The article substantiates the application of pedagogical innovation and case-study technology in training in management and marketing in pharmacy in the process of forming the professional competence of future masters in higher education institutions. Professional training of masters of the pharmaceutical industry in higher education institutions should be aimed at ensuring the formation of their professional competence for successful professional self-realization of the individual in today's labor market. The strategic landmark of our country's development - European integration determines the modernization of Ukraine's higher education system, which includes modernization processes and improvement of higher pharmaceutical education, in accordance with social conditionality and labor market demands, optimization of integration processes, adaptation to the European pharmaceutical market and labor market. New demands of the pharmaceutical market lead to the improvement of the system of professional training of future specialists in the pharmaceutical industry in higher education institutions on the basis of the competence approach and their readiness to perform professional competencies. It is established that the modernization of educational processes in the training of future masters of the pharmaceutical industry requires the introduction of sectoral and educational innovations and technologies that will ensure their competitiveness in the modern labor market and further development of the pharmaceutical industry in terms of European integration. Cases of professional-pharmaceutical model situations and level diagnostic packages of tests have been developed, which in complex use provides an opportunity to assess students' academic achievements and diagnose the level of professional competence, readiness to implement professional competencies in management and marketing in pharmacy. A systematic analysis and differential assessment of the formation of professional competence and readiness to implement professional pharmaceutical competencies and research competencies of future masters in applied industry research in management and marketing in pharmacy based on students solving professional-pharmaceutical model situations and test tasks diagnostic packages.

Higher education institutions face the challenge that their graduates have the competences that allows them to quickly enter to the labor market and obtain an adequate economic remuneration. us graduate satisfaction is a key element in the assessment of the quality of institutions, since it allows us to know their perception regarding the quality received in their professional training. e objective is study the quality of higher education institutions and the satisfaction of the graduate in the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas. e methodology is descriptive and transversal  based on graduates information and satisfaction. As a result, Students are satisfied with their professional training received and their expectations were met since the academic level of the institution is good. It is concluded that studies on student satisfaction are useful for higher education institutions to identify educational and administrative priorities about the service they provide.

The prerequisite for ensuring the professional training of masters in the specialty "The Primary Education" in Ukraine is the formation of their professional competence to teach in the higher education institutions. After all, in addition to qualifying as a primary school teacher, they are also qualified as the teacher of pedagogy. Accordingly, the preparation of the modern primary school teacher requires the organization of the educational process in higher education on a scientific humanistic basis which provides purposeful systematic provision of psychological and pedagogical training of scientific and pedagogical staff for the higher education institutions of different levels of accreditation for their interaction with students. This article summarizes the author's experience of studying the teaching methods of the disciplines "Fundamentals of Pedagogy", "Didactics", "Theory and Methods of Education", "Socio-pedagogical Fundamentals of Educational Management" and "History of Pedagogy". In particular, theoretical and aspects of students' methodical activity are revealed: active listening, participation in dialogue and discussion during lectures, observation of pedagogical classes from different sections (basics of pedagogy, didactics, theory of education, history of pedagogy), development of the text of lectures on separate topics, micro-teaching and analysis of pedagogical situations, their modeling, execution of creative tasks, production of visual material. Preparation of the masters for teaching of pedagogical disciplines in the institutions of higher pedagogical education facilitates their mastery of the basic concepts and categories of pedagogy, historical aspects of the formation of pedagogy as a science, current trends in education; the content of pedagogical disciplines in the institutions of higher pedagogical education; features of the education process, its regularities and principles, the methods and organizational forms, etc. Also, in the process of studying the methodology of teaching pedagogical disciplines, the masters have the ability to prepare curricula for disciplines; to plan and conduct various types of training (lectures, seminars and practical classes); to control and diagnose students' educational achievements; to organize various types of cognitive work with students, etc.

