The Brazilian market for food products with low lactose content and foods for the vegan population, lactose intolerant and even the public that seeks lactose-free food by preference needs diversification. This review sought to describe articles that addressed the development and characterization of non-dairy based desserts. A search was made for references in the CAPES, Lilacs, Scielo, and ScienceDirect databases in September 2019 covering the period 2010-2020 and using the descriptive terms "Frozen desserts " or "Dairy alternatives " or "N on dairy "Or" Ice cream ". As selection criteria, research articles in English and Portuguese involving non-dairy desserts were used. The search allowed the identification of 5 articles that met the established criteria. Although the use of cow's milk substitutes has been explored by the dessert industry, there is still much to explore about the alternatives available to innovate in the design of non-dairy based desserts, so a review on the subject is extremely interesting.

Within a process of modeling exercise, this study aimed to understand appropriate selection criteria to identify key industries. There are many key sector identification linkage measures in the subject matter and sensitivity issue among them can be tricky because many of these measures differ only slightly but can result in outcomes that are quite dissimilar. With this background, we proposed an alternate approach that helps to resolve this issue. The proposed approach utilizes in this study by five sub-methods and high degree of the frequency of their occurrences in sub-methods to determine the key sectors. The study approach is applied to Malaysia as the public sector investment remains a large share in the national economy, like other developing countries, and the correct identification is still a challenge for sectoral planning. The experiences from this study can be used to guide appropriate public investment in Malaysia and elsewhere with similar economic forms.

Study of the review literature regarding brazilian Community Health Agent. The methodology was descriptive and exploratory study, using the LILACS database (1982 to march/2005) and MEDLINE (1966 to 2005). The analysis resulted 153 publications, from which 97 had been excluded. About type of production, of the 56 references (100%), 53,6% were books, 32,1% periodic articles, 7,1% Master's Theses and remains 7,2%, doctoral dissertations and specialization monographs. It was observed that 59% of the references had been enclosed in the database in 2000. Considering only periodic articles, specialization monographs, Master's Theses and doctoral dissertations, an amount of 26 studies, the experimental design predominated (73%), being the objectives most frequent: characterization of the agents and their functions, process work and results. The data suggest increasing interest on the subject, however, these workers still consist a population little studied.

Abstract Molière is one of the playwrights who not only marked and defined the seventeenth century in France, but, creator of the modern comedy and discoverer of the authentic comic, contributed fully to educating the public in his present and for the future. His comedies have stood the test of time, as they resonated with the audience, which found itself in them. In the twentieth century, his plays entered the artistic territories adjacent to the theater trough other creators, who turned them into film scripts and librettos for musical theater. The subject of our research is a fragment pertaining to the farcePrețioasele ridicole [The Affected Young Ladies] turned into a musical show under the signature of Vasile Spătărelu. An important name in Romanian music, creator with great melodic imagination, harmonic refinement and perfect literary taste, the composer from Iași made a possible compositional model for the genre, which is part of the Romanian musical show’s route opened by Paul Constantinescu and Pascal Bentoiu. His work is distinguished by the stylistic area to which it adheres, by rhythm and vivacity, by the original combination between the spoken and the sung text, by the ingenious architecture of the scenes, by the adequacy of the writing technique to the desired effect and expression. Fully requesting all the resources of the interpreters, we consider that the analysis of the important moments is very useful to them. If pages of theatrical exegesis were dedicated to the characters Magdelon and Cathos, for Mascaril we did not identify something similar, much less a stylistic-interpretive analysis from a musical perspective. In order to achieve a complete characterization of the character, useful to potential student performers, we will comment on the first segments of the Scene no.8 in which Mascaril’s “identity” is established, as he presents himself in front of the two “precious ones”. (the entrance and the monologue).

People with motor disabilities present diverse needs that the available products cannot fully addresses. Handbikes are human-powered vehicles that provide mechanical efficiency and can be used as a product for every day. The objective of this study is to understand how the design aspects of these vehicles have been investigated. As a methodology adopted, a systematic literature review was carried out, in order to find relevant scientific articles on the subject, and a prospective study, to verify the prospective scenario. For the selection criteria adopted, 21 scientific studies and 17 patents, none in Brazil, were found on the research platforms. These results demonstrate that there is potential to work with handbikes in the country due to the market gap.

