The association between science and production is gradually developing due to the arrival of new information and discoveries about the composition of feed and the transformation of nutrients in the body of cows. One of the most important links in the formation of animal productivity during lactation is the use of new feed products and feed additives in feeding. The results of scientific and economic experiment on the use of protein concentrate “Agro-Matic” in feeding of highly productive lactating cows of Ayrshire breed are contained the article. The inclusion of protein concentrate “AgroMatic” in the daily rations of lactating cows in the amount of 1,0 and 1,5 kg/head/day increases the level of indigestible protein by 6,1 and 8,9 %, respectively. The use of protein concentrate in the amount of 1,5 kg in cows feeding helps to increase the digestibility of nutrients in rations the quality of milk and the productivity of cows. When feeding protein concentrate in the amount of 1,5 kg the milk productivity of cows during the period of increasing the milk yield was 4297,5 kg of milk, the yield of essential and dispensable amino acids with milk was significantly higher. The yield of milk protein in cows that received protein concentrate in the ration in the amount of 1,0 kg was 137,7 kg, and when using 1,5 kg – 141,4 kg, which was signifi cantly higher than in the control group by 10,2 and 13,6 kg, respectively. The use of protein concentrate “Agro-Matic” in the ration had a benefi cial eff ect on the digestibility of protein. The digestibility of raw protein of the feed mixture with the inclusion of 1,5 kg of protein concentrate was 71,1 % compared to 68,0 % in the basic ration, which are used at the Maysky complex in the “Plemzavod Maysky”

Unbalanced mineral and vitamin nutrition of lactating cows can be a critical factor in the realization of their productive potential. The development and introduction into production of inexpensive, but effective feed additives is the main trend of improving the feeding of modern animal husbandry. Under the conditions of the Tyumen region such natural raw materials can be sapropels, which successfully combine a variety of biologically active substances. The purpose of the research was to study the digestibility of nutrients and energy metabolism in lactating cows when sapropel is included in the ration. Scientifi c and economic experiment in the study of the effectiveness of feeding sapropel lake Nepryak has been carried out in the training and experimental farm of the State Northern Trans-Urals Agrarian University. The animals of the control group have been fed the main diet. Cows of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups have been fed 300 and 500 g of sapropel per head/day, respectively, in addition to the main ration. It has been found as a result of research that the introduction of sapropel into the ration of cows has a positive effect on the digestibility of nutrients. The digestibility coefficients were higher in the animals of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups compared with the cows of the control group. Cows from the experimental groups digested all the organic substances of the ration better. During the experiment period cows of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups in contrast to the control group had higher milk yield by 11,31 and 10,38 %, respectively, milk protein yield by 10,56 and 5,95 %, milk fat yield by 17,18 and 12,99 %. It has been established that the introduction of sapropel into the ration of cows has the positive effect on the digestibility of nutrients, contributes to the increase of milk productivity, normalizes the metabolism in the body.

The article presents the results of experimental studies to determine the effect of antioxidant drugs “Butofan” and “E-selenium” on veterinary and sanitary parameters of cows’ milk obtained in the period after calving. Childbirth is characterized by a stressful physiological state of the body and a large amount of lipid peroxidation (LPO) products are formed in the blood of cows, which have a negative depleting effect on the body and, naturally, on the quality of milk, since it is a blood product. To enhance the work of the body’s own antioxidant system, since it is not always enough to neutralize LPO products, antioxidant drugs are used. It is necessary to determine veterinary and sanitary parameters in milk obtained under the influence of any drugs, since it is used in human nutrition. For this purpose, experimental studies were carried out on analogous dairy cows in one of the farms of Ryazan region. The cows were divided into three groups: the control and two experimental ones. The control group of animals was intact, the cows of the experimental groups received antioxidant preparations: the first one got “E-selenium” and the second one got “Butofan”. The research results showed that the milk yield of cows in the experimental groups was higher compared to the control. The quality parameters of milk in the experimental groups of cows were better in terms of fat content, protein content, density and acidity. Cow’s milk under the influence of antioxidant drugs was biologically complete and environmentally friendly.

