Introduction. Malignant neoplasms of the reproductive system dominate the structure of cancer incidence in women in the Russian Federation. In the structure of oncogynecological diseases, uterine body cancer (UBC) leads the way.The purpose of the study: to analyze the dynamics of UBC incidence in the Omsk region in comparison with data for the Russian Federation in 2002–2018 years to determine the priorities of cancer prevention.Results. There was a moderate tendency to increase the incidence of UBC in the region (Rg. = +1.8 %; p < 0.001) and for the Russian Federation (Rg. = +1.7 %; p < 0.001). The maximum percentage was among patients of 60–69 years old (32.3 %). There was a moderate trend in increasing UBC among women of 30–39 years old, and in the group of women of 35–39 years old there was a distinct trend in increasing the incidence (Rg. = +5.6 %; p < 0.050). The article presents the epidemiological features of UBC in comparison with cervical cancer in the region: the increase in the incidence of UBC (Rg. =+1.8 %) and the stability of the indicator at cervical cancer (Rg. = +0.050 %), the trend to rejuvenate both locations of cancer.Conclusion. In Omsk Region, there is a unidirectional increase in the incidence of UBC with the Russian Federation, a trend in rejuvenating the disease, which dictates the need for cancer prevention in the practice of an obstetrician-gynecologist.

Introduction: Extensive measures are taken in the Russian Federation to reduce cancer incidence and mortality in the population but the proportion of incident cases in advanced stages is still large while correct registration of deaths and diseases remains a challenge. Our objectives were to study the incidence of malignant neoplasms in the Leningrad Region, to establish territories at risk, and to analyze carcinogenic risk factors associated with environmental conditions in these territories. Materials and methods: We used data of the Federal Statistical Observation Forms No. 7 “Information on Malignant Neoplasms”, No. 12 “Information on the Number of Diseases Registered in Patients Living in the Service Area of a Medical Organization”, No. 18 “Information on the Sanitary Condition of the Subject of the Russian Federation”, and information on the size of population by sex and age in the Leningrad Region and its districts for 2008–2018. We applied a direct method of standardizing incidence rates by age, analyzed the dynamics of incidence, and estimated statistical significance of differences in the incidence rates between the territories of comparison. Results: Cancer incidence in the Leningrad Region was lower than that in Russia. In 2008–2018, the highest rates were registered in the Kirishsky and Podporozhsky districts. In the Podporozhsky district, the standardized incidence rate in 2018 was 328.1 cases per 100,000 population or 1.79 times higher than the regional average, while the average rate for 2008–2018 exceeded the regional average by 1.36 times. The Kirishsky district ranked second by the incidence of malignant neoplasms in the Leningrad Region in 2018 (241.4 cases per 100,000 population or 1.32 times higher than the regional average), while the average rate for 2008–2018 exceeded the regional one by 1.47 times. Conclusions: Additional research is necessary to establish the causes of high cancer incidence rates in the Kirishsky and Podporozhsky districts of the Leningrad Region.

One of the malignant neoplasms, which is associated with exposure to only one factor - asbestos fibers, is malignant mesothelioma. At the same time, today there is already convincing evidence of its polyetiology. This indicates the urgent need to expand research in this direction in order to develop targeted preventive measures.

The author touched upon topical issues of inter-budget alignment, budget provision of regions with financial resources, focusing on factors that directly affect the stability of the budget system, as well as highlighting problems in the budget sphere that require urgent attention from the authorities. It is concluded that the level of interregional differentiation continues to increase, and the modern mechanism of budget equalization requires urgent amendments and adjustments. It is emphasized that the main goals of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation related to the transition to an innovative type of development, changes in the structure of the national economy, set out in strategic documents and messages of the President of the Russian Federation and declared since 2009, are not being implemented, and the effectiveness of state economic policy and Federal budget expenditures for its implementation remains low. This indicates the need to review the current system.

Subject. The article focuses on the dynamics of individual deposits in the Russian systemically important banks as a factor of the stability of available resources. Objectives. I assess the threat of individual deposits outflowing from the Russian too-big-to-fail banks within 2015–2019. I correspondingly outline recommendations for mitigating the threat in the future. Methods. The study is based on methods of logic, comparative and statistical analysis. I devised and applied our own algorithm for classifying too-big-to-fail banks by threat of individual deposit outflow and its level. Results. Systemically important banks were found to have not been exposed to the high threat of bank run within 2015–2019. Three fundamental credit institutions were constantly exposed to the threat of individual deposit outflow. One of eleven systemic banks continuously demonstrated the low threat of individual deposit outflow. The rest of the banks were migrating among the low-threat and high-threat classes. Conclusions and Relevance. The Russian systemically important banks can refer to our findings to articulate their deposit policy, set and use digital accounts of retail customers. The Bank of Russian can rely on the analysis of the threat of individual deposit outflow and other data on financial and business operations of the banks and its sustainability as part of bank oversight procedures.

