an is considered the most strange creature in life, as he searches for everything that is familiar and known in order to refer it to a strange product or to a strange term, or almost not without strangeness, employing the latest scientific and technological techniques and creatively, so the industrial designer transforms the concept of a thing from general to private and from the concept Just into something, that is, the mental embodiment of it through its use of creative design strategies that draw the human surroundings and its relationship to things and change from the spontaneous merging of the human being with what he has transformed into his merging through objectification resulting through the transformations imposed on the industrial designer who seeks to employ scientific, technical and technological development according to an innovative strategy. The current research aims to employ design creativity in designing industrial products that depend on the concept of objectification in the process of designing and implementing them. The first topic deals with the concept of objectification among contemporary philosophers, while the second topic represents design creativity and its reflection on the objectification of the industrial product. The research also included results, conclusions, and a list of sources and references.

The background of the establishment of the earthenware craft of Sungai Janiah is acquired from the legend TheSacred Fish, which is a “karma” of the nature’s authority against a mother who neglected the care of her child, so thatthe child be came a fish. Since then every mother is forbidden to leave her child alone at home. The mother may work athome while taking care of her children. The work chosen is making earthenware, because the easily available rawmaterial, and easily done. The philosophy of the earthenware of Sungai Janiah is “Mother and Child Philosophy”. This isreflected by the attitude and behaviour in making earthenware like child-caring, and each stage of making earthenware isbased on that. The traditional earthenware craft today is decreasingly developing due to its inability to compete with industrial products. The problems most commonly faced are the technological development- and the marketingproblems. This study was done in Sungai Janiah Kabupaten Agam, West Sumatera, because it has never before researchhas been done in this field, and no written reference yet exists concerning this craft. This study had to be done so the nation’s cultural asset will be not forgotten without more and is needed for the scientific world. The method of study used is the qualitative method with the cultural approach. Data of study was acquired by direct observation, and interviews and field notes were made concerning matters that can support the study findings. The study findings can be explained as follow:Commonly the earthenware of Sungai Janiah is round-formed, functioning as household utensils receptacles. The Sungai Janiah earthenware has not experienced many changes in form, but in function and meaning. No changes in form is due to the limited capacity of the craftsmen and the local socio-cultural factor. The change in meaning is due to scientific developments and socio-cultural changes.

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the functioning of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine in terms of international competition strengthening. The authors study the state and compliance of the development of the market of agro-industrial products of Ukraine with global trends. It is noted that the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine continues to be affected by a number of negative factors that hinder the development of the industry and do not allow to fully use all available export potential. The latest research and publications of leading economists on the development of agro-industrial production, on the problems of agricultural enterprises in foreign markets are analyzed. Ukraine is confidently increasing its position on the world market in terms of exports of agro-industrial products. However, maintaining the achieved results and reaching the leaders in new product segments require addressing the complex issue of accelerated technological development of agriculture and production, stimulating ecological certification and promoting a higher level of processing of exported products. Grounded main ways to solve them improve trends in the export of agricultural products Ukraine, formed list of measures to maximize the export potential of AIC Ukraine. It is concluded that both effective foreign economic activity of agrarian enterprises and the integration of the state to the EU depends on various issues. Provided Ukraine's foreign economic activity achieves the level of developed countries, the state will be able to take a competitive place at the world market of agricultural products and consolidate its positions. To improve the situation, it is proposed to fight corruption in the agro-industrial complex, increase the level of transparency of agribusiness in Ukraine, promote environmental certification, simplify the tax system, develop technological and innovation infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine and more. The proper functioning of the domestic agro-industrial market and its infrastructure as well as the financial market is a significant factor of further Ukraine's agriculture development.

The paper studies the factors of secular stagnation. Key factors of long-term slowdown in economic growth include the slowdown of technological development, aging population, human capital accumulation limits, high public debt, creative destruction process violation etc. The authors analyze key theoretical aspects of long-term stagnation and study the impact of these factors on Japanies economy. The authors conclude that most of the factors have significant influence on the Japanese economy for recent decades, but they cannot explain all dynamics. For Russia, on the contrary, we do not see any grounds for considering the decline in the economy since 2013 as an episode of secular stagnation.

Throughout history the development of the countries has been generated mainly by the impulse in two complementary axes: Science and Technology, and Trade. At present we are experiencing an exponential scientific and technological development and the Economy in all its fronts is driven by the intensive application of technology. According to these considerations, this research tries to expose the development of Innovation Management as a transversal mechanism to promote the different socioeconomic areas and especially those supported by engineering. To this end, use will be made of Technology Watch in order to identify the advances of the main research centres related to innovation in the world. Next, there will be an evaluation of the main models of Innovation Management and related methodologies that expose some of the existing Innovation Observatories in the world to finally make a proposal for Innovation Management applicable to the reality of Peru, so that it can be taken into consideration by stakeholders (Government, Academy, Business and Civil Society) committed to Innovation Management in the country

The paper dedicates in commemoration of K.A. Bagrinovsky, known scientist, doctor of economic sciences, professor. His thesis was theoretic problems of mathematical modeling and operation of economy. His works in the operations research, the methods making decision, the simulation were received in scientific world. The analysis and the modeling of the mechanisms for scientific and technological development for the production systems of different level in economic hierarchic both centrally controlled economy and making mechanism were conduced by Bagrinovsky in CEMI RAS. The paper presents the investigations (2001–2015) of the analysis and the simulation of the different mechanisms of the innovational activity. It also discusses the methods of the development the complex of the simulation models. In a sense simulation modeling is the science and the art as the selection of the salient parameters for the construction model, intake simplification, the computer experiment and the making decision based on scarcity of accuracy models rest on the heuristic power of men: the practical trial, the intelligence and the intuition. K.A. Bagrinovsky introduced the considerable endowment in the development of this direction for economic and mathematical investigation. The principal object was to show that the relationship between the innovational policy and the technological structure, scientific research sector and the introducing of the progressive production and the organizational structure is obtainable by the models. The character of these relationships may be to use in control of the parameters for the modernization economic. The construction simulation models and the experimental computation analysis were presented the investigations the different mechanisms of the innovational development ant the variants of the estimation have been accomplished on the modeling level by the computer experiment.
