School action research (PTS) is a research report based on the experience of the authors in applying learningmodel giving question and getting answer in an effort to improve teacher performance in teaching at SMPN 4Minas. The goal is to find out whether teacher performance in teaching can be improved through the model ofgiving questions and getting answer in SMPN 4 Minas. The sample taken in this action research is 30 people,that is teacher from SMPN 4 Minas. The research procedure in this research is divided into two cycles, eachcycle consists of four main activities, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Datacollection techniques in this study using observation. From the description of data processing and discussion itcan be concluded that the performance of teachers is obtained in the first cycle of 60.7% with good category andin the second cycle increased to 84.50% with good category. This means that the model of learning givingquestion and getting answer can improve teacher performance in teaching in SMPN 4 Minas said successful

This research is motivated by poor teacher performance. For this reason the aim of this research is to improve teacher performance by carrying out academic supervision. This study uses a school action research design that has stages of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. This research was conducted at the target schools in Dumai city from March 4 to April 27. The subjects of this study were grade IV elementary school teachers totaling 11 people. Data analysis instruments use observation sheets that are analyzed and described according to the criteria set. The results showed that the teacher's performance in the first cycle had an average percentage of 65% with sufficient criteria, classically the number of teachers who achieved the indicator of success was 3 people (27%). After repairs with academic supervision, the performance of teachers in the second cycle increased with a percentage of 81% with sufficient criteria. Classically the number of teachers who achieved good performance was 9 people (81%). The conclusion of this study is the implementation of academic supervision can improve the performance of elementary school teachers in the city of Dumai.

The learning mathematics to students will be easier to master and understand the concept of linear equation material of one variable through the ROPES learning model. This study aims to determine that with the application of ROPES learning model on linear equation material of one variable can improve students’ learning result, students’ activities, and teachers’ performance. The subject of this study is the students of class VII B in the first semester at MTS Matholiul Ulum Banjaragung, Bangsri, Jepara in 2019/2020. Instruments were tests sheet and questionnaires. The type of this research is a classroom action research with two cycles where each cycle there are two meetings. The stages include planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed an increase in student's ability to solve problems about linear equations of one variable. Based on reflection results in cycles 1 and II, it showed: 1) Students’ learning result is increased, in the cycle I the average result was 64.90 and in cycle II reached 73.18. 2) In cycle I of the first meeting was 59.67% categorized ‘enough’. The second was 6601% categorized ‘good’, and in the cycle II reached 81.15% categorized ‘very good’. 3) Increased teacher performance in the first cycle was 60% categorized medium, the second meeting reached 70% categorized high, and in cycle II reached 80% categorized very high.Kata kunci: Mathematical Learning Result, ROPES Learning Model.

The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teacher performance in the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) through the guidance and supervision of School Principals at MIS Meunasah Teungoh Academic Year 2018/2019. The research was conducted at MIS Meunasah Teungoh. The School Action Research Subjects (PTS) are all teachers at MIS Meunasah Teungoh in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. The number of teachers is 10 teachers with 1 male teacher and 6 female teachers. This School Action Research (PTS) was conducted in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. The School Action Research (PTS) was conducted in a period of 3 months from August 2018 to October 2018 in Odd Semester. The methodology of this research is the School Action Research (PTS) consisting of two Cycles. In each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research procedure consisted of, planning Cycle one, implementing Cycle one action, observing Cycle one, reflecting Cycle one, planning Cycle two, implementing Cycle two actions, observing Cycle two and reflecting Cycle two. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation. Data were analyzed by means of percentage statistics. The results showed that there was an increase in teacher performance in teaching and learning from 72.50% in Cycle I and increased to 87.50% in Cycle II. Teacher performance activities increased from 65.00% in Cycle I and increased to 90.00%. The application of the guidance and supervision techniques of the School Principal can improve the activities and results of teacher performance in the teaching and learning process at MIS Meunasah Teungoh 2018/2019 Academic Year.

The purpose of this research was to improve the student learning outcomes in the Civics learning used Picture And Picture in grade V elementary school. Types of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. Subject of this research were teacher and students of V grades were 26. Research conducted in two cycles. The research procedure includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of this research I to II cycle. (a) Lesson plan. The cycle of I was 89% increased to 96% in the II cycle. (b) Implementation, teacher’s activity of I cycle was 86,5% increased to 98%. Students activity of I cycle had averaged was 75% increased in the cycle was 95%. (c) The students learning outcomes in the I cycle was 73 increased to II cycle was 85. Therefore, Picture And Picture appoach can increase the students learning outcomes in the Civics learning in the V grade of elementary school of 09 Belakang Balok, Bukittinggi

This study aims to determine the increased learning motivation of PGSD students of Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo after the implementation of the Quantum Teaching learning model. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles. Cycle (I) consists of the activities of Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection conducted during two meetings. Likewise with cycle (II), which is done during two meetings. Data collection techniques that are applied are observation techniques, filling out motivation learning questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data processing used is descriptive percentage. The results showed that there was an increase in the average score of the learning motivation of PGSD students of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University A1 Semester 1 class from a score of 67.9% (cycle I) to 80.1% (cycle II) through the application of the Quantum Teaching learning model. The conclusion of this study is that there is an increase in learning motivation of PGSD students at Muhamamdiyah Sidoarjo University after the implementation of the Quantum Teaching learning model.

