The implementation of guidance and counseling services  should take place in comfortable and conducive conditions. Guidance and counseling is expected to develop one's potential and competence in the community to be able to fulfill their duties optimally. In addition, in helping individuals overcome various problems that can interfere with its development[1]. This research is motivated by many students who feel afraid when called by counseling and guididance teachers, let alone have to come to the counseling room to consult or sharing probem. The lack of interest in consulting students was allegedly due to various factors. One of them is due to the lack of socialization conducted by counseling and guidance teachers in introducing what and how counseling and guidance is. If this socialization can be carried out well, it will at least give a clear picture to students that the counseling and guidance is present as a forum and student's friend while studying. Efforts that can be done include: Able to familiarize yourself with students and be able to position yourself as friends, and improve counseling skills so as to improve verbal and non verbal communication skills, express problems, understand problems and accept students. So that these efforts are maximized, the counseling and guidance teacher can use the media as a tool, one of which can be through the help of media, namely mobile phones. To get rid of these feelings, the BK teacher uses mobile media as a communication tool to consult with students. This study aims to determine whether the use of mobile phones is effective in increasing the interest in consulting students of STATE 2ND JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL. The approach used in this study is qualitative research that is shown to describe and describe existing phenomena that are scientific[2]. While the type of research used is descriptive research. This research was conducted in SMP NEGERI 2 BELO, the research subjects were 2 counseling and guidance teachers and 5 students who had used mobile phones in consulting services. The method of data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of data using qualitative descriptive by interpreting the data obtained. The research shows that the process of using mobile phones in increasing the interest in consulting students of SMP NEGERI 2 BELO is carried out in stages, starting from the preparation stage consisting of media and socialization selection, then the implementation stage consists of identification, giving outreach and evaluating both the process and the results. Based on the results of the study, the researchers can conclude that the use of mobile phones is effective in increasing the interest in consulting students of SMP Negeri 2 BELO

Educational supervision is an effort to guide school principals to teachers, and guidance counseling teachers in schools in order to improve the quality of teaching and learning in schools. The purpose of this study is to find out 1) The process of preparing the principal's supervision program in increasing the professional competence of the counseling guidance teacher, 2) The implementation of the educational supervision program by the principal in improving the professional competence of the counseling guidance teacher, and 3) The principal's follow-up in implementing the supervision of education for improve the professional competence of counseling guidance teachers. This research uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Research subjects were the principal, vice principal and counseling guidance teacher. The results of his research show that: 1) The supervision program of the headmaster of Palopo 8 Junior High School was prepared at the beginning of each semester of the school year by involving the deputy headmaster, counseling guidance teacher, and teacher in the field of study. The supervision program includes the activities of professional teacher guidance and guidance as well as training for teachers that are tailored to their fields. 2) The supervision of the head of SMP Negeri 8 Palopo follows the program that has been prepared, the technique used is through teacher meetings, classroom observations and personal conversations. Especially for classroom observation techniques, they have already used observation guidelines, but the quantity in the implementation has not been maximized. 3) The follow-up supervision of the headmaster of Palopo 8 Junior High School was observed through individual talks, giving advice, coaching, and guiding counseling guidance teachers with a focus on better implementation of activities, but the principal did not fully understand the counseling guidance program

This research has purpose to know implemnetasi guidance and counseling program in Curriculum 2013. This research is classified as descriptive qualitative research by using pedagogical, psychological, and sociological approach. Implementation of research conducted at SMAN 4 Watampone Kab. Bone. The subjects of the study consisted of 1 leader and 4 counseling and guidance teachers using purposive sampling samples whose number could occasionally increase by using snowball sampling in line with the development of research data needs. Implementation of guidance and counseling in Curriculum 2013 at SMAN 4 Watampone shows that the interest of learners in Curriculum 2013 become a thing of counseling and counseling in various dimensions ranging from philosophy framework to its technical implementation.Keywords: Bimbingan dan konseling dalam kurikulum 2013.

The low interest of students in counseling and guidance services can be seen from the lack of students who come by themselves in the room for guidance and counseling. The problem examined in this study is how the active role of teacher guidance and counseling on the interest of guidance and counseling services in class VIII D of SMP Negeri 3 Banjarbaru. So the purpose of this study is to find out how much the active role of teachers is guidance and counseling on the interest of counseling and counseling services for class VIII D of SMP Negeri 3 Banjarbaru. This research method is to use Qualitative methods. The research subjects in this study amounted to ten students of class VIII D. Data collection methods in this study used, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that class VIII D students in SMP Negeri 3 Banjarbaru have a pretty good interest in counseling and guidance services carried out in their schools, but these students do not take advantage of existing services because of lack of motivation or self-desire to use the service. So that the active role of teacher guidance and counseling in handling this is to provide motivation to students so that the guidance given to students has an impact on good change. This research is derived from the problems faced in career decision making and providing conventional counseling and guidance services. The approach used is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique and research subjects are students of guidance and counseling study programs at STKIP Muhammadiyah Pringsewu. In collecting data, the researcher used documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data were  analyzed using paired sample t-tests. The results of the analysis showed that T count was 14,667 T table 1,688, so the hypothesis was accepted. The services provided indicate  changes in students; 1) students’ ability in career decision-making is in high categories, 2) Students are able to read opportunities and make career decisions, 3) the use of electronic media is very supportive in providing services.

