This study aims to increase motivation to learn Indonesian with the discovery learning model and video recording media during the covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses classroom action research methods. The research subjects were students of class VII A Gangga 2 Junior High School, totaling 26 students. This research instrument uses a questionnaire, observation, and assignment. Research data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that an increase in student responses to distance learning (PJJ) is proven in the first cycle the value is 0.47 with a positive category, while in the second cycle the value is 0.53 with a very positive category. From the appearance value in the video recording retelling the legend is also evidenced by the acquisition of the lowest value of 70 in cycle 1 and 80 in cycle 2, the highest in two cycles of 100 scores from 26 students, so it can be said that the discovery learning model and video recording media can improve student learning motivation during the co-19 pandemic. The positive thing that is obtained from the application of this method is the increase in motivation and activeness of student learning even from a distance which directly impacts on improving student learning outcomes.

Background: The STAD model  is to motivate students to support each other and help one another in mastering the abilities taught by the teacher. Crosswords are a game of sharpening the brain where we have to fill in the blank spaces (in the form of white boxes) with the letters that form a word based on the instructions given. Method: Design of experimental research with the type of research used is descriptive comparative. The research subjects were the eighth grade students of Ambon 1 Junior High School, totaling 26 students. The instruments used were initial test and final test questions, observation sheets, student worksheets and group worksheets. Results: Research shows that the application of the STAD Cooperative type learning model with Cross Puzzle media can improve student learning outcomes. On average all aspects of value have increased. Can be seen in the achievement of the estimated student score of 83.46%. Continued hypothesis testing using the t-test with the value of thit> ttab (2.27> 2.01) thus there are differences in the improvement of student learning outcomes using the STAD type cooperative learning model with a crossword puzzle media. Conclusion: There are differences in the application of the STAD learning model with crossword media and discovery learning learning models of motion systems concepts in humans to improve learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMPN 1 Ambon, it is evident that the results of t-test analysis where t count> t table that the STAD model with media crossword puzzles is more effective for improving student learning outcomes than the Discovery Learning model

<p><em>This classroom action research aims to improve student learning outcomes for suggestion sentences by implementing an IT-based discovery learning model in class III SD Negeri Mrisen 1, Wonosalam District, Demak Regency, for the 2019/2020 school year. The subjects in this study were third grade students of SD Negeri Mrisen 1 which consisted of 19 students. This research consists of 3 cycles. The instruments used in data collection were observation sheets and formative lesspaper tests in the form of google form. This can be evidenced by the increase in the achievement of students' formative test scores in the first cycle (59.47%), an increase of 74.21% in the second cycle and again to 85.79% in the third cycle. This shows that the application of the IT-based discovery learning learning model at SD Negeri Mrisen 1 can increase the learning outcomes of third grade students by 26.32% from cycle I to cycle III.</em></p>

This research discusses the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model in improving student learning outcomes, the purpose of the research in this paper is how to use the Contextual Learning learning model and Learning (CTL) can improve student learning outcomes. The type of research used in this study is classroom action research (CAR). The research subjects were students of class XI Administration 3 Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Palopo 2018/2019 academic year consisting of 7 male students and 18 female students. The data in this study were obtained from the results of observations of student activities (observation sheets) and final cycle test instruments. Furthermore, the data of this study were analyzed with qualitative descriptive. The learning model of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in the subjects can improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from students who enthusiastically receive learning material and students are not ashamed to practice the material directly received, the results showed that during the final test Cycle I student learning outcomes amounted to 73.52%, then in cycle II Discover the results of learning student learning material at 81.48% or around 7.91% in the realm of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects.

The learning process of physics at school, the topics is sometime less relatedto the existing dailylifephenomenon.This condition causes low improvement of students' cognitive learning result. In this case, it was a necessary to apply a learning model to improve student learning result by applying phenomenon based learning model (PhenoBL). Quasi experiment in the form of nonequivalent control group design as the model of the research. The instrument to collect data used test of student cognitive at pretest and posttest, respectively. The Data was analyzed by descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of descriptive analysis show the average absorption rate of experiment class is 71.05% and control class is 63.33% which both classes are in a good category. In the paired sample t-test results stated an increasing of students cognitive learning outcomes from pretest to posttest. This can also be seen from the inferential analysis in that means there was a significant differences between experimental class and kontrol class. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of PhenoBL model can improve student learning outcomes of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru on optical material.

This research aims to describe the state of self efficacy on the application of learning discovery learning model on harmonic vibration topic. In addition to reveal the factors that influence the increase or decrease of students' self efficacy with the application of discovery learning model. This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis research. Discovery learning model is implemented in 38 students class X MIPA 2 of SMA 1 Bae Kudus. Data collection was done by giving questionnaires, observation, and interview. Questionnaire of student’s self efficacy also has been given to determine the condition of self efficacy of students before and after the learning process implemented. The results showed that the initial self efficacy condition of students who had low initial increase although not significant. The condition of early efficacy of students before the learning process determines the level of student success in the learning process. Analysis of the first time self efficacy of students with the low category can be used as an anticipation or prevent the final learning outcomes of students do not become low.

