ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the feasibility of milkfish ponds in the village of Lakuan. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from the field and the results of laboratory analysis while secondary data is data obtained from the Meteorology and Climatology Agency of Sultan Bantilan, Toli-Toli Regency. The method used in this study was purposive sampling. Based on the 6 sampling points determined based on the size and distance of the pond from the sea, the results obtained were temperatures ranging from 29,8 – 31,5ºC, dissolved oxygen ranged from 4 to 9,3 mg/l, the pH of the water ranged from 7,1 to 15, salinity ranges from 15,2 - 25 ppt, brightness ranges from 55,5% - 73%, ammonia ranges from 0,003 – 0,010 mg/l, phosphate from undetectable up to 0,018 ppt, soil texture between sandy clay - clay, soil pH ranges from 4,2 – 5,4, organic matter ranges from 3,78 – 4,78%, slope of 2%, mangroves are completely absent, seed availability is lacking, tides are 2,44 m, rainfall 1989,4 mm/year, the dry month amounts to 2 months, the river border is ± 1,000 m, the construction of the pond is in good condition and quite good, the depth ranges from 43 – 78,5 cm and the accessibility is sufficient. After analyzing the data using scoring, the results of this study indicate that the condition of milkfish ponds is in two categories, which are feasible and less feasible.

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

The purpose of this study is for learning. This study entitled Social Change Towards Development of Rasau Jaya Village 3 After the Development of the Rajati Flower Garden. With the problem of how social change in the village of Rasau Jaya 3, economic improvement after the construction of a flower garden, development planning or the addition of facilities. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that: after the construction of the flower garden in Rasau Jaya 3 village the development of social change there was increasing, the people there accepted the development of the flower garden, because with the development of the community's economy there could be increased, because the people there could sell at around the flower garden so that it can increase their economy again there, and there will be plans to add facilities in the flower garden so that it can attract visitors to keep coming to the flower garden of the flower garden rajati.

The village chief as the leader who is directly elected by the villagers and it is believed and also claimed to have good leadership for the development of rural infrastructure as well as to invite the community to participate in the advancement of the village. An organization will succeed or fail is determined by the leadership. This study raises the issue: (1) How is the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? (2) What are the factors that affect the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data used is primary data (observations and interviews) and secondary data (literature). The primary data sources are direct observation, interviews and recording the data in the seaside village office. Then, it is analyzed with related theories. The conclusion of this research was the leadership of the village chief in developing of infrastructure field in Pantai village, west Kapuas subdistrict, Kapuas district. ABSTRACTThe land in the Kalampangan sub-district of Sabangau District is land that is dominated by peat soils.Peat binds to a relatively large amount of carbon that is formed in a long process and under watersaturated conditions. Water-saturated conditions cause the weathering process of organic matter to beimperfect, so that the remains of organic matter such as litter, roots. The land in the KalampanganVillage is a wetland with a layer of peat composed of organic material with a high C content thatexceeds carbon content in the terrestrial ecosystem. The aim of the study is to analyze the perceptionsof vegetable farmers towards the development of sustainable peatland agriculture. The studypopulation was all 164 vegetable farmers, the sample size was carried out by the Slovin techniqueaccording to Sugiyono (2011) with a total sample of 35 people. Analysis of the data used in the formof qualitative data and quantitative data. Sourced from primary data and secondary data. Using aLikert scale which is translated into sub-variables then sub-variables are translated again intomeasured indicators. The results of the research and analysis conducted on peatland vegetable farmers'perceptions of the development of sustainable agriculture in the Village of Kalampangan are "agreed".This perception is shown by the acquisition of a percentage score of 60%. Obtaining the percentage ofperception score of vegetable farmers for each sub-variable used is in the good or agreed category.Keywords: Perception, Development, Peatlands, Sustainable Agriculture

This research was conducted in the Tetehosi II Village Gunungsitoli Idanoi Subdistrict by raising the title: "The Effect of Work Discipline on Village Apparatus Performance in the Tetehosi II Village Gunungsitoli Idanoi Subdistrict". In this study, researchers took a sample of 25 people, all employees in the Tetehosi II Village Office, Gunungsitoli Idanoi Subdistrict. Then the type of data used by researchers in this study are primary data and secondary data. In obtaining research data sources is to use alar and the type of research the author uses is quantitative. Based on the description above, statistically the authors propose the following research results: From the results of the calculation of the validity test of variables X and Y on each item / item questionnaire as many as 20 questions after correlating the results are valid so that the questionnaire / questionnaire is feasible to be used in data processing. This was done by the researcher to check the results of the questionnaire returned by the respondent whether it was in accordance with the instructions given. Based on the hypothesis testing criteria it turns out that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected where Ha had a relationship and Ho had no relationship, because t arithmetic = 3.091> t table = 2.052 so it can be stated the influence of Work Discipline (X) on Performance (Y) at the Village Office in Gunungsitoli Idanoi District.

