This article is based on the results of research, focused on the activities of hawker traders along Cut Nyak Dhien Street, Langsa City. There are more than seventy street vendors with various types of merchandise. The research aims to determine the role of the informal sector street vendors of economically weak groups in obtaining employment, the prospect of developing a culinary tourism business on family economic growth, and additional sources of local revenue. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, and then processed using descriptive analysis techniques. The analysis results showed that street vendors in urban areas are a popular alternative to work. This condition is in synergy with the government program that arranges this area as a center for culinary tourism and is very helpful for traders to increase family income, as well as having an impact on increasing visitors and increasing local income.

The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) is an organization that has quite strategic tasks, functions and authorities in organizing the enforcement of regional regulations and decisions of the Head of the Region, Organizing public peace and order, and community protection. The city of Bandung as the capital of West Java Province which has the potential as a destination area for immigrants to meet the living needs of various areas to complain about fate. Thus, as a trade destination area, it is necessary to arrange an orderly, comfortable and peaceful situation for the people of Bandung City. Street vendors are one of the informal livelihoods that are mostly located in every corner of Bandung City. In addition to having a source of income for the area, but on the other hand is another problem for the government of Bandung City. The purpose of writing is to find out how the effectiveness of the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in Disciplining Pedestrian Traders in the City of Bandung. The method used in this writing is Descriptive Analysis by using research tools in the form of literature study on the Effectiveness and Role of Civil Servants Unit (Satpol PP).

Most research on female entrepreneurs revealed that poor in capital capacity and managerial capability become the most problems for them to move ahead. These female street vendors poor of capability in microfinance management also become other crucial issue to be solved besides some other key issues on business planning, administrating, creating source of business financing, to survive in such competitive world. This study examines the effectiveness of financial management capability of female street vendors in strengthening their business capital and reducing the bankruptcy risk and poverty. This research conducted a survey and examined in-depth problem to get the formulation of the problems of female street vendors in facing and solving problems as alternative strategies to empower them. The Data techniques analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis techniques which were used to examine the specific characteristics and profile formulation of female street vendors in the area. Descriptive analysis techniques supported by statistical analysis techniques using logistic regression to describe the methods of business financial management female street vendors in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. The result of this research shows that the main problems faced by female street vendors in Surabaya and Sidoarjo is lack of capability in making bargaining power in competitive rigidity to larger range similar business and lack of capability in financial management strategic development. The most effective method in strengthening the female street vendors is by making similar range on their business to be one specific group that is accommodated in association supported by the government

This study discusses the effect of inflation on unemployment by comparing the perspective of Islam with capitalism. The purpose of this study is to identify the driving factors that cause inflation and unemployment. This research is conducted using descriptive analysis through linear regression analysis on Indonesia’s unemployment and inflation data from 2001 to 2019. This study found that inflation was not the main contributor to unemployment and only accounted for 18.6% of unemployment, whereas the remaining 80.4% was caused by other factors. This occurs because the increase in prices are not due to aggregate demand, but due to natural and man-made factors. To overcome inflation, the government should create policies to promoting a culture of saving, investing and discouraging wasteful and excessive spending from early age and improve the morale of officials and entrepreneurs. In addition to that, the government can also implement the law firmly and consistently to all parties who commit unethical behaviour; second, increasing the role of the community to observe and report corruption. To reduce the rate of unemployment, the government can implement several policies. Those are implementing policies that make it easier for startups to obtain capital, create investment security and facilitate licensing bureaucracy; second, providing more free and accessible work training courses, especially in urban areas; third, implement 12-year compulsory education consistently.

