Lecturer Workload (BKD) is a portrait of the lecturer workload in the implementation of University’s Tri Dharma in the next semester. In college academic activities, the reporting of Lecturer Workload (BKD) is important because it is concerned with the productivity of lecturer’s performance. The lecturer workload is commensurate with a minimum of 12 credits and a maximum of 16 credits in each semester in accordance with academic qualifications. The Department of Industrial Engineering of UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur has implemented a manual lecturer workload reporting system and indirectly the high potential obstacles to the evaluation process. So that in its application Lecturer Workload reporting (BKD) must be able to facilitate between lecturers, assessors and head of department in coordination. This research aims to produce Lecturer Workload Information System (BKD) effectively and efficiently. The design of this system uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. From the results obtained, the output of this system is that lecturers report their performance online, assessors can verify files easily, and study programs can monitor lecturers' performance. It is hoped that the Lecturer Workload Information System (BKD) can help the Industrial Engineering Study Program of the East Java National Veterans Development University in conducting the lecturer workload reporting process (BKD)

One of the courses in D IV Informatics Engineering Department is Industrial Practices Work. This course is held to equip students of praxis in the world of software development. Unfortunately, so far the mechanism for implementing Industrial Practices Work is still in the conventional form. One of them is, for example, a student registers with the administration department of a study program, then requests a letter to be made to several software houses. In fact, sometimes the drafting of the request can be repeated in each group. This kind of process is very ineffective and slows down the performance of study programs. Therefore, through this research an information system was developed that could help to facilitate the implementation of Industrial Practices Work. The system development methodology used in this study is the waterfall method.

The application made in this study is used in the scope of the University of Papua Informatics Engineering Department, based on information and procedures for making the final thesis task of the Informatics Engineering Department of the University of Papua, this application was made using the Waterfall system development model and developed with PHP programming language with a CodeIgniter framework and MySQL Database. This Online Thesis application consists of 3 users. The first user in this application is the Chair of the Study Program who acts as the Administrator, the second is Thesis Supervisor, and The third is Students of the Informatics Engineering Department at the University of Papua. Available menu options are Upload Proposal, List of Proposals, Thesis Title List, Message, New Message, Inbox, Control Card Menu, Student List, Lecturer List, and Profile. Information System that can facilitate the search for proposals, thesis titles and guidance processes carried out by the Informatics Engineering Department of the University of Papua.

Keberagaman Program Studi Pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan suatu hal yang menarik untuk dipelajari. Seperti yang tercantum dalam Spektrum PSMK tahun 2016 bahwa Sekolah Kejuruan memiliki 142 Kompetensi Keahlian yang tersebar di Indonesia, maka dengan jumlah yang banyak tersebut masyarakat akan menemui kesulitan dalam mengetahun kompetensi keahlian yang akan dicari. Program studi Energi Terbarukan merupakan salah satu program studi yang jarang sekali diketahui masyarakat umum. Total dari program studi ini hanya ada 14 sekolah dari total 164.07 SMK di Indonesia sehingga jarang diketahui masyarakat umum dibanding dengan program studi seperti akuntansi dan pemasaran. Seiring perkembangan teknologi dibidang pendidikan yang begitu pesat, maka perlu dibentuknya media informasi khusus yang menampilkan kompetensi keahlian agar memudahkan masyarakat dalam mencari informasi. Media Informasi ini berbentuk website dengan tujuan dapat diakses melalui jaringan internet dimanapun dan kapanpun. Pengembangan penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian R&D dengan menggunakan Waterfall Model atau dapat disebut juga System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan tahapan pengembangan: 1. Analysis, 2. Design, 3. Implementation, 4. Testing, dan 5. Maintenance. Selain mempermudah masyarakat dalam mencari kompetensi keahlian tertentu, Dunia Usaha/Dunia Industri (DU/DI) juga akan terbantu dalam memenuhi pegawai sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan. Abstract The Diversity of Study Program in Vocational School (SMK) is an interesting thing to be learned. As stated in Spectrum PSMK 2016 that Vocational School has 142 Skill Competences spread over in Indonesia, so with that great amount, people will find difficulties in knowing competence skill to be sought. Renewable Energy study program is one of the study programs that is rarely known by general public. Total of this study program there are only 14 schools of total 16,407 SMK throughout Indonesia so rarely known to the general public compared with courses such as accounting and marketing. Along with the development of technology in the field of education is so rapid, it is necessary to establish a special information media that displays the skill competence in order to facilitate the public in finding information. This Information medium is shaped of website with the aim to be accessed through internet network wherever and whenever. The method of this research is R & D (research & development) using Waterfall Model or can be called System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the development stages are: 1. Analysis, 2. Design, 3. Implementation, 4. Testing, and 5. Maintenance. In addition to facilitate the community in searching for a particular skill competence, business sector or industrial sector will also be helpful in meeting employees in accordance with the required competencies.

