Due to rapid technological advancements, firms are paying more attention to the importance of knowledge creation and sharing. Effective knowledge management can be utilized to enhance employee performance, as well as an organization’s competitiveness. Staff training is crucial to the internal knowledge transfer within an organization. Through education and training, an organization can transfer its internal knowledge to its employees. Furthermore, the use of information systems to assist in training and management has been widely adopted by organizations. This study, through action research, attempted to understand how organizations can build a Wiki system to assist in the training of new staff. When employees can obtain work knowledge from more sources, it is easier for the knowledge to be shared and transferred during training. The results show that in the process of implementing Wiki system, providing support for Wiki software design, management skill, and a knowledge sharing environment can enable employees to create and exchange knowledge. The organization itself can rapidly accumulate knowledge capital and enhance the quality of staff through such system in order to enhance its competitiveness.

Human resources have a very important role in a company organization especially when compared to other resources. Employee performance is a very important thing in an effort to achieve change in order to achieve its goals. This study discusses the influence of the quality of human resources on the performance of sharia banking employees in Aceh and how efforts should be made in improving the quality of sharia banking human resources in Aceh. The research method used is a mixed method (Mixed Method). Based on test variables obtained by tcount of 3.859 while t table of 2.048 the results of this calculation indicate that tcount> t table with a significance level of 0.001 or probability above α = 5%. Thus the results of statistical calculations indicate that the variable quality of human resources has a significant influence on employee performance. Which means that the higher the quality of human resources, the higher the performance of employees in Islamic banking. Efforts to improve the quality of banking Human Resources can be done through: 1) Evaluation of a sustainable Islamic economic curriculum in higher education institutions. 2) Establish a faculty / Islamic economic study program in accordance with the needs of the Islamic banking market. 3) Higher Education collaborates with Bank Indonesia to carry out Islamic economic education and training for students and employees of Islamic banks. 5) Education and training on banking to improve the quality of human resources in sharia banking is a short-term effort that can be done now. While the efforts made in the long term are by organizing education that is synergized between the education provider (college) user (bank) and the person in charge of education (government).

The aim of this study is to observe and analyze the influence of Leadership Styles and Welfare on the Performance of Employees in Manado Religious Education and Training Center. This study used Partial Last Square (PLS) method. The population of this study was 60 employees (N = 60), and all of these employees were sampled (n = 60) with an error rate of 5% (0.05). Data was collected based on questionnaire with Likert scale. The results of this study showed that there are direct contributions between Leadership style and welfare variables on employee performance. Overall, Leadership style and Welfare have a positive and very strong influence on Employee Performance.These results showed the importance of improving the quality of Leadership Styles and Welfare to improve the Performance of Employees in Manado Religious Education and Training Center.

The study aims to analyze about the low graduation and certification exam training participants of the procurement of goods / services of the government and its contributing factors, and formulate a strategy of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government. Collecting data using the method of study documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Is the official source of information on the structural and functional Regional Employment Board, as well as the participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government in Magelang regency government environment. Analysis using 4 quadrant SWOT analysis, to determine the issue or strategic factors in improving the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services within the Government of Magelang regency. The results show organizer position is in quadrant I, which is supporting the growth strategy, with 3 alternative formulation strategies that improve the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services, and conducts certification examination of the procurement of government goods / services with computer assisted test system (CAT). Based on the research recommendations formulated advice to the organizing committee, namely: of prospective participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services the government should consider the motivation of civil servants, is examinees who have attended training in the same period of the year, the need for simulation procurement of goods / services significantly, an additional allocation of training time, giving sanction to civil servants who have not passed the exam, the provision of adequate classroom space with the number of participants of each class are proportional, as well as explore the evaluation of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services for Government of participants.

