Transaction of e-commerce is often used to refer to selling physical products online, but can also describe all types of commercial transactions that are facilitated through the internet. This study aims to describe the kinds of Speech Actions in the use of Language as the subject of E-Commerce E-Mail and identify the function of speech acts used in the subject of E-Commerce E-Mail. Advertising is manifested in various forms (declarative, interrogative, imperative or a combination thereof), but all of which state the request or function invite to do something. This is in accordance with the nature of advertising that is persuasive. Then, the variety of languages used is business variety, as well in general, advertisements are presented with simple language and sufficient style interesting, which among others looks at aspects of typography, poetic expressions, and use of repetitive. The method used in this study is a descriptive method. The researcher collects data containing Speech Acts on E-Mail E-Commerce, classifies data according to its type, analyzes data, then draws conclusions from the results of the study. The results of the study show that: (1) there are 4 types of speech acts found in this study, which are locutionary, illocutionary, perlocutionary and combinations and (2) speech act functions found in the analysis are dominated by representative functions.

AbstractViolation of the speech maxim in the Presidential Candidates Election Debate of theRepublic of indonesia In 2019.This research was aimed at describing the forms of violationof the speech act maxim and describing the functions of violationofspeech act maxim in thepresidential candidate election debate of the Republic of Indonesia in 2019. This research wasqualitative, and conducted by using the descriptive method. The soutce of data was thePresidential Candidate Election Debate of the Republic of Indonesia in 2019. The researchresults of speech maxim violation in the Presidential Candidate Election Debate of theRepublic of Indonesia in 2019 consist of 5 research problems, which are: (1) the form ofquantity of maxim violation, (2) the form of quality of maxim violation, (3) the form of relevanceof maxim violation, (4) the form of method of maxim violation, and (5) the functions of speechacts of maxim violation. The form of quantity maxim violation consists of statements containinganswers that comprise the information needed. The form of quality maxim violation consists ofstatements that contain answers which are less convincing, and contain answers which aresimilar or agree to the questions, and also contain answers which the evidence is not true. Theform of relevance maxim violation consists of statements which contain answers that are notrelevance with the questions and contain the contents of the correct answer but are notrelevance. The form of method maxim violation consists of statements which containambiguous answers, and contain long and wordy answers. The function of the speech acts hasfour functions: Representative function which consists of statements of affirmation, conclusion,and facts. Expressive function consists of statements of praise, difficulty, happiness, andmisery. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif,dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini ialah debat pemilihan calon PresidenRepublik Indonesia tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian dari pelanggaran maksim tutur dalam debatPemilihan Calon Presiden Republik Indonesia tahun 2019 ini terdiri dari lima rumusanmasalah yaitu : (1) wujud pelanggaran maksim kuantitas, (2) wujud pelanggaran maksimkualitas, (3) wujud pelanggaran maksim relevansi, (4) wujud pelanggaran maksim cara, dan(5) fungsi tindak tutur pelanggaran maksim. Wujud pelanggaran maksim kuantitas terdiri daripernyataan yang mengandung jawaban yang melebihi informasi yang dibutuhkan. Wujudpelanggaran maksim kualitas berupa pernyataan yang mengandung jawaban yang kurangmeyakinkan, mengandung jawaban yang sama atau sependapat, dan mengandung jawabanyang bukti kebenarannya tidak benar. Wujud pelanggaran maksim relevansi terdiri daripernyataan yang mengandung jawaban yang tidak sesuai dengan pertanyaan, danmengandung isi jawaban yang benar tapi tidak sesuai. Wujud pelanggaran maksim cara terdiridari pernyataan yang mengandung jawaban yang ambigu, dan mengandung jawaban panjanglebar, bertele-tele. Fungsi tindak tutur memiliki empat fungsi yaitu: Fungsi representatif yangterdiri dari pernyataan penegasan, kesimpulan, fakta. Fungsi ekspresif terdiri dari pernyataanmemuji, kesulitan, kesenangan, kesengsaraan. Fungsi direktif terdiri dari pernyataanmenyuruh, memberi saran, perintah. The study was used to study the reality of the use of postgraduate students for e- mail. The descriptive descriptive method was used. The questionnaire was used as a tool for study، which averaged 1.99 and a standard deviation of 0.61. It was applied to 45 students from post- Different The results showed that postgraduate students have a desire to use e- mail in university education and to communicate with colleagues and faculty members. However، there are obstacles to their use. The faculty members do not encourage students to use e- mail، lack e- mail skills، Access to the internet laboratory at the college، the reluctance of faculty members to give their email address to students، network problems (slow) In the light of the results، a set of recommendations and proposals were presented to activate the use of e- mail in university education، especially among postgraduate students in the Faculty of Education and various Syrian and Arab universities

