Background. The main goal of this research was to study the activities of Formula 1 team Toro Rosso in order to understand the peculiarities of its functioning and its role in realization of the performance program of Red Bull concern in this auto racing championship. This study provided an in-depth look at one of the most unusual examples of partnership in professional sports – Red Bull and Toro Rosso alliance. Methods. The main research method was the collection and interpretation of statistical data concerning various characteristics of the performance of Toro Rosso team and its pilots in Formula 1, primarily sports performance. Also, additional facts were collected, which made it possible to give a more detailed description of the role of the Toro Rosso team in realizing the goals of Red Bull concern in Formula 1. Results. During the study various characteristics were identified that reflect the peculiarities of managing Toro Rosso team. Among them we want to admit the next ones: A) Toro Rosso confirms the status of the team that prepares pilots for the performance in the main team Red Bull; B) TR, with some features, matches the status of “junior” team; C)–among the personnel decisions, connected with the Toro Rosso team in Formula 1, there were both successful and ineffective ones; D) the team brings sufficient benefits to both the main team of Red Bull and the entire Austrian concern. Conclusions. Toro Rosso team proves the effectiveness of its existence and its value for Red Bull concern, and in order to increase the efficiency of its activity the leaders of Austrian company should continue to realize the strengths of the team, taking into account the interests of the RB main team, and, at the same time, improve the principles of personnel policy, carefully think out the positioning of team and correct the character of work of Red Bull Junior Team program. The article’s purpose is to present the idea of transport on own account (non-commercial), its main areas and to assess the role of this type of transport in the creation of road transportation in Poland as well as the identification of regulations and norms which are connected with the possibility to carry out this type of transportation. The article has a character of a review, therefore literature analysis is the main research method used. Statistical data and legal regulations are also analysed. During COVID-19, telework has become a new form of work for broader groups of workers who were not teleworking prior to the pandemic. In this study, we ask what we will be returning to after COVID-19, if teleworking will become a new norm or if most workplaces will merely return to the old forms of work. The main research question of this study was to estimate the role of telework in perception of workload. More specifically, to gain an understanding of the stakes involved when reorganizing work after the pandemic, we analysed the relationship between perceived workload and opportunities to telework. Multilevel analysis utilized representative national data of wage earners in Finland (N = 4091). The findings showed that the opportunity to telework is associated with lower perceived workload in the capital area but not in the rural areas. More specifically, increasing telework opportunities among different-level workers, particularly in educational and social work in the capital area, would be beneficial in terms of increasing well-being at work. There could be good reasons for organizations to reject returning to the status quo ex ante after COVID-19 and to consider the new norm, where opportunities to telework are offered to wider worker groups.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the role of libraries in the modern society. The author seeks to outline the future of libraries in Russia, to determine what information challenges they have to meet in the first place, what groups of population are most appealing to the activities of libraries. There is examined the status of libraries of different profile, as well as the actions that help bringing the libraries to the level that ensures the effective performance of their tasks. There are presented statistical data on the Russian and foreign libraries.

This study analyzes the importance of the position of advocates in the legal system in Indonesia. Advocates have a very important role in law enforcement. The defense for all people, including the community, is a manifestation of an advocate’s respect for the principle of equality before the law as well as the realization of the rights of all people, namely the right to be accompanied by an advocate. The purpose of the research is to (1) find out the position and role of advocates in the implementation of human rights in Indonesia, (2) Analyze the barriers of advocates in realizing their position and role. The research method used is qualitative and normative juridical ap- proach, namely law is conceived as a norm, rule, principle or dogmas / juris- prudence. The normative juridical research phase uses literature studies. The results of the study indicate that Advocates have a very important position and role as one of the elements of the Preacher’s Legal Chess, because of the status of free and independent advocates guaranteed by law and regulation, For the sake of legal interests and demands for professions that have social aspects, every the person involved in the case has the right and guaranteed access to legal assistance. Other results indicate factors that prevent advocates from realizing their position and role related to the normative level, namely the absence of specific legal aid arrangements that regulate the entire scope of the provision of legal assistance.

