Research on general communication and Islamic perspective communication Public communication is an issue that is often discussed in human life today, because with communication can move the human condition. With communication, even a community can find out information. Likewise Islamic communication themes are found in the Qur'an. The terminology of communication in al-Qur'an includes, among others: Al-Ittiāşal, al-I’lam, al-Tabshīr, al-Da'wah, al-Bayan, al-Naba, al-Khabar, al-Qaul. This sentence is understood as the basic word of communication which is the basis for making that communication exist in the Qur'an. This research method uses a library research approach and content study. Using intrapersonal communication theory.

<p>Global warming is a central issue, so it needs strategic steps for organizations or companies to find solutions because it threatens the future. This article aims to provide an overview of the importance of research on the role of green marketing and customer retention in improving business performance, using the factor of tacit entrepreneurial knowledge as a moderating variable. This research is qualitative, using a library research approach. The results obtained six preparations: First, the more effective the implementation of green marketing by the organization, the more it will improve customer retention patterns. The second proposition, the more effective green marketing is, the more business performance will be—the third proposition, the stronger the customer retention, the stronger the effect on improving organizational performance. The fourth proposition, the higher tacit knowledge about entrepreneurship possessed by organizations and individuals followed up intensively through interaction with customers, the customer resistance will increase, and the higher tacit knowledge owned by organizations and individuals in it, the more effective it will be. Green marketing. The fifth proposition, the higher the organization's tacit knowledge and the individuals in it, the higher the organizational performance will be.</p>

AbstractLaw enforcement is an interesting issue to be studied because it deals with the implementation of applicable laws and regulations, enforcement of environmental law is closely related to all aspects of human life because the environment is a buffer of life on this earth. The formulation of the research that the researcher formulated is how to regulate the law enforcing environmental law enforcement in mining sector in kuningan Regency and Implementation of environmental law enforcement in mining sector in kuningan regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the legislation regulating the enforcement of environmental law in the mining sector in Kuningan Regency and To know? Implementation of environmental law enforcement in mining sector in Kuningan regency. The research approach method is empirical juridical. The result of the research is the Regional Regulation of Kuningan Regency Number 7 Year 2014 on the Management and Protection of the Regional Environment and Implementation of environmental law enforcement in mining sector in Kuningan Regency through the making of regulation related to environment and mining, law enforcement through repressive and persuasive Increasing the role of the community in accordance with the mandate of the law. The conclusion of this research is that law enforcement in mining sector is done through persuasive and repressive approach.Keywords: Implemetation, Enforcement, Law, Environment, Mining. Abstrak Penegakan hukum merupakan isu yang menarik untuk diteliti karena berkaitan dengan implementasi peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, penegakan hukum lingkungan sangat berkaitan dengan semua aspek kehidupan manusia karena lingkungan merupakan penyangga kehidupan mahluk hidup di bumi ini. Rumusan penelitian yang peneliti dirumuskan adalah Bagimana pengaturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur penegakan hukum lingkungan pada sektor pertambangan di Kabupaten Kuningan dan  Implementasi penegakan hukum lingkungan pada sektor pertambangan di Kabupaten Kuningan. Tujuan penelitian  ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur penegakan hukum lingkungan pada sektor pertambangan di Kabupaten Kuningan dan Untuk mengetahui ? Implementasi penegakan hukum lingkungan pada sektor pertambangan di Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode pendekatan  penelitian adalah yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian yaitu adanya Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Kuningan Nomor 7 Tahun 2014 tentang Pengelolaan dan Perlindungan Lingkungan Hidup Daerah dan Implementasi penegakan hukum lingkungan pada sektor pertambangan di Kabupaten Kuningan yaitu  melalui pembuatan peraturan perundangan yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan hidup dan pertambangan, penegakan hukum melalui represif dan persuasif serta peningkatan peran masyarakat sesuai dengan amanat peraturan perundangan. Kesimpulan penelitain ini adalah penegakan hukum pada sektor pertambangan dilakukan melalui pendekatan persuasif dan represif.Kata kunci : Implemetasi, Penegakan, Hukum, Lingkungan, Pertambangan.

