This study aims to compare the Think Pair Share (TPS) and Jigsaw learning models with the Scientific approach to the results and interest in learning chemistry in the mole concept material in class X MIPA SMAN 3 Kota Bengkulu. This research was carried out in January-April 2019. This type of research was a quasi-experimental study with a population of all classes of X MIPA totaling 180 students. How to obtain samples through normality and homogeneity tests through cluster random sampling technique, where two classes of research samples were obtained, namely Experiment 1 class which applied Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model and experimental class 2 which applied the Jigsaw learning model. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the two learning models proved to be able to increase students' learning outcomes and interest in chemistry and reach KKM, namely 76 with the acquisition of the N-Gain Score in the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model of 0.71 and in the Jigsaw learning model of 0, 79 where both values of N-Gain Score have a high category. The results of students' interest in learning chemistry in the experimental class 1 were 75.93% with good categories and the results of the learning interest in the experimental class 2 were 82.01% with very good categories. The results of hypothesis testing through t test on the cognitive aspect sig. (2-tailed) of 0.002 and in the affective aspect of 0,000. It states that there are significant differences in the results and interest in learning chemistry that apply Think Pair Share (TPS) and Jigsaw learning models with the Scientific approach.

<p>The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of learning models to student achievement. Learning models compared between NHT-CTL, NHT and direct instruction. Method of research used quasi experimental with the factorial design of 3x1. Population of this research was all students class VIII in SMP Negeri at Madiun City. The sampling technique using a stratified cluster random sampling. Samples in this research were 266 students with 91 students as experimental class I, 88 students as experimental class II and 87 students as control class. Data collection methods used documentation and test.Hypothesis testing was performed using one-way analysis of variance with unequal cells. Based on the results of hypothesis testwere concluded that NHT-CTL learning model gave better achievement than NHT learning model and direct instruction, while NHT learning model and direct instruction gave the same achievement. </p>

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan :(1) Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar pengantar bisnis mahasiswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TST lebih tinggi dari mahasiswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT. (2) Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar  pengantar bisnis mahasiswa yang memiliki gaya belajar teoritis dan mahasiswa yang memiliki gaya belajar pragmatis. (3) Untuk mengetahui interaksi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan gaya belajar  terhadap hasil belajar pengantar bisnis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Methodist Indonesia. Populasi berjumlah 180 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cluster random sampling. Metode penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2 dilanjutkan dengan statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05 yang dilanjutkan dengan uji Scheffe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) hasil belajar pengantar bisnis mahasiswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TSTS lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar pengantar bisnis mahasiswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT; (2) hasil belajar pengantar bisnis mahasiswa yang memiliki gaya belajar teoritis lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar pengantar bisnis mahasiswa yang memiliki gaya belajar pragmatis; (3) terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan gaya belajar  dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar mahasiswa.  Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran kooperatif, TST, NHT, gaya belajar, pengantar bisnis.  Abstract: This study aims: (1) To find out the introductory learning outcomes of business students who are taught with the cooperative learning model of the TST type are higher than students who are taught with the cooperative learning model of the NHT type. (2) To find out the introductory learning outcomes of business students who have theoretical learning styles and students who have pragmatic learning styles. (3) To determine the interaction between cooperative learning models with learning styles on introductory business learning outcomes. This research was conducted at the Methodist University of Indonesia. The population is 180 people. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling. Quasi-experimental research method with 2 x 2 factorial design followed by inferential statistics using two-way ANAVA with a significant level α = 0.05 followed by the Scheffe test. The results showed: (1) the results of introductory business learning students who were taught with the cooperative learning model type TSTS were higher than the results of introductory business learning students who were taught with the NHT type cooperative learning model; (2) the results of introductory business learning students who have theoretical learning styles are higher than the results of introductory business learning students who have pragmatic learning styles; (3) there is an interaction between cooperative learning models and learning styles in influencing student learning outcomes. Keywords: cooperative learning model, TST, NHT, learning style, business introduction.

