Islam Kemodernan dan Keadilan Sosial dalam Pandangan Nurcholish Madjid

Abstract[English]:This research is a library research It means that this research is carried out through tracing and reviewing scientific works, both those contained in books, journals, magazines, encyclopedias, papers, and media covering various topics of this research. This research was conducted through several stages such as the data collection stage, the data processing stage, and the data analysis stage using certain analytical methods. As a subject that is discussed in Nurcholish Madjid's thinking, to be able to find the role of an inclusive Islam in encouraging the unity of the ummah, including addressing modernism issues and issues, social justice, plurality and even Pancasila. Nurcholish Madjid optimistically sees Islam as a religion that is in line with humanitarian principles, so that it is able to respond to all universal human problems. Islam is not an exclusive and static religion, but a religion that encourages the orientation of human life towards common good values for all human civilization. Islam also does not reject various forms of progress and development of thoughts originating from other civilizations. This is the form of Islamic modernity which according to Nurcholis Madjid is related to Islam which is open (inclusive) and belongs to all mankind on earth.Abstrak[Indonesia]: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka melalui penelusuran dan telaah terhadap karya-karya ilmiah, baik yang tertuang dalam buku, jurnal, majalah, ensiklopedi, makalah, maupun media yang mengulas berbagai topik penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan seperti tahap pengumpulan data, tahap pengelolahan data, dan tahap analisis data dengan menggunakan metode analisis tertentu. Pokok pembahasan dalam penelitian ini adalah menemukan peran agama Islam yang inklusif dalam mendorong persatuan umat, juga dalam menyikapi persoalan komedernan, keadilan sosial, pluralitas, dan pancasila dalam pemikiran Nurcholish Madjid. Nurcholish Madjid secara optimis melihat agama Islam sebagai agama yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip kemanusiaan, sehingga mampu merespon segala permasalahan kemanusiaan universal. Islam bukan agama yang ekslusif dan statis, melainkan agama yang mendorong orientasi hidup manusia kepada nilai-nilai kebaikan umum bagi seluruh peradaban umat manusia. Islam juga tidak menolak berbagai bentuk kemajuan dan perkembangan pemikiran-pemikiran yang berasal dari peradaban lain. Inilai bentuk kemodernan Islam yang menurut Nurcholis Madjid adalah berkaitan dengan agama Islam yang terbuka (inklusif) dan menjadi milik semua umat manusia di atas bumi

The main issues in this paper are as follows judge's role in court to eradicate corruption according to law number 20 in 2001 (Study of Decision 16/PID.SUS.K/2011/PN.MDN). This type of research is normative or normative juridical or library legal research which can be interpreted as legal research by examining library materials and secondary materials.The nature of this study is descriptive analytical.This research will be carried out by the researcher is Medan Disrict Court, having his address at Court Road No. 8 Medan Medan City, North Sumatera Province This research will be carried out by researchers starting in December 2018 until completion Data collection techniques are used in writing this essay are through library research techniques and also through the help of electronic media, namely the internet, and the method of data analysis conducted by the author is to use a normative legal approach that examines secondary data. The result shows that the role of the judge in an effort to eradicate corruption cases in the Medan District Court contained in the Decision Study 16/PID.SUS.K/2011/PN.MDN, namely to prosecute the process of corruption cases and impose corruption penalties with imprisonment during 2 (two) years 6 (six) months and a fine of Rp. 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiahs), provided that the fine is not paid, it must be replaced with imprisonment for 2 (two) months.

