One of the three main problems facing the Indonesian people in the midst of the current swift of globalization and information is the problem of radicalism, intolerance and the crisis of national identity. The reason as written in the national development agenda is because the politics of uniformity has eroded the character of Indonesia as a warrior nation, fading solidarity and mutual cooperation, and marginalizing local culture. This study aims to find out and explain Pancasila as the foundation and goals of Indonesia's human development in the President Jokowi era. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method with a literature review approach, by reviewing the 2014-2019 Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) document which is the program implemented during one period of President Joko Widodo's administration. The results showed that the values of Pancasila as the philosophy of life of the Indonesian people had not yet been fully manifested, both at the level of concepts and in the implementation of national development programs. However, efforts to increase Indonesian human development which more 'Pancasila' have been included in the 2014-2019 RPJMN.

The objectives of this research were to examine the Influence of Principal Leadership toward Teacher Performance. This research consists of independent variables (Principal Leadership) and the dependent variable (Teacher performance). This research was used a qualitative descriptive method by Literature Review. Data collected by a search engine, google scholar, to search the articles with keywords. Principal’s leadership and teacher performance. Based on the results of the literature review we found that there is the influence of principal leadership toward teacher performance across various countries, in general, it can be concluded that there is the influence of principal leadership toward teacher performance.

Sport as a model of human creativity is a form of physical activity that has very complex dimensions, which undergo a systematic process in the form of all activities or efforts that can encourage, arouse, develop and foster one's physical and spiritual potential. as individuals or members of society. in the form of games, competitions/contests, and intensive physical activities to obtain recreation, victory, and peak potential. Sport is currently a trend or lifestyle for some of the general public, even to the point of becoming a basic need in life. National development through the development of sports in Indonesia in this reform era has become a strategic vehicle, especially improving the quality of human resources, as well as the formation of the character and character of the nation, in this paper many factors play a role in success in the field of sports, one of which the author wants to examine the differences and similarities between the performance sports system that runs in Indonesia and China. This study aims to compare the development of achievement sports systems carried out in Indonesia and China in order to improve the quality and competence of sports. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through documentation studies. The results of this study conclude that the government's contribution is needed in preparing winning strategies, training facilities, increasing competition opportunities and increasing resources that can be assisted by a team of academics and researchers from universities to find new techniques in training to support the maximum use of sport science. The sar culture is the pre-existing culture of the Kanum tribe whose implementation is aimed to maintain and preserve nature. Sar culture not only has a positive influence on the environment, but it also represents symbolic violence against women and the Kanum people. This research is aimed to describe sar culture based on the theory of habitus and symbolic violence by Bourdieu. This research involved a qualitative descriptive method, in which the data was obtained from in-depth interviews with Kanum tribal head, Kanum tribe elders, and some village residents involved in sar, observation in Naukenjerai district, and supported by literature review. All collected data were then analyzed descriptively according to the concepts of habitus and symbolic violence by Bourdieu. The research results show that sar culture is a habitus resulting from an interaction between human beings and their nature that has existed for long before. Besides that, there is symbolic violence to the Kanum women and also to the Kaum people, which done by the Kanum men and the leaders of the Kanum tribe as the dominant actors.

Television personality award for the motor marketing television programs itself, the need to raise the rating and share. The awards were recently held by MetroTV devoted to female finalists Indonesia called modern Kartini. This study aimed to describe the representation of women in the awards Indihome Women Award at Metro TV. The method used consciousness-raising method, a method to generate knowledge and awareness in terms of women's issues and women movement within the frame of the mass media (television). This study used a qualitative descriptive method with emphasis on the reality of the media that have a relationship or context with social reality in Indonesia. The results showed the awards event Indihome Women Award in Metro women disepresentasikan as duality and ambiguity in the system of nation building; (1) Women look no further indicate the identity and values alignment on national development map but are represented at the level of the worse off, (2) Women made a movement which is represented as a capitalist agent, (3) Women and the movement into the implementation of a number of representations of themselves and movements performed in the frame of self falsehood.

ABSTRACT This study discusses the meaning of the text meudikee anggok seen from the concept bildung and sensus communis gadamer. Aims to describe the meaning of meudikee anggoktext of wisdom seen from the concept of bildung and sensus communis according to gadamer. Theories used are text theory and hermeneutics. Hermeneutics is a theory used to interpret. Seen from the concept of bildung is the form and sensus communis namely the true feeling and common good in society as the owner of the ritual.  The time of the research was conducted in july until the mont of september 2017. Place of research in infant village, sub district wide area of nort Aceh regency. Population of artists, public figures and children dzikir which amounted to 180. The research sample is a child dzikir 20 people. Leadershipand tengku amounted to 2 people and geuchik baby village so that the sample amounted to 23 people. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, literature study, documentation and then analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. Based on reasearch that has been done meaning meudikee text seen from the concept of bildung and sensus communis. On the concept of bildung in the form of motion, chanting dzikir and clothing. On the sensus communis concept of community agreement the meaning contained in the motion of whether to surrender, plead, salute, appreciate, sincere, passion, agree, protect, tought ad ask. The meaning contained in chanting dzikir is honor, glorify, pray, begged, apologize, sacrifice, struggle, love, loyalty, ask for blessings and hope. The meaning contained in clothing is clean, holy, strength, death, firmness, decency, cover of aurat. Where the text contained in the concept of the sensus communis can be seen from the deliberation in planning the implementation of activities that contain the meaning of cooperation, cohesivenees and respect. People work together to prepare meunasah and food to be brought to the meunasah. As for its meaning is sincare, give each other, mutual cooperation, happy, spirit and joy. Keyword : Meudikee Anggok, Village baby, Bildung, Sensus Communis.

