The uniqueness of the special course program “Monitoring the quality of education in the context of interaction with stakeholders” is to take into account the sectoral context and the actual results of monitoring studies of quality training of vocational (professional and technical) education at the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education. The article considers the purpose, objectives, andragogical principles of building a special course program. The content and logic of the special course, which reflects the movement from the analysis of the concepts of quality of education, quality of educational activities, educational monitoring and monitoring of the quality of professional development, to practice-oriented issues of monitoring research on the quality of education and educational services in the context of interaction with stakeholders. The generalized indicators on results of diagnostics of students of advanced training courses during approbation of a special course “Monitoring of quality of education in the context of interaction with stakeholders” are presented.

AbstractThe category of education quality in the system of higher professional education acts as providing high competitiveness, optimal organization and management of the educational process, as well as access to the world market of educational services. We can talk about the international legal regulation of the quality of education relatively arbitrarily, bearing in mind the practical absence of normative legal acts regulating the relations of subjects of international educational law in the field of regulating the quality of education. We can talk about the international component of assessing the quality of education in the context of the Bologna Declaration, because the Bologna process strengthens the European emphasis on assessment and quality control, accreditation, takes a course towards convergence of standards and assessment procedures. Among the most important reforms proclaimed by the Bologna Declaration, the development of European cooperation based on developed comparable criteria and methods is named. In a resolution of the Congress of European Rectors of Universities (Salamanca, March 29–30, 2001), quality is defined as the “cornerstone”, the “fundamental condition” of trust, relevance, mobility, compatibility, and attractiveness. Rectors reaffirmed their intentions to seek mutually recognized mechanisms for assessing, controlling and certifying quality.

This article discusses rating issues in the context of assessing the quality of higher education. In recent years, ratings have become an important attribute of the global educational services market. The main factor of the university's competitive success is its reputation in the national and international educational areas. Therefore, the institution chooses to participate in a particular rating based on its mission. The article tells about the experience of participation of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University in national and world rankings. It is noted that the worthy position of the Korkyt Ata KSU in the ratings is another confirmation and recognition of the quality of education in the university, the result of the painstaking work of the entire university staff. To improve the position of the Korkyt Ata KSU, the main directions are defined in the ratings.

The article seeks to discuss important implications of higher education quality in various society areas of – politics, management, pedagogy, economics, etc. Insights on international best practice convincingly demonstrate that assuring high quality of education and enhancing its further development are the key governance and public administration priorities in all developed countries. It is argued that the quality of life is greatly affected by the level and quality of education. Moreover, it is highlighted that Ukraine has built a robust institutional paradigm of the education system and its governing bodies which focuses on retaining and accumulating strong human capital and research potential. Among the shortcomings in the implementation of the education quality assurance process, the study has identified the following: weak links in the relationships between higher education institutions and business; immaturity of monetization system for university students in the context of their cooperation with private companies; lack of university involvement in promoting the creation of business incubators, science & technology parks, technocities, etc. Apart from that, the findings have revealed significant imbalances in the national economy that translate into the supply shortage in certain occupations and labor market surplus in other professionals, along with displaying another negative trends associated with the processes of skilled workforce migration from rural areas to more developed cities and regions, or the outflow of the working-age population abroad. In turn, labor migration challenges drastic demographic changes that according to statistics, negatively affect the number of higher education applicants. A special emphasis is placed that the national higher education system is facing serious competition from higher education institutions of economically developed neighbouring countries that offer educational services in prestigious high ranked universities, as well as create ample scholarship and grant opportunities to international students. Thus, from the tuition fee perspective, domestic HEIs are often far behind their European counterparts, too. The study presents an in-depth analysis of the range of various impact factors affecting the education quality, the most essential of them are reported to be the legal and regulatory framework for higher education; government policy for higher education management; higher education funding rates; labor market saturation; the effectiveness of quality management tools in rendering educational services, etc.