This research is based on phenomena that occur in the Bhakti Bangsa Vocational School which shows that many students commit violations and school rules. The purpose of this research is to overcome school undisciplined behavior through counseling with contractual engineering behavioral approaches.The type of research used is handling cases. Research focus is behavior that often violates discipline. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data review and description. Research subjects are students who have undisciplined behavior problems.The results showed that the fourth counseling before counseling had undisciplined behavior in school. There are students caught storing indecent videos so that they are embarrassed and do not want to go to school for a few days, often do not go to class without explanation, often skip school because they like to play online games at the cafe, often go home sooner before the school bell rings. After being given counseling services with behavioral contractual behavioral approach, counselees begin to understand the importance of school.Overall counseling conclusions on counselees who have undisciplined behavior can be overcome through individual counseling with a contractual behavioral approach. It is proven that there are behavioral changes that are not disciplined to be more disciplined. School counselors are expected to be able to overcome the problem of students through counseling and guidance services, especially counseling with a contractual behavioral approach to address undisciplined behavior, accompanying, motivating and always monitoring the counselee's progress in order to continue to commit to no more school discipline violations. The headmaster is expected to be able to facilitate the counselor in the implementation of guidance and counseling services and supervise the development of problematic students. Keywords: Discipline, Behavior Approach, Guidance and Counseling Teachers

Short Message Service ( SMS ) is a service that widely applied in wireless communication system, allowing for delivery in the form of alphanumeric messages between customer terminals or between terminals customers with external systems such as email , voice mail , and so on . SMS -based service has been used for many years , the penetration of mobile phones and many users are using other services have made SMS-based service into an attractive service . Now the service automation is used to communicate briefly with students or their parents briefly in the school . SMP XYZ is a Junior High School, which is one of the few schools that continue to improve services to students  academically both facilities and policies . Based mobile applications are expected to provide a more comfortable facility for students to undertake learning in school . Up to this time if they want to see the value of the subject matter , students or parents are always required to come to school . It would be far better to make the system more flexible so the they can see the value easily without the hassle of coming to school. SMS application server in SMP XYZ   is expected to help students and parents who can not attend to school because of the limitations of distance and time to be able to see the value of academic students through mobile media . and the schools can provide the information to students without having to visit the school and disseminate information to students in a school environment.

This research is motivated by indications that students have not been able to control themselves in the use of mobile phones, so it can negatively affect students. This study aims to analyze students' self-control when learning from home in using mobile phones during the Covid-19 outbreak. This study is a type of descriptive quantitative research with a research population of all students of State Junior High School 3 Sungai Penuh numbering 149 people, then the sample of this study was taken with total sampling techniques. The study data was collected using a scale of students' self-control in mobile phone use, then analyzed data using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the level of self-control of students in using mobile phones during the Covid-19 pandemic in aspects of self-control, diligent despite many obstacles, behaving according to rules and norms, controlling emotions, and the ability to adjust to be in the moderate category. For that, to the next researcher, it is expected to conduct research by conducting treatment to research subjects so that the ability of students in controlling themselves becomes better, especially in the use of mobile phones

In developing students’ potential requires, among others, psycho-education services. This effort can be provided not only by counselor but also by subject teachers at school. This research is aimed at investigating subject teachers’ perceptions of academic guidance and counseling services provided by the teachers to students who had learning difficulties. Employing descriptive method, this research involved fifty counseling and guidance teachers to participate as research participants. To collect data, paper- and online-based questionnaires were used. The data gathered were then categorized and analyzed. The results indicated that the majority of the subject teachers have sufficient understanding on their roles in substantially providing academic guidance and counseling related to the students’ academic problems. In addition, it was found that the counseling teachers always give the students referral to their respective teachers whenever the students get learning difficulties.

Feelings of inferiority in the individual can interfere with his development. Therefore, it is important to provide treatment through Guidance and Counseling services. In order for the implementation of Guidance and Counseling services to run effectively and efficiently, it is necessary described the inferiority condition of individual accurately. This study aims to describe feelings of inferiority student’s in Islamic Junior High School. The research methodology used is quantitative with a descriptive-analysis. The research instrument used Likert scale model. Research subjects amounted to 38 students. The results showed that the feelings inferiority of student was in a medium category with a persentage 50%.

This study aims to improve teacher competence in planning authentic assessments with group guidance. The research method used is classroom action research. The research subjects were 10 teachers at Mandau 011 Junior High School. The timing of the research is carried out in two cycles starting on Monday 11 February to Saturday 23 February 2019. Analysis of the data used is qualitative in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. While for quantitative data descriptive analysis is carried out by calculating the average value and percentage. The results of the study indicate an increase in the competency of 011 Mandau Junior High School teachers in planning authentic assessments with group guidance. there is a cycle I of the average teacher competence of 70,6 with sufficient categories. The average teacher competency in the second cycle is 76,3 which is included in the good category. Classically, as many as 90% of teachers have been able to plan authentic assessments properly.
