Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai.ABSTRACTThe research data obtained is in accordance with the problem under study, analyzed using a simple linear regression formula, and the equation Y = 6.18 + 0.58X is obtained. The equation shows that every time there is a change (increase or decrease) in variable X (organizational culture) 1 point will be offset by a change (increase or decrease) in Y variable (employee performance) by 1 point at a constant of 6.18. From the correlation analysis, it can be seen that the relationship between the independent variable (organizational culture) and the dependent variable (employee performance) is 0.59 which is in the interval value 0.40 - 0.599 with a fairly strong relationship category.Analysis of the contribution of variable X (organizational culture) to variable Y (employee performance) using the coefficient of determination equation, obtained a value of 34.81%. This shows that variable X (organizational culture) contributes 34.81% to variable Y (organizational performance), while the rest, namely 65.19% is determined by other factors. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Employee Performance.

ABSTRACT: One of the important factors in improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) is by training and developing employees to achieve company goals. This research method uses quantitative methods, with the technique of determining saturated sampling. The research was conducted through questionnaires to all employees of PT. Kasumatama Mitra Selaras, which is an outsourcing company with a total of 37 respondents. This questionnaire calculation with the technique of calculating the correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression equations. With the SPSS 21 application, the correlation coefficient results are 0.650 and the results are categorized as strong. the determination coefficient can be seen that 0.422 or 42.2% of PT Kusumatama Mitra Selaras performance variables can be influenced by the training variable and the remaining 57.8% is influenced by other factors. Based on the calculation table of the regression equation can be obtained the equation is Y = 13.155 + 0.662 X. From the equation of the function it can be said that if training is constant or is 0 then Y (Performance) is equal to 13.155 with a regression coefficient of 0.662.

This research was conducted because the performance of employees at PT Mora Telematics Indonesia is not optimal so it is suspected that there is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Mora Telematics Indonesia Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research. The study population was 150 employees with a sample of 60 respondents who were taken using simple random sampling technique and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Simple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Testing were used in this study. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation and performance. Thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The effect of compensation on performance is indicated by the regression equation Y =. The results also show a correlation coefficient or r of 0.452, which means that there is a moderate relationship between the independent variable, namely compensation to the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination or r-square of 0.204 shows that compensation for performance has an effect of 20.4% and the remaining 79.6% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study