The teacher is the transformational media of all the knowledge needed by students. In addition, the role of teachers is very much needed especially in Islamic-based schools that always pay attention and prioritize students to continue their studies in college. To get closer and to build with high enthusiasm for the achievement of the priorities above, the researcher conducted research at second grade of Elementary School in Sidoarjo by knowing more about the leadership style of the principal in improving the work ethic of Islamic Education teachers. This study is entitled "The leadership role of school principals in improving the work ethic of Islamic Religious Education teachers at second grade of Elementary School in Sidoarjo". This research is a qualitative study, through a phenomenological approach that is a qualitative research approach rooted in philosophical and psychological and focuses on human life experiences (sociology) that produce descriptive data in the form of written or oral data from observable people's behavior. The form of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that describes an object relating to the problem conducted without asking research variables.The results of research on the role of principals in improving the work ethic of teachers of Islamic Education are as follows: (1) as educators: principals must have the right strategy to improve the work ethic of teachers and professional educators. (2) as a manager at school: the task of the manager is to plan something that can improve the work ethic of the teachers of Islamic Education and the quality of education, in addition the manager also organizes educational resources that have not been organized in order to unite in implementing education and control the implementation of educational outcomes . (3) as a motivator: the principal has a very close relationship with various activities in the school, such as providing motivation and encouragement, so the teacher is more disciplined and has a work spirit.

<p>The flow of golbalization which continues to experience development has changed the order of life of the people, which has made it increasingly lose our identity and the more fragile our spirit of diversity as a nation. Local wisdom is a characteristic of the nation that must be preserved. The integration of multicultural values based on local wisdom in historical learning in the era of a global perspective is how the role of a teacher in making students aware of tolerance, cooperation, love, respect, nationalism and so on, without leaving local wisdom values. exist in society. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. The concept of silih asah, silih asih, silih asuh is a concept of harmony in Sundanese life. These three concepts are used as a philosophy of life that is adhered to by the majority of Sundanese people. Multicultural value education based on local wisdom from a global perspective, can be a means of cultivating and implementing good and correct character of the Indonesian nation by educating and teaching Sundanese local wisdom values (<em>silih asah, silih asih, silih asuh)</em>.</p>

Abstract[English]:This research is a library research It means that this research is carried out through tracing and reviewing scientific works, both those contained in books, journals, magazines, encyclopedias, papers, and media covering various topics of this research. This research was conducted through several stages such as the data collection stage, the data processing stage, and the data analysis stage using certain analytical methods. As a subject that is discussed in Nurcholish Madjid's thinking, to be able to find the role of an inclusive Islam in encouraging the unity of the ummah, including addressing modernism issues and issues, social justice, plurality and even Pancasila. Nurcholish Madjid optimistically sees Islam as a religion that is in line with humanitarian principles, so that it is able to respond to all universal human problems. Islam is not an exclusive and static religion, but a religion that encourages the orientation of human life towards common good values for all human civilization. Islam also does not reject various forms of progress and development of thoughts originating from other civilizations. This is the form of Islamic modernity which according to Nurcholis Madjid is related to Islam which is open (inclusive) and belongs to all mankind on earth.Abstrak[Indonesia]: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka melalui penelusuran dan telaah terhadap karya-karya ilmiah, baik yang tertuang dalam buku, jurnal, majalah, ensiklopedi, makalah, maupun media yang mengulas berbagai topik penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan seperti tahap pengumpulan data, tahap pengelolahan data, dan tahap analisis data dengan menggunakan metode analisis tertentu. Pokok pembahasan dalam penelitian ini adalah menemukan peran agama Islam yang inklusif dalam mendorong persatuan umat, juga dalam menyikapi persoalan komedernan, keadilan sosial, pluralitas, dan pancasila dalam pemikiran Nurcholish Madjid. Nurcholish Madjid secara optimis melihat agama Islam sebagai agama yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip kemanusiaan, sehingga mampu merespon segala permasalahan kemanusiaan universal. Islam bukan agama yang ekslusif dan statis, melainkan agama yang mendorong orientasi hidup manusia kepada nilai-nilai kebaikan umum bagi seluruh peradaban umat manusia. Islam juga tidak menolak berbagai bentuk kemajuan dan perkembangan pemikiran-pemikiran yang berasal dari peradaban lain. The purpose of this study expresses trust and hegemony in a short story “Dukun yang Selamat” by Joni Hendri. Short Story “Dukun yang Selamat” interesting research because it contains differences in belief in the existence of shamans. The research approach used is Gramsci's hegemony, entering the realm of sociology of literature. This research belongs to the field of library research, not field research. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Research data obtained from words, phrases, sentences, and dialogues contained in short story “Dukun yang Selamat” which is relevant to belief and hegemony. The research data was analyzed by interpreting it according to the research approach used. The results showed differences in attitudes and behaviors towards figures Nenek Sari or a shaman is caused by the trust of each individual. The beliefs that have been adhered to and believed to be true are able to make a character Wak Atan acting that is not justified, which is to kill the shaman. The hegemony of belief is able to make Wak Atan marginalize the role of humans who are considered shamans.Keywords: Belief; hegemony; shaman; behavior; and role. IntisariTujuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan kepercayaan dan hegemoni dalam cerita pendek “Dukun yang Selamat” karya Joni Hendri. Cerpen “Dukun yang Selamat” menarik diteliti karena memuat perbedaan kepercayaan terhadap keberadaan dukun. Pendekatan penelitan yang dipakai adalah hegemoni Gramsci, masuk ranah sosiologi sastra. Penelitian ini masuk ranah penelitian kepustakaan, bukan penelitian lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian didapatkan dari kata, frasa, kalimat, dan dialog yang terdapat dalam cerpen “Dukun yang Selamat” yang relevan dengan kepercayaan dan hegemoni. Data penelitian itu dianalisis dengan cara diinterpretasikan sesuai dengan pendekatan penelitian yang dipakai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan sikap dan perilaku terhadap tokoh Nenek Sari atau dukun disebabkan oleh kepercayaan tiap-tiap individu. Kepercayaan yang telah dianut dan diyakini kebenarannya mampu membuat tokoh Wak Atan bertindak yang tidak dibenarkan, yakni ingin membunuh dukun itu. Hegemoni kepercayaan mampu membuat Wak Atan memarjinalkan peran manusia yang dianggap sebagai dukun. Kata kunci: Kepercayaan; hegemoni; dukun; perilaku; dan peran.

