In processing the cake sales report at PT Flavors Internasional still uses a manual system so that the related officers experience some problems in making sales reports. So we need a system that can handle errors in making the cake sales report which is currently still using a manual system. In this study, several methods are used including data collection which includes observation, interviews, and literature studies, the SDLC method as the analytical method used, UML is used as a tool in designing systems in the form of usecase, activity, seqeuence, and class diagrams. With this system, problems that exist in the process of making cake sales reports can be resolved properly and can provide time and process efficiency for the company, as well as more regular data report processing.

ABSTRAK Indikator D/S di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Saguling Desa Cipangeran pada tahun 2016 menunjukkan masih rendahnya kunjungan balita dalam kegiatan posyandu dengan rata-rata hanya memcapai 41,5%, sedangkan target standar palayanan kota jumlah D/S yaitu 85%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keteraturan ibu dalam mengunjungi Posyandu dari faktor pengetahuan di Desa Cipangeran Kecamatan Saguling Kabupaten Bandung Barat tahun 2017. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Populasi seluruh balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Saguling tahun 2016 sebanyak 424 ibu balita, besar sampel yang diambil 81 ibu balita, pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Sampel Random Sampling, pengumpulan data dengan hasil kuesioner berisi pertanyaan untuk mendapatkan data yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian pengetahuan ibu balita didapatkan hampir setengah berada dikategori cukup yaitu 47 ibu balita (58%), namun masih ada ibu balita yang memiliki pengetahuan baik yaitu 18 ibu balita (22%), dan ibu balita yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang yaitu 16 ibu balita (20%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian didapatkan tingkat pengetahuan ibu balita yang tidak teratur dalam mengunjungi Posyandu di Desa Cipangeran Kecamatan Saguling Kabupaten Bandug Barat hampir setengah ibu balita berpengetahuan cukup. ABSTRACT The D / S indicator in the working area of ​​Saguling Public Health Center of Cipangeran Village in 2016 indicates that the low number of toddler visits in posyandu activities reaches an average of 41.5%, while the standard target for city / city is 85%. The purpose of this study is to determine the regularity of mothers in visiting Posyandu from knowledge factor in Cipangeran Village, Saguling District, West Bandung regency in 2017. This research method using analytical method with cross sectional approach. The data used is primary data.The population of all toddlers in the working area of Saguling Publich Health Center in 2016 were 424 mother, the sample size was 81 mother, using Random Sampling , data collection with questionnaires containing questions to obtain data related to the variables studied. The result of the research of the knowledge of the mother of the toddler is almost sufficient, namely 47 mothers (58%),but there are still mother who have good knowledge that is 18 mother of toddler (22%) and mother with less knowledge that is 16 mother of balita (20%). The conclusion of the research is the level of knowledge of irregular mother in visiting Posyandu in Cipangeran Village, Saguling, of West Bandung district, almost half of the toddler are knowledgeable enough.

This study aims to determine how much influence Organizational Culture, Career Development, and Self Efficacy have on Employee Performance. The analytical method used is correlation analysis and multiple regression. The method of data collection in this study is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees of PT. Padang Post. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it shows that: (a) organizational culture has a partially significant effect on employee performance, (b) career development has a partially significant effect on employee performance, (c) self-efficacy has a partially significant effect on employee performance development, (d) ) organizational culture, career development and self-efficacy together on career development, (e) the contribution of organizational culture, career development, and self-efficacy variables together on employee performance is 71.4% while the remaining 28.6 % influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the income of the cracker/kemplang home industry in the Jakabaring District, Palembang City. The analytical method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, discussions with business actors and from several sources of other articles. From the research that has been carried out, it is found that the cracker/kemplang home industry continues to run its business, and the income earned by the cracker/kemplang home industry tends to be stable even in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The factor that supports the traders to keep doing business is the awareness to continue to struggle to meet the needs of their daily lives. There are several attempts by business actors to increase an income, such as by adapting to market changes, providing good service to consumers and paying attention to the quality of goods to be sold to consumers.

