The ornamental plant business is a very profitable and promising venture, made even more so by the fact that there is an ornamental plant trend at the start of 2019. Certain types of ornamental plants can be quite expensive, and some customers are willing to pay a premium for them to add to their ornamental plant collection. As a result, the number of florists has increased, particularly in Baturaja City. During the Covid-19 pandemic, numerous businesses, including ornamental plant businesses, suffered financial losses. Some businesses have been unable to survive due to losses as a result of people's limited purchasing power for ornamental plants. The goal of this research is to determine the viability of the ornamental plant business in Baturaja, especially in the event of a pandemic. In this study, the census method was used, and the saturated sampling method was used for sampling. The analysis was carried out using a feasibility analysis with R/C ratio analysis. In Baturaja, data was gathered from 15 ornamental plant business actors. With an R/C of 1.65, the study's findings indicated that the ornamental plant business in the city of Baturaja would be viable in the event of a pandemic.  Keywords: Feasibility study, ornamental plant business, pandemic Covid   Abstrak Bisnis tanaman hias merupakan bisnis yang sangat menjanjikan dan menguntungkan, apalagi setelah terjadi trend tanaman hias di awal tahun 2019. Beberapa jenis tanaman hias dapat dijual dengan harga yang tinggi dan konsumen mau membeli dengan harga tinggi tersebut, untuk menambah koleksi. Fenomena ini juga terjadi di kota Baturaja. Selama pandemi Covid-19, banyak bisnis yang merugi, termasuk bisnis tanaman hias. Turun nya daya beli masyarakat juga berpengaruh terhadap bisnis tanaman hias. Membuat para pelaku usaha bisnis ini tidak mampu bertahan karena merugi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha tanaman hias di kota Baturaja khususnya pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus dan metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan adalah metode acak jenuh.  Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data penelitian adalah analisis kelayakan menggunakan R/C ratio. Sedangkan data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari 15 pelaku usaha tanaman hias di kota Baturaja.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha tanaman hias di kota Baturaja di masa pandemic Covid masih layak untuk terus diusahakan dengan nilai R/C sebesar 1.65. In the countries in the process of becoming developing, plants are means important of things to solve the public health probleme of third world countries. Ornamental plants are generally introduced into our environment make into a city for esthetics, fragrance and ecological benefits reason. However, this characteristic of ornamental plants often has another face, a "toxic" character. Thisstudy in Abidjan town, aims to show a certain ambivalence ornamental plants which embellish our close environment.

A business can be said to be achieve if it fulfills several criteria. Therefore, a study is needed to determine whether or not a business is suitable. One of the potential businesses was ornamental plants. Thus, this study aims to determine the income and feasibility in terms of R/C ratio of the ornamental plant business at Brother Farming. This research was conducted in April 2021 at Sukotirto, Badang Village, Ngoro, Jombang, East Java. Purposive sampling method was used as a method with the consideration that Brother Farming is an ornamental plant business that produces and manages ornamental plants independently. It was located in Badang, Ngoro, Jombang, East Java. The data analysis used in this research includes cost analysis, revenue analysis, income, and R/C ratio. This research obtained primary data, namely interview and documentation. Interview were conducted with business owner and workers. The results of this study indicates that the income earned in 2019 was Rp. 73.667.900 while in 2020 it was Rp. 97.676.900.Therefore, the value of business feasibility of the R/C Ratio  obtained in 2019 was 1,83 and 2,51 in 2020. As a result, the R/C ratio showed a number > 1, which means that the ornamental plant business at Brother Farming profitable and suitable to be developed.

One of the ethnic groups in Batam, from the many tribes, is the sea tribe. The inhabitants of the Sea Tribe live along the edge of the coastal line known as "Barelang" (Batam-Rempang-Galang). Barelang is well-known as a destination for foreign and local tourists and has even become an icon of the city of Batam. Kampung Tua Tiangwangkang itself is locate in Barelang. The population of the sea tribe is 63 heads of families with a population of 203 people. The types of professions that the residents are engaged in are fishermen, restaurant employees and manual laborers with daily wages to fulfill their daily needs. Including housewives doing the profession as daily manual labor. To reduce the burden on housewives in Tiangwangkang, the PKM program held training in ornamental plant cultivation with the aim of increasing housewives' income in helping the family economy. This PKM activity was held for two meetings, the first meeting provided training on how to cultivate ornamental plants and in the second meeting taught housewives about online marketing. This activity ran smoothly and had a big impact because each of the participants in the exercise had become proficient in practicing how to grow ornamental plants.