Introduction Nowadays noise remains the third largest cause of environmental pollution on Earth. It appears that despite the existing noise control legislation the issue deserves further supervision by the public authorities so that the ceilings established for the various activities are observed. People exposed to noise are more likely to develop numerous auditory and non-auditory problems directly impacting persona family and working life. Objectives The objective of this study is to research and consequently understand how the population of students of a youth and adult school in Curitiba perceives noise pollution as well as look into the actions that the school adopts in order to guide the students on the topic. Method We applied a structured questionnaire to 120 individuals and assessed the following variables: characterization of the place of residence occupation leisure health and perception of soundscapes. We also applied a closed questionnaire about educational actions for noise pollution to the school's geography teacher. Results Questionnaire responses show that people perceive noise in the most diverse environments they frequent and are able to identify the source of the noise but this perception proved fragile as the majority does not take measures to prevent or mitigate these noises. At school there are no actions aimed at environmental education on the subject studied. Conclusion The studied group does not perceive the noise as a harmful agent and does not prevent themselves from it and the school not work contents related to noise pollution leaving a significant gap in the awareness process of this population.

SUMMARY INTRODUCTION Despite the benefits, tracheostomized children are susceptible to respiratory infections, since the tube is located in a strategic region where there is colonization by several bacteria and biofilm formation. Biofilm is formed when the bacteria adhere strongly to the surfaces of the tubes, providing protection against various types of aggression, such as antibiotic treatment. OBJECTIVE To carry out a literature review of the last ten years on tracheostomized pediatric patients, in order to characterize the bacteria isolated in children’s tracheal secretions, and verify which ones are the most frequent. METHODS Two authors searched the Lilacs, SciELO, Medline Plus, and PubMed databases. The MeSH terms used were: ‘tracheostomy’ and ‘tracheotomy’ associated with ‘infections’, ‘children’, ‘child’, and ‘bacterial’ as qualifiers. RESULTS Of the 512 studies on the subject, 19 were selected for review. The total number of children evaluated in the studies was 4,472, with a mean age of 7.5 years. As for the bacteria found in the secretions of tracheostomized children, 12 species of bacteria were more frequent, P. aeruginosa was the predominant bacterium, followed by S. aureus (63.1%), Klebsiella pneumoniae (57.8%), Streptococcus pneumoniae (47.3%), and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia (47.3%). CONCLUSION One of the main complications treated in tracheostomized patients were infections, since the respiratory system is colonized by several bacteria that can cause serious infections, which are associated with the formation of biofilms. The predominant bacterium in most of the studies was P. aeruginosa, and the second species commonly reported was S. aureus.

Background: Research shows that there is a high prevalence of suicide among nurses. Despite this, it has been 15 years since the last literature review on the subject was published. Aim: The aim of this article is to review the knowledge currently available on the risk of suicide among nurses and on contributory risk factors. Method: A search was conducted in electronic databases using keywords related to prevalence and risk factors of suicide among nurses. The abstracts were analyzed by reviewers according to selection criteria. Selected articles were submitted to a full-text review and their key elements were summarized. Results: Only nine articles were eligible for inclusion in this review. The results of this literature review highlight both the troubling high prevalence of suicide among nurses as well as the persistent lack of studies that examine this issue. Conclusion: Considering that the effects of several factors related to nurses' work and work settings are associated with high stress, distress, or psychiatric problems, we highlight the relevance of investigating work-related factors associated with nurses' risk of suicide. Several avenues for future studies are discussed as well as possible research methods.

Around 584 peer-reviewed articles examined, which are directly linked with the subject of quantitative research on the EFQM excellence model. About 108 papers were chosen finally, then the purpose, data collection, conclusion, contributions, and type of quantitative of the selected papers are discussed and analyzed briefly in this study. Thus, this study identifies the focus areas of the researchers and knowledge gaps in empirical quantitative literature on the EFQM excellence model. This article also presents the lines of future research.

Citizens are political simpletons—that is only a modest exaggeration of a common characterization of voters. Certainly, there is no shortage of evidence of citizens' limited political knowledge, even about matters of the highest importance, along with inconsistencies in their thinking, some glaring by any standard. But this picture of citizens all too often approaches caricature. This book brings together leading political scientists who offer new insights into the political thinking of the public, the causes of party polarization, the motivations for political participation, and the paradoxical relationship between turnout and democratic representation. These studies propel a foundational argument about democracy. Voters can only do as well as the alternatives on offer. These alternatives are constrained by third players, in particular activists, interest groups, and financial contributors. The result: voters often appear to be shortsighted, extreme, and inconsistent because the alternatives they must choose between are shortsighted, extreme, and inconsistent.
