Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) has struck the world since the ending of 2019. Tools for pandemic control were scarce, limited only to social distance and face mask usage. Today, upto 12 vaccines were approved and the rapid development raises questions about the vaccine efficiency. We accessed the public database provided by each country and the number of death, active cases, and tests in order to evaluate how the vaccine is influencing the COVID-19 pandemic. We observed distinct profiles across the countries and it was related to the vaccination start date and we are proposing a new way to manage the vaccination.

This protocol outlines the all the steps necessary to become a GenomeTrakr data contributor. GenomeTrakr is an international genomic reference database of mostly food and environmental isolates from foodborne pathogens. The data and analyses are housed at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), which is a database freely available to anyone in the world. The Pathogen Detection browser at NCBI computes daily cluster results adding the newly submitted data to the existing phylogenetic clusters of closely related genomes. Contributors to this database can see how their new isolates are related to the real-time foodborne pathogen surveillance program established in the USA and a few other countries, and at the same time adding valuable new data to the reference database. ------ Although originally published as a Chapter in Methods and Protocols, Foodborne Bacterial Pathogens, the protocol has since been adapted and split into four separate protocols all of which are contained in this collection.

This chapter looks at Mormons' experiences in the Latter-day Saints (LDS) temple. Whereas regular Sunday services are open to the public at thousands of LDS chapel meetinghouses around the world, temples are rare—there are just over 150 around the globe—and closed to everyone but the most committed Latter-day Saints. The Next Mormons Survey (NMS) data shows that most Mormons who have been to the temple do have a good first experience. Six in ten current Mormon respondents reported that they had been to the temple for the initiatory followed by the endowment ceremony, which are the two essential rites of initiation for the LDS temple. However, it is possible there is a disconnect between what millennials say about loving their first time in the temple and what some of them actually felt in real time. Overall, the temple emerges as a complex site of contention for many former Mormons.

The very rapid development of information technology has proven to play an important role in the accelerated development of information both in the world of industry, government and the world of health, so that it can support the performance of increasing the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of all elements of society, especially in the world of health, both public and private institutions. or individually or individually, which can encourage the realization of a developed and prosperous society. The health sector is one of the important sectors of development that has the potential to be integrated with the presence of technology. Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang Regency is one of the developing health service centers. The number of patients that continues to increase every day causes new problems in the process of seeking information about patients, the number of patients, the number of visits, total income, and data on existing drug supplies. Because based on the existing problems, the Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang Regency, needs to take advantage of information technology, which can overcome the problems faced, so that public health services can be improved for the realization of the vision and mission of the Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon. Looking at some of the existing problems, researchers use the waterfall method in making an information system. Applications made in this study are based on android. COVID-19 pandemic has affected the world severely, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has globally infected over 176 million people causing over 3.8 million deaths. Wearing a protective mask has become a norm. However, it is seen in most public places that people do not wear masks or don’t wear them properly. In this paper, we propose a high accuracy and efficient face mask detector based on MobileNet architecture. The proposed method detects the face in real-time with OpenCV and then identifies if it has a mask on it or not. As a surveillance task, it supports motion, and is trained using transfer learning and compared in terms of both precision and efficiency, with special attention to the real-time requirements of this context.

SARS-CoV-19 is one of the deadliest pandemics the world has witnessed, taking around 5,049,374 lives till now across worldwide and 459,873 in India. To limit its spread numerous countries have issued many safety measures. Though vaccines are available now, still face mask detection and maintain social distance are the key aspects to prevent from this pandemic. Therefore, authors have proposed a real-time surveillance system that would take the input video feed and check whether the people detected in the video are wearing a mask, this research further monitors the humans for social distancing norms. The proposed methodology involves taking input from a CCTV feed and detecting humans in the frame, using YOLOv5. These detected faces are then processed using Stacked ResNet-50 for classification whether the person is wearing a mask or not, meanwhile, DBSCAN has been used to detect proximities within the persons detected.

From the latter half of 1980s, an extensive shift in internationalization of financial sector started in the world economy. At that time, many financial operations lost touch with their original facility and began to run wild, far advancing the development of national and world commodity and services markets. The fundamental reason for such advance lies in the fact that the international capital migration allows its owners to increase revenues much easier and faster than the international trade. The rapid development of electronic telecommunications facility, which helps in performing financial operations in real-time mode and regardless of distance, plays in favor. That's why globalization in this sphere occurs much more actively than in the production of goods and services. In the estimation of experts, daily transactions on world currency, loan and financial markets 50 times exceed world goods trade dealings in costs.

This paper describes a solution to solve the issue of automatic multipedestrian tracking and counting. First, background modeling algorithm is applied to actively obtain multipedestrian candidates, followed by a confirmation step with classification. Then each pedestrian patch is handled by real-time TLD (Tracking-Learning-Detection) to get a new predication position according to similarity measure. Further TLD results are compared with classification list to determine a new, disappeared, or existing pedestrian. Finally single line counting with buffer zone is employed to count pedestrians. Experiments results on the public database, PETS, demonstrate the validity of our solution.

Violence in animals, especially dogs, is increasing every day. The lack of education and knowledge about loving dogs is also less given to the wider community. For dog owners will understand more about how to interact and treat dogs, but for those who do not have or get used to the existence of dogs it will be very difficult to love dogs. With the rapid development of age and technology, violence against animals, especially dogs, is becoming increasingly visible by uploading to social media for the purpose of having fun. The rise in violence against animals has led the rest of the world to denounce by making laws that ensnare perpetrators. In reality the community itself does not care about this troubling behavior and ignores the current law. Providing education about dogs can be done early so that when growing up the child does not hurt and love the dog. Therefore, this design was created with the aim of providing information to the public on how to interact and love dogs for children. Giving an education to the child can go through a pleasant thing so as not to feel burdened. Educating through an illustration book will make it easier for the child to learn, this can be done when the child will go to sleep, because the information will be absorbed faster and remembered longer when given at night.

Issues about the environment often become the spotlight of the world, ranging from technological developments to a million environmental problems that never end. Now environmental issues are touched by the rapid development of digital technology. This makes a big change for the world of the environment. Ranging from digital conversations to top level or government decision-making to making environmental policies, all references are taken from community activities and participation that often voice their opinions on social media. Communication technology in the context of the environment that is most widely seen is the phenomenon of online petitions or known as "change.id". a site that offers space to discuss anything including environmental issues. The power of online petitions that move quickly by collecting votes through online signatures is able to stop the government's steps to dismantle Sophie's ship in Aceh. The reason is to save ecosystems such as long-developed coral reefs around the sophie ship that sank many years ago. E-participation as a form of digital democracy. Where the public is not obliged to appear physically in front of the government, through interactivity built in online media makes every active person involved without being limited by distance, space and time. Of course, with the concept of e-participation it is hoped that environmental issues can be controlled not only by the government but by the public. Because one indicator of the development of a country's progress is one of which is seen from the level of people's participation.