Promising in feed production is the preparation of haylage with subsequent storage of herbage together with preservatives. The modern market off ers various chemical preservatives in the form of organic acids: propionic, formic, benzoic and their salts. Some disadvantages of preservatives of this group (volatility, toxicity, venom, ability to cause respiratory burns, corrosion, etc.) require to organize a search for new ones based on bacteria and enzymes. The purpose of the work was to increase the level of milk productivity of cows and quality of milk by using the preservatives Biosib and Silostan in the preparation of haylage. Scientifi c and economic experiment has been carried out in LLC “Agrofi rma Bairamgul” in the Uchalinsky area in the Republic of Bashkortostan. For the research, 36 Holstein cows have been selected, from which 3 groups of animals have been formed based on the principle of analogues per 12 heads in each. The input in the ration of lactating cows of grain and legume haylage prepared using the technology with the use of preservatives Biosib and Silostan contributes to the increase in milk productivity. The best eff ect has been demonstrated when using the drug Silostan (the 2nd experimental group), which can be explained by the diverse biological composition of microbes, as well as amino acid complexes, enzymes, vitamins and trace elements. The increase in milk productivity of cows of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups allows to reduce the prime cost of production, respectively according to groups, by 38,7 rubles or 3,31 % and 51,1 rubles or 4,43 %; to increase revenue from the sale of milk by 3186,5 rubles or 4,32 % and 3664,0 rubles or 7,24 %; net profi t by 1791,9 rubles or 17,97 % and 2570,6 rubles or 25,78 % and the level of profi tability by 4,14 and 5,52 % compared to the control group.

The results of scientific and economic experiment on the use of protein concentrate “AgroMatic” in feeding highly productive cows of Ayrshire breed during lactation have been provided in the article. The use of protein concentrate “Agro-Matic” in the rations of dairy cattle in the amount of 1,0 and 1,5 kg/head/day has been leaded to an increase in the content of cellulolytic microflora at the end of lactation compared with the control group. At the same time, the level of microorganisms that stimulate and promote immunity (bacilli, bifid bacterium) and suppress the development of pathogenic bacteria has been observed in high amounts throughout lactation in the experimental groups whose ration was put with protein concentrate. In the rumen content of cows have been receiving 1,5 kg/head/day of protein concentrate “Agro-Matic”, the increased content of bifid bacterium by 0,03 abs.% and bacilli by 0,91 abs.% has been noted. The inclusion of the maximum level of protein concentrate was characterized by the decrease in the number of pathogenic microorganisms like pathogens of mastitis and other diseases (lactobacilli, actinomycetes and enterobacteria). The total number of cellulolytic bacteria in the rumen content at the end of lactation when using 1,0 kg/head/day of protein concentrate in animals increased compared to animals that consumed the basic ration. The inclusion of protein concentrate throughout lactation contributed to the increase in the blood content of total protein and nitrogen of free amino acids. Thus, the use of protein concentrate during the feeding period increased the intensity of protein metabolism in animals. The inclusion of 1,5 kg of protein concentrate in the ration contributed to the increase in total protein in the blood by 4,6 g/l, at the level of 1,0 kg by 9,1 g/l (P > 0,95). The index of insemination when using protein concentrate in lactating cows has been decreased by 21,7 % and the duration of the period of open days by 28,2 days.

The feasibility of using the complex mineral and vitamin feed additive “Nadezhda” in the rations of lactating first-calf heifers of Black-and-White breed has been examined in the article. It has been established that feed contain a low content of elements such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sulfur, manganese, copper, zinc and cobalt. The ratio of nutrients and minerals, the degree of their availability for assimilation by the body does not provide their need. The use of the complex mineral and vitamin feed additive contributed to an increase in the milk productivity of first-calf heifers and the quality of milk, feed consumption per unit of production. All tested recipes of the complex mineral and vitamin feed additive, which have different versions of macro-, microelements and vitamins in their composition had a positive effect on the metabolic processes in the body of animals. For the production of 1 kg of milk in the experimental groups of cows less metabolic energy was spent by 5,09 (P < 0,05) and 8,06 % (P < 0,05), respectively, raw protein by 5,19 and 8,19 % (P < 0,05), digestible protein by 5,12 (P < 0,05) and 8,15 % (P < 0,05) compared with the animals of the control group. At the same time from the cows of the 1st experimental group have been received more milk by 151,6 kg in the amount of 2489 rubles, from the 2nd experimental group by 250,6 kg of milk in the amount of 4248,0 rubles. The prime cost of production of 1 kg of milk in cows of the 1st experimental group in comparison with the animals of the control group decreased by 0,72 rubles, and the 2nd experimental group by 1,21 rubles. The level of profitability of milk production in cows have been fed with additive recipe No. 1, in comparison with the animals of the control group increased by 3,71 abs.%, recipe No. 2 by 9,91 abs.%.

