AbstractEducation is a very important thing in human life. When talking about education, it is inseparable about education personnel called teachers. Therefore in this study discussed about the role of teachers of Islamic religious education which is basically a forum for fostering student morals when the students are in the school environment. This study uses qualitative methods that basically collect data from interviews, observations, and observations. With this method it is considered very good for this research so that it can answer the problem. The teacher at this school is very cooperative in improving student morals both at school and outside school. Keyword: Role, Teacher Islamic Education, Moral Development AbstrakPendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Ketika bicara tentang pendidikan, tak dapat dipisahkan tentang tenaga pendidikan yang disebut dengan guru. Oleh sebab itu dalam penlitian ini dibahas tentang peran guru pendidikan agama islam yang dasarnya adalah untuk wadah membina akhlak siswa ketika siswa tersebut dalam lingkungan sekolah.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif  yang pada dasarnya mengumpulkan data dari wawancara, pengamatan, dan observasi.  Dengan metode tersebut dirasa sangat baik untuk penelitian ini sehingga dapat menjawab permasalahan. Guru disekolah ini sangat kooperatif dalam meningkatkan akhlak siswa baik ketika di sekolah amupun diluar sekolah. Kata Kunci: Peran, Guru PAI, Pembinaan Akhlak

The teacher is the transformational media of all the knowledge needed by students. In addition, the role of teachers is very much needed especially in Islamic-based schools that always pay attention and prioritize students to continue their studies in college. To get closer and to build with high enthusiasm for the achievement of the priorities above, the researcher conducted research at second grade of Elementary School in Sidoarjo by knowing more about the leadership style of the principal in improving the work ethic of Islamic Education teachers. This study is entitled "The leadership role of school principals in improving the work ethic of Islamic Religious Education teachers at second grade of Elementary School in Sidoarjo". This research is a qualitative study, through a phenomenological approach that is a qualitative research approach rooted in philosophical and psychological and focuses on human life experiences (sociology) that produce descriptive data in the form of written or oral data from observable people's behavior. The form of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that describes an object relating to the problem conducted without asking research variables.The results of research on the role of principals in improving the work ethic of teachers of Islamic Education are as follows: (1) as educators: principals must have the right strategy to improve the work ethic of teachers and professional educators. (2) as a manager at school: the task of the manager is to plan something that can improve the work ethic of the teachers of Islamic Education and the quality of education, in addition the manager also organizes educational resources that have not been organized in order to unite in implementing education and control the implementation of educational outcomes . (3) as a motivator: the principal has a very close relationship with various activities in the school, such as providing motivation and encouragement, so the teacher is more disciplined and has a work spirit.

One way to improve the lot and raise the dignity of women is through education. The first female Islamic education figure in Indonesia was Rahmah el-Yunusiyah, she was a figure of women's struggle during the physical revolution. He was born from a family with a strong religious education background. During childhood Rahmah el-Yunusiyah started school at the Diniyah School led by her brother, Zainuddin Labay, which was founded in 1915 for sons and daughters using modern learning systems and lessons.             The role of Islamic education as one of the right ways to raise the degree of women has had since he was a teenager. Rahmah's belief in the role of education was realized with the establishment of the school under the name AL-Madrasah AL-Diniyyah Li Al-Banat in 1923 to attract the attention of the community especially mothers, intellectuals and groups who were very strong in holding old traditions, this newly founded school was also called Diniyyah School Poetri. Trinity education system, which is close cooperation between the school environment, dormitories, and households or the community.

This article discusses how to shift the role of teachers and how Islamic education shapes the character of students in the midst of the current 4.0 industrial revolution. The shift in the role of teachers from previously being teacher centered and then becoming facilitators causes a change in the learning orientation paradigm to become student centered. The process of attracting teachers and students in shaping student character is not optimal as in the teacher centered position, it could be because the teachers are no longer free or have more space. Therefore, this shift has implications for the creation of a character crisis for students. The student character crisis has recently become a problem that is busy being discussed and faced by the world of education. It could be because the existence of Islamic education which is thick with a traditional approach (teacher oriented) is no longer considered a solution in the new student-oriented paradigm to shape the character of religious students. Even though the research results explain that the success in shaping the character of students through Islamic religious education has been created through various extra-curricular activities. Because of that, the teacher's ability to insert character values in the learning process, both in intra-curricular and extra-curricular activities is a solution as well as an affirmation that Islamic education is one way of building the character of religious students