This study aims: 1) to determine differences in science process skills of students with learning model inquiry training and conventional learning models, 2) to determine the difference science process skills of students who have high creativity and creativity is low, 3) to determine the interaction model of learning inquiry trainingwith creativity of the science process skills. The sampling technique conducted cluster random sampling two classes, where first class as a class experiment with the number of students 32 people applied learning model inquiry training (X-1) and the second class as a class control the number of students 32 people who applied conventional learning model ( X-2). Instruments in this study is the science process skills test and a test of creativity in the form of a description. From these results it can be concluded that: 1) science process skills of students that learned with a learning model inquiry training is better than the students that learned with conventional learning models, 2)science process skills of students with high creativity better than students with creativity is low, 3) there is interaction between inquirylearning model training and creativity in influencing the science process skills of students.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa antara model discovery learning dan jigsaw. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu. Tempat penelitian diaksanakan di SMP Negeri 18 Kota Bengkulu. Populasi pada penelitian seluruh siswa kelas VII. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara acak sederhana yaitu kelas VII.1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model discovery learning, kelas VII.5 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw, dan kelas VII.3 sebagai kelas kontrol, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kelas eksperimen 1 memperoleh nilai rata-rata tes akhir (post-test) kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yaitu 12,13, nilai rata-rata eksperimen 2 yaitu 11,45, dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yaitu 9,26. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji anava satu jalur, dengan signifikan 0,05 diperoleh 𝐹ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 = 𝐹𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 = 0,34, maka H0 ditolak. Artinya ada perbedaan signifikan rata-rata kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada kelas eksperimen 1, kelas eksperimen 2, dan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan uji beda nyata (BNT) menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran yang memberikan hasil penalaran matematis yang berbeda adalah model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan konvensional, dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan konvensional. Sedangkan pembelajaran dengan model discovery learning dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw tidak memberikan hasil kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yang berbeda. Model discovery learning dan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw memberikan hasil lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan model konvensional.Kata kunci: kemampuan penalaran matematis, model discovery learning, model Jigsaw AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine students' mathematical reasoning abilities with discovery learning models and jigsaw type cooperative learning models. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Negeri 18 Bengkulu City in the   academic year 2019/2020. The sample of this study was selected by simple random sampling, namely class VII.1 as experimental class 1 using the discovery learning models, class VII.5 as experimental class 2 using the jigsaw type cooperative learning models, and class VII.3 as control class using conventional learning models. Data were collected by means of tests of students' mathematical reasoning abilities. Based on the results of the one-way ANOVA test, there are significant differences in students' mathematical reasoning abilities in the experimental class 1, experiment class 2 and the control class. The results          of the real difference test (BNT) show that learning that gives different results is the discovery learning models with conventional learning models, and the jigsaw type cooperative learning model with conventional learning models. Meanwhile, learning with discovery learning models and jigsaw type cooperative learning models does not give different results for students' mathematical reasoning abilities. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan Keterampilan Proces Sains (KPS) siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran inquiry training dan pembelajaran konvensional mengenai materi pokok elastisitas dan hukum Hooke di SMA. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah quasi-experiment dengan desain two groups pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 5 Medan. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling yang terdiri dari dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes dan observasi aktivitas KPS siswa. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan pengujian hipotesis uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan KPS yang signifikan antara penerapan menggunakan model pembelajaran inquiry training dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional dengan nilai sig. 0,000 pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji N-Gain Score dengan penerapan model pembelajaran inquiry training lebih tinggi dalam meningkatkan KPS siswa sebesar 0,70 dalam kategori tinggi dibandingkan KPS siswa dengan penerapan pembelajaran konvensional sebesar 0,59 dalam kategori sedang. Kata kunci: keterampilan proses sains; model pembelajaran inquiry training. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the differences in Science Proses Skills (SPS) of students using inquiry training learning model and conventional learning about the subject matter of elasticity and Hooke’s law in High School. This type of research is a quasi-experimental with two groups of pretest-posttest design. The population of this research is all students of class XI MIPA in Public Senior High School 5 Medan. The sample was taken by a purposive sampling technique that consists of two groups, namely an experimental group and a control group. The data collected technique has been done by tests and observations activities SPS student. The data in this research was analyzed a hypothesis-testing t-test. The results showed significant differences in SPS between the application of using inquiry training learning models compared to conventional learning with the value of sig. was 0.000 at the significance of level 0.05. Based on the results of the N-Gain Score test with the application of the inquiry training learning model is higher in increasing SPS of the students by 0.70 in the high category compared to SPS of students with the application of conventional learning by 0.59 in the medium category. Keywords: science process skills; inquiry training learning model.