AbstractThe paper argues that Leviathan can be interpreted as employing a constructionist approach in several important respects. It takes issue with commentators who think that, if for Hobbes man is not naturally social, then man must be naturally unsocial or naturally purely individual. First, Hobbes's key conceptions of the role of artifice and nature-artifice relations are identified, and uncontroversially constructionist elements outlined, most notably Hobbes's conceptualisation of the covenant. The significance of crucial distinctions in Leviathan, between the civil and the social, between science and philosophy, between mankind's nature and the human condition, is developed. A constructionist reading of the argument of Leviathan is then advanced. The interpretation focuses on the contribution of nature-artifice relations, and of Hobbes's notion of civil philosophy, in understanding the critical issues of the state of nature and individual subjectivity. This reconstruction of the meaning of the text highlights the necessarily social character of human life in Leviathan, expressed in the way that the social' gives meaning to the 'natural', as well as because for Hobbes we live in a mind-affected world of perception and ideas. Leviathan can be interpreted as, in particular, a political social construction, because both social and individual identity logically require the social order and arrangements that only a strong government can supply. The social world, in Leviathan, cannot exist prior to the generation of a political framework, in civil society, the commonwealth, and law.

Zakat, Infaq, Shodaqoh, and Waqf (ZISWAF) have great potential in Indonesia, especially the majority of Indonesian religious people according to the Ministry of Home Affairs (June 2021), amounting to 86.88% which is 236.53 million compared to 272.23 million. Based on the history when Umar Bin Abdul Aziz used ZISWAF, it was proven that ZISWAF was able to finance a country and its entire community. This research aims to provide solutions and the role of ZISWAF as one of the instruments of Sharia economy in dealing with the covid-19 pandemic. In this study, researchers used the Library Research approach method. From the data that has been mentioned that Indonesia will also advance not only on economic development and even able to make the people prosperous if ZISWAF is developed.

The Qur'an is the word and love of Allah to His servants. Humans living without the Qur'an will experience anxiety and loss of purpose in life. Because the Qur'an is a guide in all aspects and is able to provide solutions to all problems of human life, both in terms of physical or mental. The evidence has been proven true in the Letter of Mary, as Maryam bint Imran when experiencing mental life problems, can be resolved only by referring to the word of God. The purpose of this writing is to describe the role of religion in solving life's problems and healing psychics faced by Maryam Bint Imran. This type of research is literature, data sources taken by books, journals, relevant Qur'anic verses, data collection by means of (library research) and data analysis methods use descriptive and interpretive analysis. The results of this research are to strengthen faith and monotheism by worshiping in accordance with the guidance that Allah and the Apostle teach will lead people to happiness and mental health and be able to optimize the potential in humans.
