The article raises the issue of current interest of automation the process of calculation and evaluation of physical buildings deterioration. This is the most important indicator that characterizes the physical condition of the building in quantitative terms and is of interest to realtors and management companies. Calculation and assessment of physical wear and tear of buildings is a difficult and time-consuming task and is currently carried out manually or by means of Microsoft Office Excel. In this regard, the software module is proposed and developed that allows to calculate and evaluate the physical wear of buildings according to VSN 53-86 (p), which reduces the complexity and time of assessing physical wear. The software module is developed using MongoDB Server, IDE Studio 3T, Microsoft Visual Studio programming system 2017.NET Framework 4.6.1, WPF technologies, in C#, Net, using the MVVM architectural pattern. The user is provided with the following functionality when working with the software module: selection of the studied system elements, reference information of signs of their wear, automatic calculation of physical wear and reporting on the received assessment. The program module is tested at the Department of housing and communal services of the Voronezh state technical University.

In the process of oil production and transportation, oil spill accidents are usually occurred due to various reasons during the drilling platform exploration, oil tanker and pipeline transportation. After the oil spill accident, it is very important to provide effective disposal technology timely. This paper successfully constructed an Oil Spill Pollution Contingency Disposal System based on .NET framework, Oracle Database, ArcGIS Desktop and Microsoft Visual Studio. The system could not only offer the selection of various technology and tools in time, but also protect the nearby sensitive resources. The developed system makes a contribution to oil spill contingency response and increasing accident emergency disposal ability in our country.

At the moment, the data for billing is transferred to the 1C: Therefore, one of the tasks is the selection of software and the transfer of the information base from the 1C Cargo system. To do this, the database is unloaded in .xml format with the declaration of exchange rules between systems.

Abstract One of the methods for detecting defects in the rolling surface of the wheels of freight cars is to measure the deformations of the rail under the passing train. The method is based on the analysis of a strain gauge signal. The main task of the strain gauge signal analysis is the selection of informative components and the removal (filtering) of interference. The paper presents methods of filtering diagnostic signals of strain gauge control and the selection of informative components. The useful signal component can be used to measure the mass of cars, to determine the dynamic load on the rails and to detect defects in the rolling surface of the wheels. The method of adaptive Kalman filtering and linear convolution are proposed as signal processing tools. Based on these algorithms, a software module based on the.NET Framework has been developed using the C# programming language. The algorithms were tested on the signals received when the train was moving along the active section of the track, with a strain gauge control system located on it. The computational complexity and speed of the algorithms are assessed, and the possibility of their further application in the autonomous mode of the system is investigated. The results show that the use of the Kalman filtering algorithm provides a significant performance advantage over the linear convolution algorithm.

The research field of eRobotics is currently an active domain of interest for scientists working in the area of “eSystem engineering”. The objective is to effectively use electronic media — hence the “e” at the beginning of the term — to achieve the best possible advance in the development of their respective fields of use. Well known developments in this research area include eHealth and eMedicine, eLearning, eGovernment, eSecurity, eBusiness, eForensics and so on. The aim of developments in eRobotics is to provide a comprehensive software environment to address robotics-related issues. Starting with user requirements analysis of system design, support for the development and selection of appropriate robot hardware, robot and mechanisms programming, system and process simulation, control design, and encompassing the validation of developed models and programs, eRobotics requires a continuous and systematic computer support. In this way, the ever increasing complexity of current computer-aided robotic solutions will be kept manageable, and know-how from completed work is electronically preserved and made available for further applications. In the first place, this paper is intended to give an overview of the numerous applications of eRobotics that have already been realized und thus to promote the term eRobotics in the field of Virtual Reality and simulation.

