Synergetics is a science of self-organization of complex systems - biogeocoenosis, social systems, consciousness, human thinking, information and technology complexes. Synergetics seeks to create a "single field" of interdisciplinary communication, to form the principles of a scientific picture of the world. The unevenness of complex systems under certain conditions gives rise to the self-organization of both natural and social processes. As a doctrine of self-development, synergetics rebuilds contemporary worldview and thinking, through which one can understand the instability, nonlinearity, and openness of the modern world in its uniqueness and integrity.

In this article, the author attempts to uncover and then critically analyze the nonlinear world dynamics of the leading trend of our time. Close attention is paid to the place and role of social processes that contribute to the growth of nonlinearity and unpredictability of modern world dynamics. The meaning of the synergetic concept is clarified when considering the dynamics of the present world. Shows the variability of modern social relations. The essence of the self-determinability of the world is presented. The hierarchization of modern social systems is determined.

Since the release of the well-known work of W. Weaver «Science and Complexity» (1948) only V.S. Stepin had taken some significant efforts to develop the doctrine of the three types of systems in nature. In this case, the main achievements of V.S. Stepin in postnonclassic reduced to two fundamental results: violation of the basic principle of T. Kuhn´s contradictions when changing paradigms (V.S. Stepin shows the effect of «investments», when complex systems operate classical and nonclassical rationality simultaneously) and repeated emphasis on the possibility of «change ... the probability of emerging of other (the system) conditions». At the same time, V.S. Stepin in his last works (monographs) identified a particular role of self-organization and self-development in case of complex biosocial systems. All this in theory of chaos and self-organization form 5 basic principles of functioning of complexity (or systems of the third type - STT). In fact, V.S. Stepin laid the foundation for the future (new) philosophy and developed now theory of chaos and self-organization in which humanity moved into the area of uncertainty of living (social in particular) systems completely. However, the rationality of the third type (postnonclassic) requires corrections and additions, as shown in a number of monographs of V.S. Stepin.

One of the most important and decisive phenomena of our time is globalization as a complex and ambiguous process that does not diminish but increases and deepens the economic differentiation of countries and peoples, forms contradictions in political, social and cultural development, and therefore finding a common denominator is becoming increasingly difficult. The essence of globalization as a social process lies in the growing interconnection and interdependence of national economies, national political and social systems, national cultures, and human interaction with the environment. At the beginning of the 21st century, globalization as a new reality was at the center of attention of academics and politicians. As the experts point out, the modern world is characterized by deepening economic and political interdependence and mutual influence, the expansion of international integration, the creation of regional integration associations, the inclusion of the interaction of new markets and actors, and the use of new rules and instruments in this process on a global scale. Globalization is prepared by the whole course of historical development and naturally continues the process of internationalization. Internationalization and globalization are closely interconnected, interact and rival, generating hybrid forms. However, globalization is qualitatively different from the process of internationalization. The distinctive feature of globalization is that the scale and depth of awareness of the world as a single space grows, while internal events in one or another country have the same effect on other peoples and states as foreign policy shares. The basis of the characteristic features of globalization in the economic sphere is the expansion of trade and its liberalization, the internationalization of the turnover of capital and the removal of obstacles to its movement, profound changes in the financial sphere, which more than other forms of cooperation are experiencing the consequences of the e-revolution, the deployment of transnational corporations (TNCs) and their growing expansion, dominant orientation of demand for the world market, the formation of international financial institutions. The processes of shaping the European security policy and the functioning of a common European foreign policy contribute to the transformation of the perception of the concept of neutrality by neutral states, as well as other EU member states that are simultaneously NATO members. Recognizing its geopolitical priorities and developing a foreign policy strategy, Ukraine needs to take into account the transformation of the concept of neutrality. Key words: Ukraine, geopolitical challenges, globalization, integration, national interests

The twentieth century was a time of active expansion of Christian culture throughout the world. The Catholic and some Protestant churches resorted to this. This culture, becoming global, accommodated, and united a large number of cultural and religious minorities. At the same time, promoting its uniqueness, it could not always confirm her identity. One of the characteristic features of the development of the modern world is an increased scale of events, greater internationalization of social processes, and their tendency to become global. Based on all modern problems, in the sense of their understanding and solution, Christian globalism were formed as a component of the doctrine of Christian denominations, which includes a full range of different concepts and ideas that reflect the typical human problems of modern civilization. Since Christian eschatology is confessionally multivariate, it makes sense to explore both the characteristics common to all denominations and specific to some of them, as well as to identify transformational models and forms of adaptation of eschatological ideas to today's realities. The actualization of the problem of moral-ethical and social aspects of Catholic eschatology, Christological-apocalyptic visions of Orthodox eschatological teaching, and the apocalyptic-prophetic character of Protestant eschatology in their transformational manifestations was designed to impart on the paper both theoretical and socio-practical significance.

