This article reveals the effectiveness of using inductive learning models to find religious values in the short story. The method used in the study is PTK. The experiment was conducted in three cycles, each cycle consists of two meetings. The study was conducted in grade XI MAN Cianjur. The results showed that inductive models can enhance the learning process, especially the attention of students in learning and students cooperation in group discussions. In the first cycle, in terms of students attention, from 44 students there are 29 students (65.90%) paid attention, and in terms of cooperation of the students in group discussions, there were 27 students (61.36%) are cooperative. In the second cycle, from 44 students there were 33 students (75%) who paid attention, and regarding the cooperation of the group, there are 30 students (68.18%) who are cooperative. In the third cycle, from 44 students there are 38 students (86.36%) who paid attention, and regarding group cooperation there are 39 students (88.64%)who are cooperative. The student’ results in the first cycle obtained an average value of 68.64, in the second cycle the average value was 77.16, and in the third cycle the average value was 91.82. Therefore, it is concluded that the implementation of inductive learning model on learning of finding religious values on the short story in class XI MAN Cianjur can enhance the learning process and student learning outcomes.Keywords: religious value, inductive models, processes and outcomes

The objective of this research is to find the increasing of the process and the result student’sshort story writing through metacognitive strategy in language and Indonesia Literature StudyProgramme FKIP-PGRI University of Palembang. This research uses action research methodwhich is done through planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research wasconducted through three cycles, from the result of learning process is found that students havebeen able to make a planning, monitoring, evaluation and revising according to metacognitivestrategy cycle, during their time in writing short story task. This research find out that therehad been an increased from the short story writing result in every of its cycle. On the first cycle,there are 8 (eight) students who accomplished the task, with average score is in 64,16. On thesecond cycle, it showed a significant increased, there were 29 (twenty nine) students whoaccomplished and 9 (nine) students have not accomplished the task, with average score is ini72, 18. And the third cycle, there were 38 (thirty eight) students who accomplished the task inthe short story writing learning process with average score was in 77,05

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the application of inquiry learning models can improve the ability to analyze short story intrinsic elements and can improve students' responses. This study uses a class action research design (PTK), there are four important components in the PTK cycle, namely: (1) the planning stage, (2) the stage of action, (3) the stage of observation and, (4) the stage of reflection. This research was carried out in the odd semester of August to September 2018. The research subjects were students of class XI MIPA 10 in SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar in the academic year 2018/2019 with a total of 36 students. The object of this class action research is the ability to analyze short story intrinsic elements. The results of this study indicate the increased ability to analyze short story texts. The acquisition of the class average value at the initial reflection of 65.64 increased in the first cycle to 73.42 and in the second cycle it increased to 82.03. The increase in value from cycle I to cycle II occurs in 28 students or 77.78%. The percentage of success of students in learning to analyze the intrinsic elements of short stories reaches classical completeness 94.44% of the number of students get 70 and above. The application of the inquiry learning model in learning analyzes the intrinsic elements of the short story gets a positive response from students. The acquisition of the average class response value in the first cycle is 69.12 and in the second cycle it increases to 84.31. Percentage of response of students in learning to analyze the intrinsic elements of short stories with the application of inquiry learning models achieving classical completeness, namely 94.44%.

This interview was conducted on 16 May 2009 at Le Quartier Francais in Franschhoek, Cape Town, South Africa. Petina Gappah is the third generation of Zimbabwean writers writing from the diaspora. She was born in 1971 in Zambia, and grew up in Zimbabwe during the transitional moment from colonial Rhodesia to independence. She has law degrees from the University of Zimbabwe, the University of Cambridge, and the University of Graz. She writes in English and also draws on Shona, her first language. She has published a short story collection An Elegy for Easterly (2009), first novel The Book of Memory (2015), and another collection of short stories, Rotten Row (2016).  Gappah’s collection of short stories An Elegy for Easterly (2009) was awarded The Guardian First Book Award in 2009, and was shortlisted for the Frank O’Connor International Short Story Award, the richest prize for the short story form. Gappah was working on her novel The Book of Memory at the time of this interview.