This experimental study aims to compare problem-solving abilities between students that are taught with guided discovery learning models and conventional learning models. This study involved all eighth graders as the research population. Furthermore, the sampling technique used is the simple random sampling technique in two classes in Junior High school SMPN 1 Kota Gorontalo by employing Superitem essay test as a data collection tool. This descriptive analysis is described in the frequency distribution and histogram tables, whereas inferential analysis was performed by using ANCOVA test. The results showed that guided discovery learning model is preferable to compare to the conventional learning model in improving mathematics problem-solving ability.

This research was carried out aimed at improving student learning outcomes in science subjects in terms of the characteristics of living things through the use of Discovery Learning Learning Model in class VI-A of SD Negeri 1 Peureulaksemen I in 2017-2018 Academic Year. The benefits of this research are to add new references and theories in the field of education, especially in the implementation of Classroom Action Research by applying various models or learning methods so as to improve student learning outcomes. To achieve this, the step that needs to be implemented is to use the Discovery Learning Learning Model. Data analysis method used in this study uses descriptive analysis whose data is sourced from formative tests and classroom observations. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The expected indicator of success in this study is the increase in students' mastery learning which reaches 85% classically. The results showed, in cycle I (one) the average value of students amounted to 71.25 and mastery learning reached 58.33%. These results indicate an increase from the initial conditions with an average score of only 59.79 and a new learning completeness of 33.33%. While in cycle II (two) the average value of students is 79.58 and the learning completeness reaches 95.83%. The conclusion of this study is the use of the Discovery Learning Model in the learning of IPA material characteristics of living things can have a positive effect on improving student learning outcomes in class VI-A SD Negeri 1 Peureul Semester I 2017-2018 Academic Year.

IMPROVING THE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO MASTERING DYNAMIC ELECTRIC CONCEPTS THROUGH INCREDIBLE LEARNING MODELS This study aims to improve student learning outcomes, know the process of improving student learning outcomes, and know the magnitude of the increase in student learning outcomes in the Dynamic Electricity material in class IX D SMP Negeri 5 Bogor City in the 2019/2020 academic year, through the inkuri learning model. This research is a Classroom Action Research by providing action on research subjects in two learning cycles. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Inquiry Model to Dynamic Electricity in class IX D SMP Negeri 5 Bogor City shows an increase in the average score of 59.57. increased to 70.48 in cycle I and 81.67 in cycle II. From the description above, it can be concluded that the application of the Inquiry model can be used by educators to increase the activities and learning outcomes of students, therefore researchers suggest that the application of learning methods needs to be socialized and used in science learning in schools in the Bogor City Education Office.

The purpose of this class action research is to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Question and Answer Method with a variety of instructional media on improving student learning outcomes in PKN subjects specifically in Pancasila Ideology material in odd grade IV students of SD No. 1 in the 2015/2016 school year. The research subjects in this study were fourth grade students in the odd semester of the 2015/2016 academic year which amounted to 19 students. This research is a classroom action research conducted in three cycles.. Data on student learning outcomes are collected through learning outcomes tests. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that in the first cycle the number of students was 19 people, who graduated 6 people and those who did not pass 13 people, with an average score of 60.00. The percentage of graduation in the first cycle was 31.58% and the number of graduates was 68.42%, because it did not meet the KKM value standard (65) then the second study was conducted in the second cycle. Data obtained in cycle II with the number of students 19 people, who graduated 16 people and those who did not pass 3 people, with an average value of 66.05 and the percentage of graduation 84.21% and the non-graduation of 15.79%. Because it has not felt complete, the researcher conducted a research again in the third cycle, with the number of students being 19 people, students who passed 19 people with an average value of 68.42% and the percentage of completeness 100%.

This research is motivated by the existence of science teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Bontang who have not been able to make good student activity sheets (LKS) in learning. The purpose of this research is to produce discovery learning-based worksheets that are valid, practical, effective and can improve student learning outcomes. The development of worksheets in this study followed Kemp's design and was piloted in the 8th grade of SMPN 4 Bontang in the even semester of the 2013/2014 academic year. The design in this study used the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Collecting data using the method of observation, tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate: 1) The developed worksheets are proven to be valid, practical, and effective. The effectiveness of LKS in terms of (a) Student learning outcomes can be seen from the N-Gain with a high category, (b) Student responses to the use of LKS are very positive. It was concluded that the LKS based on the discovery learning model that was developed was valid, practical and effective to improve learning outcomes. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keberadaan guru IPA SMP negeri 4 Bontang yang belum mampu membuat lembar kegiatan siswa (LKS) yang baik dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan LKS berbasis discovery learning yang valid, praktis, efektif dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Pengembangan LKS dalam penelitian ini mengikuti desain Kemp dan diujicobakan di kelas 8 SMPN 4 Bontang semester genap tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, tes, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) LKS yang dikembangkan terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif. Kefektifan LKS ditinjau dari (a) Hasil belajar siswa terlihat dari N-Gain dengan kategori tinggi, (b) Respon siswa terhadap penggunaan LKS sangat positif. Disimpulkan bahwa LKS berbasis model discovery learning yang dikembangkan valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar.
