This study aims to determine: 1) Implementation Supervision Non-Directive Supervisor to improve Pedagodik Competence of Islamic Religious Education Teacher Elementary School in Kudus District. 2) Contribution of Supervision of Non-Directive Supervisor in improving Teacher Competence. This type of  research is Qualitative, by using phenomenological approach data obtained through interview, observation, and documentation. Analysis using interactive model according to analysis Miles and Hubermen (1984) that is reduction, display, and withdrawal of conclusion. Data validity is done by extending research time, data triangulation. The results of this study are: 1) the implementation of non directive supervision of supervisor carried out individually by Visitation to the school to listen directly to the problems conveyed by the Teachers and in groups by distributing problem cards to teachers at the Teachers' Working Group on Islamic Religious Education. 2) The supervisor's non-directive contribution made by the supervisor makes teacher of Islamic study in Elementary school have been able to make the teaching administration, able to utilize the media, facilities and technology, able to choose  methods and  learning strategies right. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Implementasi Supervisi NonDirektif Pengawas untuk meningkatkan Kompetensi pedagodik GuruPendidikan Agama Islam Sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Kudus. 2) Bagaimana Kontribusi Supervisi Non Direktif Pengawas dalam meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis, data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis menggunakan model interaktif menurut analisa Miles and Hubermen (1984) yaitu reduksi, display, dan  penarikan kesimpulan.Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan memperpanjang waktu penelitian, dan triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) pelaksanaan Supervisi non direktif pengawas dilaksanakan secara individual yaitu dengan visitasi ke sekolah  untuk mendengarkan secara langsung permasalahan yang disampaikan oleh Guru dan secara kelompok dengan membagikan kartu masalah kepada guru di forum Kelompok Kerja Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. 2) Kontribusi supervisi nondirektif yang dilakukan pengawas menjadikan guru PAI SD dapat membuat administrasi pembelajaran, mampu memanfaatkan media, sarana dan teknologi,  mampu  memilih metode dan strategi  pembelajaran yang tepat.

The main objective of this research was reveal in detail by facts and data to get a complete image about the implementation of improvement program of educator quality at integrated elementary school Al-Fikri Islamic Green School Pekanbaru. This research specifically aimed reveal information objectively and empirically that relates understanding of improvement program of teachers’ quality, implementation of improvement program types, the supporting and abstracting factors in the implementation of the program and the effects of the implementation of the program and the effects of the implementation of the program at integrated elementary school Al-Fikri Islamic Green School Pekanbaru. This research used qualitative approach; the data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The data were analyses by descriptive qualitative with descriptive presentation, and triangulation was used know the data validity. The result showed that the teachers understand the improvement program of the teacher quantity well. The improvement programs of teachers’ quality at this school which were actualized in some programs such as education and training, ta’lim, kkg, teacher meeting, supervision, seminars workshop, study tour, character school programs could be done well. It was showed that there were supporting and obstructing factors on this program. Then, this program had positive effect toward the development of teacher competence optimally, positive effect an teacher service students, positive effect an teacher service to students’ parents, and positive effect an school quality.

In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, distance or online learning has become the primary method used by the government, in this case the Ministry of Education and Culture, to prevent the increasing number of Covid-19 viruses and the emergence of clusters in schools. In online learning, PAK teachers in their multifunctional role need to apply contextual learning strategies so that teaching and learning activities can take place in a systematic, directed, unobstructed, effective and efficient manner and can achieve educational targets. Contextual learning is a learning strategy that emphasizes the process of student involvement to achieve goals associated with real-life situations. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and data collection is done by interview and documentation as well as relevant literature. The results of the study on some high achieving students' motivation and interest in learning increased with the online learning method after the Christian Religious Education teacher carried out the role optimally by using contextual learning strategies. AbstrakDi era pandemi covid 19 pembelajaran jarak jauh atau daring merupakan metode yang digunakan pemerintah dalam hal ini Kemendikbud sebagai upaya untuk mencegah semakin meningkatnya pandemi covid 19 dan munculnya klaster di sekolah sehingga metode daring menjadi satu-satunya pilihan untuk pembelajaran yang harus dilakukan di era pandemi covid 19. Strategi pembelajaran merupakan garis-garis besar haluan untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Pada pembelajaran daring maka guru PAK dalam peran multifungsinya perlu menerapkan strategi pembelajaran kontekstual agar kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat berlangsung secara sistematis, terarah, tidak terhambat, efektif dan efisien serta dapat mencapai sasaran. Pembelajaran kontekstual merupakan strategi pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses keterlibatan siswa untuk mencapai sasaran dihubungkan dengan kondisi situasi kehidupan yang nyata. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara serta dokumentasi juga literatur-literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian pada beberapa siswa berprestasi motivasi dan minat belajar meningkat dengan metode belajar daring setelah guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen menjalankan peran secara maksimal dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran kontekstual.

