The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style (X1) on work ethic (Y1), leadership style (X1) on teacher's performance (Y2), work ethic (Y1) on teacher's performance (Y2) and the Work environment (X2).) On work ethics, (Y1) Work environment (X2) on tutoring (Y2) at PKBM in Tangerang City. The method used is qualitatively descriptive with a population of 165 using a random sampling method, namely 117 samples of the existing population. Research results Statistical test on model 1 with tcount> ttable (3.404> 1.97) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), leadership style sometimes has a positive and significant influence on work ethic. Value Fcount> Ftable (14.815> 3.06) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), management style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work ethic at the same time. In model 2, the value of tcount> ttable (5.555> 1.97) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) is obtained. The leadership style has a partially positive and significant effect on the tutor's performance. With the value of tcount> ttable (3.447> 1.97) and Sig <0.05 (0.001 <0.05), the working environment has a partially positive and significant effect on the teacher's performance. The value of tcount> ttable (4.261> 1.97) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), partly work ethic, has a positive and significant effect on the teacher's performance. The value of Fcount> Ftable (35.927> 2.67) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), the leadership style, the work environment and the work ethic all have a positive and significant effect on the tutor's performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style (X1), competence (X2) and motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y) at Dinas Pengelolaan Bangunan dan Tanah Kota. The sample was obtained by random sampling method with 100 respondents from 132 employees. The data analysis used in this research includes data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial significance test (t statistical test) from the analysis and discussion of the research show that leadership style, competence and motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance and the simultaneous significance test (f test) of the analysis and discussion of the study shows that leadership style, competence and motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance at Dinas Pengelolaan Bangunan dan Tanah Kota Surabaya.

This research is motivated by the lack of optimal work discipline of Kanor District Office staff in Bojonegoro Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the influence of the sub-district leadership style in the Kanor District Office in Bojonegoro district, (2), and the work environment towards the work discipline of the Kanor District Office staff in Bojonegoro, (3) the influence of leadership style and work environment on work discipline employees in the employee work environment in Kanor district, Bojonegoro district. The method used in this study is quantitative with the type of Explanatory Research. The population in this study amounted to 20 employees. A sample of 20 employees was determined using Simple Random Sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show (1) the work discipline of the Kanor District of Bojonegoro Regency is at a moderate level or the quality is quite good. (2) Leadership style has a positive effect on employee work discipline at Kanor District Office in Bojonegoro Regency (3) The working environment is very influential on the work discipline of Kanor District Office staff in Bojonegoro Regency

This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership style and work environment with work motivation. The research was conducted at BRIMOB POLDA SUMUT. The number of respondents in this study was 106 members of BRIMOB POLDA SUMUT  with sampling technique random sampling. Based on spearman rank data analysis, there is a significant level between leadership style (X1) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0.000 0,05, that was to prove that there was a partial relationship of leadership style with work motivation. While the working environment relation (X2) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0,000 0,05. It proves that there was a partial relationship work environment with work motivation. While the significance level of leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0,000 0,05 were related simultaneously, the hypothesis in this research was accepted. The correlation of leadership style relation and work environment with work motivation of BRIMOB members was 49.7% .

Work ethos is behavior managed by employee which is generally motivated to reach a set of goal. This research investigates the extent to which motivation and style in leadership impacts on the work ethos of employee. This research sets its goal to know the significant influence of motivation toward the work ethos of employee of Islamic State University of Malang.This is an explanatory research which has its goal to test defined hypothesis on the influence of motivation and style in leadership toward the work ethos of employee. The research population involves 58 administration staff of Islamic State University of Malang. The random sampling method is employed to determine the total number of the sample of the research which results in 36 administration staff. Questionnaire is used as research instruments in this research.This research employs simple linier regression and multiple linier regression to statistically analyze the data in which the coefficient determinants is set on 0,05 level. The result of the research analysis proves that motivation and style in leadership simultaneously give significant influence on the work ethos of employee with F = 51,483 and p (0,002) 0,05. Motivation partially gives significant influence toward work ethos in which p = (0,001) 0,05 and regression coefficient shows 0,339. Leadership style partially gives significant influence toward work ethos in which p = (0,000) 0,05 and regression coefficient shows 0,304.Based on the finding, it is further suggested that the policy maker in Islamic State University of Malang should give more attention to the motivation and leadership style used in the institution. It is because the result of this research proves that motivation and style in leadership simultaneously give significant influence on the work ethos of the employee.

ABSTRACTThis study describes the purpose Determination of Compensation, Work Environtment and Organizational Commitment Of Performance Employee On Province Riau Islands Department of Revenue Services.The research method used survey method, in which the respondent as many as 80 people as population and drawn sample of 91 people with a sample proportional random sampling method using Slovin formula with looseness rate of 5%. Collection of data techniques using the instrument from the questionnaire form for variable analsisis.These results indicate that compensation determination significant on performance employee, work environment determination significant on performance employee and organizational commitment variables determination significant on performance employee. While simultaneously discovered that there is significant influence between three variables of compensation, work environment and organizational commitment of performance employee .

Levels of wellbeing, financial factors, emotional and psychological factors need to be addressed to individuals in the workplace. Individual well-being is met is expected to occur individual satisfaction in the workplace. Individual satisfaction, groups in the workplace have an impact on emotions. This study aims to examine the role of welfare in individual emotions. The method used in this research is observation, interview and secondary data. The sample in this research is cleaning service of Faculty of Psychology Airlangga University Surabaya, random sampling method. The result of this study is that employees have good emotions and well-being when they are at work. The most important factor why they can enjoy the job is the existence of a conducive, comfortable, and familial work environment. In this research, the conducive working environment factor is quite dominant. In addition, the relatively small working pressures and awareness of the difficulty of finding employment are also factors why these employees decide to survive.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on leadership style and its impact on employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. This research is motivated by the low work motivation of employees and the conditions of the work environment that do not support employees in carrying out work and leadership style that does not support employees in carrying out work, thus affecting the decline in employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. The research method with a quantitative approach with the path analysis method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observation and interviews. The respondents of this study were 50 employees of the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. The sampling method uses the total sampling method in which the entire population in this study is the research sample. Hypothesis testing is calculated by the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program version 20.0. The results of this study found that motivation does not significantly influence leadership style, work environment does not significantly influence leadership style, motivation has significant effect on performance, work environment has a significant effect on performance, and leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. Whereas directly motivation through leadership style has a significant influence on performance and indirectly the work environment through leadership style has a significant influence on the performance of the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat staff. Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. This study examines the influence of political marketing and political will on public leadership and individual performance. The sample used is the people in Surabaya as many as 265 with a random sampling method. Amos 21 is used to test the indirect effect by using bootstrap test. The result of the research shows that political marketing and political will have a significant influence to the success of gaining public leadership, political marketing and marketing will have no significant effect on performance, and public le­a­dership has a significant effect on performance. For the indirect influence, political marketing and political will on individual performance are mediated by public leadership.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment partially and simultaneously on the interest in entrepreneur in student of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. The number of samples is determined by the Probability Sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling method of 75 students in the sixth semester of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. Analyzed by classical assumption, multiple linear regression analys, determination analys, simultaneous significant test (F-test) and partial significant test (T-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between entrepreneur education and the family environment towards the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar.