The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of street vendors in the city of Semarang Tlogosari; describe and analyze the policy of the City Government, the role of the function of the actors involved, implementation and efforts aimed at addressing the causes of the inefective of the relocation program Tlogosari street vendors in the area of Semarang. The method used is descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. The data used in the research is a secondary data. The population in this study consisted of 21 keyperson consisting of elements of Semarang City Market Agency, Chief Tlogosari Kulon village, Semarang municipal police and street vendors in the area Tlogosari. The results showed that the condition of street vendors located in the area of Semarang has Tlogosari displacement relocation traders to place, but in relocating the government does not hold a follow-up in preparing the infrastructure and facilities. The role of the function of the actors involved in the relocation of street vendors in the program Tlogosari namely the Semarang City Market Agency and the municipal police personnel Semarang. Factors that cause the inefective of the relocation program of street vendors in the city of Semarang Tlogosari them is a culture of street vendors who keep returning despite being moved, PKL reluctantly relocated to Taman Suryokusumo, and street vendors were difficult to set or disciplined. And last effort in addressing the causes of the inefective of the relocation program PKL among other actions determine the place / location for street vendors selling. City government falls directly approached PKL to speak and to deliberate. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan kondisi Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) di kawasan Tlogosari Kota Semarang; mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis kebijakan Pemerintah Kota, peran fungsi aktor yang terlibat, Implementasi dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kurang efktifnya program relokasi PKL di kawasan Tlogosari Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa data skunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 21 keyperson yang terdiri dari unsur Dinas Pasar Kota Semarang, Kepala Kelurahan Tlogosari Kulon, Satpol PP Kota Semarang dan PKL di kawasan Tlogosari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kondisi PKL yang berlokasi di kawasan Tlogosari Kota Semarang telah dilakukan pemindahan pedagang ke tempat relokasi, namun dalam melakukan relokasi pemerintah tidak mengadakan tindak lanjut dalam menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana. Peran fungsi aktor yang terlibat dalam program relokasi PKL di kawasan Tlogosari yaitu pihak Dinas Pasar Kota Semarang serta para personil Satpol PP Kota Semarang. Faktor program relokasi yang berjalan kurang baik PKL di kawasan Tlogosari Kota Semarang diantaranya adalah budaya PKL yang selalu kembali meskipun sudah dipindah, PKL enggan di relokasi ke Taman Suryokusumo, dan PKL yang sulit ditata atau ditertibkan. Dan terakhir upaya dalam mengatasi berjalan kurang baiknya program relokasi PKL antara lain melakukan tindakan menentukan tempat/lokasi berjualan bagi PKL. Pemerintah Kota terjun langsung mendekati PKL untuk berbicara dan melakukan musyawarah.

Management of PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut still lacking even impressed neglected, therefore we need a change in the management of PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut to play a more in increasing its contribution to revenue (PAD) in Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the role of the management of PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut in Increasing Revenue (PAD) in Surabaya. This study was a qualitative research. Informants in this study consists of the management and managers Rungkut Pasar Baru, New Rungkut market traders and parking attendants in Rungkut Pasar Baru. Data were analyzed with descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the management role of PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut in increasing contributions to revenue (PAD) in Surabaya is on the management booths of the existing market. Their booths empty marketplace utilized leased to the merchant market which are located adjacent to the PD Pasar Surya Rungkut Pasar Baru as a warehouse for the number of booths that there is more than the number of traders in Pasar Surya PD Pasar Baru Rungkut. This fact has provided additional income and budget for PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut so as to contribute also on enhancements to revenue (PAD) in Surabaya. Suggestions can be submitted related to the study are PD Pasar Surya Pasar Rungkut Baru supposed to promote and encourage street vendors (PKL) or to traders who do not have a location to sell fixed in the District Rungkut to rent booths PD Pasar Surya Pasar Rungkut Baru in conduct trading activities.Keywords: Role Management, Local Revenue (PAD), Regional Companies Market

This research discusses the actualization of the role of pawnshops in business development according to the Islamic business perspective. This research is conducted to measure how much the role of pawnshops in developing street vendors in Watampone is used by sellers in trading. Looking at the work of the majority of street vendors, the majority of entrants, therefore researchers are interested in discussing the budget costs incurred in developing the business. This study aims to determine the role of pawnshops in developing street vendors in Watampone. Based on the objectives of the above research, the type of research used is field research using a qualitative approach. This study uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation in collecting the required data. The collected data is then processed using Descriptive Analysis techniques and interactive analysis models. The results of the analysis show that the role of pawnshops has a significant effect in developing a street vendor business in Watampone. The magnitude of the influence of the role of pawnshops on street vendors continues to increase for 10 years. The result can be used as a reference to find out the influence of the role of pawnshops on street vendors in Watampone.