<pre>This study aims to determine the important role of psychology for Islamic education. The method used library research. Data collection uses documentation and data analysis with descriptive analysis. The results showed that psychology plays an important role in Islamic education as a religious consciousness associated with the values of the soul that is personality. In Islamic Psychology it is better known as term al-Syakhsiyah. The role of psychology in Islamic education is to bridge the delivery process of science to pay more attention to the psychology of each learner, this will determine success of the transfer process of values to students, becouse student and teacher have opened psychology and ready to make good communication. . </pre><pre> </pre> AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran penting psikologi bagi pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan library research. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan analisa data dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psikologi berperan penting dalam pendidikan Islam yaitu sebagai penanaman kesadaran keagamaan yang berhubungan dengan nilai-nilai bathiniyah yang bersifat pribadi (personality). Dalam istilah psikolgi Islam lebih dikenal dengan term al-Syakhsiyah. Peran psikologi dalam pendidikan Islam adalah menjembatani proses penyampaian ilmu pengetahuan agar lebih memperhatikan psikologi masing-masing peserta didik, hal ini akan sangat menentukan keberhasilan proses transfer of values siswa.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan peran ibu dengan konsep diri anak usia 3-5 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional Penelitian dilakukan di KB/TK Sinar Kasih Nusukan Surakarta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang mempunyai anak 3-5 tahun di KB/TK Sinar Kasih Kelurahan Nusukan Kecamatan Banjarsari Kota Surakarta dengan jumlah 30 anak sehingga keseluruhannya digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan teknik penelitian populasi. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Kendall Tau. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran ibu berhubungan positif dengan konsep diri anak di KB/TK Sinar Kasih Nusukan Surakarta; hal ini terbukti dari nilai korelasi sebesar 0,644 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil korelasi bernilai positif hal ini berarti bahwa semakin baik peran ibu maka konsep diri anak juga semakin baik. Kata kunci: peran ibu, konsep diri, anak usia 3-5 tahun. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to know the relationship of mother role with self-concept of children aged 3-5 years. The type of this research is descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The research was done in KB / TK Sinar Kasih Nusukan Surakarta. The population of this study is all mothers who have children 3-5 year in KB/TK Sinar Kasih Kelurahan Nusukan District Banjarsari Surakarta City with the number of 30 children so that the whole is used as research sample with population research technique. The data collection tool useD questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis USED Kendall Tau. Data processing using SPSS program. The results showed that the role of mothers positively related to the self-concept of children in KB/TK Sinar Kasih Nusukan Surakarta this is evident from the correlation value of 0.644 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Positive correlation results this means that the better the role of mother then the self-concept of children is also getting better. Keywords: role of mother, self concept, children aged 3-5 years.

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

The didactics is configured as a broad field of investigation and has as object of study the teaching process. It encompasses several actions on pedagogical practice, but also involves the conception of education that the teacher possesses, since to human and integral formation it is necessary to consider the political, social, cultural and economic scenario in which the subjects are inserted. In the light of the above, the objective of this article is to analyze from the productions in the field, specifically the Working Group on Didactics (GT04) of the National Association of Postgraduate and Research in Education (ANPED), which reveal about the role of didactics in teacher training. It is based on the qualitative research, of the bibliographic type; the data collection took place in the ANPED database between 2007-2017 and data analysis was performed from a descriptiveanalytical perspective. The results reveal mainly the research focus in the researched area.

Color in human life has a very important role. With color, humans can identify something that appears in front of them. There is a strong relationship between color and one’s emotions that can even cause a feeling that is unique to a person. Karo bridal jewelry uses gold as a whole, from bracelets, necklaces to earrings worn by the bride and groom. This study focuses on the role of gold in Karo bridal jewelry in influencing the perception of the bride and groom in living a new household. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the perception of the gold color in the Karo people, especially the bride and groom, had a very deep meaning, namely the value of responsibility, the value of hard work, the value of honesty and the value of prosperity expected in domestic life. The perception of value that arises from the gold color of jewelry reflects that both the bride and the extended family must be able to become role models who have luxurious and effective symbols such as gold.ABSTRAK Warna di dalam kehidupan manusia memiliki peranan yang sangat penting. Dengan warna manusia dapat mengidentifikasi sesuatu yang tampak dihadapannya. Terdapat keterkaitan kuat antara warna dengan emosi seseorang yang bahkan dapat menimbulkan suatu perasaan yang khas dari diri seseorang. Perhiasan pengantin Karo menggunakan warna emas secara keseluruhan mulai dari gelang, kalung sampai dengan anting yang dikenakan oleh kedua pengantin. Penelitian ini memfokuskan peran warna emas pada perhiasan pengantin Karo dalam mempengaruhi persepsi pengantin dalam menjalani rumah tangga yang baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi warna emas pada masyarakar Karo khususnya kedua pengantin memiliki arti yang sangat dalam yaitu nilai tanggung jawab, nilai kerja keras, nilai kejujuran serta nilai kemakmuran yang diharapkan dalam kehidupan rumah tangga. Persepsi nilai yang timbul dari warna emas perhiasan mencerminkan kedua pengantin dan keluarga besar harus mampu menjadi panutan yang memiliki simbol mewah dan tepat guna seperti emas. The purpose of this research is to determine whether word of mouth which has developed into electronic (eWOM) in the digitalization era can strengthen or weaken the influence of the perceived value received by customers from previous purchases to repurchase or not. This study uses a quantitative approach, whereas the method of data collection was purposive sampling and has determined as many as 116 samples. The population in this research are followers of Shopee Indonesia in Instagram, with the various characteristics that have been determined by researchers to be taken as a sample for this research. The method of data analysis using equations from Cohen et al. (1975) in the journal of Sharma et al. (1981). The regression analysis is based on the researcher's comprehension of the negligibility correlation between moderation and predictor variables. Based on the results, Perceived Value has a significant and positive effect on Repurchase Intention, and the regression model analysis was found that the inclusion of the moderation variable, strengthened the influence of Perceived Value on Repurchase Intention by 61,5% from the previous results (55,8%).

