The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nurse education on the accuracy of the patient's family through hand washing in preventing Covid-19 transmission at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. This research uses quantitative research with a quasi experimental design, with a population of 20 people. Data collection tools used observation sheets and data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate with the Wilcoxson test. The results of this study show that the average value before being given education about hand washing is low compared to the average value after being given education about hand washing. So that hand washing education is effective in increasing hand washing to prevent Covid-19 transmission with a p-value of 0.000. The results of this study are expected to be a source of information and knowledge for the nursing profession regarding the effect of providing nurse education on the accuracy of the patient's family in washing hands.

The incidence of stunting in Lampung increased from 3 (three) to 4 (four) out of 10 (ten) toddlers who experienced stunting. One way to overcome the high incidence of stunting is through counseling about balanced nutrition. The purpose of the study was to measure the effect of participatory counseling on the application of balanced nutrition to children under five on stunting prevention. This type of quantitative research with a Quasi-experimental research design was conducted in Panjang Bandar Lampung, from April to November 2020. The subjects were 60 mothers of children under five who were divided into the intervention group (30 people), and the control group (30 people). The research instrument used was a questionnaire and a knowledge test instrument, the intervention group received treatment in the form of participatory counseling while the control group only filled out the research instrument, namely a questionnaire. The previous data analysis was tested for normality by Shapiro Wilk then tested the data using the t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of participatory counseling in the application of balanced nutrition in increasing the knowledge of mothers of children under five (p-value=0,010). Participatory counseling was more effective in increasing knowledge about balanced nutrition compared to the control group (p-value=0,000). In conclusion, participatory counseling is significant in increasing mother's knowledge about balanced nutrition and has a better effect than other methods. Suggestion, one method of health promotion to overcome the problem of stunting is through participatory counseling.

Head injury is directly or indirectly mechanical injuries that resulted wound in the scalp, skull fracture, tear the lining of the brain, and brain damage, and neurological disorders. The basic method for brain protection of head injury patients are freeing the airway and giving adequate oxygenation. Giving oxygen and headv elevation 30° of head are the appropriate action for the moderate head injury classification to launch the cerebral oxygen perfusion and to increase consciousness level. The purpose of this research were to determine the GCS before and after giving oxygenation with and position 30 ° of head and to analyze the effect of giving oxygen and headv elevation30 °of head to change the levels of consciousness of moderate head injury patients. This research was an Quasi-Experimental study with 10 respondents. The test were used Paired Sample T-test Test. The results showed that there was an effect of giving oxygen and headv elevation 30 °of head toward to change the level of consciousness of moderate head injury patients. GCS average value before was 10.10 and GCS average after 12.90 value was with p value was 0.000. Keywords : Levels of Consciousness GCS, Moderate Head Injury, Position 30° of the Head

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of ANNISA development on nurses' knowledge of nursing documentation. This method uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design and a time series approach non-equivocal control group design. The study results were there were differences in the measurement of nurses' knowledge about nursing documentation in the intervention group before the intervention by measuring posttest-1 with p-value = 0.000. There were differences in nurses' experience about nursing documentation between the intervention group and the control group in the posttest-1 and posttest-2 measurements after the intervention using ANNISA with p-value = 0,000. There was an increase in differences in nurses' knowledge about nursing documentation from the pretest, posttest-1, and posttest-2 measurements after using ANNISA in the intervention group and the control group with p-value = 0.000. In conclusion, ANNISA development affects increasing the knowledge of nurses about nursing documentation Keywords: ANNISA, Nursing Documentation, Knowledge

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative learning model of group investigation type against scince generic skills of students. This research was a quasi-experimental. The population in the study was a grade VIII MTS Nurul Falah NW Lajut with 36 students. Sampling was derived by random sampling where the 16 students of VIII A as on experimental class and VIII B as a control class with 20 students.Based on pretest data analysis, obtained an average value of 31,25 experimental class and control class was 42,2.Posttest analysis showed an average grade of 65,75 experimental and control class was 61,6. The data analysis technique was t-test. It show t- test= 5,80 and t-table = 1,67. Because of t-count is greater than the t- table, it can be concluded that there were the effect of cooperative learning model of group investigation generic against science skills of student.

ABSTRACT This research aimed to know the effect of discovery learning model on students learning outcomes in the subject matter dynamical electricity in class X. The type of research was quasi-experimental. The population were the tenth grade students consisting of 8 classes. The samples collection done by means of cluster of random sampling by taking 2 class at random that is class X-5 as experiment class and class X-6 as control class. The instruments used were test of learning outcomes that have been validated in the form of option as much as 20 questions. The research result obtained average value of experiment pretest class 33,06 and the control class 32,78. Then given different treatment, experiment class with discovery learning and control class with conventional of models. After learning is completed, obtained postest the average value of experiment class 75,69 and control class 69,86. The results of t one party with the level significance in 0,05 obtained there is difference of students’ learning outcomes due to the effect of discovery learning in the subject matter listrik dinamis in class X.
