This study aims to determine the effect of jamboree strategy on respondents' knowledge of prevention of drug abuse before and after intervention in junior high school 2 Purba Kinalang, Simalungun Regency. The research design that the researchers will do is one group pre-test post-test design which will be conducted in the first week of pre-test and the second week is treated through health education by health workers and the third week will be carried out post-test to determine the effect of health education on treatment groups in increasing adolescent knowledge and attitudes about drugs. The conclusion of this study consists of several points, there were: Frequency distribution of the general characteristics of respondents, the majority of respondents are aged between 12-13 years, as many as 58.1% and as many as 53.2% of female (33 people). Knowledge of respondents before being given a jamboree strategy the majority of adolescents were less good at 82.3%. However, after being given a teenage jamboree strategy, the majority of respondents' knowledge was good at 64.5%. Thus there was a change of knowledge after being given the intervention of teenage jamboree.

Genetalia hygiene is one of the efforts in personal hygiene that has an important role in the status of one's health behavior, to avoid interference with the reproductive organs.Genetalia hygiene is very important for woman because they tend to have urinary tract infection than man because they have shorter urination track. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of counseling through media video on knowledge and attitudes about female adolescent hygiene genetalia at Dwijendra Junior High School Denpasar. This study uses a comparative analytic method with a one-group pre-test-post-test research design. The sample of this study was 80 and VIII grade students of Dwijendra Junior High School Denpasar with a total of 80 people. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire of 15 questions for knowledge, 10 questions about attitudes that have been valid and reliable. Data analysis techniques used paired T-Test. The results of the study for the average knowledge pre-test were 70.92 and the post-test knowledge after receiving counseling was 90.58 while the pre-test for attitude was 35.25 da post-test after the counseling was 43.64. Paired T-Test and Wilcoxon test results obtained p value = 0,000 0.05 These results indicate there is a significant influence on counseling through media video on knowledge and attitudes about female adolescent hygiene genetalia. The school is expected to increase health promotion.

The objectives of this research are to find out whether there is any significant of students in teaching  writing recount text between before and after by using My Simple Show and how the student’s perception towards the use of this application in teaching writing recount text. The method used is quantitative by using a pre-experimental design and questionnaire, To get data, the researcher gave a Pre-test, and Post-test to students. Based on the result of the research, there are some research that can be represented. First, there is significance of My Simple Show to write recount text. Second, the students perception of My Simple Show to increase recount text. Based on the result of this research, the researcher hope can help the students to increase writing ability in recount text by using this application, and give more motivation to be creative.

Latar Belakang : Sadari (Periksa Payudara Sendiri) merupakan usaha untuk mendapatkan kanker payudara pada stadium yang lebih dini. Pendidikan kesehatan adalah suatu upaya atau kegiatan untuk menciptakan perilaku masyarakat yang kondusif untuk kesehatan Dari studi pendahualuan di SMP Negri 29 Semarang dari 6 siswi 2 diantaranya melakukan sadari. Tujuan : Mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap perilaku remaja tentang sadari di smp negri 29 semarang. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan Quasi Eksperimen (Two group pre-test and post-test). Populasi penelitian ini adalah 137 siswi SMP kelas IX dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 102 siswi dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Data yang di peroleh di olah menggunakan wilcoxon dan mann withney. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian yang telah di lakukan di SMP Negri 29 Semarang di peroleh hasil ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap perilaku remaja tentang sadari di SMP Negri 29 Semarang dengan p value 0,000 (p<0,05). Health education is an effort or activity to create a community behavior conducive to health. From preliminary studies At junior high school state of 29 semarang of 6 girls 2 of them has done a breast self-examination (BSE). Objectives Of The Research : To find out the effectiveness of health education on adolescent behavior of bse in smp negri 29 semarang. Method Of The Research : This research used a quantitative research, with quasy experimental design (Two group pre-test ang post-test). The population of thie research is one hundred and trirty seven students grad IX of smp negri 29 semarang. While, the research used stratified random sampling technic to take the one hundred and two population as sample. The researcher used wilcoxon and mann wihtney assessment to analise the data. Result Of The Research : After had done a research in junior high school state of 29 semarang, the research got the result there is effectiveness of health education on adolescent behavior of BSE in junior high school state of 29 semarang with p value 0,000 (p<0,05). COVID-19 is a disease caused by the SARS Cov-2 virus which can be transmitted through air or droplets. The palm of the hand is one of the members of the body that is most occupied by viruses, bacteria and microorganisms. To avoid the spread of the COVID-19 virus, you can wash your hands in 6 steps. This community service activity in the form of health education aims to improve the behavior of a clean and healthy life by washing hands in 6 steps. The service was carried out at Inspirasi SMP with a total of 76 participants. The material was delivered by lecturing using PowerPoint media plus discussion and question and answer sessions as well as the practice of washing hands in 6 steps. All participants can wash their hands properly according to the instructions and tutorials from the service team. As many as 65% of participants stated that this community service activity was very good and provided great benefits for preventing the transmission of COVID-19 at Inspiration Junior High School. The conclusion of this service activity was carried out smoothly and successfully. Efforts to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 need to be improved with continuous health education for various groups of society. So that nurses and other health workers can optimize preventive efforts as a counselor, negotiator, and educator