The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of PAI teachers in teaching related to the use of instructional media. This study uses a qualitative approach. The instrument of this research is the researcher himself. Key informants are PAI teachers, while supporting informants are principals, teachers and students as well as other informants who are obtained by using snow-ball sampling.The findingsof the study obtained an overview of the conditions of theimplementation of the process of religious learning conducted by the teacher. In this case therelationship with variations in using instructional media. It was found in this study that in generalthe teaching teacher was accustomed to traditional ways and could not use the media. Besidesthat, the instructional media available in schools cannot be used for various reasons. And eventeachers have been satisfied with the teaching conditions that have been carried out for years,so they are not interested in using the right instructional media in accordance with the learningmaterial provided.

This study focused on the search and identification of problematic use of Islamic Religious Education lesson books Elementary School by taking samples at SD 01 Lalebbata da SD Murante Palopo. The research problem is: how textbooks Islam is exploited? how the utilization of the subject matter in the book and its relevance to the purpose of education to improve students' devotion and shaping behavior that noble ?. Operationalize the descriptive qualitative research method. The results showed that the general distribution of the utilization of the book Islamic Religious Studies (PAI) curriculum, 2006 at State Elementary School (SDN) Palopo not be a critical problem because of the use of BOS funds. Problems then just look at the mechanism of utilization of PAI books, for example in the use of religious subject matter in the book PAI are not relevant to the purpose of national education to create didika participants are devoted to Allah SWT. Relevanan lack is evident from the number of materials over religious rituals (worship) as compared with the material that introduces God as a substance which should dieknali and loved by humans. Learning strategies with the dominant religion of the subject matter more to load the religious rituals can be bad for students, where they're treated early with many television shows that divert them from the love of God.

The research objectives were to find out: (1) how teachers implement Islamic religious education learning in the 2013 curriculum, (2) steps in applying the 2013 curriculum, and (3) problems related to the pattern of Islamic religious education in implementing the 2013 curriculum. The research method used is qualitative research, data collection is carried out in natural conditions and using data collection methods, namely: interview method, observation method, documentation method. Activities in data analysis are: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show: (1) the teacher first makes a Learning Implementation Plan by paying attention to the aspects of the life skills developed, the media used and the assessments carried out, (2) the learning process is carried out by applying a scientific approach, as well as active learning strategies, including modeling the way, reading aloud, reading guide, group resume, and (3) evaluations conducted by the teacher using an authentic assessment system which includes cognitive aspects, skills aspects, and affective aspects (spiritual and social).

This paper discusses about the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in dealing with students absorption skills. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data verification. This paper found that the Islamic religious education teacher at SMP Negeri 4 Sojol Kec. Sojol Kab. Donggala is successful in using learning strategies to increase thinking skills, because it can create fun learning and make students feel faster in understanding the subject matter of Islamic Religious Education. One aspect that affects the success of learning is the ability of the teacher to manage learning. The teacher delivering material learning with calm, not rushing in delivering material. So, the students can analyze the material. Creating a pleasant learning atmosphere in the classroom, making students not feel bored with the material

This article is the result of qualitative research conducted in five State Islamic Elementary Schools (MIN) in Yogyakarta Special Region. This article is aimed to elaborate critically the impact of integrative thematic learning implementation for the development of competencies of learners and teachers. The findings in this paper are: first, the implementation of integrative thematic learning at The State Islamic Elementary School (MIN) has a positive impact for the development of students' critical and creative attitude and critical thinking skill. The weakness of this research result is that the mastery of learners on the concept/subject matter is still poor. Second, the implementation of integrative thematic learning at State Islamic Elementary School (MIN) has a positive impact on teacher competence improvement, namely: (1) encouraging teachers to keep learning well related to integrative thematic learning concepts, learning materials, learning models, learning strategies / methods, media development and sources learning, and assessment;(2) encouraging teachers to prepare for more mature learning; and (3) encourage teachers to further enhance cooperation with peers and parents/ guardians of learners.

The purpose of this research are: (1) to know the design of delivery strategy of learning of productive lesson; (2) to know the implementation of delivery strategy of learning of productive lesson; and (3) to find out the result of applying the delivery strategy of learning of productive lesson. This research uses qualitative phenomenological approach with multi-case design. Informants in this study are students, teachers, leaders of Vocational High School in Serang City. Data collection through interviews and observation. Data analysis technique is Miles & Huberman interactive model. The results of this study found that (1) The design of the delivery of learning strategies productive lesson conducted by teachers is to design learning strategies by involving the media and based on the goal; (2) At the time of learning activities of productive lesson take place, the strategy used by teachers is the use of instructional media by demonstrating to students in front of the classroom; and (3) The implementation of learning delivery strategy of productive lesson applied by the teachers from each of the research sites resulted in increased value.

Integrating ICT in teacher training has become an absolute necessity over recent years. This research highlights the role of training as a means to improve Islamic religious education teacher competence in ICT. Specifically, the case-study research aim is to describe the level of ICT integration into the Islamic religious education training, referring to ‘education-and-training’, at a religious training center (RTC) in Palembang, Indonesia. Thirty teachers of Indonesian Islamic school (madrasah) and two facilitators at the RTC acted as informants in the research. Using the interactive model of qualitative analysis by Miles and Huberman, the research results indicated that the participants have already integrated ICT but were restricted to using presentations, especially the PowerPoint computer program. Secondly, age and technical problems became the major constraints to realize such integration. With respect to the availability of facilities, the RTC is in good category.
