This research is intended to find out the effectively influence of Dean’s Supervision on Lecturer’s Work Performance of Universitas Riau Kepulauan Batam. Academic year 2012-2013. The population of this research were all 120 lecturers of Universitas Riau Kepulauan Batam. Academic year 2012-2013. This research used total sampling technique and all 120 members of population are taken to respondents. The collection of the data of this research used questionnaire. The data analysis technique used linier regression with level significantly is 5 %.The result of the research showed that the effectively influence of Dean’s Supervisision have positive and very significant on effort to Lecturer’s Work Performance of Universitas Riau Kepulauan Batam on academic year 2012-2013 . Effective contribution of dean’s supervision had 22,6%. It is mean 73,4% simultaneously contributing of another factors.

This research aimed to test the understanding of the budgetary participation and budget target clarity have effect to Manajerial Performance. Locus of Control able to moderate the effect of This research also to test the effect of risk preferences which acts as a moderating budgetary participation and budget target clarity to Manajerial Performance. This research took 54 respondents with a sampling technique is Judgement Sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, then the Locus of control is not able to moderate the influence of participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets on managerial performance.

The current study aims to describe the effectiveness of CTL approach (REACT) to improve students' self confidence in mathematics. It is a classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of the study were students of grade VIII MTs Nurul Ihsan Sukarara in the academic year 2017/2018 consisting of 29 students. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The findings show that students' confidence in mathematics in the first cycle reached 10.3% for high category, 55.2% for moderate, and 34.5% for low category. Meanwhile, in the second cycle students' self-confidence score on mathematics reached 6.9% for very high category, 72.41% for high category, and 20.69% for moderate. This study indicates that there is an increase of students' self confidence in mathematics due to CTL approach (REACT).

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of socioeconomic factors and work motivation on the work performance of the CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative Karo District employees. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. From the results of data processing, socioeconomic factors were found to have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative employees in Karo District. T test results show that the socio-economic variable variable 2,819> t table 1,668 and with a significant level of 0.009 t table 1,668.

Eco-literacy play a crucial role in instilling awareness in children about the importance of protecting the environment. The purpose of this study was to describe the profile of nature school students’ eco-literacy. The research method used qualitative research with a case study approach. The research subjects were selected through the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, observation, interviews, tests, and document study. The data analysis technique employed in this study was the interactive data analysis technique. The results revealed that: (1) cognitive aspects were quite good, indicated by a systematic understanding of nature; (2) emotional aspects were good, shown by high caring and empathy; (3) spiritual aspects were good, indicated by the attitude of respecting nature; (4) high activity aspects, shown by ability to apply ecological knowledge into life practices. This research concludes that the profile of eco-literacy in nature school was quite good. Keywords: Eco-literacy, nature school, primary school

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine whether the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance on PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang units. This study uses quantitave methods, the population in this study were 50 employees of the production departement at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The sample technique used is saturated sampling technique, so that a sample of 50 people is obtained. Data retrieval is done by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The data analysis technique multiple regression. The result of the three variable tests show, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords : Motivation, Job Satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance.

Positive Effect

This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty for the survival of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze customer satisfaction and product quality as keys to increasing customer loyalty. The population of this study were visitors to the Rava Motor workshop for one year, amounting to 3161 customers where the population data was seen from the actual customer entry unit in 2019. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 10%, a sample of 97 visitors was obtained using incidental sampling technique. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty and there is a positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, simultaneously that there is a positive effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

ABSTRACT Social media Instagram is an opportunity for celebgram Rachel Vennya to promote Ngikan restaurant. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of celebgram credibility and trust on intention to buy. The purpose of this research is to give solution for the decreasing problem intention to buy of ngikan restaurant , through some variables such as: celebgram credibility, trust, and intention to buy. The sample used in this research were 168 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used PLS-SEM .The results confirms that the probability value on the F test is 0.000 <0.05 and the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 63.5%. The conclusion of this study is that the variables of celebgram credibility and trust have a positive and significant effect on intention to buy. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 168 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai probabilitas pada uji F sebesar 0,000 <0,05 dan koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) sebesar 63,5%. Bindu Village is located at Badung district, which has potency to develop the wellness tourism. Development wellness tourism at Bindu village involves the elite people. The purpose of this study was to identify tourist attractions and the role of elite people in developing wellness tourism at Bindu village. Data collection techniques conducted in this study are observation techniques, interview techniques and documentary techniques. The determination technique of informant uses the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis technique. The results of the discussion that can be concluded is wellness tourism activities by doing healer activities, purification and therapy. Bindu Village has tourism potency such as the natural potential, the cultural potential and the artificial potential. The role of elite people in the development of wellness tourism in Bindu village is carried out by developing those potencies, building tourism facilities and promotions. Based on the observation in the field it shows that still lack of agility ability of athlete pencak silat tapak suci Lebong. This study aims to explain the effect of zig-zag run training on improving the agility ability of athlete pencak silat tapak suci Lebong. This research method is quasi-experimental with the population of this study a number of 17 athletes and samples taken by using the total sampling technique so that obtained a sample of 17 athletes. The test used is the Shuttle Run, which aims to determine the ability of agility. Data analysis technique used is t-test. The result of data analysis shows that zig zag run training method can increase agility of athlete pencak silat tapak suci Lebong (tcount (8,492)> ttable (2,110).

This research aims to improve the ability to understand Javanese aksara in conjunction with the Javanese script monopoly media in VA students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Karangkajen Yogyakarta. This research is a Kelass Action Research (PTK) using the Hopkins model which consists of two cycles. The subjects of this study were 26 grade VA students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Karangkajen Yogyakarta. This research took place in October 2018, in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. Data collection techniques in this study are test and observation activities during the learning process. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The data from the research shows that the use of Javanese script monopoly media in learning Javanese can improve the ability to understand Javanese scripts with the same language. The use of these media can attract students attention and motivate students so that learning outcomes increase. This can be seen from the increasing transliteration of Javanese script into Latin writing and vice versa. In the pre-cycle, the number of students who reached KKM were 2 students or 8% to 15 students or 58% in the first cycle and increased to 25 or 96% in the second cycle.
