This study was conducted to explore the students' perception related to the variables of writing self-efficacy, writers' block, and perceived academic writing performance. The researcher collected data from a University located in Papua Province. This research used an online questionnaire by employing simple random sampling. This study enrolled 280 students as respondents. The researchers used SPSS 23 to conduct a descriptive statistical analysis to determine the proportion of respondents based on the frequency of responses. The findings of this study revealed that the respondents of this study have low perceived levels of writing self-efficacy and academic writing performance. Additionally, students believe they face hurdles that contribute to the issue of writers' block. Further action needs to be taken regarding the findings to enhance the variables related to academic writing performance. The empirical findings from this study can be utilized as the foundation for future research to generate policy to solve issues relating to students' academic writing abilities.

This study aims to investigate the degree of students’ aggressive behavior before and after being given the contract behavior treatment. This study used simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a Likert scale outlined in the form of a questionnaire given to the experimental group to describe students’ aggressive behavior. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to describe the aggressive behavior of students of SMP Negeri 3 in Tanete Rilau before and after the implementation of the behavior contract using frequency and percentage distribution tables. Results showed that behavior contract counseling can reduce students’ aggressive behavior. Effects of excessive aggressive behavior includes impulsive, control-lacking, agitated and easily distorted, often unable to sit still, unable to pay attention to the teacher and the task at hand, and often unable to complete homework, etc.

The research was purpose to understand the relationship between emotional intelligence self-efficacy and job performance math teacher. The method was conducted by survey research. The research sample were 80 teachers of teachers on the junior high schools as Kota Bengkulu. The sample was selected by simple random sampling. The data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire technique. The statistical analysis for the data, we were applied path analysis. The results of this study were 1) there is direct effect of emotional intelligence towards job performance math teacher, 2) there is direct effect of self-efficacy towards job performance math teacher, 3) there is direct effect of emotional Intelligence towards self-efficacy.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Yayasan Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Berlatar belakang keilmuan informatika para mahasiswa belum menunjukan minat menjadi seorang teknopreneur. Kegiatan-kegiatan selama proses pembelajaran, Lingkungan keluarga, masyarakat dan pendidikan merupakan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi seseorang memiliki minat menjadi wirausaha. Faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi minat teknopreneur adalah faktor internal diantaranya sikap dan mental, intensi berwirausha, efikasi diri, kebutuhan akan prestasi, kesiapan instrument, gender, prestasi akademik dan pengalaman kerja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan N-ach terhadap minat teknopreneuer. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitaif serta teknik analisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan variabel terikat yaitu minat teknopreneur sedangkan variabel bebas adalah efikasi diri dan N-Ach. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner diberikan kepada 240 mahasiswa yang telah menerima mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan dipilih secara acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian yaitu efikasi diri dan N-ach turut mempengaruhi secara signifikan minat teknoprenuer. Minat mahasiswa informatika untuk menjadi teknopreneuer sebesar 40% dipengaruhi oleh efikasi diri dan N-ach dan sebesar 60% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar model. Kata Kunci:  Teknopreneur, Minat, Efikasi diri, N-Ach AbstractStudents with informatics backgrounds have not shown an interest in becoming a technopreneur. Activities during the learning process, family environment, and the community are external factors that affect a person having an interest in being an entrepreneur. Other factors that can influence technopreneur interest are internal factors including attitude and mentality, entrepreneurship intentions, self-efficacy, need for achievement, instrument readiness, gender, academic achievement and work experience. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of self-efficacy and N-ach on teknopreneuer's interest. The research uses a quantitative approach and analysis techniques using multiple regression with the dependent variable is technopreneur interest while the independent variables are self-efficacy and N-Ach. Data collection using a questionnaire was given to 240 students who had received entrepreneurship courses and were chosen at simple random sampling. The results of the research explain self-efficacy and N-ach also significantly influence the interest of technoprenuer. The interest of informatics students to become a technopreneuer by 40% is influenced by self-efficacy and N-ach and by 60% is influenced by other factors outside the model.Keywords: Technopreneur, Interest, Self-efficacy, N-Ach

Self monitoring merupakan konsep yang berhubungan dengan konsep pengaturan kesan (impression management) atau konsep pengaturan diri. Self-efficacy merupakan keyakinan diri seseorang terhadap kemampuan yang dimilikinya dalam mencapai suatu tujuan berdasarkan hasil yang ditentukan. Kemampuan self-efficacy yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini  adalah keyakinan diri siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika ketika menyelesaikan masalah yang diberikan, menjawab pertanyaan, dan memberikan tanggapan. untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self Monitoring terhadap kemampuan self efficacy siswa di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Langsa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah VIII SMP Negeri 6 Langsa yang sedang aktif belajar pada Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 yang terdiri dari 6 (enam) kelas yang berjumlah 124 orang siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas kelas VIII.4 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 21 orang siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes dan non tes yang berupa angket dan lembar observasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa hasil uji hipotesis data post-test kemampuan self efficacy matematika siswa diperoleh  dan   sehingga . Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Self Monitoring terhadap kemampuan self efficacy siswa di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Langsa.

