Most research on female entrepreneurs revealed that poor in capital capacity and managerial capability become the most problems for them to move ahead. These female street vendors poor of capability in microfinance management also become other crucial issue to be solved besides some other key issues on business planning, administrating, creating source of business financing, to survive in such competitive world. This study examines the effectiveness of financial management capability of female street vendors in strengthening their business capital and reducing the bankruptcy risk and poverty. This research conducted a survey and examined in-depth problem to get the formulation of the problems of female street vendors in facing and solving problems as alternative strategies to empower them. The Data techniques analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis techniques which were used to examine the specific characteristics and profile formulation of female street vendors in the area. Descriptive analysis techniques supported by statistical analysis techniques using logistic regression to describe the methods of business financial management female street vendors in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. The result of this research shows that the main problems faced by female street vendors in Surabaya and Sidoarjo is lack of capability in making bargaining power in competitive rigidity to larger range similar business and lack of capability in financial management strategic development. The most effective method in strengthening the female street vendors is by making similar range on their business to be one specific group that is accommodated in association supported by the government

This article is based on the results of research, focused on the activities of hawker traders along Cut Nyak Dhien Street, Langsa City. There are more than seventy street vendors with various types of merchandise. The research aims to determine the role of the informal sector street vendors of economically weak groups in obtaining employment, the prospect of developing a culinary tourism business on family economic growth, and additional sources of local revenue. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, and then processed using descriptive analysis techniques. The analysis results showed that street vendors in urban areas are a popular alternative to work. This condition is in synergy with the government program that arranges this area as a center for culinary tourism and is very helpful for traders to increase family income, as well as having an impact on increasing visitors and increasing local income.

Tax reporting is the responsibility of taxpayers after making tax payments. The mismatch between the number of registered taxpayers and the number of taxpayers who report taxes is a separate problem for the government in managing the tax results received. Where the number who report taxes is very small compared to the number of registered taxpayers. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence individual taxpayer reporting compliance. The population used by all individual taxpayers who are registered at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. While the sample was taken through simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula so that the sample used was 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques are data instrument test, classical assumptions, descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results obtained, partially the application of e-filling and tax sanctions has a significant effect on tax reporting compliance while tax awareness and understanding have no significant effect. The f test results show that all the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

Street vendors is a phenomenon in almost all regions in Indonesia, which is always a positive and negative impact on the region where the street vendor activity. The positive is the economy in a sustainable life in areas where street vendor activities, while the negative effects are disturbed some public access as a result of the existence of such street vendor, such as public roads are always jammed, the sidewalk is not functioning, trash increases or the environment increasingly neglected, area aesthetics will show discomfort. For the more crowded street vendor activities will have an impact upon the producer. However street vendor unaware that what was done to give effect to society because of disruption of public facilities. It is very necessary of information for the  street vendor’s understanding and perception to the impact caused by their presence in an area. The research was conducted by qualitative method with type research field investigations and descriptive analysis of the street vendor, managers, buyers and decision makers who do trading activities in S. Parman Street, UlakKarang Padang.  Samples as research subjects were the street vendors as much as 5 people, managers, local government, the buyer and road users. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data Collection Techniques conducted by observation, interview, and documentation while data analysis is conducted qualitatively by a descriptive approach. The findings and the results are show that the information obtained is correct in running its activities to seek fortune already utilizing public access such as sidewalk and road. Contributions to the street vendors are expected to have awareness in running its activities mainly on the utilization of public access and if you want to keep running its activities must be willing to abide by all the regulations set forth by the government, because it became a street vendor answers to some of the problems faced by street vendors as well as for the government attempted to manage and regulate the existence of street vendors to be in line with policies that have been set by the government for street vendors somehow able to overcome the problem of the existence of the public economy.

The purpose of this research to assess the performance of the Disdukcapil Klungkung using four prescriptive balance scorecard. This research used data from the government agency performance report (LKjIP) and the dissemination of questionnaires. The data analysis techniques in research in using descriptive analysis by analyzing the data of the four-perspective balance scorecard. The results of this study show results of financial performance based on value for money categorized reasonably well. The performance of the customer is assessed by the customers satisfaction index categorized as well because the community is satisfied with the service provided. The performance of the internal process is assessed by Service Cycle Efficiency (SCE) and the perspective of growth and learning assessed by the employee's productivity ratio is good. Abstract accountability are characteristics of Good Governance. Accountability are very important in managing an entity, especially for entities that carry out the mandate of the people and manage public funds such as BUMDes. BUMDes that have the mandate of capital, have large roles and duties, BUMDes must be able to account for and report the results of their financial management as a form of accountability to the government and society. This study aims to determine how the financial management of BUMDes To analyze the level of accountability of BUMDes Mekar Lestari’s financial management in 2019. This type of research is a qualitative research using descriptive analysis. The data collection methods used were interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that: The financial management of BUMDes Mekar Lestari consists of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability and supervision stages. Some indicators for the financial management accountability of BUMDes Mekar Lestari in 2019 have also not been fulfilled as regulated in the Banyuwangi Regency Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2015 and Banyuwangi Governor Regulation No. 17 of 2019

