The purpose of this study is to determine whether service quality, brand image, brand trust, and flight experience have influence towards repurchase intention in using Lion Air. This study is using quantitative method with 7 Likert-scale, from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The statements are adopted from various prior research. The data was distributed by online and directly to the person. The total sample used in this study is 347 respondents who ever flied with Lion Air at least twice from January 2019 to October 2019. The data was tested by using statistical software for validity and reliability and using Structural Equation Model for model fit and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate the factors that influencing customers repurchase intention in using Lion Air. Out of 6 hypotheses there are 4 hypotheses that are has a significant relationship which are service quality towards brand image, service quality towards brand trust, brand image towards brand trust, and brand trust towards repurchase intention. Meanwhile, the rest 2 hypotheses are found to be not significant, which are flight experience towards brand trust and brand image towards repurchase intention. There are many factors why it is rejected, such as price, needs, influence from others, the choice of routes, and frequent flight frequencies. This study is the first study that combine flight experience factor in determining customer repurchase intention in using Lion Air.

In this digital era, e-wallet is very much needed in various types of online payments, especially for generation. Study to analyzes the variables that affect continuous used of e-wallet by consumers with the intention that they can provide solutions to problems for e-wallet products is needed. This study examines the influence of service quality and brand trust on e-wallet consumer repurchase intention and brant trust as an intervention in Indonesian context. The purpose of this research is to understand the important effects of service quality and brand image on brand trust and its impact on repurchase intention with a case study of generation z of e-wallet consumers in Jakarta. Seven hypotheses are posited and in order to empirically test them, a sample data set of 300 was compiled from Jakarta City of Indonesia with the data collection method used a survey with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used SPSS version 25 and SEM (Structural Equation Model) from the LISREL statistical package version 8.8. The results indicate that service quality and brand image positively influences brand trust as an intervation and impact repurchase intention in a significant way. The interesting things is about managerial implications for increasing repurchase intention from consumers and also limitations and future research directions are suggested. In general, this study immensely contributes new knowledge to the existing body of service quality and brand image literature in e-wallet consumers context that which is still rarely researched in developing countries.

This research aimed to investigate consumers’ intention to repurchase jamu at Jamu Café. Service quality, customer satisfaction, and Word-of-Mouth (WOM) were selected as the predictor variables. In total, 200 participants who purchased jamu at the café were selected conveniently. Data were analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses as well as Structural Equation Model (SEM). As a result, service quality influences customer satisfaction significantly. As customers are satisfied, they do word-of-mouth and repurchase. On the other hand, WOM has an insignificant impact on repurchase intention.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception, brand image and promotion on customer satisfaction to achieve repurchase intention’s Fiesta chicken Nugget in Jakarta, Indonesia. This study uses Non Probability Sampling and purposive sampling methods with a total of 190 respondents. Data analysis of this study is carried out by structural equation model (SEM) analysis using Lisrel 8.8. The findings show that each independent variable namely product quality, price perception, brand image and promotion has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction as intervening variable. Customer satisfaction as intervening variable has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention as dependent variable. The product quality has the biggest influence among the four independent variables on customer satisfaction. It is recommended that companies should focus on increasing the value of product quality and product price adjustments to increase customer satisfaction and the company should pay more intention to promotion and improve brand image for the better. Further research by conducting research on other variables with a larger sample is also recommended.

This research aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty towards Netflix’s user. This research uses quantitative method and the data collection use survey method with questionnaires as the instrument. The sample of this research is 200 respondents who live in DKI Jakarta and have used Netflix in the past 6 months. Data were analyzed using software SPSS version 25 and SEM (Structural Equation Model) from Lisrel 8.8 to process and analyze the research data. The result of hypothesis testing shows that e-service quality has significant effect on customer satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. However, e-service quality has significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The result also found that brand image has significant effect on both customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction has the most influence on customer loyalty