The formulation of the problem in this research is the effectiveness of education and training effect on Selling Skill of employees of Bank Aceh After Conversion amounting to 1220 that is on score "Very High". Does the effectiveness of education and training affect Selling Skill, Knowledge and work culture of Bank Aceh after Conversion employees? Selling Skill enters the "Very High" score ranking of 1,212, Knowledge enters the "Very High" score ranking of 1.220 and the Working Culture enters the score ranking "Very Height "of 1.213. This means that the three variables are very effective effect on employees of Bank Aceh Caban Idi East Aceh. Does the effectiveness of education and training affect the employee's work culture that has a very high impact of 1.213, this indicates that in addition to the knowledge that must be owned by employees must also have a good work culture in order to improve the performance of employees of Bank Aceh Branch Idi Aceh Timur. . Although Knowledge becomes the main point of the appraisal result, it remains that other variables should not be ruled out as they are interdependent in order to effectively improve the employee performance of Bank Aceh Branch Idi post-conversion. When viewed from the comparison between Education and Training on Selling Skill, Knowledge and Working Culture, it is known that Training is more effective than education that has a score of 1.222.This indicates that the Aceh Bank should more often provide training to employees in order to improve employee effectiveness Bank Aceh After Conversion. Keyword : Education, Training, Selling Skill, Knowledge, Work Culture   Abstrak Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Efektiftifitas pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh pada Selling Skill karyawan Bank Aceh Pasca Konversi sebesar 1.220 yakni berada pada skor “Sangat Tinggi”. Apakah efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh pada Selling Skill, Knowledge dan budaya kerja karyawan Bank Aceh Pasca Konversi yakni Selling Skill masuk ranking skor “Sangat Tinggi” sebesar 1.212, Knowledge masuk ranking skor “Sangat Tinggi” sebesar 1.220 dan Budaya Kerja masuk ranking skor “Sangat Tinggi” sebesar 1.213. Artinya bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut sangat berpengaruh efektif terhadap karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi Aceh Timur. Apakah efektifitas pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh pada budaya kerja karyawan yakni terdapat pengaruh yang Sangat Tinggi sebesar 1.213, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa selain knowledge yang harus dimiliki oleh karyawan juga harus memiliki budaya kerja yang baik dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi Aceh Timur. . Walaupun Knowledge (Pengetahuan) menjadi poin utama dari hasil penilaian, akan tetap variabel-variabel yang lain tetap tidak boleh dikesampingkan karena semuanya saling keterkaitan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Bank Aceh Cabang Idi secara efektif pasca konversi.Jika dilihat dari perbandingan antara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Selling Skill, Knowledge dan Budaya Kerja, maka diketahui bahwa Pelatihan lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pendidikan yakni memiliki skor sebesar 1.222.Hal ini menandakan bahwa Bank Aceh harus lebih sering memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan dalam rangka meningkatkan efektifitas karyawan Bank Aceh Pasca Konversi. The article explores the interrelation between the main factors of national economy competitiveness on the basis of logical and correlation analysis of the data on 144 countries presented in The Global Competitiveness Report issued by the World Economic Forum. The analysis of the strength and nature of the relations between the factors gives grounds to assume that institutions, infrastructure, higher education and training are core problems; goods market efficiency, technological readiness are key problems; business sophistication and innovation are resulting problems. The analysis shows that the competitiveness indicators of other BRICS countries which are better than Russian ones, are achieved not due to any remarkable progress in economic policy, but owing to the lack of serious failures typical for Russian economy. For instance, the high level of Russian infrastructure, macroeconomic stability, sizes of home market and some other indicators come to nothing because of extremely low level of Russian institutions, market efficiency, financial market, and business sophistication. As a result, other BRICS countries' progress, which is not so remarkable itself, gives much better cumulative result in comparison with Russian breakthrough, which cannot be accomplished in the environment that is unfavorable for it. With the view of Russian economy competitiveness and innovation upgrade, firstly, it is essential to increase the quality of Russian institutions (the necessity of reforms is indubitable: Russia occupies the 133d place in the world in accordance with the quality of its institutions), to improve the infrastructure, higher education and training. The advancement in solving these problems will facilitate the situation or solve the large part of the problems of goods market efficiency and improve the existing technological readiness. The increasing of the goods market quality and the improvement of technological readiness will, in their turn, upgrade business sophistication and innovations. The proposed approach gives ground to claim that the reforms need to be made in the sequence described above. The upgrade of Russian companies’ business sophistication and their innovation will be to a great extent the result of the solution of the mentioned problems.