phenomenon, but as a reality of economythat important in the development of society and national economy. At least, when the government was not quit competence to provide the employment opportunities for the labor force, the informal sector with all its shortage took a role as a container and alternative employment opportunities for the job seekers. It is also experienced by Padang after the earthquake in 2009 which destroyed some facilities and infrastructure as well as at the same time the economic crisis made people involuntarily unemployed and temporarily mitigated by the availability of employment opportunities in the informal sector in urban areas reflected by street vendors as the main face.This study examines and analyzes in depth the characteristics of informal workers to identificate of demographics , region of origin, age of business , hours of operation, capital and finance, health of workers, the problems and their prospects. The methodology used was qualitative descriptive analysis with random data sample of 255 street vendors.The results of the study found that the role of women more prominent than men to work in this sector , and the educational level of workers with family members was not so much different that was only until the equivalent of high school , and workers in the sector was dominated by local residence , with the capital beginning most dominant of ≤ two million, and capable to give experience with lower cost. ABSTRACT  Islamic Religious Instructor has a quite strategic role in the midst of society. besides he is a preacher of Islam, also the Islamic Religious Instructor, according to his function as a guide, illuminator, and community builder with religious language. The role of religious counselors in addition to functioning as an impetus for the community to actively participate in development also plays a role in overcoming obstacles that build the course of development, particularly overcoming negative impacts. Religious instructors as religious leaders always guide, nurture, and move the community to do good and stay away from prohibited acts, inviting something that is needed by the community in fostering its territory both for the purposes of social facilities and worship. The Religious Instructor is a place to ask questions and a place to complain for his community to solve and resolve with his advice. Religious Instructors as community leaders act as priests in matters of religion and social problems as well as in matters of state by an effort to succeed the government program. The role of religious instructors in improving and creating the quality of sakinah families in the Muhajirin AL Muhajirin voluntary II Ta'lim Assembly group in Teluk Betung Barat Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung City, it can be concluded that religious counselors play an important role in improving the quality of sakinah families, one of which is in terms of worship , and also able to improve the quality of a new family and has long become a sakinah family.

Tax reporting is the responsibility of taxpayers after making tax payments. The mismatch between the number of registered taxpayers and the number of taxpayers who report taxes is a separate problem for the government in managing the tax results received. Where the number who report taxes is very small compared to the number of registered taxpayers. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence individual taxpayer reporting compliance. The population used by all individual taxpayers who are registered at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. While the sample was taken through simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula so that the sample used was 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques are data instrument test, classical assumptions, descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results obtained, partially the application of e-filling and tax sanctions has a significant effect on tax reporting compliance while tax awareness and understanding have no significant effect. The f test results show that all the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract Particulate matter is one of the threatening pollutants harmful to health. Currently, many researchers focus on the problem of PM2.5 concentrations in urban areas. This study aims to estimate the spatial distribution of PM2.5, and identify human behavior on air pollution in Jakarta. The method used were Spline with Tension to build the PM2.5 models, and multiple linear regression models to analyze human behavior on air pollution. The results showed that the annual average of PM2.5 in the last two years tends to be high in western, southern, and eastern parts of Jakarta. In addition, there was a decrease of PM2.5 concentration in 2020 compared to 2019 assumed as a result of Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions. Besides, analysis results showed a significant association between knowledge and attitude aspects on the action aspect. Based on descriptive analysis, people have good knowledge of air pollution and also concern to reduce air pollution. However, the actions for air pollution control are still not maximized which may cause high PM2.5 concentrations in Jakarta. We conclude that to reduce air pollution, the government should focus on the border areas of Jakarta and it can be done by increasing public knowledge and raising awareness for air pollution.