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, promotion and service quality and customer satisfaction on brand image. The population in this study are people in Denpasar City who use the Grab application. The number of samples obtained is 100 respondents using the Lemeshow formula, which has been determined by the non-probability sampling method, namely incidental sampling. The analysis technique used is the statistical method of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The test results show that the variables of price, promotion, service quality and customer satisfaction have an effect on brand image. The food and beverages industry have been growing rapidly, making the competition in this industry higher. Therefore, innovation is needed to survive. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of food quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction of hot plate restaurants’ consumers, which in turn will have an impact on repurchase intention. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, using a Likert Scale as a measurement method. Data analysis uses the structural equation modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS 3.0 tools. The population of this study is XYZ hot plate restaurants’ consumers in Sunter and Bekasi. Total sample that used in this research is 100 samples by using the Slovin formula. The results of this study show significant and positive effects, both individually and simultaneously, between food quality and service quality to customer satisfaction and its impact on repurchase intention. Therefore, in order to compete with others, XYZ hot plate restaurants should (1) Improve and maintain their foods and drinks, (2) Maintain their employees’ credibility, and (3) Reduce the waiting list.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether brand image, food quality, and service quality have a significance effect towards customer repurchase intention on KFC Kakialy in Ambon. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method with total sample amount 100 valid respondent who had bought twice in that outlet. The data were collected and processed with SmartPLS v.3.2.8 program. The validity test was assessed using AVE and loading factor and reliability test was assessed using cross-loading. The formative construct was assessed by using sign of weight and multicollinearity test. The results of this study indicate that brand image does not have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Food quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah citra merek, kualitas makanan, dan kualitas layanan pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pembelian kembali KFC Cabang Kakialy di Ambon. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan total sebanyak 100 responden yang valid dan pernah melakukan pembelian minimal dua kali di gerai tersebut. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan program SmartPLS v.3.2.8. Pengujian validitas menggunakan uji AVE dan loading factor dan pengujian realibilitas menggunakan cross-loading. Pengujian indikator formatif menggunakan uji sign of weight dan uji multikolinearitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian kembali. Pada kualitas makanan dan kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian kembali.

The study investigates how service quality and perceived value influence brand loyalty of Lion Air customers in Denpasar and how these relationships are mediated by customer satisfaction. The research was conducted in Denpasar, Bali. Sample size of 128 respondents was collected through a questionnaire and has been tested for its validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) and using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that service quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty of Lion Air customers in Denpasar. Another result is that customer satisfaction is able to partially mediate the relationship between service quality and perceived value with brand loyalty of Lion Air customers in Denpasar. This research is expected to be empirical evidence for future research and be able to enrich the development of marketing management science related to service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The practical implication in this research is that Lion Air customer loyalty can be created when consumers feel that the quality of service provided by Lion Air meets their expectations, feels added value when using Lion Air, and feels right and satisfied when using Lion Air.

This type of the research is case study with survey method by using questionnaire as a toolof data collection. The study was conducted in Purwokerto area. There are many varioustype of culinary business, such as cafe, restaurant, foodstreet, foodcourt, etc. But one of themost popular in the society now is cafe and restaurant. One of the new cafe and resto thathad been just found in Purwokerto is Level Up. As a new arrival, Level Up have a uniqueconcept, place, foods and beverages, and also the services that can attract young adult inPurwokerto to visit Level Up. But, there was a decrease in the customers who visited LevelUp after a year of standing and the problem that faced by Level Up become a businessphenomenon. Based on the problems above, this research was conducted to analyze thefood and beverage quality, service quality, place, and perceived price to customersatisfaction and repurchase intention. Respondents of this research are 165 respondentscame from consumers in Purwokerto who have been visited Level Up Purwokerto. Thisresearch uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) as analysis tools technique. Statisticalsoftware SPSS is used to analyze the data. The result of hypothesis testing using T-test is inthe following: (1) Food and beverage quality has positive effect on customer satisfaction. (2)Service quality has positive effect on customer satisfaction. (3) Place has a positive but nosignificant effect on customer satisfaction. (4) Perceived price has a positive effect oncustomer satisfaction. (5) Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchaseintention.

Higher education in increasing competition needs to provide excellent quality services for students to college. Students satisfaction will be encouraged to disseminate their campus information through electronic word of mouth (eWOM). EWOM is a form of consumer willingness to voluntarily provide recommendations for others to buy or use products from companies through the internet. This research was conducted to analyze the quality of service, promotion, brand image and motivation towards eWOM. The research was quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The data were analyzed using SEM Lisrel (Structural Equation Modeling). This study was conducted of student  from Faculty of Nursing Garut class who actively carry out lecture with total sample of 309. The findings of this research showed that there was a significant relationship between service quality on brand image, there is a meaningful relationship between the promotion of brand image, there is no significant relationship between service quality on eWOM, brand image has a significant to eWOM and motivation has a significant relationship to eWOM.