Bernhard Waldenfels formulates the concept of everydayness as a “crucible of rationality”, in which everydayness is viewed as a social boundary and non-reflective social background of the subject’s interactions with the world of social reality. We explore the potential of everydayness in the detection of the identity of a social subject and rethink Waldenfels’s concept of everydayness. The research method is a phenomenological analysis. In everyday activities of the subject, structures of the humanity’s material culture are replicated and changed. The role of everydayness is growing in the modern world, along with the subjective role of a particular individual. The identification of the social subject in everydayness occurs at the level of natural and social corporeality, which is provided by the heuristics of the adaptive response to the transformation of social processes in the context of the subject’s everyday interactions. Everydayness is represented as constituent and constructive modes of the social being of the subject.

There are three main approaches in the development of mankind. These approaches encompass all anthropogenic activities and are the basis of paradigm change. The transition from one paradigm to another (from deterministic to stochastic and to the third synergetic paradigm) the certain patterns were identified. To consider the differences between these three paradigms the authors introduced the philosophical categories of certainty - uncertainty, predictability - unpredictability. Currently, we are witnessing the birth of the third, synergetic paradigm, which is based on the design of the origin, formation, development and change (evolution) of complex open nonlinear non-equilibrium systems. The theory of self-organization claims to be interdisciplinary and universality, including in the sphere of creation a modern social picture of the world. Synergetics is dealing with collective and mass processes, with complex social systems and it is the most rational key to solving this problem. The Humanity, creating a science, did constantly a system synthesis, specifying in any science, the most important variables and the laws by which these variables are developing. All the laws of physics, chemistry were determined by such rules. Synergetics is now trying to say, how to do it in all Sciences. This review presents the basic principles of the theory of chaos and self-organization and main scientific areas of synergetics. The basics of application of synergetic methodology to practitioners of strategic planning, forecasting, forsythe and modeling were analyzed. The authors presented on the principles of synergetics the basic staged scenarios for the development and management of complex systems. The coping and management of social chaos and interdisciplinary modeling were classified.

States are closely connected with each other in the modern world. This interconnection is due to the objective necessity for all of them to enter into certain relations. Peaceful co-existence of states with different economic and social systems determines the growing significance of co-operation between them. The necessity for cooperation can be explained not only from the economic point of view but also by the fact that a number of crises in the international intercourse still remain unregulated, thus presenting a threat to maintenance of the peace in many parts of the world.

The main stages of the intercultural dialogue as a process are discussed in this paper. The question of the dialogue of cultures is updated according to the new culture and social situation in the world that has developed in the process of globalization. The steps in the process of cultural interaction, which in its turn leads to the logical conclusion of the interaction of cultures as a source of progress, are identified. Intercultural interaction cannot occur except through the interaction of individual worldviews. The problem of identification of an interaction mechanism in the analysis of cross-cultural interaction is considered. The problem of in what way a dialogue of cultures leads to a deepening of cultural self-development, to the mutual enrichment at the expense of other cultural experiences both within particular cultures, and across the world culture is studied. The need for dialogue between cultures is a prerequisite for survival of mankind. Interaction, dialogue of cultures in the modern world is a complex process. The need to ensure optimal interaction and dialogue of peoples and cultures in the interests of each side of this interaction is considered.

Paradigm of sustainable development is not a stationary state but a global resolution of problem in a peacefully manner across the planetary boundaries. It is a normative (ethical) concept, an analytical concept, the science about complex systems, and at the same time a saving formula of the global survival of the world and the most complex human challenge in the 21st century. As an ideal this is a utopian concept, there are no reliable scientific arguments in support of its realisation and predictable time proximity. As an idea, it is a call to mobilizs the whole of mankind. The basic thesis and problem, whether and to what extent sustainable development is achievable or if it remains a fiction and a real danger of excessive technological mind and ecological degradation of the world of life.

The article presents a synergetic interpretation of the nature, mechanism, and role of the Covid-19 pandemic as a fluctuation that has undergone nucleation in the global system. The choice of methodological bases of our research is due to the fact that synergetics is considered today one of the new promising ways to understand the processes taking place in society, in social systems at the turning points of their development. We assume that this Covid-19 pandemic became the critical fluctuation that quickly spread throughout the world. Today, the global system is in a state of imbalance, in which old connections and structures have been destroyed or are being destroyed, and new ones have not yet been formed. As a result, it fell into the bifurcation zone, where further development becomes unpredictable. The modern world is facing another challenge of history. Therefore, today it is extremely important to determine the range of possible attractors of further evolution of the global system and, at the same time, those that are achievable and favorable to humanity. From a philosophical point of view, we can talk about being that appears before our eyes, about the birth of a new reality in which we have to live. It was found that the synergetic methodology involves the creation (consciously) of the necessary conditions for the introduction into the system of the desired fluctuation with signs of a new desired quality, and promote its nucleation. This will lead to the formation of new organizational integrity and the transition to a new evolutionary channel of development. That is why today, various conspiracy theories about the origin of the Covid-19 pandemic are actively spreading. The attitude to them is ambiguous. However, several facts force us to analyze them and draw appropriate conclusions carefully. It is noted that the lack of reliable information does not yet allow us to give an unambiguous answer about the nature of this fluctuation. However, there is no doubt that it has become a powerful factor in forming a new reality, a bifurcation transition to a new – and, so far, not clearly defined – attractor of the evolution of the global system.