The article substantiates the expediency of using case technology in the process of studying chemical disciplines, which is not only one of the top priorities of modern professionally-oriented learning technologies, but also adapted to the formation of professional competence of future specialists in the field of pharmacy. The tendencies of introduction of the case study method in the practice of professional higher education are revealed; the main tasks and objectives of application of the case method in the process of professional training of students are formulated. Case-study based lessons are reviewed and described, major stages of “case” use are highlighted, as well as the role of the teacher and the student at each corresponding stage is indicated. Authors’ own case-study based technologies and experience of their successful and effective practical application and exploitation in the process of studying chemical disciplines in Zhytomyr College of Pharmacy are revealed and substantiated. The article contains the results and analysis of the responses of undergraduates and first-year students about the need for chemical knowledge, which were collected through an anonymous survey. The role, criteria, stages of realization of professional orientation of teaching chemistry as a complex multifunctional process aimed at students' awareness of motives, needs of future professional activity, combination of theoretical and practical components of educational content are clarified. The value of the case study method in the professional development of a pharmaceutical specialist during college studies is argued. The aim of the study is to expand the range of opportunities for teachers of professional higher education to use the latest technology of case-study in the process of forming the professional competence of future pharmacists in the process of studying chemical disciplines. The result of the use of case technology is the training of a qualified competitive specialist, as well as the formation of key competencies of the student, his/her ability to self-development, self-determination, self-education.

The aim of our study was to create a system of exercises for teaching interpretation in the language pair "German-Ukrainian", due to the emergence of new standards for the quality of professional training of interpreters. In our article we used theoretical and empirical research methods: critical analysis of scientific literature on translation studies, methods of professional training of translators; educational documents and textbooks in higher education institutions; monitoring the organization of interpretation training in higher education institutions; observation of the organization of interpretation training in the Free Economic Zone; survey of translation teachers in order to study the state of professional training of applicants for higher education; questionnaires, self-assessment of future translators in order to identify the probable level of their professional competence. At the initial stage of the study, a survey of both higher education and translation teachers was conducted in order to identify priority areas of professional interpretation of an interpreter, to select relevant material and develop a system of exercises to develop skills and skills of interpretation within the discipline "Fundamentals of Interpreting", which is taught in the 3rd year (180 hours, 6 credits). The subject component of the content of interpretation training is limited on the basis of the results of the questionnaire in the following areas: social, political, as well as the field of culture and education. According to the stages of interpretation training, a system of exercises consisting of three subsystems has been developed. These include exercises for: 1) the formation of special skills of interpretation; 2) automation of skills and formation of special and strategic skills; 3) development of special and strategic skills. The material for the development of these exercises was authentic German-language online sources in the field of culture and education, as well as social and political spheres of human activity (official websites of Deutsche Welle, the European Commission, the website of the Federal Chancellor and the President of Germany; private podcast Annik Rubens Slow German mit Annik Rubens, printed publications in online format: Bild, Zeit, Spiegel, die Welt, Frankfurter Allgemeine, as well as online terminological dictionaries. The total amount of practical tasks for translation and exercises for the formation and automation of special skills of interpretation and development of strategic skills is 200 units, which are offered as a basis for the conclusion of methodological development for teaching interpretation in the 3rd year. he article is devoted to the design of a model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions and substantiation of the essence of functions used in the study of the application of innovative technologies in professional activities. The aim of the article is to characterize the semantic principles of designing the model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions. Achieving the goal involved the use of a number of methods: general – analysis, synthesis, abstraction and generalization, which made it possible to design a model of educational and communicative environment for the training of teachers of philology of higher education institutions; structural-logical analysis – allowed to outline the functions of the model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions. In addition, the article outlines and analyzes the main scientific sources on this issue. The article characterizes the content principles of designing a model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachersphilologists of higher education institutions, formation of professional competence, readiness of future teachers-philologists for professional activity, professional self-improvement and development, formation of integration knowledge and prognostic skills. The practical significance of the research lies in the development and design of a model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions. As a result of the research, we came to the following conclusions that designing a model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions involves creation of the optimal conditions for teaching language and literature; stimulation of speech and mental activity of students; development of their critical thinking, language personality, multiple intelligence and cross-cultural communication; ability to conceptually model information; expansion of knowledge space taking into account individual styles and learning strategies. We see prospects for further development of this thematic area in the implementation of internal and external system communication, coordination of communicative and pedagogical actions, recording and adjusting learning outcomes.

