Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the role of PAI teachers in improving the discipline of students in the classroom VII SMP Preparation Tomi-Tomi District Waesala Seram Bagian Barat and to find out the supporting factors and factors inhibiting the role of PAI teachers in improving the discipline of learners in the classroom VII SMP Preparation Tomi-Tomi District Waesala Seram Bagian Barat. The research was conducted from March 2, 2018 to April 2, 2018, In SMP Preparation Tomi-Tomi District Waesala Seram Bagian Barat. This research approach is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observations and interviews. The collected data is then analyzed using the techniques presented by the Milles and Huberman, include data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results showed that the role of PAI teachers in improving the discipline of students in the classroom VII SMP Preparation Tomi-Tomi District Waesala Seram Bagian Barat among others: provide examples of discipline for learners by coming to school on time; advising learners on discipline; reprimand and punish students who arrive late; scolding students who often (repeatedly) arrive late; and control the activities of students at school and at home. Thus, PAI teachers in this case play more role as an educator and exemplar than just being a teacher. Supporting factors and inhibition factors in the role of PAI teachers in improving the discipline of students in the classroom VII SMP Preparation Tomi-Tomi District Waesala Seram Bagian Barat, among others, the supporting factors are the application of school rules and discipline, the role of the headmaster who is quite firm on the issue of discipline both teachers and students. As for the inhibition factor is the lack of cooperation between teachers, lack of awareness of learners to be disciplined, lack of awareness of parents in paying attention to the discipline of learners when at home, there are still many teachers who give assignments individually rather than group assignments, and PAI teachers often get criticism and suggestions that do not build from the community or parents of learners. Keywords: PAI Teacher Role, Student Discipline, SMP Preparation Tomi-Tomi Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik di Kelas VII SMP Persiapan Tomi-Tomi Kecamatan Waesala Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat peran guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik di Kelas VII SMP Persiapan Tomi-Tomi Kecamatan Waesala Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari tanggal 02 Maret 2018 sampai dengan 02 April 2018, di SMP Persiapan Tomi-Tomi Kecamatan Waesala Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Pendekatan penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik yang dikemukakan oleh Milles dan Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik di Kelas VII SMP Persiapan Tomi-Tomi Kecamatan Waesala Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat antara lain: memberikan contoh (teladan) kedisiplinan bagi peserta didik yakni dengan datang ke sekolah tepat waktu; memberikan nasihat kepada peserta didik tentang kedisiplinan; menegur dan memberikan hukuman kepada peserta didik yang datang terlambat; memarahi peserta didik yang sering (berulang-ulang) datang terlambat; dan mengontrol kegiatan peserta didik di sekolah maupun di rumah. Dengan demikian, guru PAI dalam hal ini lebih berperan sebagai seorang pendidik dan pemberi teladan daripada hanya sekedar menjadi seorang pengajar. Faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat peran guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik di Kelas VII SMP Persiapan Tomi-Tomi Kecamatan Waesala Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat, antara lain untuk faktor pendukung adalah penerapan aturan dan tata tertib sekolah, peran kepala sekolah yang cukup tegas terhadap masalah kedisiplinan baik guru maupun peserta didik. Sedangkan untuk faktor penghambatnya adalah kurang adanya kerja sama antar sesama guru, kurangnya kesadaran peserta didik untuk menjadi orang yang disiplin, kurangnya kesadaran orang tua dalam memperhatikan kedisiplinan peserta didik ketika di rumah, masih banyak guru yang memberikan tugas secara individu daripada tugas kelompok, dan guru PAI sering mendapat kritik dan saran yang tidak membangun dari masyarakat ataupun orang tua peserta didik. <em>The behavior of theft of electricity is a form of violation that harms many parties. This research aims to know the violation class and category of violations by electricity customers in 3 years. The research approach used was qualitative research. The data sources in this study involved 1 management party, customers in the 1<sup>st</sup> year were 1,200 people, the 2<sup>nd</sup> year were 1,200 people, and the 3<sup>rd</sup> year were 700 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, literature study, and interviews. All data were analyzed inductively including data reduction, data presentation, and verification (arranging conclusion). The results of the research showed that the total number of violations for 3 years reached 7.1% which was distributed to 2.2% for class violations and 4.9% for categories of violations. The category of violations that occurred on the customer's side showed that it was greater than class violations. The number of class 3 violations reached 0.9% and violations of this class were higher than other classes. Meanwhile, the kWh violation category reached 2.6% and this violation category was higher than other categories. Based on the rate of the number of violations each year, there was an increase in violations by 0.2% – 0.9%.</em>

This study aims to find the implementation of organizational culture, in this case the Ministry of Religion of the Regency of Buleleng based on Hindu values. The research method used was qualitative with the location of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Buleleng Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques include (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing or verification. The implementation of organizational culture in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency especially in the Head of the Hindu Religion Affairs is inseparable from the role of the socialization of socio-cultural values themselves, both government leaders, traditional leaders, or family leaders. Theoretically, the process of institutionalizing values to society goes through several stages, including the stages known, understood, obeyed, and valued.