This study aims to determine how community participation in peatland restoration activities in Rimbo Panjang village. The research method uses primary and secondary data sources. Primary data is obtained through interviews with the village community of Rimbo Panjang while secondary data is data obtained by researchers from indirect data sources by collecting information and references related to the problem under study. The research sample took figures deemed necessary in the research, namely village officials, fire fighting community groups, sustainable peat community groups, noble peatland community groups and thorn pineapple community groups. The method used is verstehen or also known as interpretive understanding, which is a way or an attempt to understand an act of subjective meaning / meaning for oneself and associated with others. The results of this study indicate that community participation in peat restoration, village officials and community groups as well as with BRG-Kemitraan. Restoration in this case is known as 3R, namely Rewetting, Revegetation or replanting and revitalization or improvement of community welfare. Benefits that are felt by the community, such as wetting, are drilling wells, providing tools and patrolling, in the field of community empowerment through training in catfish businesses, prickly pineapple community groups and agriculture by providing seeds, fertilizers to peatland farmers.

The purpose of this research is to know how actors role in the implementation of the Rice prosperous assistance Program in the new Kasongan sub-district of Katingan Hilir Katingan regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive that is to explain, describe, and represent a phenomenon that exists to solve a problem. In this study there are two data sources, namely the primary data source obtained from interviews with several respondents in the new village of Kasongan, and secondary data sources are obtained from various documents and so on. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the role of actors in implementing the implementation of the social rice assistance Program in Kasongan New village is still not going well if viewed from the communication and target of the recipient family Benefits. From the problem that the researcher suggested that the village employees more often communicate with the community in Kasongan New village, especially the beneficiaries family of social and social assistance Emphasize again to each Kelurahan or village in order to record the community that is included in the criteria of beneficiaries social rice assistance so that the data can be renewed and the achievement of the purpose of the social assistance of the prosperous rice in Katingan.

This study aims to determine the internalization of character education in early childhood in Hindu families in the village of Timpag, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency. Talking about child psychology is talking about how to educate children right from an early age. Because early childhood has potential that still needs to be developed and has certain characteristics that are unique and not the same as adults, they are always active, dynamic, enthusiastic and curious about what they see, hear, feel, as if they never stop explore and learn. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive research type. Primary data sources were obtained by interviewing informants, secondary data sources were obtained from literature, literature and documentation studies. Based on the results of research on internalization of character education in early childhood in a Hindu family in the village of Timpag is by a) Formation of the character of children in a Hindu family by building a family without violence is one effective solution to make a child feel comfortable, peaceful, peaceful at home, b) Early childhood care patterns in the family by building children's attitudes including training children to have a bold attitude, honest and other attitudes, build emotions of children who are not easily angry, quarreling, lazy and so on. Building the intelligence and will of the child to build communication between children and fellow children and parents, c) Understanding the psychology of children as a key understanding of education related to mental development and personality of the child, after physical needs are met-fulfilled then the child's needs will increase towards social needs and love obtained through interaction, both with parents (family) community and at school, d) Parents as educators and must send their children to school because the successful role of parents as educators is the formation of children who are nimble, clever, empowered good effort.

The purpose of this research is to know and to describe the reliability of Indonesia's Healthy card service in the new Office Kameloh Sabangau District of Palangka Raya. The type of research used in this study is descriptive. Using qualitative research methods. The type of data in this study is primary data that includes social welfare officers, Lurah and the new District Community Kameloh Sabangau Palangka Raya. Secondary data comes from documentation, other data sources, data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the reliability of this research service provided by the Social Welfare section of the new Kameloh village of Sabangau of Palangka Raya, still not in accordance with the expectations of society can be seen from within the ability and Reliability to provide reliable service that the village is still not able to take responsibility in completing its task. The accuracy or thoroughness of staff in serving the community or service users is still not careful and thorough. Because there are still many complaints of people or customers about the lack of accuracy and thoroughness of employees in the writing of names, in examining the community files and resolving community files

This study aims to find out how the origins of the Mantu Kucing tradition and its implementation process. As well as describing the symbolic meaning and potential in the Curhajati Hamlet, Grajagan Village, Bnayuwangi Regency.The m ethod used is a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques by interview, observation, and documented / archived.From the research that has been carried out it is mentioned that the Cat-in-Law Tradition in the village of Ekstrajati Grajagan Village began in 1930. The tradition is still carried out until now once a year during the long dry season. The tradition of the Cat Aunt has symbolic meaning in terms of the procession and equipment used during the Cat Aunt ritual. The mediation is a form of mediation or a way of saying prayers to ask for rain from God Almighty so that rain will soon be reduced. As well as expressions of gratitude for the blessings of God Almighty, and preservation of ancestral culture. The tradition of Mantu Kucing has the potential to unite Dagjati dusun community to maintain mutual friendship and work together in building the culture that is owned by Dagjati Dagjati Village Grajagan Village.
