have been formulated.

The article investigates the essence of innovation behavior and innovation readiness of personnel, identifies internal and external factors of its shaping and shows its role in the organization development. It discusses methodology of estimating innovation readiness of personnel worked out by D. Howkins, K. Rogers, A. Yu. Popova, A. A. Dubova and conducts their comparative analysis. The authors put forward their own methodology of estimating innovation readiness, which includes employees' assessment of their role in innovation processes in the organization, the situation and difficulties of introducing innovation inside the organization, trends and challenges of innovation introduction in the external environment. Results obtained during the estimation of innovation readiness of the administrative-managerial personnel of the Almetievsk central district hospital (the Republic of Tatarstan) are provided in the article. A serious factor is the availability of real possibility to put forward innovation proposals (direct communication) and a subjective assessment by top management of the population readiness to innovation technologies being introduced in the medical organization (positive responses and appraisals of the medical organization's work on the part of the population can foster shaping of the innovation behavior of personnel). We explain the importance of these factors by the direct participation of the administrative-managerial personnel in attaining goals of the program of the Russian Federation 'The Development of Public Health Service'.

Abstract The aim of the study: To study the activities of the district-level hospital for further improving the quality of the provided medical services. Methods. A set of research methods was used in the work: 1) information and analytical - analysis of legislative and regulatory legal acts, modern literary sources on the topic of work; 2) statistical calculation, processing and analysis of statistical information; 3) analysis of the main statistical indicators of the structural component and the quality of the result (according to the main indicators of the hospital’s activity). The data were studied for 2015 and 2019 in a comparative aspect to assess the dynamics. Results. The total incidence per 100 thousand population in 2019 is 74 140.6 (in 2015 - 72 911.5, an increase of 3.6%). The primary incidence of the population of the district in 2019 is 43 429.6 (in 2015 - 42 952.8), there is an increase of 1.1% due to an increase in the detection rate at screening examinations. The overall mortality rate in 2019 is 6.30 / 00, in 2015 - 6.90 / 00, comparatively, there is a decrease in total mortality by 8.7%. Based on the results of the data, a SWOT analysis was carried out with the definition of the strengths and weaknesses of the hospital, which make it possible to determine the main directions for the development of a medical organization to improve the quality of medical services provided. Conclusions. In general, during the period under study, morbidity and mortality rates tended to decrease in the Central District Hospital, there is a positive trend in the provision of medical equipment and medical products, an increase of 31.5% compared to 2015. Over the period studied, the situation with the staffing of the Central District Hospital has improved significantly. The purpose of the article - substantiation of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of formation of strategic management of development of the hemp industry in Ukraine in the conditions of strengthening of competition and maintenance of sustainable development of rural territories. Research methods. The methodological basis of the study were the provisions of economic theory and systems analysis. The stages of development of cannabis were considered using the historical method. The dynamics of sown areas was studied using the statistical and economic method. Using a logical method, the tools (methods) of strategic management in the field of cannabis were evaluated on the example of the Institute of Bast Cultures of NAAS of Ukraine and the main directions of strategic management development. The method of analysis and synthesis was used to identify opportunities to expand the tools of strategic management (agricultural cluster as a consequence of the use of an innovative European tool - smart specialization). Theoretical generalizations to substantiate the use of existing and innovative tools of strategic management and conclusions were formed using the abstract-logical method. Research results. The historical key moments that influenced the development of the cannabis industry over the last hundred years are highlighted. The inefficiency of the traditional top-down management strategy is proved and a new tool of strategic management of the European model is substantiated - smart specialization as a basis for regional development. The algorithm of creation and efficiency of agrotourism cluster "Slobozhanske hemp" in Sumy region is given. The main directions of development of strategic management in the field of hemp are outlined. A SWOT analysis matrix was used to study in detail the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the cannabis industry. On the example of the Institute of Bast Crops of NAAS of Ukraine, the main tools of strategic planning were outlined and analyzed. Scientific novelty. The necessity of reorientation of the strategy of regional management from vertical (top-down) to innovative, local, multilevel (smart specialization) is substantiated. With the help of SWOT-analysis, it identified weaknesses and threats that prevent the defense management strategy to move to a defensive - offensive base