PERUMDA Tirta Muaro Unit Teluk Singkawang in the dimension of assurance is still not good. As evidenced by the low scope of service in this unit. Marked by the number of customers in 2020 as many as 2035 people. While the population of Sumay Subdistrict in 2020 as many as 21,398 people (Tebo Regency in Numbers, 2021). This means that the service coverage is 9.5%. This has not met the government's target of drinking water services of 75% for rural areas (Permen PU No. 13, 2013).This type of research includes explorative descriptive research using qualitative statistical research techniques. This research method uses survey method with customer population of PERUMDA Tirta Muaro Unit Teluk Singkawang. Sampling techniques using slovin formula. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, with F test and t test using SPSS software. The results of the study that the level of customer satisfaction based on respondents' responses to 5 (five) dimensions of service quality received a score of 3.54 in the category of satisfied.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of motivation consisting of career motivation and economics, family environment, accounting education and entrepreneurship education towards the interest in entrepreneurship in regular accounting majors at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The population in this study were students of regular accounting majors, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University class of 2015. Methods: Determination of samples using saturated sampling techniques. The sample in the study amounted to 142 people. The method of data collection is a survey method with a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that motivation which included career motivation and economics, family environment, accounting education, and entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in regular accounting majors.Keywords: Motivation, Environment, Education, Interest, Entrepreneurship.

Abstract : Organizational commitment is one of the important thing to be considered by the company to observe the extent to which employees are responsible toward their responsibility merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan suatu perusahaan untuk melihat sejauh mana karyawan tersebut lebih bertanggungjawab terhadap kewajibannya. PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan engage in port services which has good performance. However, on March-August 2015 the employees performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan showed declining trend. This declining in performance are assumed to be influenced by several factors such as work stress and organizational commitment. This study aims to analyse the influence of work stress toward organizational commitment at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. The problem identification of this study is how to increase the organizational commitment by considering work stress inside the company. The theory used in this study is human resources management related to work stress and organizational commitment. The method used in this study is survey method, this is descriptive quantitative study ant the nature of this study is explanatory research. The number of samples used in this study are 72 people. The samples are drawn by using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is simple multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The result shows that partially wotk stress conflict has negative and significant influence toward organizational commitment. Key words: Stres  kerja dan Komitmen organisasi

Understanding and knowledge in managing finances (financial literacy) are needed by small entrepreneurs in Bajawa District. This study aims to analyze the influence of gender, income, investment, saving and borrowing, and insurance on financial literacy in small businesses in Bajawa District. The research method used is a survey method by obtaining data through questionnaires and interviews, with a total sample of 119 business actors. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the level of financial literacy of Small Entrepreneurs in Bajawa District was in the Low category (56.50%). Variables gender, income, investment, saving and borrowing, insurance partially or simultaneously have an effect on the level of financial literacy of small entrepreneurs in Bajawa sub-district.

This study aims to determine the Ratrchet Effect on Local Government Budgets in the City Government of Sumatra and find out which cities have the highest level of Budget Ratcheting. The research in this research is quantitative descriptive research. The data used are secondary data in the form of Regional Budget Revenue and Expenditure Reports of the City Government of Sumatra. The analysis technique in this study calculates and analyzes the Ratcheting budget with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the Regional Original Revenue of the City Government of Sumatra Affects Regional Expenditures, Budget Ratcheting as a moderating variable strengthens the Relationship, and Palembang City is a city that has the highest Budget Ratcheting level with a percentage of 65%.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price on product purchase decisions at the Sewing House of Akhwat Makassar. This research is categorized as a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all consumers who purchased products at the Makassar Sewing House in July 2019 as many as 101 consumers. Sampling was done by means of purposive sampling of 50 consumers. The method of data collection was done by using interview, questionnaire and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 software. The results showed that the variables of brand image and price partially had a positive and significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Sewing House for Women in Makassar. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between brand image and price variables on product purchasing decisions at the Sewing House for Women in Makassar.

