The purpose of this research is to find out whether exposure to advertising and brand loyalty influences buying interest of Samsung Galaxy products. The theory used in this study is the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action), and the Advertising Exposure Process proposed by David. A Aaker. The research method used by the authors in this study is a quantitative method approach. The objects in this study are those who want to make purchases of Samsung Galaxy products, as well as those who have already used Samsung Galaxy products, which are determined by 85 respondents of the study sample. This research is quantitative descriptive, where the primary data collected through questionnaires are processed statistically, so that the measurement scale. The results of this study indicate that the variable exposure to advertising has an influence on buying interest of Samsung Galaxy by 46.6 percent. Also, the brand variable variable has an influence on buying interest of Samsung Galaxy products by 48.4 percent. Also, the variable exposure to advertising and brand loyalty has an influence on buying interest of Samsung Galaxy products by 61.8 percent together. Meanwhile, the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study shows that there is an influence between exposure to advertising and brand loyalty on the purchase interest of Samsung Galaxy products, both partially and simultaneously. Suggestions from this study that the author can provide include further research of a similar nature in order to use other variables not contained in this study. Also, it is hoped that this research can be used as a reference, both for producers and those who should be consumers.

The purpose of this researchment is to ascertain how wide the farming of species Saccharun Edule Hasskarl (terubuk) in sub district Tosa, district of East Tidore of Tidore Island through the indicator of the value revenue, production and selling prices so that the farmers will achieve The Break Event Point (BEP). The research method was used a quantitative method with the number of samples of 30 people. The determination of the sample method is using the census method or involving all members of the population into a sample of researchment. The secondary data collection was done by using library literature in the form of document review and relevant references to research object while primary data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data is using equation R /C Ratio, BEP Revenue, BEP Price, and BEP Production. Therefore from the results of the researchment it can be explained that the two of the thirty farmers come through the break event point, while the other twenty-eight farmers declared having a business that worth to be develop or experiencing profit, because the R/C ratio is above 1.0 with average profit reach Rp. 989.000, - per production / farmer.

Village Owned Enterprise is a self-help container that is essentially a forum that conducts empowerment to the community, but the current situation is many unable to function as a forum for community empowerment of Village Owned Enterprise. This research aims to determine community empowerment through The Save Borrow Business Unit in Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri West Minas Village and to Know what factors hinder community empowerment through the Simpan Pinjam Business Unit in Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri West Minas Village. This research uses qualitative descriptive research method approach. Primary data obtained directly through interviews from informants, namely the Director of Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri, Village Chief Of West Minas, representative community Of West Minas Village, Field Experts Of Village Owned Enterprise, and Borrower Community. The results of this study show that community empowerment through the business unit of saving loans in a Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri West Minas Village is Bad. inhibitory factors in community empowerment through business units save borrowing in Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri West Minas Village is the limitation of human resources and lack of public awareness and lack of public enthusiasm for Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri.

This study aims to test whether there is an effect of the implementation of Government Regulation no. 23 of 2018 of taxpayer compliance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This research method using quantitative descriptive method and primary data using a questionnaire. This study took a sample of 37 respondents taxpayer compliance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises at the Ruteng Pratama Tax Office, Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of google. The results showed that the implementation of PP 23 2018 has a positive effect on tax compliance of micro, small and medium enterprises.

This study aims to examine whether capital market socialization and risk perception affect student investment interests in the capital market. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and primary data. This study sampled 70 students from the Faculty of Economics at Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta who had passed capital market courses in both the Accounting and Management Study Programs. The analysis technique used for hypothesis testing is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that capital market socialization has a positive effect on student investment interests in the capital market, while the perception of risk does not significantly influence student investment interests in the capital market.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between teacher training and transformational leadership on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in teacher members of SMA N1 SEMIN. This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sessus technique, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 44 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that teacher training had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.018 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Teacher training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance level of 0.021 <0.05, so hypothesis III is accepted. Transformational leadership has no positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance level of 0.352 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Teacher training on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.08 > 1.96 then hypothesis VI is accepted. Transformational leadership on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.80 < 1.96 then hypothesis VII is rejected. Nomadic tourism is a new tourism trend in Indonesia which is being proposed by the Ministry of Tourism. One of the destinations that provides nomadic tourism-based accommodation is Bandung Regency, Ciwidey District, and Rancabali District. This research focuses on tourist preferences in choosing nomadic tourism-based accommodation in Bandung Regency through cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The primary data of the study were obtained from 183 questionnaires distributed to tourists who were camping or staying in glamping in five locations namely Rancaupas, Ciwidey Valley resorts, Hejo Forest, Legok Kondang Lodge, Glamping Lakeside Rancabali. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. This study resulted in that the four preference factors were equally important for tourists in choosing nomadic tourism-based accommodation in Bandung Regency.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah sosialisasi perpajakan, kesadaran wajib pajak dan sanksi perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM e-commerce. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian mengambil sampel pengusaha e-commerce yang ada di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengirimkan kuesioner melalui chat personal atau melalui e-mail dalam bentuk google form kepada pengusaha e-commerce. Jumlah kuesioner yang diolah adalah 100 kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi perpajakan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM e-commerce sedangkan kesadaran wajib pajak dan sanksi perpajakan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM e-commerce.Kata kunci: sosialisasi perpajakan, kesadaran wajib pajak, sanksi perpajakan, kepatuhan wajib pajak, umkm e-commerce. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine whether taxation socialization, awareness of taxpayers and tax sanctions affect the tax compliance of MSME e-commerce taxpayers. Globalization era has been insisting on the companies to be able to compete more intense to keep the existence of their companies within the economy of Indonesia refers to telecommunication business. Brand equity is the most important asset for the company to keep up the market. There are 6 CDMA operators in Indonesia, two of them are Telkom with Flexi product and Bakrie with Esia product. Both are very competitive in CDMA network which is they have more than 10 million customers. This research aims to discover the brands equity between Flexi and Esia in Bogor. The elements of brand equity refer to brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty. Research method is quantitative descriptive which is 100 respondents. Research analysis has applied the Importance Performance Analysis and Cohran test. The result of the research has been indicating that Esia brand equity is stronger than Flexi. The analysis of customers brand equity has been explaining that the customers have not committed yet completely to the product they have been using.