Abstract: Moral education is a sub / part of the subject of Religious Education, because the real religion is morality, so that the presence of the Prophet Muhammad to the face of the earth was in the step of completing the morals of men who at that time, girls were killed alive, against the truth of many who resist, as well as many other levels of munkar they do. Because religion is morals, it is not excessive to say that what is good according to morals is good also according to religion. Because so much the role of education of Morals in the formation keperibadian son of man then all Muslim philosophers agree that moral education is the soul of Islamic education, because the highest goal of Islamic education is to educate the soul and morals. The values of moral education in the book value of moral values of the Qur'an on Islamic education based on human life together with what He has created. The Qur'an tells people to be dignified, humble, trustworthy, kind, faithful, adult, and willing to listen to goodness. values of moral education contained in the book "the moral value of the Qur'an The work of Harun Yahya is: belief in the existence of God, Godly to Allah, belief in the fate of Allah, faith in God, Pray, Believe, Be patient, grateful, despair, mercast, humble to God, read the Qur'an, take refuge in God, humble, do not make fun of.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of the teacher of Islamic education in building awareness of the veiled and to determine the extent to which the awareness of schoolgirls in headscarves. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were teachers of Islamic religious education, deputy curriculum and students in grade 11 mathematics 2 which amounts to 5 people. Techniques in this research is using interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. The results of this study are the Role of teachers in the learning of the teacher as mentor, teacher as an example or a role model, teacher as advisor, teacher as coach, teacher as reformer, teacher as mediator and facilitator, the teacher as the evaluator. Keywords: Role of Teachers, The consciousness of the veiledAbstrak:                                                   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam membangun kesadaran berjilbab dan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kesadaran siswi dalam berjilbab. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.  Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru pendidikan agama Islam, wakasek kurikulum dan siswa kelas 11 mipa 2 yang berjumlah 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Peran guru PAI dalam pembelajaran yaitu sebagai guru pembimbing, yangdicontoh atau diteladani, guru sebagai penasehat, guru sebagai pelatih, guru sebagai pembaharu, guru sebagai mediator dan fasilitator, guru sebagai evaluator. Kata kunci: peran guru PAI, kesadaran berjilbab.

Islamic education has an important history. the development and growth of Islamic education exists naturally as Islam develops. In general, education is an important thing in human life. In this case, the role of Islamic education institutions, one of which is that madrasas must be able to keep up with all of these things and be able to direct their students so that in their output they can compete with other countries and not lose in terms of knowledge and technology, without leaving the soul and characteristics of Islam in his life.

Many advocates of interpretive approaches to the study of politics emphasize that what is at stake is a conflict between “quantitative” versus “qualitative” methods. By contrast, we begin by suggesting that political scientists are free to use whichever method they find most useful for their research purposes. Instead of methodological reasons for making the interpretive turn, political scientists have ethical reasons for adopting this paradigm. In particular, interpretive approaches give political scientists a better account of the nature and role of values in human life, a sense for how the historical past is ethically relevant, the ability to advance politically engaged sociologies, and a deliberative critique of technocracy. Political scientists should be free to critically engage, scrutinize, and even normatively evaluate human ethical positions.

The child is a trust given by Allah in His people, there are few things should be noted currently child growth and development. Especially the development of aqidah and moral development (akhlak). Developments relating with aqidah as faith, while morals relating with child behavior. pattern against children educaton operations can be performed non-verbal and verbal. No only firmly embodied in or operating verbal language. But can be also shown operating non-verbal, such as what can be done with how to operate physical punishment. Physical punishment is done by parents like hitting the child, not mean parents is cruel for hitting the hearts of Islamic education denid entry, as long as the beating is done based on the rules has been determined. However. Parents can establish morals (akhlak) children with how do good communication. By using language what mannered. Advances in communication technology affect all aspects including aspects of education. An educator is required to create active, effective and fun teaching and learning activities. Related to this, the learning of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is generally still monotonous in using learning media so that students feel bored in learning PAI. PAI’s teacher at SMK Wahana Karya tries to make an innovation in Islamic Education learning, namely by using Android-based mobile learning. This is based on the background of students who on average already use Android in everyday life. So, this study describes android-based mobile learning as a learning medium for Islamic religious education at SMK Wahana Karya. This research uses qualitative methods, where the researcher makes direct observations and interviews. Sources of data used are from school archives, school websites, interviews with principals, Islamic education teachers, and students of SMK Wahana Karya. The results of this study are, although there are still some obstacles, namely in terms of signal and classroom atmosphere conditioning. However, apart from that the use of mobile learning is considered effective and attracts students in learning Islamic Education.