Speech acts happen within the communication between teachers and students in online learning interactions. This study aims to describe the forms of illocutionary acts and representations of an Indonesian teacher's power strategies in online learning interactions through WhatsApp and Google Classroom. A descriptive qualitative was used to garner written conversations between the teacher and the students. This study involves an Indonesian language teacher and students, totaling 36 students. The data was gathered from written conversational speeches conveyed by the teacher and students through WhatsApp and Google Classroom during online learning. The data was analyzed using Miles and Huberman's model, including data collection, data reduction (data presentation), drawing temporary conclusion and verification, and conclusion and recommendation. The study reveals several types of illocutionary acts, such as assertive, directive, expressive and commissive – while no types of illocutionary acts are found. The teacher's representation of the power strategy in online learning interactions includes speech control, threatening, and being angry with insinuation.

The development of one's independence toward perfection becomes very important to be pursued since the early, more serious, systematic and programmed. As has been trying to do by the teacher in kindergarten. Dharma Wanita Brumbung I in order to increase the independence of children. Researchers interested in conducting research on the theme "Independence Strategy Increase Of Early Childhood In Kindergarten Dharma Wanita Brumbung I ".The research approach is qualitative. Techniques of data collection in this study is by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis : data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification of data. Subjects : 4 Women Brumbung I TK.Dharma teachers, where teachers who hold full responsibility for the child, while the child is in school.The results showed that strategy pursued in kindergarten teachers includes: provide positive self-understanding early childhood, which gives confidece and responsibility to the child.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan program sistem poin di SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut : (1) penetapan dan persiapan program sistem poin dilakukan melalui perumusan tata tertib sekolah dengan hasil buku panduan tata tertib sekolah meliputi bentuk pelanggaran, poin pelanggaran, sanksi pelanggaran dan catatan pelanggaran. (2) pelaksanaan program sistem poin berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan sekolah untuk mendisiplinkan siswa, walaupun masih ada siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran.evaluasi program sistem poin dilakukan dengan menindaklanjuti dan memperbaharui isi dari buku panduan tata tertib sekolah setiap tahunnya untuk mengurangi tingkat pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah. (4) faktor pendukung program sistem poin yaitu adanya buku panduan tata tertib sekolah sebagai acuan guru maupun siswa untuk bersikap disiplin. Faktor penghambat program sistem poin yaitu kurangnya kesadaran warga sekolah untuk selalu bersikap disiplin tanpa adanya perintah. Kata kunci: sistem poin, tata tertib sekolah   AbstractThis study aims to describe the application of the point system program at SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. This research approach is qualitative. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data analysis by Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Data validity test used source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study are as follows: (1) the determination and preparation of the point system program is carried out by formulating school rules with the results of the school discipline by form of violation, violation points, violation sanctions and violation records. (2) the implementation of the point system program runs according to the school's goal of disciplining students, even though there are still students who commit violations. (3) evaluation of the point system program is carried out by following up and updating the contents of the school code of conduct each year to reduce the level of violations of school rules. (4) The supporting factor for the point system program is the existence of a school discipline guidebook as a reference for teachers and students to be disciplined. The inhibiting factor for the point system program is the lack of awareness of the school community to always be disciplined without any orders. Keywords: point system, school rules.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of teachers in the development of primary school pupils' ability to compose basic phrases. The descriptive qualitative research approach was adopted in this study. The information was gathered through observation, interviews, and the review of records. Participants in the study were first-grade instructors at SDN 151 Pekanbaru, in the province of Riau. Data triangulation is used in the data credibility test because it allows researchers to double-check their findings by comparing them to other sources. According to the Miles and Huberman data analysis model, there are three steps: (1) data collection (data collection), (2) data presentation (data presentation), and (3) conclusion formulation and verification (conclusion drawing). The findings of the study indicate that the teacher's role in helping grade I students at SDN 151 Pekanbaru learn to write basic sentences has been going fairly well, with numerous stages, such as being a teacher, mentor, trainer, and learning manager, all of which have been quite successful. In addition to improving the quality of the teaching and learning process by providing adequate learning facilities, the findings of this study have broader ramifications.