With the mass production of Electric Vehicles, end of line test of Electric Vehiles has become an important research topic.In this paper, a scheme of the system with a portable computer is establish for thepractical application to the end of line test based on CAN bus, and then design and research of the testing system software are followed. To develop establish the system scheme, we study in depth and explore test methods and management, and design two test modes in view of the practicality and re-usability of the test system. In the process of system software development, we program in LabVIEW, manage the test items in NI TestStand, make a research and optimization of Microsoft Office Access database connection for both software, and design user interface program of database maintenance and management finally. Commissioning not only verifies practical performance of the test system in the aspects of testing, data processing and others, but also feedbacks the reference information to enhance and improve the stability and re-usability of the system based on CAN bus.

Purpose: to determine the most significant kinematic indicators in the sports selection of beginner shot putters. Material and Methods: This study was carried out on a sample of 9 students at the fourth stage of the competition in Division 1, which took place in the 2017/2018 academic year at the Faculty of Physical Education of Maysan University. The following kinematic (biomechanical) parameters were analyzed: the angle of release of the nucleus, the velocity of release, the height of the point of ejection of the nucleus and the speed of swing. The correlation coefficients were determined between the kinematic indicators and the result in the shot put, as well as the regression equation for the dependence of the result in the shot put on the knematic indicators. The data obtained in the study were presented in the form of the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, median, skewness coefficient, Pearson's correlation coefficient, analysis of variance and linear regression, which included the contribution coefficients of each analyzed indicator, standard error, reliability of the regression equation as a whole, and reliability of the coefficients contribution to the shot put result of each kinematic exponent. Results. It has been shown that the swing speed has the greatest influence on the result in the shot put among beginner athletes. The swing speed, shot angle, shot speed and shot height have significant relationships with the shot put result. The multiple regression equation for the dependence of the shot put result on the swing speed, shot angle, shot height and shot point turned out to be reliable in general. However, only the swing speed has a reliable coefficient of the regression equation. The shot angle tends to be the determining factor in the shot put result. The release rate and the height of the release point have significant correlations with the shot put result, although in the regression equation they have unreliable indicators of influence on the shot put result. Conclusions. When teaching beginner shot putters, the greatest attention should be paid to the pushing swing technique, namely the swing speed. The second most important indicator is the angle of the shot put, it is recommended to use the basic prediction equation, which determines the expected results in the selection of young athletes in shot put, with high reliability of the results obtained. These characteristics are recommended to be used for evaluating young athletes, as well as in the process of training and preparing athletes for competitions.

The method involves calculation and selection of methods of tractor maintenance, taking into account the working conditions of the operator in the field. It is intended for agricultural enterprises with an average annual number of tractors not exceeding 20 units. Calculation for the choice of maintenance methods is carried out on a personal computer in Microsoft Office Excel or a calculator for the minimum value of the unit cost of tractor maintenance. Research objective is to determine the most rational method of maintenance by the specific cost of tractor maintenance. The method allows determining the unit cost of maintenance, either taking into account the additional costs of tractor maintenance when servicing tractors in the field conditions, or without taking them into account. The article presents the selection procedure for maintenance methods, taking into account the working conditions. The annual economic effect from the application of this method, calculated on the example of agricultural enterprises of the Irkutsk region, is 27.8 thousand rubles per tractor. The method was tested as exemplified by farms in the Tulunsky and Cheremkhovsky districts of the Irkutsk region and can be useful to engineers maintaining farming tractors. The results of the study can be used in agricultural enterprises, both the Irkutsk region and the Siberian region as a whole.