This research focuses on the use of commissive speech act used by the shopping hosts of MNC Shop. The source of data is taken from the advertisements of household appliances, such as frying pan, rice cooker, vacuum cleaner, etc which are broadcasted in December 2018. The purposes of the research are to identify and to explain the form and the pattern as well as the function of the commissive speech acts used by the shopping hosts. This research uses qualitative approach. The data are collected by using observational method followed by recording and note-taking technique. Then, the data are analyzed by using pragmatic identity method and distributional method with deletion and permutation technique. The theory of form and pattern of the commissive speech act are based on Alwi’s and Putrayasa’s theory. Meanwhile the theory of its function is taken from Yule’s and Ibrahim’s theory. From the analysis, it is found that the commissive speech acts in the advertisement can be uttered in the form of declarative, interrogative and exclamative. The pattern can be in the form of normal sentence (subject preceding the predicate then followed by the object) or in the form of inverted sentence (the inversion of normal pattern) which the predicate preceding the subject, etc. In terms of its functions, the commissive speech acts can be used to promise, to guarantee and to convince.

Abstract: This research deals with directive speech in the Mario Teguh Golden Ways. This study uses a qualitative approach. That is, data that has been found later identified, analyzed and classified through a qualitative analysis. In line with the approach, the method used is descriptive method. From the results of the study, it is showed that the speech act in Mario Teguh Golden Ways is a directive speech act, which is seen from the number of words used by Mario in giving advice. This can be seen in terms of understanding that researcher found. Directive speech acts (directives) illocutionary aim to produce an effect of an act committed by the addressees; this illocutionary is for example, ordering, commanding, pleading, demanding, and giving advice. Keywords: Discourse, Directives Speech Acts, Mario Teguh Golden Ways Abstrak: Penelitian ini berkenaan dengan bentuk tidak tutur direktif dalam acara Mario Teguh Golden Ways. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Artinya, data yang telah ditemukan kemudian diidentifikasi, dianalisis dan diklasifikasikan melalui analisis secara kualitatif. Sejalan dengan pendekatannya, metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindak tutur yang banyak terdapat pada acara Mario Teguh Golden Ways adalah tindak tutur direktif yang dapat diamati dari banyaknya kalimat yang digunakan oleh Mario Teguh dalam berbicara memberi saran dan nasihat. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari segi pengertian yang telah peneliti dapatkan. Tindak tutur direktif (directives) ilokusi ini bertujuan menghasilkan suatu efek berupa tindakan yang dilakukan oleh petutur; ilokusi ini misalnya, memesan, memerintah, memohon, menuntut, memberi nasihat.Kata kunci : Wacana, Tindak Tutur Direktif, Acara Mario Teguh Golden Ways

The research problems of this research is what are the types and functions of speech acts that appear in discussion activities on speaking learning of 3rd semester students of Polytechnic ATI Makassar. The methods in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research is the 3rd semester Politechnic ATI Makassar students in class discussion activities. The results of the study can be described as follows. There are several types of speech acts found. Based on the action objectives of the speaker's perspective, Locutionary act, Illocution act, and perlocutionary act are found. Locutionary speech acts include news, questions and orders. Illocutionary speech acts include assertive, directive, expressive, commissive and declarative illocution

The aim of the article is to present the innovation level of Poland versus the results of the European Union based on the Summary Innovation Index (SII). For its implementation, the decomposition of the SII was performed first, followed by the presentation and analysis of the data taken into account in determining the level of innovation of particular countries and in the EU. In the article one used the method of analysis, including the literature of the subject, reports on innovation published in the Internet, the descriptive method and the method of graphical presentation of data.

