Pedagogical professional culture is an integral part of a teacher's general culture, which reflects his personal qualities, reputation, professionalism, pedagogical skills, etc. consists of a set of unifying qualities. Just as professional culture is not possible without a common culture, so the lack of a professional culture is the result of certain gaps in the general culture. Occupational culture can manifest itself in the conditions of realization of these professions, as each group of professions, object of work and subject of labor, which they include, have their own specific features. The tasks facing the profession also include the culture of the profession. In other words, professional culture manifests itself as a high level of fulfillment of the main tasks facing a particular profession or group of professions. If a professional, a specialist performs his / her professional duties professionally, with dignity and honesty, and approaches his / her work with a sense of responsibility for the work he / she performs and embodies himself / herself in this work, it is an indicator of a high level of professional culture. The pedagogical professional culture of a teacher occupies an important place among his professional qualities. Like its didactic, organizational, communicative, constructive, perspective skills and abilities, the pedagogical professional culture has a special role in the field of professionalism, competence and pedagogical skills. Key words: pedagogy, didactics, school, teacher, student, science, education, upbringing, professionalism

The problem of introducing distance learning in primary school is actualized by the development of social networks and Internet technologies, which open unlimited horizons for their application in educational activities. In addition, the introduction of quarantine in Ukraine requires primary school teachers to find ways to effectively master the program material. Among such ways is distance learning. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the specifics and possibilities of organizing the educational process in primary school with the use of distance learning. In the process of scientific research methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization were used. An effective commercial platform for distance learning is the service "My Class", which contains online courses from 1st to 11th grade, which contain lessons that integrate theoretical (test presentation of content) and practical (individual tasks that can be solved independently of each other, a block of tasks that need to be solved sequentially, guidelines) blocks. Result. Emphasis is placed on the requirements to be met by a primary school teacher when organizing distance learning in primary school during the quarantine period and it is suggested to advise parents who will work remotely with junior students in the initial stages of distance learning, gradually transferring activity to children.

The author aims to discover the terminology of educational courses and the development of its concept for tracing the process of beginning teaching the elements of archeology and its formation as a separate discipline in the educational courses of the University. It is mentioned that from the first half of the ХІХ century the term «Archeology» was only appeared in scientific turnover and rarely appeared in the names of an educational courses. The term «antiquity» was used for the academic disciplines which were connected with the distant past. From the second half of the ХІХ century the situation changed. The question about the development of archeology was sharply rose in the Russian Empire, Archeological Congresses were conducted. Systematic archaeological excavations began, so qualified specialists were needed. But there were not such separate academic discipline as «Archeology» because of the lack of the specialists and teaching staff. The basis for archeology knowledge was the teaching of the disciplines of philological profile. Particular attention to the ancient languages oriented students to the acquisition of ancient social and cultural values. In the second half of the ХІХ century, there were qualitative changes in the archeological science itself. The first generalizations appear, but teaching has fallen short of scientific achievements. The author points that professor M. Aristov (1834–1882) was the first who taught the courses which had archeological specialization, but there were no term «archeology» in its name.

The high risk of cognitive disorders in the elderly and senile age makes, on the one hand, to look for their causes, on the other - the possibility of prevention. In this regard, in recent years, the concept of cognitive reserve has become widespread, implying a set of quantitative parameters of the brain and its ability to maintain high functional activity in the process of aging and against the background of age-related brain pathology. The material presented in the article on the basis of the review of scientific literature highlights two main points concerning the possibility of preserving the cognitive reserve-gender and educational factors. It is pointed to the different opportunities of women and men associated with the structural and functional characteristics of the Central nervous system in representatives of different sexes and the special role of the educational process supported throughout life. The author’s position on the need to separate the concepts of education and the level of General culture, and the creation of a convenient tool for determining the latter is indicated. This, in turn, would help in the development of a cognitive reserve model aimed at preventing the transformation of physiological cognitive aging into pathological aging.