Background: The joint interest of clinicians and the laboratory test industry during the recent pandemic of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) resulted in an explosion of accessible assays for COVID-19 serological testing. Content: The need of properly evaluated laboratory tests is more apparent today than ever before. Clinical application of the assay, analytical specifications, and performance convenience are the key criteria that must be followed while selecting an analytical method. An analytical evaluation is always performed before deciding to apply a procedure in the laboratory routine practice. Summary: Only after the evaluation, data collection, and analysis of the results in accordance with the established eligibility criteria can be concluded that the new assay is suitable for laboratory use.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, pelatihan, dan lingkungan kerja pada kualitas kinerja pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi liner berganda untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpenaruh terhadap kualitas kinerja pegawai, sedangkan kompensasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh.Kata Kunci: pelatihan, lingkungan kerja, motivasi, kinerja pegawaiAbstractThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, training, and work environment on the quality of employee performance. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression to test and prove the research hypothesis. The implementation of a tourism village in Lebak Regency is needed to support local potential in order to provide strategic value and broad economic effects. However, in reality there is no policy preparation available to equalize the perceptions of stakeholders in empowering the community through the implementation of a tourism village; This study aims to review the plan for organizing a tourist village and formulate a model for the implementation of a tourist village. The research in this paper was carried out in Lebak Regency. Data collection was carried out through literature studies, in- depth interviews and non-participant observation. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. This paper shows that the Regency of Lebak needs guidelines for the administration of a tourism village. This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity, Change In Total Assets on Price Book Value with Debt To Equity as an intervening in metal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is an associative study with documentation data collection techniques, the population in this study This amounted to 16 companies and samples taken amounted to 14 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is path analysis. The results showed that Return On Equity had a positive and significant effect on Debt To Equity, Return On Equity had a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Growth Assets had a positive and insignificant effect on Debt To Equity, Growth Assets had a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Debt to Equity has a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Debt to Equity as a mediation on Return On Equity and Price Book Value has a negative and insignificant effect, Debt to Equity as a mediation on Growth Assets and Price Book Value has a negative and negative effect not significant.

Propagation and invitation to the Qur'an and its teachings in both general and specialized levels, according to the level of the audience, has been considered by Imam Ali (AS) which has been promoted in various ways. But what is the methods and ways of propagation and promotion in Imam Ali's verbal and practical life? And in what format and structure do each of these components express these methods? This research was conducted by inductive-inferential-analytical method. Therefore, data collection and narrations related to education and propagation (both verbal and practical) of each of the findings were included under the headings that were the result of a study of the researcher's mind, and were analyzed separately. The methods of promoting the Qur'an that are found in the words and deeds of Imam Ali (AS) can be named under 7 components. Promoting the culture of Qur’anic discourse in Alawīte words (using verses in interactions), using psychological and semantic therapy skills in promoting the Qur’an, reciting the Qur’an, getting acquainted with the Qur’an, encouraging the writing of the Qur’an, promoting the Qur’anic culture in the social dimension, and promoting and propagating the system of Qur’anic culture development.

Purchasing decisions are one thing that is very influential in a product. Many factors influence purchasing decisions, including green marketing activities, brand image, and store atmosphere. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of green marketing, brand image, and store atmosphere both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at Arei Adventure Store Surabaya 3. Data collection used was a questionnaire. The research method employed a random sample of 101 people. The analytical method mobilized was SPSS 24. The results of this study indicated that the independent variables simultaneously influence the dependent variable. This was evidenced from the significance value of 0,000 or less than 0.05 and F count = 27.791 while the F value was obtained at 2.70. Thus F count 27.791> F table 2.70. However, partially the green marketing variable was not significant to the purchase decision because the test results showed the value of t count = 1.425 0.05.

Some of the components of human resource management are job stress and job conflict. Job stress is important to pay attention to because it will have an impact on job satisfaction and job conflict to maintain relationships with colleagues. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence partially or simultaneously job stress and job conflict on job satisfaction in grabbike driver-partners in Bandung. The method used is descriptive analysis and verification. The data collection technique used is a literature study and distributing questionnaires with 88 respondents. The analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS 24.0 software. Based on the results of the research, the following findings were obtained: job stress on grabbike partners can be said to be quite good, besides that, job conflicts on grabbike partners are quite good and job satisfaction on grabbike partners is quite good. Partially job stress affects job satisfaction and job conflict affects job satisfaction. Also, simultaneously job stress and job conflict affect job satisfaction. These results suggest drivers not to cancel orders if they get orders, and drivers should improve their performance by not making picky orders so that they will get a greater chance of getting stable orders.
