In this article, an analysis of the existing literature is carried out. It focused on the netiquette (country, date, objectives, methodological design, main variables, sample details, and measurement methods) included in the Web of Science and Scopus databases. This systematic review of the literature has been developed entirely according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews (PRISMA). The initial search yielded 53 results, of which 18 exceeded the inclusion criteria and were analyzed in detail. These results show that this is a poorly defined line of research, both in theory and in practice. There is a need to update the theoretical framework and an analysis of the empirical proposals, whose samples are supported by students or similar. Knowing, understanding, and analyzing netiquette is a necessity in a society in which information and communication technologies (ICT) have changed the way of socializing and communicating. A new reality in which there is cyber-bullying, digital scams, fake news, and haters on social networks.

Purpose ICTs play a key role in the tourism sector, influencing the labor context among other things. Hence, the purpose of this study: a review of the literature in which the topics of tourism, ICTs and human resources converge through an analysis of the articles published in the relevant journals, which are included in the Web of Science. Design/methodology/approach The 60 articles analyzed – published over a period of 31 years – were studied according to several criteria such as research methodology, statistical techniques used, topics dealt with, technologies addressed, authors and countries. Findings The topics under study were divided into four broad areas – technology and employees, technology and HR processes, technology and results and technology and organizational structure – the first, which focuses on how employees behave in relation to technology, received the most attention. Research limitations/implications The literature review was confined to articles on the topics of tourism, ICTs and human resources published in 73 academic journals, leaving aside other research sources, e.g. books and papers presented at conferences. This study can be useful both in the academic field and for tourism firm managers – especially those in ICT and human resources. Originality/value Although there are several previous reviews of the literature on human resource management and ICTs in the tourism sector, none of them has jointly examined these three topics.

Within the information and communication society the development of informational competence among students is essential, because it allows it to analyze and manage the information it receives from different sources. This, coupled with the emergence of phenomena such as fake news and the development of information and communication technologies (ICT), means that we have opted for this topic of study. The research questions we have asked ourselves are as follows: how informational competence is currently developing, what effects a low development of this competence has, and how critical thinking influences its development. To respond to these, we have used the systematic review as a methodology, analyzing a total of 17 articles extracted from the databases of the Web Of Science, SCOPUS and Google Scholar. The conclusions reached state that informational competence is not developing properly, due to aspects such as the lack of teacher training or lack of resources invested, having to carry out a change in methodology, that a low development of Mass causes a series of negative effects, such as misinformation and that critical thinking is one of the main elements that make up the, being this necessary to achieve a correct development of this competence and a good construction of knowledge among students.

E-learning, linked to the incorporation of information and communication technologies in education, has been a revolution for training processes. In this sense, the small private online courses (SPOC) become a resource with which to design training actions for teachers. This study, through a pedagogical and bibliometric analysis, aims to know the characteristics of SPOCs as a training resource and the evolution of its scientific production in the Scopus and Web of Science databases. The results reflect a significant increase in scientific production in recent years, highlighting the interest created in university institutions and in the areas of computer science and social sciences. Among the pedagogical reasons, we find the wide academic offer, the personalization of the training process or the improvement of the digital competence when being formed through SPOC. In short, the growth of SPOCs is related to the advantages that their didactic characteristics bring in an educational context in which technologies play a key role, so it becomes a resource of interest for teacher training.