AbstractResearch using descriptive methods. The research instrument was the researchers herself and assisted with supporting instruments such as stationeries, photo camera and DSLR camera. The types of data in this study were primary and secondary data. The techniques of data collection were observation, interview, and documentation. In analyzing This article aimed to find out the Role of Pagar Pengantin Dance in the Environment of the Bayung Lincir District. The type of this research was qualitative the data, there were several stages, namely, data reduction and data presentation. The results showed that the Pagar Pengantin dance in the Bayung Lencir district was only performed at weddings. Pagar Pengantin dance performed at weddings had a role as a release of single age. As related to the appearance of, the bride must join in as a dancer and dance with four bride fence dancers. This dance must be pulled in front of the aisle seat because this dance must be witnessed by the groom who aimed to protect the dancing bride. Married brides are no longer permitted to dance except with permission from their husbands because the symbols from the trays used by the bride's stand are likened to houses where married women have restrictions. Pagar Pengantin Dance is a dance that means separation between the bride and her family to form a new family, and this dance also symbolizes the meaning of the union of two different families into one.Keywords: Role, Bridal Fence Dance, Wedding Party

This study aims to describe the role of teachers as educators in developing the discipline character of students in class IV A 01 Kota Bengkulu Elementary School. This type of research is qualitative research, with descriptive research methods. The subjects of the study were the principal, grade IV A teachers, and grade IV A students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Testing the validity of the data using extended observations, increasing perseverance and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the teacher as an educator in developing the character of student discipline has been carried out in class IV A. The role of the teacher in developing the character of student discipline consists of as motivators, facilitators and evaluators. As a motivator the teacher has given encouragement to students to always be disciplined in the classroom, as a facilitator the teacher has provided the facilities needed by students to develop the character of their discipline and as an evaluator the teacher has also conducted an evaluation to see the extent of the development of the discipline character of students in the class.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the combined method of rote learning the Qur'an to improve discipline students in kindergarten class B Sutopadan ABA Yogyakarta. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Subjects were teachers and students. Research held in April 2017. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using a model Milles and Huberman of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Mechanical examination of the validity of data by triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that: the combined method of memorization of the Koran are applied in TK ABA Yogyakarta Sutopadan very helping teachers to improve discipline children through various stages that are contained within the combined method recitation of the Qur'an, not only improve discipline children get from a combined method of memorizing Qur'anic memorization but can improve children's ability to quickly and correctly, role of teachers in the implementation of the discipline through a combined method of recitation of the Qur'an is to provide room for the recitation of the Qur'an and also provide a special teacher for Qur'an memorization activities in order to apply the combined method recitation of the Qur'an properly, combined method recitation of the Qur'an are now children are able to follow all the activities in an orderly manner, to respect teachers and friends, to comply with the pseudoa regulation that exist in schools, only that children in kindergarten ABA Sutopadan has been able to memorize up to 30 juz quickly and correctly. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan metode gabungan pembelajaran hafalan al-qur’an untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas B di TK ABA Sutopadan Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa. Penelitian dipelaksanakan pada bulan April 2017. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Milles and Huberman yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa: Metode gabungan hafalan Al-Qur’an yang diterapkan di TK ABA Sutopadan Yogyakarta sangat membantu guru untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak melalui berbagai tahapan-tahapan yang terdapat didalam metode gabungan hafalan Al-Qur’an ini, bukan hanya meningkatkan kedisiplinan yang anak dapatkan dari metode gabungan hafalan Al-Qur’an ini melainkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal anak dengan cepat dan benar, Peran guru dalam pelaksanaan kedisiplinan melalui metode gabungan  hafalan Al-Qur’an ialah dengan menyediakan ruangan khusus untuk hafalan Al-Qur’an dan juga menyediakan guru khusus untuk kegiatan hafalan Al-Qur’an agar dapat menerapkan metode gabungan hafalan Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar, memalui penerapkan metode gabungan hafalan Al-Qur’an sekarang anak-anak mampu mengikuti semua kegiatan dengan tertib, dapat menghargai guru dan temannya, mampu mematuhi semua peraturan yang ada disekolah,bukan hanya itu anak-anak di TK ABA Sutopadan ini sudah mampu menghafal hingga juz ke 30 dengan cepat dan benar.
