One of the most important tasks in modern sport's training for the sport of highest achievements is the ability to control the state of the athlete's body in the process of training and competitive activities. For this purpose, the use of systems registering and analyzing information about the functional capabilities of an athlete in the dynamics of his activity, allows you to provide an individual approach when planning and correcting training loads. This is especially important for medical and pedagogical examination. The development of methods and means for increasing physical performance and, in particular, in the practice of high-performance sports, is one of the most important principles of modern sports medicine, physiology of labor and sports. In the practice of modern sports medicine, when carrying out mass examinations of athletes, the approach based on the proposed A.Z. Kolchinskaya concept on the regulation of the body's oxygen regimes, which allows to give a general characteristic of gas homeostasis, to diagnose the main syndromes associated with disorders of the transport of respiratory gases in the body, to assess the functional state of the body at all stages of the annual cycle of sports training and during the post-exercise recovery period. Since this work is associated with a large number of calculations and subsequent processing of the information received, it is necessary to use modern means of modern information support. Thus, the automated information system (AIS) for the functional diagnostics of athletes allows many times to speed up the processing of data obtained during the examination of athletes, centrally accumulate information for its preprocessing, storage and collective use of the AIS, is equipped with convenient services for graphical and tabular presentation of data, allows analyzing the dynamics of functional the state of athletes in the annual cycle of their training, as well as at the stage of the 4-year training Olympic cycle.

The fascial system builds a three-dimensional continuum of soft, collagen-containing, loose and dense fibrous connective tissue that permeates the body and enables all body systems to operate in an integrated manner. Injuries to the fascial system cause a significant loss of performance in recreational exercise as well as high-performance sports, and could have a potential role in the development and perpetuation of musculoskeletal disorders, including lower back pain. Fascial tissues deserve more detailed attention in the field of sports medicine. A better understanding of their adaptation dynamics to mechanical loading as well as to biochemical conditions promises valuable improvements in terms of injury prevention, athletic performance and sports-related rehabilitation. This consensus statement reflects the state of knowledge regarding the role of fascial tissues in the discipline of sports medicine. It aims to (1) provide an overview of the contemporary state of knowledge regarding the fascial system from the microlevel (molecular and cellular responses) to the macrolevel (mechanical properties), (2) summarise the responses of the fascial system to altered loading (physical exercise), to injury and other physiological challenges including ageing, (3) outline the methods available to study the fascial system, and (4) highlight the contemporary view of interventions that target fascial tissue in sport and exercise medicine. Advancing this field will require a coordinated effort of researchers and clinicians combining mechanobiology, exercise physiology and improved assessment technologies.

The state of the contractile function of transversely striated locomotor muscles under conditions of allergic reorganization remains relevant for modern sports medicine. In particular, it is known that the mandatory vaccination of athletes before the competition leads to changes in the state of the muscular system. The mechanisms of these changes are not fully understood. In the presented work, the following research methods were used: the registration of: a) the contractile function of various locomotor «fast» and «slow» muscles of the mouse in vitro on humoral initiators of contraction — carbacholine (CCh) and potassium chloride (KCI); b) indicators of the systems of pro- and antioxidant balance in the blood and in the tissues of these muscles and the determination of the level of malondialdehyde (MDA) in them. The differences in the ratios of the dynamics of the contraction force and the MDA level in both muscles demonstrate the degree of their resistance to oxidative stress, which determines the differences in the mechanisms of their adaptation to allergic reorganization. The materials of the article can be used to correct the function of locomotor muscles during vaccination, as well as to determine the strategy of therapeutic action, taking into account their fiber composition. The purpose of the article is to determine the mechanisms of adaptation of skeletal muscles (SM) of the mouse («fast» (m.EDL) and «slow» (m.Soleus)) during allergic reorganization.

The article presents the results of studying the degree of digestibility of a feed additive based on malt extract in animals. The question of the importance of a diet with a high content of nutrients is raised. The type and quality of feeding has a great influence on the body of animals. Only with full-fledged feeding and the creation of conditions for animals that meet their biological characteristics, it is possible to ensure intensive growth and long-term maintain high productivity due to hereditary data. The article also points out the importance of the use of plant antioxidants and adaptogens when the body is exposed to stress factors. An important non-specific trigger mechanism of the stress reaction is the activation of free radical oxidation, in particular lipid peroxidation, which leads to a violation of structural membranes and membrane enzymes. The article shows the possibility of using antioxidants in animals during the recovery period after the received stress factor. The concentration of total protein and the content of its fractions indicate the appropriate level of protein nutrition. Also, the study of these indicators characterizes the functional state of the liver, which is involved in the metabolism of substances, including protein. Total protein is an individual constant indicator that reflects the state of protein metabolism of the body, and, in this regard, is considered as the main link in the control of the digestibility of feed. Protein metabolism has a wide specificity and determines the state of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. All metabolic transformations, anabolism and catabolism of organic substances are closely interrelated, coordinated and regulated by neurohormonal mechanisms, directing chemical processes in the right direction. The metabolism is not divided into the exchange of proteins, lipids and nucleic acids, but is a single metabolic process. The greatest positive effect was obtained when using malt extract in addition to the main diet in feeding. Also, good results were obtained when applying flaxseed oil and malt extract to the main diet.

