Untuk mengukur sikap perawat terhadap pasien menjelang ajal digunakan kuesioner Frommelt’s Attitude Toward Care of the Dying (FATCOD) scale. Kata kunci: kematian; menjelang ajal; sikap perawatNURSE’S BEHAVIOR TOWARD DEATH AND DYING PATIENT ABSTRACT Caring for a dying patient is an unpleasant experience because nurses can feel frightened, anxiety, sadness, and frustration. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between nurse’s behavior towards death and dying patient. Data collection was conducted from October - November 2019 to 95 nurses at Adven Hospital of Bandung using a convenience sampling technique and descriptive correlation method using Frommelt's Attitude toward Care of the Dying (FATCOD) scale and Death Attitudes Profile-Revised (DAP-R) questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the majority (87.4 %) of nurses have a negative dying attitude, and 81.1 % of nurses have a negative death attitude. F-test and t-test show that the work unit and palliative training have a significant correlation (sig <0.05) to nurses’ dying attitude. Therefore the authors suggest that nurses need to take palliative training to enhance nurses' positive dying attitudes and death attitudes. Keyword: death; dying; nurse attitude

This study focuses on the problems posed by the English non-modal operators to the undergraduate level students of Hazara University, Mansehra, Pakistan. The data was collected from hundred students selected through non-random and convenience sampling technique. A proficiency test was used as a tool for data collection. The test was focused on all the uses of non-modal operators. The results show that some of these problems were caused by the intervention of some of grammatical concepts like tense, aspect, back shifting and voice. While some grammatical operations like negation, interrogation and insertion/omission had no role and so were found comparatively easy. These operators when used after wh-word such as when, while, before and if posed difficulty for the subjects. Similarly, different forms such as non-tensed form and uses such as dynamic and non-dynamic of non-modal operators were also problematic for the subjects. The highest frequency of error was found in the use of non-model operator for emphasis and surprise. However, the degree of difficulty posed by non-modal operators in idiomatic expressions was not significant.

The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824> 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 <0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931> 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 <0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.

Death and dying have always had deep emotional significance. But there is clearly an increasing scientific and objective interest in the process of terminal illness, dying and death, of special significance to physicians and perhaps too long avoided by them. This new interest, no doubt, is in part a reaction to medical technology's compelling contributions to medicine's life-promotion function, but perhaps also in part a profound humanitarian concern for the paradoxical life-threatening consequences of civilization's (including medicine) “progress.” Death and its vicissitudes are no longer solely the province of poets, philosophy and religion. All well-educated physicians must learn to regard death, as they do birth, as part of life. Psychiatry and medical psychology have much to contribute in this pedagogical task. The author describes one approach to a more “therapeutic” understanding and management of the dying patient and the emotional significance of the process of dying.

This study aims to determine the differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comic media. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study is all students of class VII MTs. The State of Selong Model and the sampling was determined by using cluster random sampling technique to select the class and simple random sampling to select the students in that class. The second sampling technique is random sampling by drawing lots, cluster random sampling, namely the class is divided into experimental class I, namely the class that is taught using interactive multimedia drills model (class VII-E) and the experimental class II, namely the class that is taught using comic media. science (class VII-F), each of which consists of 36 students. And simple random sampling, where students are drawn after data collection to reduce the sample to 30 students to facilitate hypothesis testing. The data collection technique used post-test while the data analysis technique to test the hypothesis was the t-test. The results of data analysis using t-test showed that there were differences in student achievement who were taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who were taught using science comic media. This can be seen in the post-test results where t-count > t-table is 2.206 > 2.002. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there are differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comics