ABSTRACT Port infrastructure in the transport system is a valuable asset for the national economy in order to face the globalization of free trade. Problems of provision of port infrastructure constraints in general is a factor financing. One of the government's efforts to overcome the problems in the provision of infrastructure financing is through the Public Private Partnership (PPP). This research was conducted in order to determine the opportunities and constraints of PPP implementation in the provision of port infrastructure by Master Plan Tanjung Emas Semarang. This study used a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive analysis techniques conducted on the characteristics of the PPP, the perception of government and stakeholders, as well as regulatory and institutional policies related to the implementation of the PPP. From this research it is known that in the construction and development of the port of Tanjung Emas does not currently use the PPP scheme because of the ownership status of Tanjung Emas port assets that are still in data collection, and a lack of understanding of the parties implementing the PPP. But the chances of implementing a PPP scheme is still possible in the area of ownership of assets remain below the government. Keyword: opportunities, constrains, PPP, infrastructure, port ABSTRAK Infrastruktur pelabuhan dalam sistem transportasi merupakan aset berharga bagi perekonomian nasional dalam rangka menghadapi globalisasi perdagangan bebas. Kendala permasalahan penyediaan infrastruktur pelabuhan pada umumnya adalah faktor pembiayaan. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mengatasi permasalahan pembiayaan dalam penyediaan infrastruktur adalah melalui program Kerjasama Pemerintah Swasta (KPS). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peluang dan kendala pelaksanaan KPS dalam penyediaan infrastruktur pelabuhan berdasarkan Rencana Induk Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan terhadap karakteristik KPS, persepsi pemerintah dan stakeholder, serta peraturan dan kebijakan kelembagaan terkait pelaksanaan KPS. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut diketahui bahwa dalam pembangunan dan pengembangan pelabuhan Tanjung Emas pada saat ini tidak menggunakan skema KPS dikarenakan status kepemilikan aset pelabuhan Tanjung Emas yang masih dalam pendataan, dan kurangnya pemahaman pihak-pihak pelaksana KPS. Namun peluang penerapan skema KPS masih mungkin dilakukan pada kawasan yang status kepemilikan asetnya masih berada dibawah pemerintah.

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the authority on financial management of East Kalimantan, analyze the financial management, and identify the regional authority perspective of east Kalimantan as stated in the Regulation of Minister of Home Affairs No. 13 in 2006 as the embodiment of good governance. The data used in this study was in the form of qualitative data which was obtained from the government of East Kalimantan and processed by applying qualitative descriptive analysis method and investigated using explorative approach. The results showed that the process of regional budget preparation of East Kalimantan has fully reflected the aspirations of the local community, the implementation of financial management has been organized effectively and efficiently in accordance with the idea of the Supreme Audit Institution (BPK)presented in the financial statements of East Kalimantan in 2012 which obtained the qualification criteria that meet the expectations. In addition, the province inspectorate board has executed their duty to control the financial management satisfactorily where the testing accountability was completely supported by sufficient evidence and the results of the annual review of financial statements performed by Local Government Agencies (SKPD)

This study aims to determine the effect of financial management and infrastructure management on the quality of the learning process in elementary schools in the area of UPTD Education Balongan. The method used descriptive analysis uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study are financial management, facilities and infrastructure management and the quality of the learning process have been carried out well; (1) Financial management has a significant effect on the quality of the learning process (2) Infrastructure management has an influence on the quality of the learning process and shows a significant relationship, (3) Financial management and infrastructure management together have a significant effect on the quality of the learning process teachers are expected to improve and create a learning atmosphere. "PAIKEM", schools are expected to be able to manage financially efficiently and efficiently, schools are expected to have a place to store goods / warehouses that are still suitable for use.

Indonesian Act No. 32 and 33 by 2014 about the formation of the regional autonomy is a challenge for local governments to utilize the potentials of the region. One of the local revenues for enhancing fiscal area is Regional Own Source Revenue (PAD), which are sourced from taxes and retributions. This research aims to analyze the financial management from the Government of Ternate. The secondary data collected from DPD, BPS, and offices related to the financial areas in 2010 – 2014 as well as data on the results of interviews with officials of the Regional Work Unit that has been appointed. By descriptive analysis, the result showed that economic growth has increased and indicated the increment of regional GDP. Based on the percentage of each sector against the Gross Domestic Regional Product in 2010 – 2014, trade, hotels and restaurants as well as other sectors were significantly contributing. The analysis found that the city of Ternate has not been financially able to carry out regional autonomy. However, the Government of Ternate is expected to improve regional financial capability by implementing intensification, the efforts to internally optimize local taxes and levies, and intensification, the efforts to expand and utilize new potentialities over regional tax and levies, to improve fiscal capability of the city of Ternate. To conclude, the effort in increase the District Own Source Revenue can be done by implementing intensification and intensification of regional tax and retribution.

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 14 of 2008 in the preparation of village budgets to achieve good governance in the Village Government X in terms of the dimensions of village budget design, village budget study, ratification and enactment of village budgets, stipulation of budget implementation regulations village. This research is a descriptive study, with a population of 5,575 people, and a sample of 373 people was determined using the stratified random sampling method. The questionnaire was used for data collection and then analysed using descriptive analysis techniques. The research shows that the Village Government X in terms of the village budget drafting is in the agreed category. Judging from the discussion of the village budget, it is in the agreed category. Judging from the approval and promulgation of the village budget, it is in the agreed category. Judging from the implementation regulations of the village budget, it is in the very agree category. So it can be concluded that the Government of Village X Regency Y is able to implement Law Number 14 Year 2008 in preparing the village budget properly.
