Based on observations at the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) Pagar Alam it was found that increased drug abuse among adolescents and their lack of understanding of the dangers posed when consuming drugs. To reduce drug abuse, BNN promotes information on the types of drugs, their impact and prevention of abuse. However, the socialization process incurred considerable costs, was less effective and the lack of interest in the participants to read the brochure because it was monotonous. This research resulted in the introduction of an Android-based type of drug application on BNN Pagar Alam. The system development method is the SDLC method with the waterfall model. With this application can provide information about the types of drugs and how to prevent them.

Abstract The organization is a unit that is a means to achieve various goals or targets carried out through joint activities. In achieving organizational goals certainly will not be separated from various problems. One way to solve the problem is to discuss the problem in a meeting. Meetings are used to find solutions to problems that are expected to reach consensus, resolution, and decision. In this study will develop an application that is used for meeting management. The meetings that have been held will be grouped according to their main activities. So it can be seen how many times a meeting has been held and what the results will be. Office internal applications for documentation of web-based meeting results are built using the PHP programming language and using a MySQL database. The framework used is Laravel. System development method with a waterfall model. From the results of testing with the blackbox method it is known that the office's internal application for the documentation of the results of the web-based meeting is 100% as planned. Dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi tentunya tidak akan lepas dari berbagai permasalahan. Salah satu cara untuk memecahkan permasalan adalah dengan mendiskusikan permasalahan tersebut dalam suatu rapat. Rapat digunakan untuk menemukan solusi dalam suatu permasalahan yang diharapkan dapat mencapai suatu mufakat, penyeleseian, dan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini akan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan rapat. Rapat-rapat yang telah dilakukan nantinya akan dikelompokkan sesuai dengan kegiatan utamanya. Jadi dapat diketahui sudah berapa kali mengadakan rapat dan hasilnya seperti apa. Aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Framework yang digunakan adalah Laravel. Metode pengembangan system dengan model waterfall. Dari hasil pengujian dengan metode blackbox telah diketahui bahwa aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web 100% sudah sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. Apples are one of the fruits that much post-harvest processing can do. Apples can be processed into drinks or snacks. The need for information about nutritional content is needed by consumers. Therefore, a traceability information system is needed that can enable consumers to know the nutritional content involved. This research uses the Waterfall model information system development method and the Unified modeling language (UML). This method allows for the sequential development of information systems. The results of this research will be in the form of an information system that has been tested using the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and Response for a Class (RFC) method. The resulting Response for a Class (RFC) value is 5.17, meaning that this information system will be easy to adapt later

Eman Sounds is a business venture in the field of sound system rental services. The Eman sounds does not currently have a website application. The leasing service transaction system is still done conventionally, where if anyone wants to rent a sound system for a wedding or other official event can come directly to the Eman Sounds to see and rent it. For transaction reports sound system rental services are still recorded with paper so as to allow for data loss and errors in recording transactions. The purpose of this study is that the author will design a web sound system rental service for Eman Sounds so that it is expected to simplify the process of leasing transactions and making rental reports. The author uses the system development method, namely the waterfall model for this study. The use of PHP and HTML programming languages ​​the author uses to create web rental services and MYSQL as the database. The results of this study are expected that with a web design sound system rental service can help Eman Sounds in the process of managing rental transactions and reports.

Religious Education Book Assessment Service activities are held by involving all stakeholders and other units. However, given the size and breadth of the scope and the limited manpower, budget and resources in carrying out these activities. So to overcome this problem, it is necessary to design a web-based system application that can serve quickly and be accessed 24 hours without limitation of space and time. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based application of the Religious Education Book Assessment Service. This application was created using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method with a waterfall model process and the system design was implemented with the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The result of this research is an application that can solve the problem of the implementation of the Religious Education Book Service activities that have been done conventionally.

E-Commerce is a process model of selling and buying goods using information and communication technology. This business model offers a broad market for products owned by the seller. However this sales model is not yet common for agricultural products. Most of the process of buying and selling agricultural products is still done conventionally. The lack of agricultural e-commerce sites is the main reason for the research conducted. This research will develop an agricultural e-commerce system. This system has two main modules that are sales module and purchasing module. This article specifically develops sales modules for agricultural e-commerce. In the development of modules applied Dynamic System Development Method. The used of this model is based on characteristic of the project which have limited number of development team and short development time. The development stages consist of pre-project, feasibility study, business study, functional model iteration, and design and build iteration. In this study a prototype has been produced for the sales module on agricultural e-commerce that is being developed

Zidan Jaya Motor is a company that serves the sale and purchase of used motorcycles, from various brands and types of motorcycles. The problem that is often encountered is the ineffectiveness of sales services in terms of time and effort because they still use manual data collection in the company's parent book. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based used motorcycle sales application. This sales information system planning uses the SDLC (system development life cycle) development method with the PHP (hypertext markup language) programming language. This sales application makes it easy for Zidan Jaya Motor to manage goods data, sales reports, optimize services and maintain company data security. With the support of human resources and computerized information systems.

This research was triggered by the increasing number of malnutrition cases in West Lombok Regency that caused the mortality rate of children under five years old is also increasing. This research is aimed to provide the malnutrition status information and other related nutritional information, also to let the citizen send their feedbacks to the Public Health Office and Community Health Clinic. This system was built with waterfall model as its System Development Method and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the nutritional areas. This system was tested with blackbox, whitebox and MOS. Whitebox was used to test the Analytical Hierarchy Process and the result was corresponding to the manually done calculation. Meanwhile the testing using blackbox showed that the system has been running well. The testing using MOS showed that the average assessment of public respondents to the system stated strongly agree, agree and fair were 39.04%, 55.24%, and 5.72% respectively

Today the development of technology has been increasing rapidly as well as the use of android smartphones in the field of information systems. It is familiar among the public because it can help in getting the information in a fast and accurate way particularly in an emergency situation. Human needs for information, one of them is information of health facilities in collaboration with Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) or Agency of Social Security. The purpose of this study is to produce an Android-based application that can facilitate the public in getting information of health facilities in collaboration with BPJS in Palangkaraya. The method applied in the system development in this study is the Waterfall model which consists of five stages, namely, need analysis, system of design, program code writing, program testing, and program implementation. In addition, in creating process,  the program uses Android studio software with java programming language and XAMPP connection database, up to UML (Unifield Modeling Language) to depict the system to be made. From this study, the test result shows that the functionality of the BPJS health facility Geographic Information System (GIS) in Palangkaraya City is going well and is in accordance with its function. This android-based application system can display online maps of BPJS health facility locations as well as detailed information from BPJS health facilities in Palangkaraya

AbstrakPT. Gunung Berlian Nusantara merupakan pengembang perumahan yang bergerak dibidang properti yaitu penjualan rumah subsidi. Sistem penjualannya dilakukan secara kredit melalui Bank atau kredit pada developer. Pembayaran kredit developer langsung pada kantor pemasaran. Data penjualan dan pembayaran rumah diolah oleh bagian administrasi yang masih menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel dan buku administrasi. Sehingga perlu dibangun sebuah rancangan sistem administrasi perumahan untuk pengolahan data yang berbasis pemograman PHP dan basis data MySQL dengan alat bantu perancangan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Adapun metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Prototype. Dengan adanya sistem administrasi perumahan berbasis pemograman aplikasi ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dan mendukung kegiatan administrasi perusahaan. Kata kunci— Perumahan, PHP, MySQL, UML, Metode Prototype.  AbstractPT.