In this era of globalization, foreign investment no longer needs to be seen as a threat. On the other hand, foreign investment can be considered as a driving force for national development, including for Indonesia as a developing country, including the construction of Industrial Parks. This study aims to determine the potential and challenges of foreign investment in the development of industrial estates in Indonesia. This paper uses a qualitative descriptive method, where this study describes events that occur and is intended to describe existing phenomena, both natural and human engineering. As a result, this paper finds that the Indonesian government has begun to improve infrastructure so that it is also sufficient to be one of the supporting factors. With a good location and infrastructure, the company's business activities become more effective. And more importantly, the Indonesian government is also willing to provide some fiscal facilities and licensing facilities related to company activities even though they are slightly contrary to sustainable development. Therefore, this research will contribute to the process of increasing foreign investment for sustainable development in Indonesia.

The aim of this research is to know the reason of Hasan, the protagonist being anatheist and how the spiritual changing process from a devoted muslim into an atheistand how Islamic thougth denies ateism. The problems in this research are 1) whatcausing Hasan becoming an atheist; 2) how Hasan spiritually changes from adevoted muslim into an atheist; 3) how Islamic thought denies atheism.This studyuses qualitative descriptive method in literature review. Based on the study, it isconcluded that the causes of Hasan’s spiritual changing from a devoted muslim intoan ateist are his weaknees in Islamic thinking tradition and love factor which doesnot follow religious norms and ethics.

Wacana publik terhadap revisi UU MD3 memunculkan pro dan kontra, termasuk di kalangan masyarakat (mahasiswa) FISIPOL UMY, sehingga kertas posisi ini ditujukan sebagai bahan diskusi untuk memperdalam pengetahuan mahasiswa terhadap polemik revisi UU MD3 dan menjadi langkah pengambilan sikap untuk permasalahan revisi UU MD3. Kertas posisi ini membahas tiga hal pokok diantaranya: dasar hukum UU MD3, latar belakang revisi UU MD3 dan problematika terhadap revisi UU MD3: benarkah sebagai upaya membungkam eleftheria di negara (Indonesia) merdeka?. Penyusunan kertas posisi ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan literature review, sumber data menggunakan publikasi yang dapat diakses secara dalam jaringan (daring/online), dan analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Kertas posisi ini menyoroti kekhawatiran yang muncul akibat dari revisi UU MD3 yang dianggap sebagai upaya membungkam eleftheria di negara merdeka, Indonesia yang turut dipengaruhi pengalaman masa lalu, dimana pemerintah pernah dianggap sebagai pelaku pembungkaman kebebasan berekspresi yang masih membekas di ingatan masyarakat. Sehingga, kekhawatiran yang muncul tidak hanya pada pada aturannya saja, melainkan juga pada implementasi yang terkadang tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi sebagaimana tertulis. Kata Kunci: Legislatif, UU MD3, Membungkam, Eleftheria, Kebebasan Berekspresi, Negara MerdekaThe public discourse of the revision of the MD3 Law raises the pros and cons in Indonesian society, including the students of FISIPOL UMY. This position paper is intended as a discussion material to deepen the students' knowledge of the revision of the MD3 Law and consideration to take action from the revision of the MD3 Law. This position paper discusses three key issues: the legal basis of the MD3 Law, the revised background of the MD3 Law and the problematic of the revision of the MD3 Law: is it really an effort to silence eleftheria in an independent (Indonesia) country?. This position paper uses qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using literature review, then data sources using publicly accessible (online) publications, and data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. This position paper highlights the concerns arising from the revision of the MD3 Law which is considered to be an attempt to block the freedom of expression (eleftheria) in an independent state, which has been influenced by past experience, where the Indonesian government was once regarded as the perpetrator of the silencing of freedom of expression which still remains in the public mind. This study aims to analyze the marketing communication management of the City of Amil Zakat (BAZNAS) of Samarinda City in the implementation of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) to the community in the city of Samarinda and surrounding areas. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method through data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and literature review. The results of this study indicate that Baznas organizational communication management includes planning, organizing, monitoring and evaluating. Marketing communication management is carried out to support a series of programs and social activities carried out by Baznas and stakeholders

Tenganan Pegringsingan Village, as one of the original villages in Bali, has a local wisdom characteristic that is agreed upon by its citizens. Local wisdom is included in the 'awig-awig' (local regulation) village in the form of verbal texts that aim to preserve the flora and fauna of extinction. This study aims to determine the type of flora-fauna lexicon found in 'awig-awig' of the village, and to know the customary restrictions and fines that are set for residents who break them. This research is a qualitative descriptive method using 'awig-awig' as research data and analyzing data through literature review. The results of the analysis found 39 lexicons of flora and fauna that are prohibited from being cut down/killed. The entire lexicon is divided into 9 categories, namely fruit, trees, leaves, tubers, rhizomes, seeds, roots, animals and flowers. Each amounted to 7 pieces, 11 trees, 2 leaves, 5 tubers, 1 rhizome, 1 seed, 1 root, 9 animals and 2 flowers. This study recommends collaboration with various parties to preserve the ecotex contained in the 'awig-awig' village of Tenganan Bali.Keywords : ecotext, awig-awig, local wisdom, ecolinguistic