strategy. The combination of strengths and opportunities in the long run will provide an opportunity to choose a strategy for sustainable development of the cannabis industry. The expediency of creating the Agro-tourist cluster "Slobozhanske hemp" in Sumy region as a powerful economic mechanism and a "green tourist magnet" is considered. The analysis of the main tools of strategic management of ILK NAAS of Ukraine provided an opportunity to formulate the main directions of development of strategic management in the field of hemp. Practical significance. The reorientation of the regional management strategy from vertical to horizontal provides an opportunity for businesses not only to expand their capabilities in the field of growing and processing hemp products from the introduction of modern scientific advances, due to lower state regulation, but also to revive age-old traditions. everyday life. In general, the solution of the tasks will contribute to the expansion of sown areas of technical hemp, the creation of facilities for processing hemp, the creation of jobs and, consequently, the added value obtained by deep processing of products, increase tax revenues to budgets of various levels. ResumoO transporte rodoviário de cargas no Brasil é o mais importante dentre todos os modais, porém passou por uma grave crise devido ao recesso econômico que o país enfrentou nos últimos anos. Houve uma melhora do mercado nesse setor, porém muitas transportadoras ainda buscam se restabelecer em uma área na qual os custos são altos e a competitividade é grande. Nesse contexto e por meio de uma pesquisa ação, o objetivo geral desse estudo foi implementar a ferramenta de gestão estratégica Balanced Scorecard (BSC) em uma empresa deste setor e avaliar sua eficácia sobre a visualização do desempenho da companhia. O BSC foi aplicado por meio de uma metodologia que visou abranger tanto o cenário interno à empresa quanto externo, na qual extraiu-se os objetivos a partir de uma análise SWOT e assim criou-se os indicadores de desempenho. A implementação foi acompanhada a partir de uma base de dados referentes aos meses de setembro e outubro de 2019 para que fossem definidas as metas, e então analisou-se as possíveis melhorias para o scorecard. De forma geral, a execução da metodologia foi eficiente e o gestor avaliou satisfatoriamente a aplicação dos indicadores por meio da metodologia de gestão estratégica BSC e a nova maneira de visualizar o desempenho da companhia. AbstractRoad freight transport in Brazil is the most important of all modes, but it has gone through a crisis due to the economic recess that the country has faced in recent years. There has been an improvement in the market in this sector, but many carriers are still looking to re-establish themselves in a market where costs are high and competitiveness is high. In this context and through an action research, the general objective of this study was implementing the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) strategic management tool in a company of this sector and evaluate its effectiveness in visualizing the company's performance. The BSC was applied through a methodology that aimed to cover the internal and external scenarios, in which the objectives were extracted from a SWOT analysis and thus the performance indicators were created. The implementation was followed by a database for September and October 2019 to set goals and analyze possible improvements to the scorecard. Overall, the execution of the methodology was efficient and the manager evaluated satisfactorily the elaboration of the strategic planning and the new way of visualizing the company's performance. This study aims to analyze how strategic management in the Firta Collection Boutique to develop its business, especially in providing services to customers. The method used in this research is a qualitative method that includes Marketing Mix (4P Analysis) and SWOT Analysis, to find out what external factors are opportunities or threats to the Firta Collection Boutique. The results of the study show that the strategies adopted by the Firta Collection Boutique are still inappropriate and need to use other strategies. Changes in the external environment have continued to increase so that it is an opportunity and anticipates threats by utilizing strengths and minimizing weaknesses by innovating and improving approaches and gaining customer trust in product quality, in order to compete in the fashion sector.

Garbage can be interpreted as a consequence of the activities of human life. It is undeniable, garbage will always be there as long as life activities continue to run. Every year, it can be ascertained that the volume of waste will always increase along with the increasing pattern of public consumerism. The landfill which is increasingly polluting the environment requires a technique and management to manage waste into something useful and of economic value, Bantas Village, Selemadeg Timur District, Tabanan Regency currently has a Waste Management Site (TPS3R) managed by Non-Governmental Organizations (KSM ) The source of waste comes from Households, Stalls, Restaurant Entrepreneurs, Schools, Offices and Ceremonies which are organic and inorganic waste. The waste management system at Bantas Lestari TPS with 3R system is Reduce (reduction of waste products starts from the source), Reuse (reuse for waste that can be reused) and Recycle (recycling waste) to date it is still running but not optimal. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data analysis using SWOT analysis. This study produces a Waste Management Strategy which is the result of research from the management aspect, aspects of human resources and aspects of infrastructure facilities.