The main sources of protein in the rations of lactating cows in the farms of our country are waste products of the oil extraction industry. Using them in the rations of highly productive cows in high amount is fraught with loss of productivity and deterioration of animal health due to the high level of digestible protein. With an increase in milk production the role of by-pass protein in feeding cows increases. By-pass protein in the market of feed products of our country is mainly represented by processed beans and fi shmeal. They are an excellent source of protein, which is slowly digest in the rumen, but due to its high cost, deterioration of quality, seasonality of supply the search for alternative sources of protein is relevant. The article contains practical material on the use of protein concentrate in the rations of lactating cows of Ayrshire breed. It has been noted during the studies that the inclusion of protein concentrate in the ration in the amount of 1,0 and 1,5 kg/head/day instead of other protein feeds increased the level of bypass protein. The introduction of the maximum amount of protein concentrate into the ration contributed to a change in the nitrogen balance in cows during the increasing the milk yield period. Thus, the inclusion of protein concentrate in the ration of the nitrogen balance in the experimental groups was positive, and in the control it was negative. According to the degree of use of nitrogen in the ration, the best values have been observed in cows of the 2nd and 3rd experimental groups, which had protein concentrate “Agro-Matic” in the ration, where the nitrogen retention was 189,6 and 201,2 g, respectively. The use of protein concentrate did not have a negative eff ect on the biochemical parameters of the blood. The level of total protein in the blood serum when feeding protein concentrate in the amount of 1,0–1,5 kg increased by 11,7 (P > 0,95) and 5,9 %. The level of urea decreased both when using 1,0 kg of protein concentrate (P > 0,95) and 1,5 kg, which was lower than the level in animals from the control group.

The article contains information on the state of the processes of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in fresh cows under the influence of stress reaction caused by labor and the beginning of the lactation period. To reduce oxidative stress in the body of fresh cows, antioxidants were used in the form of preparations “E-selenium” and “Butofan”. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of vitamin-containing preparations “E-selenium” and “Butofan” on the productivity of fresh cows, the quality of milk and butter, made from it. The studies were carried out during the winter-stall period on one of the farms of Ryazan district of Ryazan region and involved 12 fresh black-and-white cows aged 4 years. The control group of animals was intact. As a result of the investigations, it was found that due to the action of the above preparations, which have antioxidant properties, the productivity parameters in the experimental groups of animals were higher compared to the control group, because they had an inhibiting effect on lipid peroxidation processes in the organism and activated the work of its own antioxidant system.

Relevance and methods. The article assesses the effectiveness of the use of herbal feed additives "Zigbir" (which is positioned as a plant hepatoprotector) on the cows diets in the second half of lactation, how it influence on the digestibility of dietary nutrients, on hfhematological composition of blood serum, on productivity and quality of milk.Results. As a result of research experiment, it was found that the introduction of herbal feed additives into the diet had a positive effect on the digestibility coefficients. So, the concentration of total protein at the end of the period, in the experimental group increased by 5.34 g/l and came into compliance with the physiological norm, the digestibility of organic matter, of crude fat and of nitrogen-free extractives in the experimental group increased by 2.2%, 1.6% and 1.0%, respectively. Although the decrease in the digestibility coefficient of crude fiber by the end of the period occurred in both groups, however, the dynamics of its value in the experimental group was on 3.5% less than the value in the control. The use of the feed additives "Zigbir" in the diet made it possible to bring the indicator of urea concentration closer to the physiological norm, the blood glucose increased by 46.4% and came into line with the norm. The dynamic change of bilirubin in the test groups blood was not as significant as in the control group, the total bilirubin decreased by only 15%, against 36% in animals in the control group. The decrease in milk yield due to the attenuation of lactation in the test group was slower relative to the control group and was lower by 0,6l, the mass of fat share and of protein in the cows milk from the test group was higher by 0.4% and 0.2%, respectively.