An illocutionary act is a speech act that is usually identified by explicit performative sentences. The research on illocutionary acts in vlogs is an action that shows the meaning of speech during communication. This study aims to describe illocutionary acts on Fiersa Besari's vlog YouTube channel Jangan Lupa Senyum Part 1 along with its speech function. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. The form of research used here is qualitative research. The data source in this study is the vlog Jangan Lupa Senyum Part 1 on the Fiersa Besari YouTube channel. The data in this study are transcripts of conversations between characters in vlogs. Data collection techniques in research using the observation method and note-taking techniques. The findings in the research in this vlog were only 15 utterances of illocutionary speech acts. From the 15 utterances, 7 data on assertive illocutionary acts, 2 directive illocutionary acts, and 7 expressive illocutionary acts. From this research, it is expected that we can understand the function of illocutionary acts that are relevant to everyday life

This research aims to find out the types of Directive Speech Acts by the characters in “Sleeping Beauty” movie script based on the theory that proposed by Searle theory and analyze the types of directive speech acts that most frequently used in the movie script and the possible reason for it. The subject of the research was the script of the conversation between the characters. The type of this research is Descriptive Quantitative research. In this research, the researcher used documentation as the instrument. The object of this study is the “Sleeping Beauty” movie script by Casper Van Dien. The results of the research show that, first, the types of directive speech acts were Command, request, permission, prohibition, and question. Second, the types of directive speech act that most frequently used were command type. In terms of types, the command is in the highest rank (51 utterances) and prohibition ( 2 utterances)) is in the lowest rank. In terms of reason, the command types (51 utterances) is the most frequently used, because it usually shows the strength of each character very clearly. And also the movie genre also influences the use of its directive speech acts itself.

Bahasa merupakan alat interaksi sosial atau alat komunikasi antarmanusia, termasuk di dalamnya komunikasi antara guru dengan siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Dalam setiap komunikasi di kelas, guru dan siswa saling menyampaikan informasi yang dapat berupa pikiran, gagasan, maksud, perasaan, maupun emosi secara langsung. Setiap proses komunikasi memunculkan tindak tutur dalam satu situasi tutur. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi penulis untuk melakukan penelitian. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk tindak tutur direktif guru dalam pembelajaran teks eksposisi di Kelas X IPS-3 SMA Negeri 3 Boyolali. Strategi yang penulis pilih adalah langsung literal agar mempermudah pemahaman terhadap mitra tutur. Objek penelitian ini adalah tindak tutur guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seorang guru yang mengajar bahasa Indonesia di Kelas X IPS-3 SMA Negeri 3 Boyolali. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengamatan, perekaman, dan pencatatan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa bentuk tindak tutur direktif langsung literal yang dilakukan guru dalam pembelajaran teks eksposisi di Kelas X IPS-3 SMA Negeri 3 Boyolali berfungsi untuk menyuruh, memohon, menuntut, menyarankan, dan menantang. Tindak tutur direktif langsung literal yang dominan dilakukan guru dalam pembelajaran adalah menyuruh. Language is a means of social interaction or communication among people, including the communication among teachers and students in the teaching and learning activities in the classroom. In every classroom communication, the teacher and student convey information to each other that can be thoughts, ideas, intentions, feelings, or emotions directly. Every communication process brings up acts of speech in a speech situation. This is what lies behind the author to do this study. The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of directive speech acts of the teacher in learning text exposition in Class X IPS-3 SMA Negeri 3 Boyolali. The strategy choosen by the author is literal direct to facilitate understanding towards the interlocutor. The object of this study is the speech acts of teachers and students in the learning process. The subject of this study is a teacher who teaches Indonesian in Class X IPS-3 SMA Negeri 3 Boyolali. The data are collected using observation, recording and noting methods. The result of the research proves that the form of literal direct directive speech act done by teacher in exposition text lesson in Class X IPS-3 SMA Negeri 3 Boyolali serves to ask, to beg, to demand, to advise, and to challenge. The literal direct directive speech act that is dominant done by the teacher in learning is to order.

The article is devoted to the description of modifying reality through non-verbal speech acts. The subject of the study are non-verbal signs referring to the category of legal communication. This study included acts of legal communication that are expressed or can be expressed using various forms of silence. The first aim of the study was to determine whether silence can be classified as a speech act in the strict sense. The secondary aim was to determine the usefulness of silence in legal communication. The methodological basis of the analysis was the assumptions of pragmatism in the approach of W. James and the concept of performative acts of speech by J. L. Austin.