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the use of modelling techniques for student learning independence of 7th grade of Junior High School 2 Kauman. In this research, the researcher will uses quantitative approach with the experiment type and use Non-Equivalent Control Groub Design. Subject in this research, the researcher use 7th grade of Junior High School. Data Collecting Method uses interview, observation, and measuring scale, while the research instrument used by researcher is learning independence scale and modelling technique book. Than for data analiysis uses t-test like independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test, that before that there is base assumption test use normality test and homogenity test. The results of this study indicate that there are different average from student pre-test and post-test from experiment class. And that know from paired sample t-test score from 2-tailed value 0,001< 0,05. Than data from independent sample t-test with thw sig 2-tailed value 0,000 < 0,05 so that spoken if there are different signifficantly before and after giving treatment with modelling technique to student learning independence for 7th grade of Junior High School 2 Kauman.

In the preliminary study conducted in IX-1 grade students of Junior High School No. 1 Praya, Central Lombok, NTB, it was found that approximately 68% of the students having low and average interpersonal relation skill. Classroom observations also showed that students tend to be passive during the lesson, quiet, less collaboration in group, and lack of interaction among peers. Guidance and Counselling teachers attemp to conduct a classroom study in guidance and counselling using sociodrama technic group guidance, as an attempt to improve students’ interpersonal relation skill. This study is aimed to to find out how the implementation of sociodrama technic group guidance can improve students’ interpersonal relation skill based on the needs of IX-1 grade students in junior high school No. 1 Praya. The study design of this classroom action research used Kemmis and Mc Taggrat model, Kemmis used self reflection spiral system, consisted of planning, acting, observating, reflecting, and replanning. Based on the result of this action research in guidance and counselling and discussion in two cycles, it can be conclued that sociodrama technic group guidance can improve IX-1 grade students’ interpersonal relation skill in junior high school No. 1 Praya. The result was found from the increasing score of students’ interpersonal relation skill before and after the implementation of sociodrama technic group guidance. The conclusion was made based on the analysis result of two times post-test and observation data during the two cycles of this research. The result indicated that 8 students who used to have a low interpersonal relation skill could achieve a higher category of interpersonal relation skill, there were 2 and 6 students having average category of interpersonal relation skill, and there was an increasing trend in interpersonal relation skill among the studets after the sociodrama technic group guidance was implemented

This paper aimed to investigate to what extent the role play technique, especially semi-scripted could improve students’ speaking skill in English. This research was a descriptive qualitative in nature where was conducted at SMP Rahmat in Surabaya, East Java. Thirty students participated in this study and they have practiced a semi-scripted role play as one kind of role play techniques. There was pre-test and post-test applied, before and after the role play activities. The tests were done to measure students’ speaking skill. The results of this study showed that semi-scripted role play technique could significantly improve and affect properly the speaking ability of the students. Furthermore, by employing the semi-scripted role play, the students could freely express their feelings and make them able to explore their creativity in more ways to enable them facing the real life. Abstrak. Dismenorea atau nyeri menstruasi di hari pertama sering dialami oleh wanita. Nyeri disminorea juga dapat berlangsung sebelum sampai beberapa hari selama menstruasi. Dismenorea yang dirasakan oleh remaja sangat berdampak jika tidak ditangani, hal ini dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Penanganan dismenorea pada remaja diperlukan untuk mencegah dampak negatif yang dapat timbul secara berkepanjangan. Penatalaksanaan nyeri disminorea secara nonfarmakologi salah satunya adalah pemberian Abdominal Stretching Exercise. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian Abdominal Stretching Exercise pada remaja dengan nyeri disminorea di SMPIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta.Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan desain Quasi Eksperimental dengan pre-post test without control. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 siswi SMPIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. Uji normalitas data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Shapiro Wilk dengan hasil distribusi data tidak normal sehingga analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Abdominal stretching exercise efektif menurunkan nyeri disminore pada siswi di SMPIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. Abdominal stretching exercise efektif menurunkan nyeri disminore pada siswi di SMPIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. Hasil uji statistik dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah tindakan Abdominal Stretching Exercise pada siswi dengan nyeri disminorea. Analisa data dengan menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon diperolah nilai sig 0,00 yang berarti nilai p< 0,05, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh Abdominal Stretching Exercise terhadap nyeri disminorea di SMPIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta Kata kunci: Abdominal Stretching Exercise, Nyeri Disminore, remajaProvision of Abdominal Stretching Exercise Against Disminore Pain in Adolescents Abstract. Dysmenorrhoea or menstrual pain is often experienced by women. It’s pain arising from menstruation before or during menstruation, its occurring on the first day to several days during menstruation. Dysmenorrhoea felt by adolescents is very impactful if not treated because it causes disruption of daily activities. Dysmenorrhoea in adolescents must be treated with appropriate measures to avoid from negative impacts that will arise prolonged. One of the non-pharmacological management of dysmenorrhoea pain is Abdominal Stretching Exercise. The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Abdominal Stretching Exercise in adolescents with dysmenorrhea pain at Nur Hidayah Surakarta Junior High School. This was a quantitative study using a Quasi Experimental design with pre-post test without control. The research involved 30 respondents of students of Nur Hidayah Surakarta Junior High School. Normality test were analyzed using Shapiro Wilk with result abnormal data distribution than data were analyzed using Wilcoxon test. The results of analysis abdominal stretching exercise was effective in reducing dysmenorrhea pain in female students at Nur Hidayah Surakarta Junior High School. Statistical test carried out before and after Abdominal Stretching Exercise on female students with disminorea pain. The data were analyzed using Wilcoxon test found a sig score of 0.00 results, and showed a p value of <0.05 so that it was concluded that Abdominal Stretching Exercise had an influence on dysmenorrhea pain in Nur Hidayah Surakarta Junior High School Keyword: Abdominal Stretching Exercise, dysmenorrheal pain, teenager

