The availability of breadfruit is abundant in the village of Meteseh in RW. X Tembalang District, Semarang City. BAROKAH farmers group develops breadfruit chip business. This group of farmers utilizes the abundantly available breadfruit fruit in the Meteseh area to make breadfruit chips. BAROKAH has problems in terms of limited equipment to support product manufacturing, and limited knowledge and skills in the processing and diversification of breadfruit preparations. The purpose of this activity is to develop a business through diversification of BAROKAH breadfruit processed products so that this business and all the people involved are able to become economically independent communities. It also improved product quality, creative and innovative skills, skills in using appropriate technology in the cutting, draining, and packaging of breadfruit processed products. The method used is to improve product quality, creative and innovative skills through the use of appropriate technology in the cutting, draining, and packaging of processed breadfruit products. In addition, diversification of breadfruit processed products was also developed. The results show that the application of appropriate technology has been able to increase the capacity of chopping, and the durability of processed products from breadfruit. In addition, the quality of processed breadfruit products has increased.

Waqaf can be one solution to improve national development instruments. where endowments have a strategic role in improving the welfare of the people. Waqaf can help improve the quality of education, poverty alleviation, public health and help improve the economy of the community. In Indonesia, the practice of waqaf is still fairly unrealized. This is based on a lack of understanding of the meaning, purpose, form of endowments by the community. Especially in rural areas that basically their understanding is still mixed with classical understanding. Where if you want to carry out waqf, then you must have vacant land as an item to be represented. By cultivating waqaf like saving will make some people begin to be interested in doing it. At present there are many social activities that can improve the welfare of the community with waqaf.

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam mengolah buah jambu mete menjadi Nata de Cashew. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat Dusun Menggala sebanyak 17 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu (1) Persiapan, (2) Pelaksanaan, (3) Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan bahwa implementasi konsep bioentrepreneurship melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan Nata de Cashew efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil observasi yaitu: (1) penguasan materi dan keterampilan peserta dalam membuat Nata de Cashew dikategorikan Baik; (2) kualitas Nata de Cashew yang dihasilkan dikategorikan Baik; (3) Motivasi, minat, dan kerjasama peserta selama pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan  dikategorikan Sangat Baik; (4) Motivasi peserta untuk produksi Nata de Cashew secara mandiri juga dikategorikan Baik. Implementation of the Local Potential-Based Bioentrepreneurship Concept Through Training on Making Nata de Cashew The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of farmers in processing cashew nuts into Nata de Cashew. The participants of this activity were the people of the village of Menggala as many as 17 people. The training activities are carried out in three stages, namely (1) preparation, (2) implementation, (3) evaluation. The result of the training was that the implementation of the bio entrepreneurship concept through training and mentoring in making Nata de Cashew was effective in increasing the knowledge and skills of the participants. This is evidenced by the results of observations, namely: (1) the mastery of the material and skills of the participants in making Nata de Mete is categorized as Good; (2) the quality of the Nata de Mete produced is categorized as Good; (3) Participants' motivation, interest, and cooperation during the training and mentoring implementation were categorized as Very Good; (4) Participants' motivation for independent cashew nut production is also categorized as Good.

Industry of Books has a strategic goal is not only to improve the welfare of the people involved, but also support the advancement of national education in particular in order to participate in the intellectual life of the nation. The industry has become one of the pillars in the transfer of science and technology, both within schools and colleges of education and in industrial processes. In this context the publishers editorial management has a strategic role to direct and manage so that these goals can be achieved. Relative to the researchers tried to capture how the actual process of publishing the book, particularly from the editorial management. To get a detailed description, the survey carried out activities of companies engaged in the industry of Books in Bandung. The application of this method is supported technically by using interviews and questionnaires. After that, apply a descriptive method of the editorial management books in Bandung. The editor of the book to the publisher in London in general, working with authors to improve the quality of the book. Editors often conduct a hearing with the author of the book material to be presented, ranging from the layout, content, up to finishing the manuscript. In addition, the editors perform field surveys, such as listening to and receive feedback from potential customers regarding the contents of the book as to what he wanted.

The people were created by God with a high desire for intellectual curiosity. Therefore humans must be able to learn anywhere and anytime, either in the home, residential environment or educational institutions. This article was to analyse the strategies in lifelong education. It also analyses about the importance of education and open their minds that education is not always obtained from the learning at school. This research was a qualitative study with content analysis as data collection techniques. Lifelong education was a system of educational concepts that includes all activities and learning processes that take place throughout the whole of human life. The direction of lifelong education was in children to adults in order to increase their knowledge and skills that are needed to survive and have a better quality of life. The mosque is an instrument of empowering the people that has a very strategic role in efforts to improve the quality of society. Mosques are used as a center of activity in Islamic socitey. Since the time of the Prophet, the mosque has been a center for empowering the people that has had an unlimited role. This outreach program aims to assist the mosque management in Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency in planning and designing programs to strengthen the function of mosques in the economic empowerment of the people. From the results of this outreach program, it can be concluded that the efforts that had been made by mosque management in running a Mosque-Based Society Service Center was running a mushroom cultivation business which includes the production process, quality control, and marketing.