This article aimed to improve the understanding of the concept of purchase and sale in class III Elementary School of Mekarjaya III through the application of information multiliterasi learning models. This research was  classroom action research. This research was conducted in three cycles. The results showed that the percentage of classical completeness in the first cycle has average 63.2 with the percentage of classical completeness which was 48.5%. In the second cycle the average score of students were 70 with the percentage of classical completeness  63.6%. In the third cycle the average value of students were  81.2 with the percentage of classical completeness 87.9%. Then it can be concluded that the application of the multiliteration learning model of information on social studies subjects has success to increase the understanding of the concept purchase and sale in class III Elementary School of Mekarjaya III District Majalengka. To learn something well, we need to hear, see, ask questions about it, and discuss it with others. Not only that, teachers need to "do it", that is to describe something in their own way, to show their example, to try to practice their skills and to do tasks that demand the knowledge they have gained. Problems to be studied in this research are: a. How to improve learning result of Indonesian language especially about writing short story? b. Steps taken in improving learning outcomes Indonesian language ?.  The approach of this research uses a qualitative approach with classroom action research design, which is carried out cyclically. Cycle I with planning, action, observation, and reflection. Likewise the next cycles. In PTK as well as teachers can examine their own activities on their own done in its own class. By involving their students through planned, implemented and evaluated actions, TOD can be performed without interrupting other learning and will not burden the work of the teacher in performing daily tasks. PTK can be done in an integrated manner with daily activities. Precisely with PTK teachers can improve the quality of learning processes and products. The study considers the results or impact of classroom action research from various criteria based on reflections for revision. Reflection is a re-application of the lessons learned. The reflections are evaluations that have been made and suggestions for future learning.    Based on the description of researchers draw conclusions as follows: The ability of students to write short stories in class IV before using the method of writing (writing together) is categorized enough with the average value: 6.90 (unfinished). There is an increase in the ability to write short stories with the method of writing writing (writing together) grade IV students are categorized both with an average value of 7.69 (complete). This capability increases in cycle II and cycle III reaches an average value of 8.46 (complete). Matched material for writing short story experiences for students SDN 07 Pasar Salido is a material that suits the conditions, desires, experiences, and the ability to write short stories.

This study aims to determine the ability and attitude of students in solving problems after the applicationof learning models inkuiri on paraktikum courses. Research method used is Classroom Action Reasearch (CAR) isdone in three cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Fromthe research results obtained that the model implemented in the learning lab inkuiri electric base, in general anincrease in the learning process and results of each cycle. Cognitive test results through the pre test and post test onthe cycle I in terms of percentage of students who reach the value of > 0% 6 is increased to 94.875%, in cycle IIincreased from 6.25% to 93.375%, and the third cycle of 3.125% increase to 100%. The results of the task undertakenby the students increased each cycle. Then for the activity sheets teachers viewed from the observation activitycategory shows an increase of the cycle is the cycle I and II into either category III cycle. For student activity showsmost categories of cycle I and cycle II rose to the category in general the third cycle. Impressions and attitudes ofstudents through filling the questionnaire stated that by applying the learning model inkuiri conditions become moreactive class, students become able to appear in her opinions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang (a) perubahan unsur-unsur cerpen, (b) karakter para tokoh dalam cerpen, dan (c) nilai-nilai humanis dalam cerpen sebagai alternatif bahan pembelajaran apresiasi sastra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis konten dengan pendekatan psikologi sastra. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan dengan studi dokumentasi, yaitu diawali dengan mempelajari teori, lalu mengumpulkan cerpen-cer pen yang monu mental dari ma jalah Hori son, kemudian menganalisisnya, melakukan uji coba, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perkembangan unsur-unsur cerpen: ditemukan berbagai karakter dalam tokoh cerita serta ditemukan juga nilai-nilai luhur dalam cerpen yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Cerpen-cerpen tersebut dapat dijadikan bahan pembelajaran sastra yang menyenangkan bagi siswa dan berguna bagi kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat.Abstract:This study is aimed at obtaining the description of (a) the changes in the elements of short stories, (b)  a picture of  the characters in short story, and (c)  a picture of humanist values in short story as an alternative learning materials of literary appreciation. This study uses content analysis to psychology literature approach. The stage of the  research is conducted by studying the related theory, collecting short stories from the Horison magazine, and analyzing, conducting trials and error,  and making conclusion. The results of research  shows that there is  the develop- ment of the elements of the short story: finding a variety of  characters and great value in the story that can be applied to the teaching-learning process in the classroom as a fun learning materials for students of literature and useful for everyday social life.

This study discusses the needs analysis for developing flexibility-project-based learning models in vocational education to optimize the learning process and outcomes. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the need for developing a proper learning model that can be applied in the domestic electrical installation learning process for students of electrical engineering vocational education at the third diploma level.The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of four leading indicators. 27 students who took part in the domestic electrical installation learning process became respondents in this study. The results showed that the need for a flexibility-based learning model project obtained a significant score. Thus, the need for a flexibility-project-based learning model developed in the domestic electrical installation learning process is high.