This research aims to obtain an overview of rentals characteristic business ornamental plant of the scale of households and small scales and knowing the contribution rentals ornamental plant of the scale of households and small scales against income producers ornamental plants. The determination of the location of the research done deliberately (purposive) that is implemented in the city of Malang and Batu city with the consideration that location  is an ornamental plant production center to continuously ornamental plants rental. Methods of data retrieval method using Census data, the analysis carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. The result of qualitative analysis : First , in the matter of pricing, where the scale of ornamental plants rental households, no price on the basis  of plants, but based on the sized manufacturing, while on a small scale in addition to rental based on size is also based on the type of plants. Second, the targert market or tenant. Where on a small scale, ornamental plants rental market target is broader this is due to the partnership business, based on the result, the contribution of revenue each tenancy. The contribution rental income an ornamental against producers an ornamental received household scale of 33,26 percent. While on small scale of 22,90 percent.

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction

The high rate of inflation has the potential to increase poverty because it can reduce people's purchasing power, where if inflation rises significantly it can shift the people who are categorized as not poor, become vulnerable to poverty, almost poor and even poor. The aims of this study are to analyze the development of macroeconomic indicators, namely inflation and economic growth that are associated with poverty levels in the city of Bandung. The methodology used in this study is descriptive analysis and the ARMA (autoregressive moving average) model. The results showed that the high inflation in the city of Bandung compared to national and West Java inflation carries its own burden for the economy of the community, where purchasing power will decrease when inflation rises significantly and will have an impact on people's welfare. Inflation in the city of Bandung is often due to the price of food commodities (volatile food inflation). In addition, the high economic growth in the city of Bandung is not directly proportional to the decline in poverty levels. This shows that the quality of economic growth in the city of Bandung has problems that need attention. Therefore, local government in their efforts to encourage economic growth must prioritize poverty reduction and inequality.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai products in the people of Kediri City and Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains and proves the relationship and influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used a sample of 110 respondents and distributed questionnaires in the City and District of Kediri with the help of Google Forms. Sampling used non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling method. The sample consists of respondents who live in the City and District of Kediri, aged 17 years and over, and have purchased Slai O'lai products more than 2 (two) times. The data used are primary and secondary data, while the analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai sandwich biscuits. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yang menjelaskan dan membuktikan hubungan dan pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 110 responden dan menyebarkan kuesioner di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri dengan bantuan Google Forms. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel terdiri dari responden yang berdomisili di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri, berusia 17 tahun ke atas, dan telah membeli produk Slai O'lai lebih dari 2 (dua) kali. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang biskuit sandwich merek Slai O’lai. The article deals with one of the most relevant topics of the modern city and ecology - the problem of landscaping in Volgograd. The city is characterized by an industrial urbanism, with a high concentration of population, saturation of production facilities and vehicles, which contributes to a high level of negative impact on the environment. The pace of greening of the city lags behind the pace of construction of the residential sector, and the existing green spaces do not meet the sanitary and hygienic, aesthetic requirements. The prospects of this problem are determined, the existing green spaces are considered, data on the climatic conditions of the city and the ecological situation are given. Improvement in the field of landscaping is associated with the scientifically sound placement of green spaces, taking into account all the factors that affect the growth and development of plants in the urban environment. Unfortunately, due to the uneven distribution of the assortment of trees and shrubs, the species composition of the central streets and squares of the city is extremely poor. The study focuses on the role of the botanical garden in urban landscaping and aims to create recommendations for the sorting of tree and shrub plants for urban landscaping. As a result of the analysis of the assortment of ornamental plants of the open ground of the botanical garden, the article proposed species and varieties of woody and shrubby plants that have passed the introduction tests for more than 5-10 years. Recommendations for sorting are aimed at improving the ecological situation of the city and greening the recreation areas of citizens. The proposed list of tree and shrub species cannot fully solve the problem of greening the city, but it will help to significantly enrich the composition of tree and shrub plants.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the capabilities of business performance in creative culinary ventures in Makassar City, Indonesia. Data were obtained from sources using a questionnaire distributed to 1,402 entrepreneurs in the small and medium business category. The sampling method is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was determined using the Slovin formula of 311 people, totalling 197 respondents who received the questionnaire in full. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with structural equation modelling techniques. The research findings explain dynamic capabilities that are important for enhancing innovation and business performance, as well as to assist future researchers to examine other factors that are predictors in improving business performance.

The present study is aimed at increasing the accuracy of multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives in selecting a location for establishing an intermodal terminal in the North-Central planning development region of Bulgaria. A model has been used in the paper that allows us to increase the accuracy of multicriteria evaluation of all studied alternatives. This has been achieved by converting the values of various units into identical dimensionless units within a defined interval. It makes it possible to do an evaluation of the alternatives by using the real values of the criteria. The model has been used for multi-criteria evaluation of the alternatives in selecting a location for establishing an intermodal terminal in the city of Ruse. The results have been compared with the results of a pre-feasibility study of establishing an intermodal terminal in the city of Ruse in the North-Central planning development region of Bulgaria.