According to the draft strategy for the development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation until 2030, in 2008–2019, the number of people systematically engaged in physical culture and sports increased by 2,5 times. This makes it necessary to create innovative products for people involved in sports. To determine the prospects for creating special-purpose products, in particular functional beverages for sports nutrition, an analysis of patents in this area was conducted. 59 patents published from 1995 to may 2020 and included in the national – FIPS and international – EAPATIS, USPTO, EPO, CISPATANT databases were the object of analysis. Subclasses of inventions according to the updated version of the IPC A23C, A23D, A23F, A23G, A23J, A23K, A23L, A61K, A61P and C12G are analyzed. The results of the research are presented in figures in the form of diagrams. It is established that the production of functional beverages for sports nutrition is actively developing. The Russian Federation has an advantage in the number of registered patents in this area, but in terms of production volume it is inferior to foreign countries. Since the products of the Russian agro-industrial complex fully meet the requirements of consumers for the naturalness of the raw material composition of the product, the development of domestic production of functional beverages for sports nutrition is promising to ensure the stability of the domestic market.

Correlation coefficients between the results of political parties in the 2016 State Duma elections in the Russian Federation as a whole and in 26 regions, as well as in the elections of regional parliaments of 35 subjects of the Russian Federation in 2012–2015 were calculated. For the 2016 State Duma elections, data was used at all levels – regions, single-member electoral districts, TEC and PEC. It is noted that the “United Russia” correlations with all major parties are generally negative. A fairly high level of correlation is observed between the liberal parties. The main focus is on correlations between parliamentary opposition parties and parties with similar names. The correlation coefficients between the results of parties and candidates in the State Duma elections of 2011 and 2016 and the Presidential elections of 2012 and 2018 were also calculated, showing the stability of the geographical distribution of the electorate of the main parties. Regional differences in the nature of correlations between the main political parties are noted. It is assumed that correlations between parties reflect not so much their ideological closeness as the social closeness of their electorate. In this regard, it is noted that a positive correlation between the results of ideologically distant parties (“Yabloko” and the Communist party or “Yabloko” and “Rodina”) is associated with their reliance on the urban electorate and, perhaps, its most educated part. The reasons for voting for spoiler parties and the role of these parties in reducing the results of the main participants in the elections are discussed.

During the period of health care reforming, study of a true picture of population health and medical social needs in particular age-gender groups, including elderly age, is a necessary condition for planning development of health care, social support and scientific substantiation of prevention programs. The article presents the results of comparative analysis of indices of disability of main age groups of adult population of the Russian Federation during 2005-2016. The methods of study: documentary, data sampling, statistical and graphic techniques. The volume of study made up to 34,840,933 individuals aged from 18 years and older, recognized as disabled, including disabled persons of elderly age - 12,971,062 individuals. The established characteristics of primary and repeated disability of citizen of elderly age in the Russian Federation (gender characteristics, nosological structure, regional differentiation) are covered that reflect demographic tendencies of aging of population. The dynamics of disability of citizen of elderly age during long term period (2005-2016) testifies alteration of ratio between primary and repeated established cases of disability. In 2005 overwhelming exceeding of primary recognized as disabled persons over repeatedly recognized was marked: 81.2% against 18.9%. In 2016 in total contingent of the examined the disabled persons with repeatedly established disability prevailed: 62.7% against 37.3%. During the period of observation, the level of repeatedly established disability among citizen of elderly age increased up to 74,5% (R2 = 0,546), whereas in contingents of young and middle age is marked a stable tendency to decreasing of value of indicator (R2 = 0,934, R2 = 0,5873 correspondingly). The citizen of elderly age prevails in the structure of disability due to malignant neoplasms, diseases of blood circulation system, diseases of musculoskeletal system and connective tissue, diseases of eye, ear and mastoid bone, diseases of endocrine, nervous and urogenital system. In connection with high invalidation, the elderly category of population is in need of significant medical social support. The development of activities targeted to medical social rehabilitation of citizen of elderly age it is appropriate considering regional differentiation of the subjects in the Russian Federation related to prevalence of disability and also gender characteristics of disability.

In the presented article there was executed a retrospective analysis of legionellosis in the Russian Federation for the period of its official registration. Currently, the prevalence rate of legionellosis in Russia is 0.01 per 100 thousand of the population, while in Europe and the United States this figure is 1.1-1.2 per 100 thousand of the population. Probably in the Russian Federation there is a problem of diagnosing of the disease and its official registration.