The study ascertained the level of academic competence of secondary school students in Osun State and also determined level of self-efficacy of the students. It investigated the influence of self-efficacy on the students’ academic competence. These were with a view to providing information on factor that could influence the academic competence of secondary school students. The study adopted descriptive survey research design. The population for the study comprised senior secondary school students in Osun State. The sample size comprised 600 respondents, selected using multistage sampling technique. One Local Government Area (LGA) was selected from each of the three senatorial districts in the State using simple random sampling technique. From each LGA, four senior secondary schools were selected using simple random sampling technique (12 schools in all) and from each school, 50 students were selected from senior secondary II using simple random sampling technique. Three instruments were used to collect information for the study, namely: Academic Competence Evaluation Scale (ACES), and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES). Data collected were analyzed using percentages and ANOVA. The results showed that 9.41%, 60.21% and 30.37% of secondary school students in Osun State demonstrated low, moderate and high levels of academic competence respectively. The results of the study also indicated that there was a significant positive influence of self-efficacy on academic competence of the students (F =69.35; p<0.05). The study concluded that self-efficacy influenced academic competence of secondary school students in Osun State.

ABSTRACT  Background: anemia prevention through iron-folic acid supplementation (IFA) for female adolescent has become goverment’s program priority. Although this programme have been running, several constrains including consumption compliance was frequently found. On the other hand, school have potential resources such as Junior of The Red Cross (PMR) which can be peer educator for health including anemia for other students. Objectives: this research was aimed to describe knowledge, practice, and attitude of PMR member toward IFA supplementation in SMAN 2 LamonganMethods: This research used cross sectional design. The population of this study was 100 members of the Red Cross Youth Teaching (PMR) SMAN 2 Lamongan. The sample of this study was 60 students who were selected by the simple random sampling method who met the inclusion criteria, such as were active members of the PMR and were willing to take part in the study. Data collection was carried out using self-administered questionnaires using an online questionnaire application consisting of 20 questions to measure knowledge; 20 questions to measure attitude; and 13 questions to measure behavior. Data were categorized and analyzed using descriptive tests.Results: Most respondents still have lack of knowledge related to the TTD program (56.7%) and its benefits (56.7%). 66% of PMR cadres have a positive attitude towards TTD, but not 100% of PMR cadres consume blood-added tablets regularly.Conclusions Strengthening of knowledge and attitudes towards TTD is needed to improve compliance of TTD consumption among PMR members so that later PMR cadres can become peer educators for other students.ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: penanggulangan anemia dengan pemberian Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) dengan sasaran remaja putri menjadi fokus pemerintah saat ini. Walaupun sudah mulai berjalan, seringkali ditemukan beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaan program, diantaranya ketidakpatuhan konsumsi TTD. Di sisi lain, sekolah memiliki potensi sumberdaya untuk meningkatkan optimalisasi program TTD, salah satunya adalah Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) yang dapat menjadi pendidik sebaya tentang masalah kesehatan termasuk anemia bagi siswi lainnya.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat gambaran pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku kader PMR di SMA Negeri 2 Lamongan terhadap program pemberian TTDMetode: Penelitian ini merupakan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anggota ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) SMAN 2 Lamongan sejumlah 100 orang. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 60 siswa anggota PMR yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi yaitu merupakan anggota aktif PMR dan bersedia mengikuti penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan self-administered questionnaires dengan menggunakan aplikasi kuesioner online yang terdiri dari 20 pertanyaan untuk mengukur pengetahuan; 20 pertanyaan untuk mengukur sikap; dan 13 pertanyaan untuk mengukur perilaku. Data dikategorikan dan dianalisis menggunakan uji deskriptif.Hasil: Sebagian besar responden masih memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang terkait program TTD (56,7%) dan manfaatnya (56,7%). Sebesar 66% kader PMR memiliki sikap yang positif terhadap TTD, namun tidak 100% kader PMR mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah secara rutin.Kesimpulan: Perlu penguatan terhadap pengetahuan serta sikap terhadap TTD untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan konsumsi TTD di kalangan anggota PMR agar nantinya kader PMR dapat menjadi pendidik sebaya bagi siswi lainnya.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Bangka Belitung. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 321 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh pada indikator plan sebesar 4,11, Indikator preference sebesar 4,00, Sedangkan indikator desire yaitu sebesar 3,39 bahwa minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dalam kategori tinggi,. Pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam kategori efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Simpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa semakin efektif pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan, maka semakin tinggi juga minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Bangka Belitung. Abstract: The aims of study is to know the influence of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Bangka Belitung University students.The sample of this study was 321 respondents. Using proportional random sampling for technique sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analyses. The results of the descriptive analysis are obtained in the plan indicator of 4.11, preference indicator of 4.00, while the desire indicator is 3.39 that the interest of entrepreneurial students in the high category. The influence of entrepreneurship education in effective category. The results show an entrepreneurial education that is simultaneously influential towards entrepreneurial interest. The more effective research is the entrepreneurial education, the higher the interest of students from the University of Bangka Belitung.

Rules have been formulated on how adverbials are used. Such rules as stated by Quirk and Greenbaum (1973), Hornby (1975) and Swan (1995) are silent on how a few adverbials that have no restrictions regarding their position and order in sentences should be used. This paper, relying on language variation in the second language setting as a theoretical framework, explored how undergraduate students used these kinds of mobile adverbials. The quantitative research design and a simple random sampling were applied to select a total of 100 essays and exercises from fresh undergraduates of the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Analysing these essays and exercises, we concluded that although the adverbial is an optional clausal element, the undergraduate students used it in providing further information on the other clausal elements. In addition, the undergraduate students often placed the adverbials in the mid position of their sentences.