It outlines approaches to a classification of cases and description of the structure and principles of creating cases. The paper also defines the features of using the case technology in the process of professional training of future specialists in printing and publishing in the higher education institutions. What is more, it describes electronic resources including methodological instructions for the use of case-technology in the process of covering "Publishing Design" course.

The topical problem of using the tutoring system of education and upbringing of student youth during the introduction of distance learning has been considered. The purpose of the article is to investigate the role of a tutor in the formation of professional competence of students in the training of future health and safety specialists during the introduction of distance learning. The main types of distance learning technologies have been analyzed, which allows to carry out distance learning, not only without losing the quality of learning, but on the contrary improving it through individualization, active learning methods, bilateral interaction between a teacher and a student. The author substantiates the advantages of introducing distance learning to prevent the complication of the epidemiological situation and the creation of favorable learning conditions in the context of the spread of COVID-19. The peculiarities of the work of a tutor in the conditions of online learning have been described. It has been established that the introduction of distance learning via the Internet, with periodic counseling of students by teachers-consultants (coordinators, tutors) – is a resource to fully ensure the level of knowledge acquisition and skills necessary for future professional activity and further career growth labor protection specialists. The author reveals the essence of the concept of «tutor». The importance of a tutor in the application of distance learning in higher education institutions is theoretically substantiated. It has been established that a tutor is a key figure in the distance learning process. The responsibilities, roles, functions and tasks of a tutor in modern educational conditions, to ensure the quality of educational services in higher education institutions and to achieve the goal of education are highlighted. The pedagogical conditions of training, which are realized by a teacher (tutor), during the introduction of distance learning, during the professional training of future specialists of occupational safety in order to obtain a competent specialist, are presented. It has been estimated that the role of a teacher (tutor) is expanding and updating in the system of distance education. It has been established that a teacher (tutor) coordinates the cognitive process using various forms of interaction (seminars, webinars, video-lectures, video-conferences), improves digital educational content, provides meaningful advice, manages educational projects and other.

The author offers a conceptual foundations for modernization of the civil protection service professionals’ train-ing in higher education institutions of State Emergency Service of Ukraine through the creation of innovative information and educational environment based on the active use of new pedagogical and information and communication technologies, facilitate the formation of positive motivation of educational activities, professional orientation, emotional intensity and the importance of training in higher education institutions, updating and understanding of cadets and students of the near and final goals with th training. The developed conceptual foundations reveal the scientific and pedagogical bases of modernization of the system of professional training of future specialists of the civil protection service at the four levels: methodological, scientific-pedagogical, technological-designing and methodical. In his opinion, this will enable the formation of the appropriate level of professional competence of specialists in the civil protection service and, as a result, the high results of their professional activities.

The article investigates the phenomenon of professional training of the future engineer-teacher of food profile for the formation of sanitary and hygienic culture in professional activity. The structural components are highlighted and their content is analysed: motivational, cognitive (knowledge of conceptual and terminological culture, awareness of methods and means of forming a professional sanitary and hygienic culture of a food engineer-teacher, etc.), activity (ability to organize and form a sanitary and hygienic culture; ability to increase students’ level of sanitary and hygienic culture, etc.).The current stage of development of the higher education system places high demands on the professional and personal qualities of a scientific and pedagogical worker. Implementation of the main tasks of the National Strategy for Education Development in Ukraine requires further improvement of higher education institutions, in particular: introduction of a multi-level education system compatible with the European one; ensuring the fairness and transparency of entrance examinations; creation of innovative structures in higher education institutions; development of international cooperation in the field of education and science; reorientation of the higher education system to the development of competencies specific to the number of specializations during practice and further additional education.Society places new demands on the future engineer-teacher of food profile, who must have deep moral values, a clear civic position, a system of values and beliefs, be ready for creative development and self-improvement and carry out professional activities at a high level. Therefore, in addition to the formation of a harmoniously developed personality, it is necessary to pay attention to the formation of professional competence of the future specialist in the food industry. This need can be realized through the introduction of conceptual approaches to vocational training, retraining and advanced training of teachers for the system of vocational education, the main of which are updating the goals and content of vocational engineering and pedagogical education based on activity approach and personal orientation, updating the competency paradigm taking into account the international experience for the integration of the educational space in accordance with European requirements.