AbstractThe aim of the research was to find out the effect of learning models on mathematics achievement. The learning model compared were NHT(Numbered Head Together), snowball throwing and convensional. The type of the research was a quasi-experimental by 3×1 factorial design. The population was the eight grade student of junior high school in Cibinong district on academic year 2017/2018. The sampling tecnique was cluster random sampling. The size of the sampel was 103 students consisted of 36 students in the first experimental group, 34  students in the second experimental group and 33 students in third experimental group. The instruments used were mathematics achievement test. The data was analyzed using unbalanced one-way analysis of variance. The conclusions of the research was NHT learning model gives better mathematics achievement than Snowball Throwing and convensional learning model, and snowball throwing learning model give better mathematics achievement than convensional learning model.Keywords: NHT, Snowball throwing, mathematics achievement

The objectives of this research are to investigate whether there is difference of influence student learning result after application of cooperative script learning model assisted mind map with direct instruction learning model on the subject of Program Linear class X of SMA Plus Al-Amanah Balongsumber Dander Bojonegoro in the academic year of 2014/2015. This study is a quasi-experimental study using a study design of post-test - only control design. The sampling technique using cluster random sampling technique. The sample in this research is class X-B as an experimental class and class X-C  as the control class. Data mathematics learning result obtained using the technique of tests, and the tests used in the form of an objective test. Data were analyzed by an independent comparative statistical t-test. Based on the research results, it was concluded that: there is a significant difference between students' mathematics learning result that learned through the cooperative scriptlearning model assisted mind map with the students that learned through direct instruction learning. This suggests there are differences in the effect of the cooperative script learning model assisted mind map with direct learning model mathematics instruction on learning result of students on the subject of Program Linear second semester of class X SMA Plus Al-Amanah Bojonegoro.

Based on the theory, the success of students in learning is determined by learning model applied by the teacher and students’ independent learning skills. This research is a quasi experimental research with pretest and posttest design. The population of this research was students of class XI SMA N 3 Tebo in 2019/2020 academic year. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. The research instruments used mathematical cognitive tests and student independent learning questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is two-way variance analysis with 3 × 3 factorial design. Based on the results of this researh, we can concluded that (1) There is a difference in the average of students’ mathematics cognitive skills based on the applied learning model, (2) There are differences in the average of students mathematics cognitive learning outcomes based on the level of independent learning, (3) there is no interaction between Discovery learning model and independent learning towards students’ mathematics cognitive skills.

This study aims to determine whether the Round Table cooperative learning model influences the mathematical communication skills of students of SMAN 101 Jakarta. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2018/2019 academic year on the subject of Lines and Series. The research method used was quasi-experimental. The target population of this study were all students of SMAN 101 Jakarta and the affordable population in this study were students of XI MIPA. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a test of mathematical communication skills as many as four description questions. the instrument has gone through content validation tests, construct validation and empirical validation. After the instrument is valid, reliability is tested where the correlation coefficient obtained is 0.5602. After testing the normality, homogeneity and similarity of averages and cluster random sampling. XI MIPA 2 was chosen as the control class and XI MIPA 4 as the experimental class. Based on the calculation of the research data of the two classes, each of them is normally distributed and has the same or homogeneous variance. Therefore, hypothesis testing is done by using t-test statistics with a significant level α = 0.05. Based on the results of the test, the value of tcount = 2.43499 and t table = 1.6682 is obtained, so that it gets tcount> ttable. So reject H0. This shows that there is the influence of Round Table cooperative learning model on mathematical communication skills of students of SMAN 101 Jakarta.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the super-scaled model of scaffolding on students' mathematical problem solving abilities. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling with 3 classes namely experimental class 1 (the class was treated with scaffolding assisted superememe learning model), experimental class 2 (superitem learning only) and control class (the conventional treatment class). Hypothesis testing used is anava 1 cell path is not the same. The results of the study found that there were differences in students' mathematical problem solving abilities by using learning models of scaffolding assisted supermarkets. Furthermore, the mathematical problem solving ability of students with the super-intensive learning model assisted by scaffholding is the same as the mathematical problem-solving ability of students using superemit learning models. The mathematical problem solving ability of students with superficial learning models assisted by scaffholding is better than the students' mathematical problem-solving abilities using conventional learning models. Furthermore, the mathematical problem solving ability of students with superemit learning models is the same as the mathematical problem solving ability of students using conventional learning models.