Based on temporary observations at SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya, Kuantan Singingi Regency, the phenomena found include; There are some teachers who have not completed their learning tools, such as the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and so on. The presence of some teachers who do not carry out their duties in accordance with the provisions that have been determined, it can be seen that there are teachers who leave school during teaching hours. Lack of teacher initiative in developing models or learning methods that are more attractive to children. Lack of teacher creativity in providing varied media and learning resources, including using online learning applications. This type of research is School Action Research (PTS) located at SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya, Kuantan Singingi Regency, which is aimed at teachers. The main reason is from the results of observations and information from teachers, that teacher performance during the pandemic is classified as lacking. The place of research is SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The time of this research was carried out in March 2021. The number of samples specified in this study was 26 teachers. From the description of data processing and discussion, it was concluded that the teacher's performance was obtained in the first cycle by 60% in the good category and in the second cycle increased to 91% in the good category. This means that supervision activities can improve teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya, Kuantan Singingi Regency is said to be successful.

This study aimed at increasing grade VII students’ achievement in speaking monologue text by using media for English in SMP Negeri 29 Medan, Indonesia. Video as learning media needs to be used to increase students' speaking skills. The method of research used was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research procedure included planning, implementation of actions, observation and reflection. The techniques used in this study were questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data were analyzed by quantitative and qualitative techniques. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of media could improve the quality of results and the learning process of English speaking aspects which increased the average students’ score in the initial data was 57.7% to 58.31% (cycle I) and increased to 65.78% (cycle II), the average score of classical completeness also increased from the original 15.6% (initial data) to 37.5% (cycle II) and 81.25% (cycle II). Then, fluency was the highest increasing in improving the students’ speaking ability which was 0,29 from cycle I to cycle II

This study aims to improve the performance of teachers who are considered still lacking. For that done aninnovation by applying academic supervision. This research is a school action research, which carried out twocycles with four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of this study indicatethat the application of academic supervision can improve the performance of elementary school teachers. This isevidenced by the results of research: In the planning indicators in the first cycle to get a score of 60.00 increasedin cycle II with a score of 75.00%. In the implementation of learning indicators obtained a score of 55.00%increased in cycle II with a score of 70.00%. And on learning scoring indicator get score 55,00% increase withscore 70,00%. In addition, the average teacher performance also increased in the first cycle of teacherperformance average is 56.66 with enough category, in the second cycle increased to 71.67 with Good category.

The aims of the research is to improve the writing learning process and students’ achievement through Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) technique. The method of the research is qualitative descriptive by means of classroom action research. This research is conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Natar Lampung Selatan, and the object of the research is class VII/F. The research procedure consists of three cycles, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The result of this research shows that (1) the lessons planned using CIRC technique are able to increase narrative writing ability and (2) learning process in improving writing ability through CIRC technique could increase students’ and teacher’s activity. The students’ activity in class VII/F scores 72,947 at the first cycle, scores 73,684 at the second and scores 76,71 at the third . Meanwhile, the teachers’ activity in learning scores 76 at first cycle, scores 79 at the second cycle and scores 82 at the third. Standard of study at the first cycle is 65%, 73,68% at the second cycle and 82% at the third. Score of narrative writing ability increases from the first cycle to second cycle, and the indicator is achieved at the third cycle. It is concluded that this technique could increase the students’ narrative writing ability. AbstrakKemampuan siswa dalam menulis narasi sangat rendah sehingga perlunya suatu teknik pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ini. Oleh karena itu, teknik Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan ini. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif berupa penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Natar Lampung Selatan dengan objek penelitian siswa kelas VII/F. Prosedur penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga siklus, yaitu siklus perencanaan, tindakan dan obsevasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitiannya diperoleh (1) Rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui teknik CIRC dapat meningkatan kemampuan menulis narasi; (2) Proses pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dengan teknik CIRC dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dan guru. Aktivitas siswa di kelas VII/F pada siklus satu mendapat skor 74,24; siklus dua mendapat skor 75,30; dan siklus tiga mendapat skor 81,014. Sementara itu, aktivitas guru dalam pembelajaran siklus satu mendapat skor 76, siklus dua 79, dan siklus tiga mendapat skor 82.  Ketuntasan belajar pada siklus satu 65%, siklus dua  73,68%, dan siklus tiga  81%. Nilai kemampuan menulis narasi  mengalami peningkatan dari siklus satu ke siklus dua, dan indikator tercapai pada siklus tiga. Simpulannya adalah teknik CIRC terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis narasi siswa.

The purpose of this research was improve the students achievement in learning social science used PBL of 4th grade elementary school. Types of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. Subject of this research were students of 4th grade were 18 people consist of 8 men and 10 women. Research conducted in two cycles with research procedure includes of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of research was improve a) Lesson plan the cycles of I was 76,78% and the cycles II of 92,86% b) Implementation teacher’s activity of I cycle was 75% and II cycle was 92,86% while implementation students activity of I cycle was 73,22% and II cycle was 92,86% c) the students learning outcomes in the I cycle was 75,89 and II cycle was 86,82. It can be concluded that used PBL model can improve students achievement in learning social science of 4th grade at SDN 25 ATS Kota Padang.Keywords: Learning outcomes, Social science, PBL