The subject of this research is the graphic heritage of the prominent Venetian master of the XVIII century Giovanni Battista Piranesi. The goal consists in examination of the role of Piranesi’s heritage in history of art and architecture. The author demonstrates the key milestones of his creative path, reveals the fundamental conceptual questions and themes of his graphic compositions. The defining influence of the depicted architectural compositions of Piranesi on the formation of one or another architectural object is viewed on the particular historical examples. The main research method consists in drawing parallels and designation of continuity of architectural ideas between the works of Giovanni Battista Piranesi and such architects successors as Joseph Paxton, Antonio Sant'Elia, Tony Garnier, Pietro di Gottardo Gonzaga, Ivan Leonidov, etc. The scientific novelty and practical importance of the article lies in tracing the trajectory of influence of the ideas, themes and architectural-spatial solutions of the great aquafortist upon his contemporaries and all following generations of architects. Particular historical examples demonstrate the defining influence of the depicted architectural compositions of Piranesi on the formation of one or another architectural object, as well as the emergence of famous conceptual architectural projects (including projects-utopias) in historical retrospective until the present time.

The Romanian Language Dictionary (2009) defines anxiety as inquietude, unrest, fear. The athletes' emotional states can change easily, especially in less experienced athletes, often near acompetition that demands reaching a goal, or when they find themselves in new situations. This can cause them to block or have no reaction in key moments. Professional sports regard anxietyas a normal reaction of the athlete's body, believing that in this manner it adapts to new conditions and functional parameters. The study was based on the hypothesis stating that anxietycould have various levels in athletes before a competition, according to their sport. The research was conducted on 45 athletes practicing wrestling, track and field, and boxing at a national level, for various Bacau sports clubs. The main research method for this study was the inquiry, and the working instrument was the questionnaire - J. Taylor's anxiety scale.

Vietnam is one of the few countries in the world to effectively control the Sars – Cov - 2 epidemic despite being a neighboring country of China - the first place where the Sars – Cov - 2 epidemic broke out in the world. As of June 10, 2020, the total number of Sars – Cov - 2 infections in Vietnam was 332, with no deaths; From April 16, 2020 to June 10, 2020, 54 days in Vietnam have no cases of infection in the community. This study was conducted to recognize the role of the Internet in supporting Vietnamese families in the Sars – Cov - 2 pandemic, in the context of the government implementing thorough social isolation to control the disease. The main research method used is the method of analyzing documents on the Sars – Cov - 2 coping policy of the Vietnamese government combined with in-depth interviews with parents in families. The research results show that the relevance of the Government of Vietnam policy to respond to the Sars – Cov - 2 pandemic and the supportive role of the Internet for families is very positive.

Socio-political changes in the world actualize one of the most significant social roles of every person — the citizen. Modern youth are gradually joining the socially active part of the population. This article briefly presents the view of foreign researchers on the development of citizenship from childhood. It also describes the results of the research, the aim of which is to study the characteristics of civic position in early and late adulthood. In this case, the subject’s ego-identity status is taken into account. The main research method is an ascertaining experiment using methods aimed at establishing the status of ego-identity of boys and girls. The study involved 729 people (217 boys and 512 girls) aged 14–24 years. The main hypotheses of the study were the following assumptions. As they grow older, the statuses of the general ego identity are replaced by higher ones. The level of formation of civic position is partly contained in the level of personal identity: a high level of civic position correlates to high indicators of general ego-identity. According to the results of the experiment, the hypotheses are confirmed. In addition, gender differences were found in the studied indicators. This study can serve as a basis for further exploration of the topics of civic position, social maturity and activity. In the future, it is possible to create social programs aimed at raising the level of political consciousness and involvement of young people in social activities.

<em>In the framework of improving agricultural performance, almost all agriculture seeks to make changes to the work system because the system is applied almost unfit for use for agricultural operations especially in the processing of data complex and routine. The main reasons for the use of information technology in data processing of statistical reports pertanin is efficiency, time and cost savings. Besides the increased effectiveness, achieving the output of agricultural statistical data reports correctly is a necessity of every agriculture. Due to the important role of information technology, information technology becomes something that is required to support activities. In this study the authors use Field Researce method is to conduct direct research into the field, from the results of collected data, then the author uses Laboratory Researce method is to process the results of research data in computer labor and then the author also uses Library Research method of conducting library research. From the results of this study can be designed a system of agricultural statistical reports, which in the design is carried out the development of information generated from the old system and there is a way of working from the system itself by using the computer as a tool. It is expected that this information system can help and facilitate employees in processing the data</em>
