Media pembelajaran matematika merupakan tempat untuk menyalurkan berbagai informasi mengenai pembelajaran matematika dengan disusun dalam teknologi maupun dalam bentuk bacaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan minat belajar siswa terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran pada materi persamaan dan pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel dengan menggunakan Adobe Flash CS6. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel penelitian yang digunakan yaitu peserta didik kelas VII yang terdiri dari 18 orang peserta didik yang terdiri dari sekolah yang berbeda. Instrumen penelitian yang akan dipakai adalah instrumen non-test berupa angket minat belajar peserta didik, yang akan memuat 20 pernyataan dengan 4 kriteria penilaian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil akhir dari penelitian bahwa media pembelajaran Adobe Flash CS6 memberikan respon positif terhadap minat belajar dari siswa dengan rata-rata persentase keempat kategori sebesar 80.47% dan tergolong sangat baik, dengan rincian persentase kategori perasaan senang sebesar 80.00%, kategori ketertarikan siswa sebesar 80.56%, kategori tanggapan siswa sebesar 81.11%, dan kategori keterlibatan siswa sebesar 80.21%. Sehingga media pembelajaran memberikan respon positif kepada siswa.

Interest in learning is one important factor that determines student success in learning. Low student interest in learning is associated with their ability to master the concept of summing whole numbers. This study aims to foster students' interest in learning mathematics through makkudendeng traditional game. The research method is design research starting from the preliminary design, design experiment, and retrospective analysis. The research subjects were students in grade II primary school. The results of this study conclude that the makkudendeng traditional game, which is used as a learning resource in learning the addition of whole numbers, has relevance to the indicators of learning interest, which include: pleasure in learning, interest in learning, attention, and involvement in learning. It is because students learn while playing. So, the makkudendeng traditional game can be a solution to foster students' interest in learning mathematics.

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The effect of motivation on mathematics learning achievement; (2) The effect of interest on mathematics learning achievement; (3) The effect of study time management on mathematics learning achievement; (4) The influence of motivation, interest, and time management on the learning achievement of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tumbang Titi. The sampling used in this study was nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The instrument for collecting data was a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 application. The results showed that: (1) There was an effect of motivation on students' mathematics learning achievement. This can be indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.712 which means that it has a positive effect on mathematics learning achievement; (2) There is an influence of interest on students' mathematics learning achievement. This can be indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.388 which means that it has a positive effect on mathematics learning achievement; (3) There is an effect of time management on students' mathematics learning achievement. This can be indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.466 which means that it has a positive effect on mathematics learning achievement; (4) There is an effect of motivation, interest and time management on students' mathematics learning achievement. This can be indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.726, which means that it has a positive effect on mathematics learning achievement.

<p>Writing is one of the English skills. Teaching writing is a process to improve students' ability to write in English correctly. Descriptive text is text used to describe a person, place or object. The difficulty experienced in teaching writing through descriptive text is the lack of attention of students towards the explanation given by the teacher. To overcome this, researchers applied VARK learning style to teaching writing. VARK learning style is a learning style using all five senses to get information or knowledge in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to explain the application of VARK learning style in teaching writing through descriptive text. The procedures for applying VARK learning style in teaching writing through descriptive text are: (1) The teacher explains the meaning, patterns and characteristics of descriptive text languages, (2) The teacher asks students to make small groups, (3) The teacher gives examples of descriptive texts, ( 4) The teacher gives questions in the form of pictures to students and asks to make descriptive texts, (5) The teacher asks students to show the results of students' work in front of the class. Based on this research, it can be seen that the advantages of VARK learning style is that it can increase student learning interest, student enthusiasm and reciprocity between teacher and students.</p>

The purpose of this study was 1) to find out the application of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Cooperative learning model in order to increase the learning interest of the fifth grade students of Tangkisan State Elementary School.. The results of this study indicate that: (1) In general, the application of the appropriate TAI learning model is effective in improving mathematics learning achievement, (2) Increased mathematics learning achievement of fifth grade elementary school students at Tangkisan at 61.07 in the first cycle of 75, 31 in the second cycle of 84.69