<p class="Default"><em>This study aims to examine the determinants of accountability in regional financial management. This research was conducted at SKPD in Pemalang Local Government. The unit of analysis in this study is all SKPD in Pemalang Local Government. Respondents are employees of the finance and financial administration department. The sampling technique using Convenience Sampling obtained 110 employees. Survey method using a questionnaire distributed to employees with a Likert scale model. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate the effect of the presentation of financial statements, internal control systems and accessibility of financial statements have a positive effect on accountability in regional financial management. But the value for money does not affect the accountability of regional financial management.</em></p>

This research is motivated by the emergency of bank that resulted in competition, Sharia bank must implement a good marketing strategy if it wants to survive and competitive. So that Mandiri Sharia Bank by providing quality service and promotion in inancing product is expected to increase the number of customers thus provide greater profits for the bank. In fect the number of customersfinacing in Mandiri Sharia Bank KCP Antapani Bandung during the last year from 2012 to 2014 amounted to only 111 customer financing. Whereas for 3 years is targeted to reach 360 customers. Thus the fact that only 30.83 % are achieved by Mandiri Sharia Bank KCP Antapani Bandung of the targeted amount.This phenomenon that makes the rationale for this study that assumes there is a correlation between quality of service and promotion to the purchasing dicision. By the research hypothesis quality service (X1) and promotion (X2)) significantly influence the customer’s decision (Y) to be debtors in Mandiri Sharia Bank KCP Antapani Bandung for the targeted amount. The theory used in this study is the marketing management of services quality, promotion and purchasing decision. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence of quality service (X1) and promotion (X2)) significantly influence the customer’s decision (Y) to be debtors in Mandiri Sharia Bank KCP Antapani Bandung.This research included in explanatory research and included in quantitative research with survey method. The sampling is using random sampling techniques. From 111 customer financing in Mandiri Sharia Bank KCP Antapani Bandung (population) 87 customers have chosen as respondets (sample). Then to know the influence of qua;ity service and promotion to customer’s decision by testing the hypothesis by doing comparison between t table with t count (t and F test). And to determine the effect of each influence X1 and X2)  to Y then performed multiple linear regression analysis calculation using the program tools IBM SPSS 22,0.The conclusions based on research rsults can be known thar service quality has significant influences to the customer’s decision amounted to 45.0% and promotion signifanct influence to the customer’s decision amounted to 17.6%. then simultaneously, the quality of service and promotion has significant influence to the cutomer’s decision amounted to 62.6%. while the remaining 37.4% is influenced by other variables that not examined.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and promotion of physician decisions in prescribing in Padang. The research method used is quantitative research method with descriptive research type. Prescribing decisions (Y) is a dependent variable, while the product strategy (X1) and promotions (X2) is an independent variable. The population in this study was the Specialist Pediatric Doctor in Padang whose data were taken from the IDAI Secretariat (Indonesian Pediatric Association). The sample in this study are all Doctors with Pediatric Specialties located in Padang, n September until December 2017 that is as many as 22 people. Technique of sampling using technique is total sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample by taking all members of the population as respondents or samples. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of research seen that variable product strategy (X1) have a significant effect on prescribing decisions (Y) equal to 76,5% and promotion variables (X2) have a significant effect on prescribing decisions (Y) equal to 76,8%, meaning that product quality and promotion are equally significant to prescribing decisions. In t test it appears that if product quality is improved 1% or one unit, then it can improve the prescribing decision of the Doctor 8,00%, while promotions are upgraded 1% or one unit, then it can improve the prescribing decision of the Doctor 4,05%. In the coefficient of determination analysis shows that the magnitude of product quality relationship and promotion of the doctor's decision in prescribing is 98,3% and the rest is influenced by other variables not proposed in this study.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the decline in the tourism sector, especially in Bali. The decline in performance is thought to be caused by various factors including work motivation, work environment and financial compensation. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with 77 employees of Mercure Hotel Kuta as a sample. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS software. The results show that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Financial compensation has no effect on employee performance. The management of Mercure Hotel Kuta should improve the arrangement of the division of labor, the suitability of the workload with the compensation given to employees and improve the comfort of the work environment so that employee performance can increase.