Education Quality Service is an educational service capable of producing graduates who have expertise and competence as an advantage that is well-organized starting from input, process and output. Based on education quality indicators which include input, process and output . This study aims to explain 1) Describe the picture of servant leadership in MTs. Miftaahush Shuduur, 2) Describe how the quality of education services in MTs is described. Miftaahush Shuduur, 3) Analyzing the effect of servant leadership on the quality of education services at MTs. Miftaahush  Shuduur. This  research  was  conducted  at MTs Miftaahush  Shuduur,  Ciampea  District,  Bogor Regency. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that servant leadership simultaneously has a positive effect on the quality of education services. This shows that the stronger the influence of servant leadership , the higher  the  quality  of  educational  services  produced  by  the  institution. Therefore,  to  establish  the  quality  of educational services in institutions, it is expected that more attention is paid to a servant leadership style . AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to reveal how the quality of education in this Islamic boarding school is, particularly related to education facilities, curriculum and strategies of education quality improve­ments. This study used the qualitative method. Findings of this study are: first, education infrastructure and facilities are relatively complete and adequate, which are supported by the atmosphere of the Islamic boarding school that is full of simplicity and modesty by habituation in implementing clean and healthy lifestyle. Second, the tafaqquh fi-al din (understanding of religion)-based curriculum compiled by the Islamic boarding school occupies the same degree (equal) to the curriculum prepared by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, so that both tafaqquh fi-al din (understanding of religion) studies and general studi­es have high electability, which is able to increase the quality of education and also generates interest and motivation of the people (parents) to put their children to the Islamic boarding school. Third, education in the Islamic boarding school has a strong independency because it is supported by substantial financial resources.AbstrakTujuan tulisan ini untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana mutu pendidikan di pondok pesantren ini, khususnya berkaitan dengan sarana pendidikan, kurikulum dan sterategi peningkatan mutu pendidik­an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil temuan studi ini adalah: Pertama, sarana dan fasilitas pendidikan relatif lengkap dan memadai, ini didukung oleh suasana kehidupan pondok pesan­tren yang penuh kesederhanaan dan kebersahajaan dengan pembiasaan menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat. Kedua, kurikulum yang berbasis tafaqquh fi-al din yang disusun oleh pondok pesantren ini menempati derajat yang sama (equal) dengan kurikulum yang disusun Kementerian Agama, sehinga baik kajian tafaqquh fi al-din maupun pelajaran umum memiliki electabilitas yang tinggi, hal ini mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan sekaligus membangkitkan animo dan motivasi masyarakat (orangtua) untuk memasukkan anaknya ke pesantren ini. Ketiga, penyelenggaraan pendidikan di pon­dok pesantren ini memiliki kemandirian yang kuat, karena didukung oleh sumber dana yang besar.

The purpose are (1) to know the school committee to improve the quality of education at SMP Al-Khairaat Kalumpang Ternate; ( 2 ) to know the work achievement of school committee to improve the education quality  at SMP Al-Khairaat Kalumpang Ternate.The approaches used in this research is a qualitative approach.Research result indicates that ( 1 ) a school committee at SMP Al-Khairaat Kalumpang Ternate has formed by 2012 in accordance with the decree no. 325 / B-III / SMP.BP. Alkh / 11 / 2010 and has the school committee structure, namely; chief; secretaries, and the treasury; ( 2 ) the school committee meeting periodically, that is four times in a year. Involved in the talks is the principal, the teacher, student parents, Al-Khairaat foundation and the school committee. Things had been spoken in the meeting are; the school fee, standards graduation, the school programs plan ; ( 3 ) the school committee does not make a written report yet orally. This is a form of violations Kepmendiknas number 044 / u / 2002 about the school committee.( 4 ) the school committee ' s active, this could influence the development of education at SMP Al-Khairaat Kalumpang Tenate.It is a part breach Kepmendiknas number 044 / u / 2002 about the school committee. The keywords:  performance, the quality, the school committee

The article deals with the world rating of Ukrainian educational sphere according to The Global Competitiveness Report and UNESCO Science Report. It shows comparative indices of Ukraine in contrast to the other countries of these world ratings according to the “Quality of primary education”, “Penetration of primary education”, “Penetration of secondary education”, “Quality of secondary education”, “Quality of education in Sciences”, “Quality of school management”, “School access to the internet” and others. The Ideal

The article presents the results of an empirical study focused on identifying the features of the attitude of college teachers to their additional professional education, continuous self-development and self-improvement. The article examines the ideas of 214 college teachers about the ideal teacher of the secondary vocational education system, the peculiarities of their perception of themselves as subjects of pedagogical activity, their attitude to the existing requirements of periodic training in advanced training courses, the degree of interest in them and the content of their educational needs. The analysis of the survey results showed the need to take into account the peculiarities of their educational needs and the variability of their professional and personal development when organizing advanced training courses for college teachers.