Research conducted at the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency aims to find out the data processing system library and data archiving. All data processing is done is still very manual by using the document in writing and there is also a stacking of archives on the service. By utilizing library information systems and archives that will be applied to the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency can improve the quality of service that has not been optimal. This research was made by using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is better known as waterfall method. The first step taken on this method is to go directly to the field by conducting interviews and discussions. This information system will be able to assist the work of officers in terms of data processing libraries and facilitate in search data archives by presenting reports more accurate, effective and efficient.

Geographyc Information System (GIS) is an information system that is applied to store, recall, enter, analyze, process, and produce data in the form of geographic data, used for decision making in support of a system development plan. The problem of finding information to find out the location of various places in an area with the help of smart phones. The use of smart phones in a growing community, then the idea arose to create an application called Find Your Futsal, which is an application about futsal field information based on the Geographyc Information System in the Tangerang area. Futsal has many benefits for the surrounding community. They can use the futsal field to support various futsal activities. The design method of this GIS application research application uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) research method. Started designing the displays in the application, designing the database used in making the application. Next start the application by coding with a predetermined programming language using the Android Studio application. Furthermore, it is compiled and implemented on Android-based mobile devices. The application of the results of this study is a geographic information system application futsal field in the city of Tangerang that is simple and easy to use. As well as GPS and maps as features in it.

Perpustakaan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran bagi para siswa dalam mencari sumber referensi belajar dan berperan penting dalam menunjang proses pendidikan. Pada SMP Negeri 2 Cisaat Sukabumi perpustakan adalah salah satu sarana bagi siswa untuk mencari referensi pelajaran. Namun pada sistem yang sedang berjalan saat ini, perpustakaan masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu dengan pencatatan pembukuan, kelola anggota, dan notifikasi peminjaman. Proses manual tersebut dinilai kurang efisien dan memakan banyak waktu, serta dokumen yang dapat rusak atau hilang disebabkan kejadian tertentu. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola manajemen perpustakaan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan smart library berbasis web. Model prototipe adalah salah satu Model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang dapat membantu proses pembangunan Smart Library berbasis web. Sehingga dapat membantu manajemen perpustakaan lebih terstruktur dan dengan proses yang cepat, efektif, dan efisien. Hasil dari kuisioner pengujian beta rata-rata menunjukan 80% menjawab setuju pada aplikasi smart library yang dibuat. Library as one of the learning media for students in finding sources of learning references and plays an important role in supporting the educational process. At SMP Negeri 2 Cisaat Sukabumi library is one of the means for students to find reference lessons. But in the current system, the library still uses a manual system, namely by recording books, managing members, and borrowing notifications. The manual process is considered inefficient and time-consuming, as well as documents that can be damaged or lost due to certain events. Therefore we need an information system that can manage library management more effectively and efficiently by using web-based Smart Library. Prototype Model is one of the System Development Live Cycle Model (SDLC) that can help the process of building a web-based Smart Library. So that it can help library management be more structured and with a fast, effective, and efficient process. The results of the beta test questionnaire on average showed 80% answered agreed on the smart library application made.

Exports and imports are driving the nation's economy and state revenue sources. Customs as a state agency is assigned to manage the country's income. Customs and its staff are still experiencing difficulties in reporting receipt of export and import of plant or company. One of the policy is issued, each factory or company shall make the information system to determine information about the export of finished goods and raw material imports. The problem is the lack of standardization in the information that must be made by the manufacturer or company. This study makes the design of information systems based on web-based exports and imports that can be used by all factories or companies in Indonesia, particularly in PT.Windu Eka. The design method used is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Analysis, Design and Testing Prototype. This information system consists of web-based software with PHP programming and MySQL database that aims to provide information online, so the reports more accessible and faster made to be reported to Customs.

This research aims to help universities that do not have an academic information system and facilitate EPSBED data report to Directorate of Higher Education (DHE). The method used is the three first stages in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which are systems engineering, requirements analysis, and design system. The result is a design of university business process, design of database, and design of user interface. This research finds that DHE has a specific data structure that can represent the basic activities of a study program. Therefore, this system design can be used for reporting of EPSBED data as well as for data collection of study program activities.

Student is often lazy when it comes to studying, and how to motivate student was one of the problem in the educational world. To overcome the matters, we will implement the gamification method into an Academic Information System. Academic Information System is a software used for providing information and arranging administration which connected with academic activities. By implementing the gamification method, it is expected to improve student’s interest on the study programs. Gamification itself is a process with the purpose of changing non-game context into a more interesting application by integrating game thinking, game design, and game mechanics. From the evaluation result, it is concluded that the application has been successfully built and the gamification method has been successfully implemented to improve student’s interest and the most influential gamification features are point and reward.