The research was carried out at the Surkhandarya Scientific Experimental Station of the Vegetable-Melon Plant and Potato Research Institute in 2013-2015.mThe aim of the research was to evaluate F1 hybrids and their parental forms by early maturity and to identify the most promising combinations in the conditions of southern Uzbekistan. The studies are devoted to the selection of the parental forms of tomato of different maturation period and the creation on their basis of F1 tomato hybrids and their evaluation on a set of economically valuable traits, primarily on early maturity. The total yield was highest for Dar Zavolzhye, Chelnok, Persey, Utro-2, Slava Moldova, Gruntoviy Gribovskiy 1180, Lyana (51.4-64.4 t/ha) and F1 hybrids: Ion-N x Persey, Novichok x Persey, Dar Zavolzhye x Slava Moldovy, VIR-100 x Perseus, Gruntoviy Gribovsky 1180 x Liyana, Lyana x Persey, Novichok x Slava Moldova, (76,2-90,8 t/ha). High early yield properties are distinguished in the samples of Ion-N, Lyana, Gruntovy Gribovsky 1180, Utro -2, VIR-100, Dar Zavolzhye (21.7-30.5 t/ha) and hybrid combinations Ion-N x Persey, Novichok x Persey, VIR-100 x Persey, Dar Zavolzhye x Slava Moldovy, Gruntoviy Gribovsky 1180 x Lyana, Lyana x Ion-N, the productivity of which for the first three harvest is 25.8-34.2 t/ha. The high effect of heterosis on the overall yield was noted in combinations of Novichok x Persey, Ion-N x Persey, VIR-100 x Persey, Argo x Slava Moldovy, Lyana x Persey, Dar Zavolzhye x Slava Moldovy, Novichok x Slava Moldovy. The above hybrids exceeded the most productive parent by 21.6-33.6 t / ha. The effect of heterosis was 39.6-64.0%. A high effect of heterosis (from 107.5 to 161.2%) on early yield was noted in combinations of Novichok x Persey, Ion-N x Persey, Dar Zavolzhye x Slava Moldovy, Dar Zavolzhye x Novichok, Lyana x Ion-N. Ion-N, VIR-100, Argo, Lyana, and the Slava Moldovy are distinguished according to this important indicator of the maturity of ripening. Only three combinations of Ion-H x Persey, Ion-N x VIR-100, Lyana x IonN, with the maturity of fruit ripening 43-54%.

The current stage of development of university libraries requires active participation in the processes of formation and development of an effective system of publication activity of university researchers. the constant collection and monitoring of data on the indicators of authors in Russian and international scientometric systems is an important component of this system. Collecting information and keeping it up-to-date in order to quickly respond to incoming requests along with the ability to output data in various structured formats, are inefficient and time-consuming in case of constant access to platforms and “manual” generation of information.The article presents the stages of creation and development of a software module created and functioning at the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia and allowing real-time output of structured current and comparative data on scientometric indicators of university teachers and researchers. Particular attention is paid to the prospects for the development of the created complex and the possibilities of data integration, including the earlier implemented synchronization of information with the profiles of teachers on the university website.The program module was created on the basis of database interaction with the API of scientometric resources such as Russian Science Citation Index, Scopus and Web of Science with the goal of further processing and systematization of the data obtained. Introduction. The need to include authentic works of fiction in the foreign language teaching process is obvious, but the selection of texts of the appropriate level at the elementary and intermediate stages of Spanish teaching remains a challenge. Since this phenomenon has not been sufficiently explored, the aim of this article is to present a list of unabridged short stories that correspond to the intermediate level (B1 PCIC) and the results of the study on the benefits of using these stories as a means of stimulating communication skills in the Spanish class. Materials and Methods. To study the problem, a Likert scale questionnaire, oral interviews, and a check of the final work were carried out. The study involved 54 students from three Russian universities and one school where Spanish and English are studied in depth. The collected data were processed by methods of mathematical statistics in Microsoft Office Excel. For the study, 36 short stories by contemporary Hispanic authors were selected and pre and post-reading questions were developed to introduce the topic and stimulate oral speech. Results. Based on the results of the study, it was revealed that the selected stories correspond to the B1 level of the Cervantes Instituteʼs curriculum, and the topics presented in the stories stimulate communication in the class, pushing the fear of making a mistake into the background. Many Spanish teachers introduce unabridged fiction starting at B2 level. This experiment demonstrates the successful use of short stories at an intermediate level of language proficiency. Discussion and Conclusion. The results of the study contribute to the development and improvement of the methodology of teaching Spanish with the use of authentic fiction texts. The materials of the article will be useful for practicing teachers and methodologists of the Spanish language.