Cases of bullying or violence against children in Indonesian schools currently rank second largest after Japan. While the United States itself is under Indonesia. (Indra, 2016). As many as 84 percent of children aged 12 years to 17 years have been victims of bullying (Viva, 2017). The impact on children who experience Bully will cause adverse effects such as reluctance to go to school, decreased learning achievement, tension, bruises or injuries on the body and ask to change schools and so on. One of the efforts that nurses can do is provide health education to students and teachers. One Roof Junior Secondary School is a partner school, which cares about bullying, but has never carried out health education activities on prevention of Bulllying. The target and outcome of this activity to community service is to provide an understanding of the concept of bullying so that it can detect and make prevention efforts both as perpetrators and victims. The implementation method used is survey, observation, interview, discussion, question and answer through giving information about Bullying detection and prevention at the One Roof Junior High School of Suka Maju Village. The target of the Activity is all students and Teachers of One Roof Junior High School in Suka Maju Village, Kec. Mestong Kab. Muaro Jambi. The service activities are carried out starting from preparation, implementation and evaluation within April 24 to May 12, 2018. Before and after health education students are given questions about Bullying, detection and prevention. Students' knowledge about detection and prevention of bullying was measured before and 1 week after counseling. Results of the activity A total of 45 students and 4 teachers participated in the implementation. Most participants considered that health education activities were beneficial for them in early detection and actively made efforts to prevent bullying both as victims and perpetrators among students and teachers.

Concentration of learning is an effort to focus the mind or attention to a subject that is being studied and to memorize the Al-quran by setting aside other things that have nothing to do with what is being studied. There are some students who are easy to accept the lessons / memorize al-quran, and otherwise, there are several students too who have difficulty. Ash-Shidiqi Integrated Islamic Junior High School is a school that refers to the education office curriculum and the Indonesian Integrated Islamic School Curriculum with the flagship program Quantum Tahfizh, but in practice many students find it difficult to concentrate on memorizing Al-Qur'an. The results of interviews with students Ash-Shidiqi Integrated Islamic Junior High School, it is difficult to focus on their concentration in memorizing  Al-qur'an because the school environment is not conductive, this is beside the according with the observations of researchers that many students are looking for a place to be alone in memorizing Al-qur 'an and sometimes students was found  themselves to covering their heads with a bag to concentrate on memorizing. This type of research is quasi experimental (pseudo experiment). This study design had a control group, but it was not selected by randomly. In this study the researchers used two groups, namely the treatment group who were given brain exercise with a frequency of 6 times a week, light intensity, with duration of 1 exercise. The results showed that in the pre-test and post-test intervention groups there was p = 0.008 or p <0.05. It means that there are significant differences in the ability to memorize before and after being given brain exercise. Whereas in the control group p = 0.063 or p> 0.05 that means there is no significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results because they are not given brain exercise. This research is expected to make a good contribution to Ash-Shidiqi Integrated Islamic Junior High School in implementing the Quantum Tahfizh Program and will provide input in preparing the SMP-IT school program based on tahfizh al-quran
