There are 2 problems which become the urgency in this research; student activity unit for badminton is a new sports medium, thus it needs improvement in training forms, one of the training form is the improvement of smash basic skill. The aims of this research are to discover the influence of fullover training towards badminton smash basic skill , and also applying the research and training process which correspond with Covid 19 health protocol. This research is an experiment type. Independent variable (badminton smash basic skill) dependent variable (fullover training). Sampling technique used saturated sample wich is all the population of badminton student activity unit at UM Palopo which are 20 atlethes. Test instrument used smash basic skill test. Time and place corresponded with WFH( work from home), research processes (pre test, treatment, post test) were monitored online through Zoom meeting and UM Palopo E-learning . The results of hypothesis test found that t-count 3,647 bigger than t-table 1,833 at the 5% significancy or 0,05. according to the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that Fullover training influence the badminton smash basic skill.

This study aims to determine the effect of job training, work environment, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were employees of the Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta with a total of 50 employees. The sampling technique is saturated sample by taking all samples, namely 50 employees. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using SPSS 23 which consists of data quality test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The results showed that job training and compensation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. While the work environment partially does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: job training, work environment, compensation, and job satisfaction ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta dengan jumlah 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh dengan mengambil semua sampel yaitu 50 karyawan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 23 yang terdiri dari uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja

This study aims to measure the improvement of students' understanding and also to measure students' learning activities after learning through the Group Investigation (GI) assisted by Watak Kalinyamatan media. This type of research is an experimental research design with Pre Experiment Design. The sample in this study was grade IV SDN 1 Damarjati, with the total of 45 students.  Sampling was done by using Purposive Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, tests, and documentation.  In Analyzing the data used  the final data analysis which includes the normality test, description of the concept understanding analysis, description of the students’ activity description, and hypothesis test that includes n-gain test and  t-test.The results of the analysis in this study were (1) there was an improvement in students' understanding of the concepts before and after the GI model of the Watak Kalinyamatan media was applied to the students, (2) P-value = 0.039 0.025  H0 was accepted, this means that the average post-test score of students' concept understanding through the GI model assisted by the Watak Kalinyamatan media received a score of ≥ 65, (3) In the learning activities of the students’ meeting 2, 3 and 4 P-value = 0.1075, 0.045, and 0.037 ≥ 0.025, H0 is accepte, this means that the students’ activities after being given learning through GI models assisted by the Watak Kalinyamatan media are ≥ 65.

The influence of multimedia usage on PG-PAUD student concept understanding in cognitive development and creativity course of early childhood has been done on PG-PAUD Student semester three in Palembang Sriwijaya University. The type of research used is experiment with One Shoot Case Study descriptions, with sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The sample in the pre-experiment class is 27 and the post-test class is 28. The data collection technique is written essay, interview and documentation. Result of data analysis obtained is 80,71, while result of hypothesis test based on t-test obtained t_hitung> t_table or got t_count = 6,76> t_table = 4,83, hence Ho refused and Ha accepted, thus there influence multimedia usage to understanding the concept of PG-Paud students in courses of cognitive development and creativity of early childhood. With assessment indicators Redefining a concept, Classifying objects according to certain traits according to their concepts, Providing examples of concepts, Using, utilizing and selecting specific procedures. So the use of multimedia to understanding the concept of the students is very influential to improve understanding of the concept.

The study aims to determine the analysis of factors influencing Turnover Intention employees at Hotel Travelodge Batam.This research is a quantitative descriptive type with a factor analysis method aimed at seeing the factors affecting Turnover Intention in the Hotel Travelodge Batam. The population in this study is all employees amounting to 52 people, the sample in this study is with non-probability sampling technique with a total saturated sample of 52 people. Data analysis techniques using SPSS version 16.00. The results of this study showed a simple linear regression hypothesis test obtained F 5,418 with sig. 0.000 < 0.05, then the variable factors that influence can explain the turnover variable intention employees significantly, with the value of R Square of 0.419. This means that the factors influencing the turnover of intention employees by 41.9% and 58.1% are influenced by other factors. The salary factor has no significant effect on turnover intention. Training factors and work facilities have no significant effect on turnover intention. Leadership factors have no significant effect on turnover intention. The award factor has significant effect on turnover intention. The organizational culture factor has no significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction factor has no significant effect on turnover intention. Based on the results the research researchers suggested to pay more attention to factors that influence employee turnover and further improve job satisfaction, training and work facilities,.

This research was quantitative design by implementing pre experimental design. Procedure of thisresearch included pre-test, treatment and post-test. Sampling technique used simple random sampling.Total number of the population was 117 students of the SMP Daeo. Sample in this reserach were 30students. Hypothesis test showed that there was significance value ɑ = 0.000 &lt; ɑ = 0.05, it meant that Hiwas accepted. It can be concluded that guessing game technique increased students’ vocabulary masteryat SMP Daeo.