This study aims to: increase a deeper understanding of the value of tattwa education in Tutur Parakriya. This data is obtained using a method, and this method must also be precise so that the data obtained can be accurate and support the research results. This type of research is qualitative because it is a text research or library research whose primary data source is Tutur Parakriya which has been transcribed into text / text form. Literature study and interviews are used as data collection methods and then descriptive qualitative data processing is performed. As far as researchers know, no one has researched about this papyrus, so it is only based on text / text transcripts. This research uses the concept foundation to describe the problems to be discussed, and as a scalpel uses the theory of meaning and hermeneutic theory. The results of Tutur Parakriya's research contain the value of tattwa education, that is advice or advice to teach Hindus to be able to get the perfection of birth and mind.

The Village

The Role of Tourism Office Batu City and Punten Village Government in tourism empowerment is very influential to the progress of Apple Picking Tour which is located in Punten Village, Batu City. This research aims to describe the role of Culture and Tourism Office also The Village Government in manifestation and implementation the mechanism of the tourism maximally. The research uses qualitative method with data collection techniques through interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done in several stages, including data eduction, data presentation and taking the conclusion. The results show that the role of Culture and Tourism Office and Village Government in empowering An Apple Picking Tour was carried through collaboration and give encouragement to the society, to establish the Group of Tourism Consciousness/Kelompok Sadar Wisata, and Joint Farmer group/Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Pokdarwis & Gapoktan), having coordination among the Culture and Tourism Office, Village Government and community, and also to have a Development Plan Deliberation (Musrenbang) in a village level. Peranan Dinas Pariwisata Kota Batu dan Pemerintah Desa Punten dalam pemberdayaan wisata sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangan wisata petik apel yang ada di Desa Punten, Kota Batu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peranan Dinas Pariwisata Kota Batu serta Pemerintah Desa Punten dalam memajukan pariwisata secara maksimal, terutama wisata petik apel yang ada di Desa Punten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, diantaranya reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peranan Dinas Pariwisata Kota Batu serta Pemerintah Desa Punten dalam mengembangkan wisata petik apel dilakukan melalui kerjasama dan memberikan dorongan kepada masyarakat dengan membentuk Kelompok Sadar Wisata dan Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Pokdarwis & Gapoktan), melakukan koordinasi antara Dinas Pariwisata, Pemerintah Desa dan masyarakat, serta mendorong adanya musrembang di tingkat desa.

The leadership of the kiai becomes very important in Islamic boarding school because the development of the quality of pesantren education depends on the competence of the leader, the meaning of the leader here is the kiai or caretaker of the boarding school. This study aims to describe the first role of leadership in improving the quality of education, secondly the leadership of kiai that is effective in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools.This research uses a qualitative method, with a case study in Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation and observation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative methods and inductive thinking patterns. The purpose is to analyze the data obtained from field objects, and then to be related to relevant theories.The results showed: 1) The role of the kiai in improving quality in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang is as a manager, educator, human resource empowerment, decision maker, attainee of the pesantren, motivator and supervisor. 2) Effective kiai leadership is leadership that builds cooperation with kiai or other institutions, regenerates kiai and builds good relations with the community.
