This article focuses on understanding talent and action in an effort to develop talent among teenagers in the digital era, which is important as now we are in digitalization era. This article is based on data collected through the application of observational techniques and in-depth interview techniques, both of which are typical in the application of ethnographic research methods, with the object of study 20 teenagers who live in Makassar City who were selected randomly. Applying the perspective of cognitive anthropology, the results of this study show; teenagers' understanding of talent as an important thing to be developed, especially in the fields of art, technology, and skills, which is carried out through self-taught learning by relying on information, both in the form of knowledge (including experience) and news, which is available on the internet and through various media applications. social. Talent is then understood as something that is formed and/or shaped through a learning process, and not as something that is given or has been present since birth, which if developed intensively can provide benefits for the owner, or has commercial value, because talent shows are part of what is supported in the community of digital era.

The teaching-learning process begins with the interaction between the teachers and the children. Without two-way interaction between student and teachers the process is incomplete. Using ethnographic research methods, this paper aims to analyze the role of teachers in a multicultural classroom. Attempt is made to do so by exploring and understanding the school culture and its impact on children’s learning as well as the perception of the teachers in its processes. It is found that the teachers’ cultural understandings and the children’s cultural background is not adequately addressed in the teaching-learning process.

For researchers investigating online communities, the existence of the internet has made the activities and opinions of community members visible in a public domain. FPS gaming culture is a highly literate culture — members communicate and represent themselves in textual forms online, and the culture makes use of a wide variety of communication and publishing technologies. While a significant amount of insider knowledge is required to understand and interpret such online content, a large body of material is available to researchers online, and sometimes provides more reliable and enlightening information than that generated by more traditional research methods. While the abundance of data available online in some ways makes research far easier, it also creates new dilemmas and challenges for researchers. What extra knowledge is required of the researcher? How can one ensure that one's interpretations of member statements are made with an understanding of meaning within that culture? What responsibilities does the researcher have in their representation of the culture under examination? What ethical issues must be considered?

AbstractA learner-centred approach puts students amidst the learning process and helps them become involved in that process. It provides an opportunity for students to choose and direct the course of the lesson. This approach is especially appropriate when dealing with ethical concerns that might be sensitive issues. When it comes to the sources for the development of teaching materials, the Internet provides numerous possibilities. Not only does it enable students to choose from a wide variety of topics but it also offers, for both teachers and students, a chance to develop their own up-to-date materials through which students improve their language skills. Nonetheless, teachers can help their students to become more autonomous and develop strategies for lifelong learning. The aim of this article is to provide ideas on materials development for teaching English as a foreign language to students of medicine and health studies and to link theory and practice in the Slovak context. Specifically, it focuses on how topics in medical ethics, such as organ transplant and euthanasia, could be taught by emphasizing the learner-centred approach. Involving the student in the learning process and using the Internet as an easily accessible source enables students to develop their skills and strategies, which will help them become more autonomous, and thus develop their confidence in dealing with authentic English outside the classroom.