Pemeliharaan ternak babi membudaya bagi masyarakat Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) khususnya kelompok tani Sehati Kelurahan Tuatuka, Kecamatan Kupang Tengah, Kabupaten Kupang dengan aktivitas utama adalah budidaya tanaman pangan – holtikultura, serta usaha sampingan ternak babi. Namun, karena keterbatasan pengetahuan pemeliharaan ternak, bibit babi bukan bibit unggul, serta pola pemeliharaan yang dilakukan secara individu sehingga kualitas ternak rendah dan kurang berkembang. Oleh karena itu optimalisasi dilakukan dengan cara pemeliharaan ternak babi sistim penggemukan menggunakan metode kemitraan. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat serta meningkatkan pertumbuhan ternak babi sistim penggemukan dengan pola kemitraan. Metode kegiatan adalah pendekatan partisipatif meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, demplot, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan adalah terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat, peningkatan pertumbuhan ternak babi (pertambahan bobot badan 0,18 kg/hari menjadi 0,36 kg/hari dengan lama pemeliharaan lebih singkat yakni 12 bulan menjadi 5 bulan), serta hubungan sosial masyarakat yang semakin akrab. Kesimpulannya optimalisasi pemeliharaan ternak babi penggemukan dengan sistim kemitraan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mitra, menghasilkan performans ternak babi dengan PBB 0,36 kg/hari dengan lama pemeliharaan mencapai bobot jual (60 kg) selama 5 bulan, serta hubungan sosial mitra lebih akrab. Disarankan pemeliharaan babi penggemukan sistim kemitraan dapat diadopsi oleh pemerintah setempat dan dilakukan pada peternak lainnya.Kata kunci: Babi unggul; Promitra; Pakan.AbstractThe maintenance of pigs is entrenched for the people of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) especially the Sehati farmer group Tuatuka Village, Kupang Tengah District, Kupang Regency with the main activities being food crop cultivation - horticulture, as well as pig livestock side businesses. However, due to limited knowledge of livestock rising, pig breeds are not superior breeds, as well as individualized maintenance patterns so that the quality of livestock is low and less developed. Therefore optimization is done by raising fattening pigs using the partnership method. The aim of the activity is to increase the community's knowledge and skills and increase the growth of fattening pigs with a partnership pattern. The method of activity is a participatory approach including counseling, training, demonstration plots, and mentoring. The results of the activity were an increase in community knowledge and skills, an increase in the growth of pigs (body weight gain of 0.18 kg / day to 0.36 kg / day with shorter maintenance times i.e. 12 months to 5 months), as well as increasingly social relations familiar. In conclusion, optimizing the maintenance of fattening pigs with a partnership system can improve partners' knowledge and skills, produce performance of pigs with PBB 0.36 kg / day with maintenance time reaching a selling weight (60 kg) for 5 months, as well as closer social relations of partners. It is recommended that maintenance of fattening pigs for the partnership system be adopted by the local government and carried out by other breeders.Keywords: Superior Pork; Promitra; Feed.

The tasks carried out by Police officers are often accompanied by dangerous situations that threaten the life and health of the people involved, the police themselves, and bystanders. It concerns especially counter-terrorism police units whose activities are aimed at terrorists and particularly dangerous criminals, and their course is violent and aggressive. In conjunction with the inability to bring civilian rescue services into the action zone, this results in the need to expand the assault team by including one more specialisation — combat paramedic, having the appropriate knowledge, skills and qualifications, as well as equipment that allows for independent first aid while the operations are underway. A paramedic’s preparation must be versatile, but the key to effective action is the ability to perform basic activities, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, after the diagnosis of sudden cardiac arrest. The study aims to present the results of research conducted on a fairly unique research sample regarding the effectiveness of indirect heart massage by combat paramedics of police special units and conclusions resulting from empirical research and their comparison with the results of similar studies, in relation to other professional groups. The knowledge and skills acquired during the training quickly become obsolete, requiring systematic consolidation and improvement. Therefore, cyclical repetition of exercises in the area of rescue activities plays a key role in maintaining the required quality of life support. The collected material may be a premise for further research, indicating their potential directions.

<p class="AbstrakAGC"><strong>Purpose - </strong> This study aims to investigate the optimization of the role of religious instructors in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.</p><p class="AbstrakAGC"><strong>Method -</strong> This research is a type of library research, namely, by recording all findings and integrating all findings, both theories and new findings about the religious extension, analyzing all findings from various reading and providing critical ideas about optimizing the role of religious instructors in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.</p><p class="AbstrakAGC"><strong>Result</strong> - The results of the study show that various issues in all sectors emerged as a result of the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to optimize the role of religious instructors who play a very strategic role in the framework of mental, moral, and value development devotion of the people and also contribute to improving the quality of life of the people in various fields both in the field of religion and development amid COVID-19 pandemic by carrying out informative and educative functions, consultative functions, and advocacy functions.</p><p class="AbstrakAGC"><strong>Implications -</strong> To optimize the role, several things need to be done by religious instructors.</p><p><strong>Originality - </strong>The framework of mental development with optimization of religious extension role in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic.</p>