Achieving high results in sports directly depends on the biological characteristics of the athlete’s body and the state of his health, which, in turn, is determined by the adequate functioning of the integrative systems of the body: immune, endocrine and nervous. At the same time, modern sport is associated with the presence of many factors that adversely affect the state of the athlete’s immunity. These include physical activity that is on the verge of a person’s physiological capabilities, states of extreme psychological stress, changes in climatic-zone conditions when moving athletes over long distances, unfavorable environmental factors leading to hypothermia (the same stress). A decrease in the activity of the immune system leads to the emergence of immune dysfunctions, as a result of which the risk of the occurrence of infectious colds and exacerbation of chronic pathology significantly increases. The presence of these facts indicates the need for the prophylactic use of immunotherapy.

The article uses methods of statistical analysis, deduction and analogy to consider programs at the Federal, regional and economic levels, which provide for measures aimed at improving the technical equipment of agricultural producers. Particular attention is paid to the acquisition of energy-saving, high-performance agricultural machinery and equipment used in the production and processing of agricultural products. An assessment of the effectiveness of state support for updating the material and technical base of agriculture is given. Based on the results of the study, conclusions and recommendations were formulated.

The silvicultural principles of a forest management plan for Canton Neuchâtel reveals itself as steeped in a systemic approach that allows us to consider the forest as a truly living system. In this context, it seems judicious to the author to conceive of the body forest personnel as a group of responsible people who share certain common ethics and who, in their work, promote the emergence of collective services recognised as beneficial to the state and which would be supported by public funding for the good of the entire community.

Background: Peptide-based agents are used in molecular imaging due to their unique properties, such as rapid clearance from the circulation, high affinity and target selectivity. Many of the radiolabeled peptides have been clinically experienced with diagnostic accuracy. The aim of this study was to investigate in vivo biological behavior of [99mTc(CO)3(H2O)3]+ radiolabeled glycylglycine (GlyGly). Methods: Glycylglycine was radiolabeled with a high radiolabeling yield of 94.69±2%, and quality control of the radiolabeling process was performed by thin layer radiochromatography (TLRC) and High-Performance Liquid Radiochromatography (HPLRC). Lipophilicity study for radiolabeled complex (99mTc(CO)3-Gly-Gly) was carried out using solvent extraction. The in vivo evaluation was performed by both biodistribution and SPECT imaging. Results: The high radiolabelling yield of 99mTc(CO)3-GlyGly was obtained and verified by TLRC and HPLRC as well. According to the in vivo results, SPECT images and biodistribution data are in good accordance. The excretion route from the body was both hepatobiliary and renal. Conclusion: This study shows that 99mTc(CO)3-GlyGly has the potential to be used as a peptide-based imaging agent. Further studies, 99mTc(CO)3-GlyGly can be performed on tumor-bearing animals.

In Ayurveda, Jwara is not merely the concept of raised body temperature, but as is said in Charaka Samhita, 'Deha- Indriya- Manah- Santap' is the cardinal symptoms of Jwara. This can be defined as the state where the body, mind as well as sense oragans suffer due to the high temperature. Vishamajwara is a type of fever, which is described in all Ayurvedic texts. Charaka mentioned Vishamajwara and Chakrapani have commented on Vishamajwara as Bhutanubanda, Susruta affirmed that Aagantuchhanubhandohi praysho Vishamajware. Madhavakara has also recognised Vishamajwara as Bhutabhishangajanya (infected by microorganism). Vishamajwara is irregular (inconsistent) in it's Arambha (nature of onset commitment), Kriya (action production of symptoms) and Kala (time of appearance) and possesses Anushanga (persistence for long periods). The treatment of this disease depends upon Vegavastha and Avegavastha of Jwara. Various Shodhana and Shamana procedures are mentioned in classics to treat Visham Jwara.

AbstractIn humans and higher animals, a trade-off between sufficiently high erythrocyte concentrations to bind oxygen and sufficiently low blood viscosity to allow rapid blood flow has been achieved during evolution. Optimal hematocrit theory has been successful in predicting hematocrit (HCT) values of about 0.3–0.5, in very good agreement with the normal values observed for humans and many animal species. However, according to those calculations, the optimal value should be independent of the mechanical load of the body. This is in contradiction to the exertional increase in HCT observed in some animals called natural blood dopers and to the illegal practice of blood boosting in high-performance sports. Here, we present a novel calculation to predict the optimal HCT value under the constraint of constant cardiac power and compare it to the optimal value obtained for constant driving pressure. We show that the optimal HCT under constant power ranges from 0.5 to 0.7, in agreement with observed values in natural blood dopers at exertion. We use this result to explain the tendency to better exertional performance at an increased HCT.