Various behaviours and concepts can be taught through music, improving both social behaviour and eventually learning ability. Rhythmic movement to music can also improve physical health and music can have a calming influence in stressful situations.

The objective of this research is to study the inluence of development effectiveness and education and training quality on the driver’s technical skills of PT XYZ in Jakarta. The method of research is a survey using Path Analysis. The respondents for this survey are 35 drivers selected by applying proportional random sampling technique. The results of this research show that: (1) the effectiveness of development directly inluencing the driver’s technical skills is 35.8%, (2) the quality of education and training directly inluencing the driver’s technical skills is 33.8%, and (3) the effectiveness of coaching directly inluencing the quality of education is 25.5% The study concludes that technical skills can be improved through effective development and the quality of education and training, and the quality of education and training can be enhanced through effective development as well.

Abstract : This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of Training, Infrastructure and Budget on the Performance of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate of Kapuas Regency . Data was collected using questionnaires and documentation Questionnaires are used to measure the variables of Education and Training, Infrastructure and Budget and employee performance. Data analysis technique used is U ji validity , test reliability , test correlation coefficients , t-test (Partial) , Test Multicollinearity , Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (Test Normality) , ANOVA (F test Simultaneous) and Test Multiple Linear Regression . The results showed that the budget has a positive and significant effect on employee performance . The results of the t test between X 3 (Budget) and Y (APIP Performance) show t count = 3.114. While the t table (α = 0.05 ; db residual = 17) is 1.740. Because t arithmetic > t table is 3.114 > 1.740 or sig t value (0.008) < = 0.05, the effect of X 3 (Budget) on Y (APIP Performance) is significant. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that APIP's performance can be significantly affected by the Budget .Based on the coefficient because it has the greatest beta coefficient value of 0.707 when compared to the regression coefficient of the education and training variable and infrastructure. this means that H 0 is rejected and h 3 is received, so that it can be concluded that the budget is the dominant variable affecting the performance of internal government regulatory authorities in Kapuas district inspectorate valued at 70.7% and the remaining 29 , 3 % is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Keywords: Training, Infrastructure and Budget , Employee Performance.   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Diklat, Sarana Prasarana Dan Anggaran Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah (APIP) pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kapuas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan koesioner dan dokumentasi. koesioner digunakan untuk mengukur variabel Diklat, Sarana prasarana dan Anggran serta kinerja pegawai. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji t (Parsial), Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Kolmogorov Smirnov (Uji Normalitas), ANOVA (uji F Simultan) dan Uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Anggran mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil t test antara X3 (Anggaran) dengan Y (Kinerja APIP) menunjukkan t hitung = 3,114. Sedangkan t tabel (α = 0.05 ; db residual = 17) adalah sebesar 1,740. Karena t hitung > t tabel yaitu 3,114 > 1,740 atau nilai sig t (0,008) < α = 0.05 maka pengaruh X3(Anggaran) terhadap Y (Kinerja APIP) adalah signifikan. Hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja APIP dapat dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Anggaran. Berdasarkan koefisien dikarenakan mempunyai nilai koefisiensi beta paling besar 0,707 jika Dibandingkan dengan koefisien regresi variabel Diklat dan sarana prasarana. hal ini berarti h0 ditolak dan h3 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa anggaran merupakan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi kinerja aparat pengawas internal pemerintah pada inspektorat daerah kabupaten Kapuas senilai 70,7% dan sisanya 29,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, education and training, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at Regional Office of Directorate General of Treasury of South Kalimantan Province. The population of this study were 79 people and 40 people samples by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership, education and training, compensation, and work environment simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance, with education and training became the dominant factor influencing work performance. Keywords: Leadership, Education and Training, Compensation, Work Environment, and Employee Performance. Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal (Kanwil Ditjen) Perbendaharaan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 79 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 40 orang, menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan faktor Pendidikan dan pelatihan yang menjadi faktor yg berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.