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Problem-Based Learning (PBL) pada topik sudut yang layak. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengadopsi model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahapan meliputi Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Kualitas LKPD ditinjau dari penilaian ahli materi, ahli media, dan respon peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket ahli materi, angket ahli media, dan angket respon peserta didik. LKPD diujicobakan di kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta dengan subjek sebanyak 32 peserta didik. LKPD yang dikembangkan memuat aktivitas pembelajaran sesuai langkah PBL, menyajikan masalah yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari di awal pembelajaran, dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran online. Ditinjau dari aspek materi, LKPD dinilai baik dengan rerata skor penilaian oleh ahli materi yaitu 4,00. Ditinjau dari aspek media, LKPD dinilai baik dengan skor penilaian oleh ahli media sebesar 3,6. Respon peserta didik terhadap penggunaan LKPD termasuk pada kategori baik dengan rerata skor penilaian sebesar 4,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis PBL untuk SMP kelas VII pada topik sudut layak digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika. Development of a students' worksheet based on problem-based learning (PBL) on the topic of anglesAbstractThis study aimed to produce a students’ worksheet or Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) on the topic of angles, which were feasible. This development research adopts the ADDIE development model with stages including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The quality of LKPD was viewed from the assessment of material experts, media experts, and students’ responses. The instrument used was a material expert questionnaire, a media expert questionnaire, and a students’ response questionnaire. LKPD was piloted on 32 seventh grade students of private junior high schools, namely SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The developed LKPD contained learning activities according to PBL steps, presented problems related to everyday life at the beginning of learning, and could be used in online learning. In terms of the material aspect, LKPD was considered good with an average score of assessment by material experts, namely 4.00. In terms of the media aspect, LKPD was considered good with a score of 3.6 by media experts. Students’ responses to the use of LKPD were included in the good category with an average score of assessment of 4.05. It could be concluded that the PBL-based LKPD for seventh-grade junior high school students on the topic of angles was feasible for use in the implementation of mathematics learning.

Abstrak: Matematika merupakan salah satu ilmu dasar yang mempunyai peranan besar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang dapat membentuk sikap, kecerdasan, dan kepribadian seorang anak dalam perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran matematika interaktif berbasis multimedia adobe flash bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan multimedia dengan visual modeling menggunakan UML dan Corel Draw X7. Pembelajaran matematika interaktif ini merupakan media pembelajaran yang menyajikan materi, video dan suara berbentuk Adobe Flash Professional CS6. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah media pembelajaran alternatif yang memberikan respon aktif bagi guru dan siswa melalui pengendalian komputer serta aplikasi ini menarik minat siswa dalam mempelajari matematika khususnya materi mengenai luas segi banyak dan lingkaran serta volume tabung dan prisma segitiga.   Abstract: Mathematics is one of the basic sciences that has a big role in daily life that can shape the attitude, intelligence, and personality of a child in the development of science and technology. The purpose of this research is to design an interactive mathematics learning application based on Adobe Flash for elementary school students. The research method used is multimedia development methods with visual modeling using UML and Corel Draw X7. The interactive mathematics learning is a learning medium that presents material, video and sound in the form of Adobe Flash Professional CS6. The result of this research is an alternative research medium that provides active response for teachers and students through computer control and this application attract students' interest in learning mathematics, especially material on the wide facets and circles and the volume of tubes and prisms triangle

In general, this study was to determine the application of the quantum teaching-learning method with the discussion method in improving mathematics learning outcomes for seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Dolok Pardamean, Simalungun Regency. This study used experimental research on grade VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Dolok Pardamean, Simalungun Regency. The research was conducted by taking samples from two classes, namely the experimental class (15 students per class) and the control class (15 students per class). The sample categories were taken from two of four parallel categories that were determined randomly (random category samples). The tool used in this study was a testing technique in the form of empirically verified paper questions. Data analysis used the t-test, first testing for normality and homogeneity. Based on the results of data processing, it was known that the application of the quantum teaching-learning model with the discussion method had a significant effect on increasing mathematics learning outcomes obtained.

This study aims to integrate the local wisdom of the traditional engklek game into problem-solving-based mathematics learning at the elementary school level. The method used in this study is a mixed-method with an explanatory design. The data analysis technique used in this study was random sampling and data collection was carried out by distributing observation sheets about student process skills, student learning interest questionnaires and conducting interviews with students and teachers at the school. Based on the results obtained by the researchers, it can be found that there is interest in learning and skills of students in grades IV A and IV B in the engklek game in mathematics subjects at State Elementary Schools. In addition, there is a relationship between students' interest in learning and students' process skills in mathematics subjects at State Elementary Schools.