This research aims to develop a model of basic skill test for talent scouting soccer athlete candidates of age group of 10-11 years which is valid and reliable. This research is research and development adapting research measures proposed by Borg and Gall (2007: 590) including: (1) introductory study and data collection, (2) planning and conducting research, (3) product validation, (4) trying out of the product, (5) revisions of the product, and (6) product implementation. The try out of the initial product was conducted to 30 students. The try out of the main product was conducted to 416 students from various elementary schools (SD) sampled using the cluster sampling technique. The data validity is calculated using with Pearson’s Product Moment correlation and the reliability was calculated using the test-retest of Cronbach's Alpha. The Z score was used to equalize the form of units. The results of this research and development include a model of basic skill test for talent scouting soccer athlete candidates of age group of9-10 years. The talent test model is fit for use, because it is valid and reliable, with the raccount score bigger than rtabelscore. The model of basic skill test for talent scouting soccer athlete candidates of age group of 9-10 years includes the assessment scales (norms) that are packed in the effective and efficient guidebook (module) and visualization/tutorial tests (CD) that can be used as a manual of the soccer academy coaches in the process of scouting prospective athletes with different levels of talent.

PT. NCT is a company engaged in domestic goods delivery service sector. As for the problem happened to PT. NCT is the placement of the finished items in the warehouse is still not in order and not match the place, this results the item confused with other item, and the hand pallet passageway and forklift became narrow, and complicated the storage items storage and taking process. The independent in this research was warehouse layout, meanwhile dependent variable was unloading productivity. This research used qualitative method. The population in this research was the warehouse employee of PT. NCT with samples of 30 respondents, with sampling technique used saturated sample technique. The data collecting technique used was questionnaire, each respondent was given 20 questions, then data processed with SPSS statistics analysis. Based on the result of this research, shows that there is significant and positive effect between variable of warehouse layout on variable of unloading productivity of 36,8%, meanwhile the other 63,8% explained by other variable out of the variable used in this research. Based on the result of calculation of simple linear regression test, obtained result of regression equation of Y = 5,917 + 0,874X. Meanwhile on the result of hypothesis test shows the value of t count > t table (4,035 > 2,048). This means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, or there are effects between Warehouse Layout on Unloading Productivity.

The problem of the research is the low learning results of the students on the subjects of computer systems of SMK Negeri 5 Padang. This is due to several factors one of which is the method or strategy learning that is less innovative. The purpose of the research is to know the difference of result the study by using cooperative learning model of type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) on the subjects of a computer system class X TKJ of  SMK Negeri 5 Padang. This type of research is experimental. Where is to take the sampling by using random sampling technique. As the experimental class is class X TKJ A which will be treated by using cooperative learning model type STAD and control class is X TKJ B which will be treated by using inquiry model of learning. The technique of collecting data from post test, then analyzed for homogeneity test, normality test and hypothesis test. From the experimental class research results get the average value 82, 29, while the control class gets an average value of 76.93. The result of hypothesis calculation at significant level α = 0,05 got  thitung> ttabel  that is (2,182> 2,056) Because thitung  is bigger than ttabel hence hypothesis (H0) rejected and hypothesis (Ha) accepted. From the calculation of the learning result Gain where O1 is the average of the experimental class and O2 is the control class, the percentage of learning result is increased by 6.79%. It can be concluded that by using cooperative learning model of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type has an effect on student learning result which proves from improvement of learning result. Keyword    : Learning Resultss, Cooperative Learning Model TypeSTAD, Inquiry Learning Model.

Leadership style and motivation are factors that can affect employee performance. In this case the leadership and motivation in the Office of the High Koto Nagari Mayor of Baso Sub-District, Agam Regency are classified as good, but apparently they have not been able to contribute maximally to employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at the Office of the Woto Nagari Koto Tinggi, Baso District, Agam Regency, which was 15 employees. The sampling technique in this study is non-probality sampling, which is a saturated sample. The results of the data regression analysis show the following equation. Y = 44,185 + 0,462XI + 0,460X2. Based on the T test hypothesis test (partial test) shows that the leadership variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the F Test (simultaneous test) shows that leadership variables, work motivation variables jointly influence the employee performance variable. The significant value is 0.025 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style variables and work motivation on employee performance at the Koto Tinggi Wali Nagari office in Baso District both partially and simultaneously.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan saintifik terhadap kemampuan sains permulaan anak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pra-eksperimen dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 anak kelompok B3 TK Sila Chandra I Batubulan Kecamatan Sukawati. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode tes objektif, hasil tersebut dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata post-test (82,60) lebih tinggi daripada nilai rata-rata pre-test (70,00). Uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa thitung ≥ ttabel dengan harga thitung 74,11 dan harga ttabel 2,093 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima pada taraf signifikansi 5 % dengan dk=19. Ini berarti terdapat pengaruh pendekatan saintifik terhadap kemampuan sains permulaan anak Kelompok B3 TK Sila Chandra I Batubulan Kecamatan Sukawati Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka saran yang dapat diberikan hendaknya dalam sebuah pembelajaran seorang pendidik atau guru memilih pendekatan yang tepat dalam merancang kegiatan sains melalui percobaan-percobaan sederhana. The sample in this research used saturated sample technique that was all the group B3 of children in Sila Chandra I Batubulan Kindergarten which amounted 20 persons. Sample in this research use saturated sample technique. Data collacted using objective test method, the result is analyzed using t-test. Research results showed the average post-test (82,60) higher than the average pre-test (70,00).
